「为什么几乎中国所有的健身房，最后都变成了卖卡的生意？」 这既是我对中国健身、教培、餐饮各行业近年演变的好奇，也是从业二十年的教练Leon不断思索的问题。 两年前，经历种种创伤之后，这位曾经的Nike签约教练关掉了自己上海的工作室，搬到了清迈。在过去的一年多里，他在全新的环境里从头建立自己的旅居生活，因为内卷和倦怠而能量耗尽的他，也终于找回了精力来重新审视自己的身体、过往的人生，以及自己在时代中的挣扎和纠结。 而我们的这段即兴对谈，既宏大又私人——它既关于中国过去二十年健身行业（乃至整个服务业）的起落流变，也关于一个普通人在时代创伤中的自省与疗愈。
