remaining are Danielle and Scary and there's Garrett and Scotty

I'm I'm sitting in a very sticky area right now.

you're heading and say, Scary's trying to wipe up Uncle

we ask him about his military service? Yeah? So today
Uncle Johnny reminded us that he has served in the
military at Fort Dick's the only one of us. By
the way, show Johnny travels fat without the cooks that's right,
that's right. And so Uncle Johnny reminds us this day

before Veterans Day that we need to honor the men
and women who have and who continue to serve. Yeah,
because there will be veterans one day. As you. Did
you win any medals in the army of their Uncle Johnny.
No medals. It looks like you got a medal on

medal in the army. I got the Hello Lady metal
in the army. Do you have any metal in your body?
Like inside your body? Oh, everywhere? You have no idea?
What they've done, well, tell us, tell us what they've
done to your mind is bringing us up. I can't
even remember. I got lists of things. I mean, it's
been so much. It's been a liver and kidneys and

a metal liver. No, I know, because they put it
in your body to protect me in my lungs and
my way, your deliver, in your kid You don't want
to go. You're like happy stuff that is happy. A
metallic Johnny. Metallic Johnny. Were you in the army at

the same time as Elvis Presley. Uh, probably, yeah, I
don't know. In the late fifties, I went, yeah, fifty
fifty fifty nine. You didn't serve with Elvis? No, No,
I never went overseas. I just went to FOURT Dicks.
I don't know if he went overseas. Did he he
went to Germany? Did? Yeah? I was personally in the

army from fifty to sixty, the same years you served. Wow. Okay,
and he's the only one I've never met. You've never
met Elvis Presley. No, I would have liked her. I've
never seen him in person either. Would you have tried
to hit on Elvis? Probably? Was it your type? Yes, okay?

If they were young and pretty, they were all my type.
And I was all that time because I was jogging
pretty then, Joe, did you get hit on like constantly
because you were constantly? I was hit on constantly because
I was hot then. But I never realized it because
when you when you're young like that and you're you're
good looking, and you don't realize it until you get

old and you look back, you see your pictures, you go,
oh my god, you look like that. My mom says
that all the time because she used to think she
was too skinny, and she was this, and I thought
I didn't think I was that that apparent, but everybody
was crazy about me. And then then they saw the
pitchers and they went, WHOA. Appreciate what you've got when

you've got it, right, I guess, well, and enjoy your life.
That's what it's all about. You seem to still be
enjoying your life, uncle, So I am. I'm having it.
I've had the best life and the last fifteen years
is because of you. You may to you, but Johnny,
you always talk as if I've had the best life.
It almost sounds as if you're like gearing up to

end and go to another life. Well, because they're telling
me I'm pretty good. But I've got a couple of years,
maybe one or two. But because my living the what
he caught. The kidneys are fighting the hot, the hot
fighting the kidneys, and they're trying to keep it together
as best they can. They're doing a great job, doing

a good job. And I'm enjoying myself. But you know,
I've had it. I'm babby us. I feel great. I'm
doing good, and you're doing you're doing very very well,
and you'll keep in mind something, Uncle Johnny. Um, you
have had several chances to continue life. You you, you
are absolutely you brought me back, you and all my

(06:17):
friends and all the people in the world. You technically
had left us, you were gone, but you were given
another chance. I hope you're taking advantage of that and
your in your well. You're being very careful. Oh I
am I got I wore my couch out. I'm sorry.
I wore my couch out doing what to it the couch.

(06:41):
I met somebody yesterday who said, I thought Uncle Johnny's
like a cat. He's got like nine lives. I said, yep,
and I think he's used almost everything. A okay, well, Johnny,
I think you are an example. Enjoy every moment because
you never know in that moment is gonna be your last.
I do. I enjoy it that people, and I enjoyed

being on here just for the West twelve thirteen years now,
and it's it's amazing. People come up to me in
the streets still and on subways and walk up to me,
go y'all, uncle Johnny, you still take the subway? Oh
my god, not anymore. I stopped when I when I
got uh. This past year, I stopped the subways because

(07:27):
it's so crazy. They'll kill you. Say the kidney failure
doesn't kill you the people on the subway. Well all right,
so what are you doing today, Johnny? What's everyone doing today? Well,
we have a beautiful day in New York City. Well,
I'm flying out of here. I'm going to Nashville. I'm
gonna spend the weekend there. Um. Well, the rest of
us are working tomorrow. Oh yeah, about that. Gandhi had

to go out of town. But she's gonna work tomorrow. Yeah,
I know, but I asked for this day off in April.
But now I'm starting to really get a little a
little worried. What are you worried about. I'm worried about
leaving guys. That's right, because I'll do a better job.
I may. No, No, I'm getting nervous because I feel
like I do a lot behind the scenes and I

just don't I don't know if I should be leaving this.
So are you trying to say we can't do without you.
I'm not saying no, I don't know. I'm not saying that.
I just I care so much about the product and
what we do and Elvis, you have your hands full.
It's just it's it's gonna be be fine. You said
breakfast tomorrow and and and you have no tacos here,
so you made them off. It's okay. I think you forget.

And then Elvis has been doing this space since you
were in short pants. No, I know that, boy. I mean,
it's just it's like cutting off one of his arms
that I'm not here tomorrow. No, No, I got both
both arms. Good, We'll miss you, scary. Yeah, what are
short pants? Short pants? That's like, that's such an old expression.
Shorts people know what I'm talking about. What he's talking
about short short pants to me means like just that,

don't hit your ankle. I've been no, don't shot pants along.
There was a day in age here in America anyway
where until a certain age, you never were a long
pants that's correct. And they called him short pants. They
called him short pass. Until you grew up, you had
short pants on. I still had short pants exactly because
I I never got that tall. That's not what we're

what had there's out of town. She's on another bachelorette party.
So I'm gonna do a little bachelor weekend myself. Little Crown.

I started last week with Christmas decorations. I started putting

family stuck down with Froggy and Florida, so I don't
know when i'll see them ever again. Yeah, there's that.

to have lunch it my friend Mark Forgone's new restaurant
one five. I was the first do you just see it?
We posted it. I was his first lunch customer at

his restaurants. When I was the first customer at TCP
Y in my town, I remember going to the grand
opening of our tcb y Yogurt. It was so great.
I mean I cut school with a friend of mine
and we were the first in line and I got
a rocky road shiver and I'll never forget it. And
that store is still open. You know what t CBO

stands for, right, the country's best yogurt. That's right? What
about you, as Scottielle? Danielle, Danielle, what are you doing? So?
I am actually going to go to the dentist. I'm
going to go for a long walk because it's going
to be Gords is out and then half the families
at the Devil's hockey game tonight. So I'm home with Preston.
I'm thinking we might go out with our friends and

then watch a Christmas movie. I think Bobby Flays Christmas
movie debuts tomorrow, doesn't it is that tomorrow? I think? So, oh,
we gotta watch that for that one, I want to
watch that. Also, I'm going on to dinner date with
