美國總統特朗普上周簽署行政命令，宣布對中國加徵10%關稅，並首次列明所有由香港製造、進口及轉口的商品，與中國產品一樣，都要正式報關及加徵關稅。
美國正式打響關稅戰第一槍，揭起新冷戰時代序幕，今集《財經自由講》將探討中美貿易戰 2.0 可能帶來的經濟衝擊，香港作為『中國香港』的角色轉變。
新冷戰時代亦帶來戲劇性發展，美國郵政於當地時間周二晚（4日）宣布，即時暫停接收來自中國及香港的包裹，但一日後宣布恢復接受來自大陸及香港的包裹；而香港郵政則於周三（5日）宣布，暫停寄往美國的載貨郵遞服務。
同時間《彭博》引述消息指，中國反壟斷監管機構正準備對蘋果進行調查，外界認為這是中國針對美國加徵關稅的反制措施之一。
