在剛過去的周末（20日），香港樓市新盤錄得約500宗成交，重回今年4月特區政府撤辣後水平。上周公布的《施政報告》，特首李家超亦緊跟中央政府，以多項樓市政策組成「組合拳」救市。
特首李家超亦在傳媒訪問中首次提及，研究考慮以強積金（MPF）作置業首期的可能性，連同其他救市措施，港式「組合拳」出招不出數日令香港樓市再現小陽春，到底是撥開雲霧、重現陽光燦爛的日子還是最後一縷陽光、冬天將至的訊號呢？樓市回暖背後又有甚麼成因？年尾展望，樓市又有無機會重現升幅？
同時間，半個月前的北京救市政策與聯儲局減息等外部因素，亦開始浮現對香港樓市和經濟的影響，持續的外部經濟周期變動、股市與樓市的聯動存在時間差，又會對香港樓市前景帶來甚麼挑戰？今集《財經自由講》將會為大家探討。
