自「港區國安法」立法後，警方國安處在這三年間發出了三批通緝令，在昨日平安夜國安處宣佈通緝6人，包括前區議員劉珈汶，前學生動員召集人鍾翰林，前理大助理教授鍾劍華，加拿大廣傳媒行政總裁何良懋，藝人鄭敬基，19歲學生張晞晴。當中的鍾劍華教授正是本台《聲如洪鍾》節目主持。
警務處國家安全處總警司李桂華指出，鍾劍華的社交平台有一些關於煽動分裂國家的留言，不論是他自己作出的留言，或轉載他人的留言都有，他明顯有勾結外國或境外勢力危害國家安全，包括參加聯署呼籲制裁香港檢控官和法官，這些都是干犯有關罪行的例子。他說如果鍾劍華覺得這些行為並非罪行，最簡單的辦法就是回港面對警方調查。
鍾劍華教授已回應自己未曾支持港獨，關於「參加聯署呼籲制裁香港檢控官和法官」只是他個人行為不涉鼓勵，他在本集節目將回應李桂華總警司為何不會回港接受調查。
