上期节目发布后，我的生活突然进入了一个大型的加速模式。日子突然充斥着各种各样的会议，任务，计划，战略，当然也有很多很多的压力。
全新的挑战，让我突然面对一个在清迈这几年学到的道理：对于需要被创作滋养的人而言，越是繁忙，压力越大，就越需要保护自己在工作之外的创造力。
所以，从这期开始，行星酒馆会开设一个创作笔记系列，记录这几年间我个人如何去探索，发掘，以及守护创造力的想法。其实，这个系列完全是为了自己：也许为了生计，我们不得不追逐一些身外之物，但对我来说真正重要的，是一个可以不断创作的，充实的生活。
创作笔记的第一期，分享的第一个心得，就是如何「创作」一个「自由创作日」。也就是，找整整一天的时间，来舒服地，甚至是自私地，像一个霸道总裁一样，完完全全地宠溺自己的创造力——
