美國總統特朗普於星期一（3月3日）宣布，再向中國加徵10%關稅，與上次向中國加徵10%關稅，僅相隔一個月。
而中國則在特朗普加關稅後，向美國部分的進口商品加徵關稅，又將部分美國公司列入出口管制管控名單作反擊。
一星期間，全球地緣政治經濟格局再起變化，香港首富李嘉誠亦親身上陣，出售巴拿馬港口業務予美國企業。
