Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast?
Firms Represents fifteen minute morning Show. So here we go
the fifteen minute morning show podcast Cheers Squares. So we're
(00:26):
all here. There's Brody, there's Froggy, Danielle de Lelo's here, Garrett,
there's Danielle. There's a Nate and Scrogg. Do you want
to talk about let's talk about how scary start kids scary?
Do you want to do any physical activity whatsoever? You
want to You don't want to walk three blocks? You
don't want to stand like I mean, really, I tell
(00:48):
you so Odeon what we had lunch yesterday, it's three
blocks away. He had to drive. He just could not
exert it himself because he thought it was like a
little bit uphill. What could probab believe? He showed up
in his car and we're like, that's not real. The
problem Okay, here's the issue. Okay, when when you combine
when you combine nine degree heat and humidity with my
(01:10):
very thin converse with very little hold on, very little
padding and no socks, I don't I don't need that,
you know, because when you know, does this degree my
Gucci slip on yesterday? Well, there's this thing called kinetic energy, right,
so when you're as you're waking, know when you're walking.
(01:31):
And then there were three blocks? Drive three blocks? Doesn't
it take more time to find parking scary than it
does to drive three blocks? Guys? And I know why
he took his car to walk a few blocks, no
more than the day before. So I was bringing Scary
home and he goes, whoa, whoa, we're about to drive
(01:54):
into the tunnel, and goes what he called somebody at work.
He forgot he needed to do something here at work,
so he had a walk for the tunnel entrance, literally
the entrance of the tunnel, before I was about to
get in back to the office. It's four blocks. I
walked hunter blocks last night. I walked all around the
city yesterday. I felt if I had my comfy sneakers on,
(02:15):
I would have made the journey. But three blocks and
heat with noe with toilet paper, it's not a journey.
Why didn't you buy that the shoes, Christine, you're comfortable?
I don't know, obviously, noting not only does he not
want to walk, but Scary doesn't want to stand. What
(02:37):
you didn't see when you said, what's the commotion over
there a minute ago, Gandhi's not here, so her seat
is opening. A microphone is open next to where we do.
I do the podcast right to my right. So you
invited Daniel Delilo to be part of the podcast. Well,
there's no microphone over there where she's sitting. So I pointed,
I said, go around my arm. Always I made a
big loop my arm, and I said go sit in
that chair. So as she's walking over, Scary speeds up
(02:59):
and sits in the chair. Before she came pushes her down. Hello,
you need a Yeah, the chair towards himself kick out.
Can we point out how funny it is. That's scary
sitting there, and the portrait of him is right, fine
portrait that scary. We love Daniel. Thank you you and Ali,
(03:25):
you both have beautiful sun dresses on. This is another
reason I want to be a woman, having this conversation
saying that I swear to God I have so many
freaking sun dresses in the closet that I never wear.
And then when I come here and I see you
looking so good, thank you, and you know Sam has
a dress on today, Ali, I'm like, I need to
(03:45):
start wearing these dresses. You gotta go in the closet.
I get lazy, and I just go for the comfort.
I would think sun dresses are comfortable. With sun dresses,
you can go off my arms and you were coat
over it, and then my own are all right. But
here you're not gonna wear sometime. You have definition. You're good. Yes,
(04:06):
I'm doing all right? How are you doing? Oh my god?
I love red wine? Right, it's right there, Oh my god,
from the bottom. You're good. Back here here, listen, I'm
gonna go to a meeting and then I'm gonna come
meet Brian Park all those people over there. Cancel that, okay,
(04:28):
because you'll cancel it. Yeah, I'll tell you what. It's
Broadway in the park, right, it's a big, big thing
every year. Well, I guess fourth is our first day.
I hope you guys can come. Yeah, well I know,
and you know what we were talking about this before.
They just released the tickets for the Rockefella Radio City,
very New York not not in my speaking of accents.
(04:52):
Sometimes people would judge Daniel Delilo because of our accent.
The probably just some New Yorker. Daniel Delto just got
a master's to great anybody judges did I did in journalism,
so you high are in I need a job work here,
(05:14):
I know, but you know there's nothing journalistic. I could
do it for you. I can journalism. I'll write stuff
for you. Yeah, I think you just thought your own company.
Yeah double ds. How you doing for Danielle? Obviously scary?
(05:35):
You know you want to hear a story real quickly.
So I was on the train this morning. Okay, I
haven't been on the train a little while. And this
guy smelled like morth balls. Okay, I said, this breaking
guy is making my head pound from these morth balls, right.
So I took out my perfume, my flower bomb. I said, oh,
maybe i'll spray it and he will realize it. I
(05:57):
took out a little spreads spraying my Ah, it smells.
Flower bomb smells so much better than these freaking mort pools.
Everybody was like, oh my god, it smells so bad.
I go to hold my bills. I said, don't worry,
I got the flower bomb ready for you. And then
he starts talking on the phone. I'm like, this guy
(06:18):
is not only rude and he smells bad. I said,
I I can't sit here anymore. I got up and
I left. That's your story. Yeah, I thought it was funny.
I like it to in New York City. Yeah, I
was trying to imagine her as Ruth on Ozark. You
would be a good oh my god, or he was
a route rout over here with your drugs and you're
(06:40):
laundering money over here. Yeah, what are you doing with
that money? Give it to me. I'll wash it for you. Say,
if you're gonna get rid of me, you're gonna have
to kill me. If you're gonna get rid of me,
You're gonna have to fucking kill me. Is that good?
Remember when they end that show in New York City,
I'm a face still do Where was the wedding that yeah? Anthony?
(07:09):
Oh yeah, Anthony, Anthony. Are you going with Anthony? I
have a meeting after time? No? No, no yet, you're
taking your wine to the meeting. I'm taking my wine
and going home, do you guys? I'm going home now.
You know what's so funny? So many people confused Danielle
(07:30):
and myself. They She'll meet them and they'll be like, oh,
I love you on the show, and she says, that's
man Arrow. Even Jason Derula, Right, Jason Derula won't think that. Yeah,
thinks we're related, Semielle. Why is Scotty Bee being so quiet?
I don't think I've heard him once. He's busy in there.
I don't know. I had nothing to say yet. Well,
(07:51):
Andrew goes out of town for a couple of days.
He has no stories now, But what do you want
to say? You have nothing about poop you want to
talk about. I did have to rush back to the
stage yesterday, but what happened before I was able to
drive home. It was one of those But it was
one of those things where I was like, I'm not
sure if I'm going to make the hour drive, so
I really should just pop upstairs. And you would for
(08:14):
a while while we were at the restaurant. Asked No,
I was not stop trying to do that. Yes, you were.
You did leave the because I had a stain on
my shirt and I had to try to get it. Oh,
that's right. There was some guy in the store watching
a novella on his phone. It was at least ten
minutes he was sitting there, you know, listening to something,
sitting on his phone. I don't understand. That's crazy. I
don't go I can't go to the bathroom and watch
(08:35):
shows on my phone. My feet fall asleep. Not in
the public toilet. No, if I sit there for too long,
my feet fall asleep. But I can't stand up. You
haven't invite someone to be on your world famous podcast
and they just sit there and text other people. No, no, no,
I'm not texting nobody. That's a double somebody on suddy
dot com. I'm trying to find a sugar daddy sugar
(09:00):
m E A T or m E two cool or
if it was m E A T right, give me
that sugar daddy meat. Are you do? I did a song.
It's about two and a half minutes. Okay, daniell give
out your Instagram for people. Oh at Danielle DeLillo. You
want me to spell it, I'll spell it d A
N I E L L E d E double l
(09:23):
I l O and we'll tag you in the video.
Oh please do. I'd love to sugar Daddy to tag you. Meat.
I want sugar daddy meat. I mean why, yeah, I
think I think we've run out of steam. What do
you think frog? How much time we got? I don't
get to make that call. I'll just tell you how
much time. Just got five minutes left. We got five
(09:43):
minutes left. Oh yeah, we could change the world. We couldn't.
You have the authority to make that call. Nobody else
is here, and you have the button. I think we
could change the world by just ending the podcast. I
don't know. We don't do the podcast tomorrow. I feel
like people are gonna be upset if we don't. Think
we have just do the alphabet for a couple of minutes.
I'm very good at the letter. Oh, oh, and use use.
(10:10):
There's a z at the end of the use. Nowhere
is the thing use and utes? Utes is like you
know the two utes uses? Use? Guys over there is
anybody else tired? I feel like today's show m tired.
(10:32):
But this adds to my argument. It's slow, it's hot,
it's humid, it's still could walk three blocks in my
deals like I did yesterday. I choose to be CONVENI
I'm a man of convenience. Ended yesterday. I wanted to
just jump in my car across the street. I didn't
want to have to walk back into the three blocks here.
You could have walked with your friends and just had
(10:52):
a conversation and the next thing, you know, you would
have been there. I was, I walked back. Here's something scary,
would never do. Scary. You know how many times I've
walked from the Radio State which is downtown to Pennon station. Blocks, helicopter.
It's something you would never do more than blocks, more
(11:15):
walk dirty blocks. That's nuts. Thank you, Danielle, You're welcome.
You know. That's what I think you should do if
you want to really get yourself in shape, because I
know you're always here. Comes the exercise regiment from Danielle. Oh,
I want to get I want to do something, but
I think if you can like walk, like start slow
walk a couple of it would didn't know, but then
(11:37):
every couple of days and he doesn't have to start slow.
He's been doing that part for a long time before
he knows it. He doesn't he's not gonna walk that
first block. The Oprah always says. I may remember when
she said, and doctors have said it before. You know too,
he said they said that in order to get yourself
going walking is one of the best exercise. Ten thousand
(11:59):
steps a day, is that that's the thing, right, That's
that's right. So how many do we average when we're
not doing much like I saw a story. I saw
a story the other day that said, the average American
only walks thirty eight hundred steps today, which is nothing.
That's nothing. I think I walked almost twelve thousand yesterday.
Did you really because I walked around the city before
we had for bargain. No bargains were out. You're an
(12:22):
overachieving walker, there were no Apparently, I don't. I need
to put I need to put a reward at the
end of my walk, like walk toward Dunkin Donuts, like
you know, to a bar. I like that. Diana's got
a good one doing for dinner. I used to walk.
I used to walk about a mile for dinner every
(12:42):
every night, for yourself, you know what I mean. That's
a great idea. I'm gonna start walking to my dinner
and do it small. Yeah I am. Elvis is back.
Here's the problem. We're almost done. We're done. Here's the
problem with here's the problem with scary walking to his dinner.
I know. I know that the mentality because I have
the same mentality. If he walks to dinner, he'll go
(13:05):
you know what, I walk to dinner, I can have
an extra petizer. So he's gonna eat more. That's what
he's getting right. Danielle was trying to give me a
war a regiment for for I said, because he keep
talking about how he couldn't walk the thirst blocks, and
then Scotty talks about how he can walk thirty blocks.
And then I said, you got to start slowly. Scary
if you do a block here and then a couple
of days you're in New York City, you can walk
(13:25):
hundreds of blocks and even away, daniel has to go.
Sheose a meeting. So Daniel thank you, thank you. Oh
yeah yeah, Elvis says, we're done. We're done. The Great
and Powerful Odds has spoken. Fifteen minute Morning show
