Such a pleasure everybody. I know you guys are all
looking at me ominously like what's he gonna do? So
as a magician, I can't help it. Right when I
walk into a room, everybody immediately they're like, what's his
hands doing? I can't do anything actually right, Like, oh no,
don't be don't pay it. Don't be I'll try my
best to not make it stressful or make you feeluncomfortable
at all. Okay, do you hold your hand up as

it gets stressful. You're gonna hold onto this flat like
a table, and we're gonna get back to this in
a second. Sir, nervous. You made me nervous. I was
not prepared for this. And yeah, usually things don't light
on fire when I start my step. But I'm not
mad at it. Um but here right, you know what
I say, burn the house down. No, we will not

see card tricks, people do card tricks. I want to
try something without cards. Would you mind helping me out? Gandhi, Gandhi,

I'm gonna walk over and I'm gonna show you something.

do is stand like this a little wider with your
hands and make two fists for me and mine. Am
I talking to your mike here? Perfect? So this is
what we're gonna do. In a moment, I'm gonna look
at you. I'm gonna snap. Do not let me influence you. Okay, okay,
all right, look at me. Are you right handed or

left handed? I'm right handed. Shake one of your fists.
You're getting rid of it, perfect, put it to your side.

This is what we're gonna do. We're gonna take this
sharpie right here and make a little X. Okay, now,
this is what's interesting. You guys know how sharp he's work.
They don't come off under any circumstance. They won't rub
off once throng. This is where it gets interesting. Everybody

can pull some of this X off and drop it up.
You chose your hand. Take a look. Yet, it's actually

a tattoo. You can keep that forever. So whenever I'm
trying to figure out massaging things to show people, I
always want to figure out ways to make you feel unique,
different ways to make you kind of feel like you
wouldn't expect it. And for this next thing, what I'm
gonna do is I need to ask you guys for

a favor. I need somebody, one of you to offer
up a dollar bill. Now I have money. I could
give you one of mine, but if I don't let
you use if I use my dollar, none of you
perfectly coming over here with people. Sorry, I have nothing left.
I'm gonna have you sign your name on the back.

So just hear sign your name nice and big for me. Okay, perfect,
you can do right on the table. The reason why
have you do this is now, this is what we're
about to do is a federal offense. So when they
go looking, it's not for me. You put your other

did I sneak anything inside the dollar? We don't know,

So now there's no question nothing inside. There's nothing in

we're gonna try to sneak something inside of this. Now
you're holding it, so you're basically you're like a bank
right now. Yes, oh my god, this is I'm gonna
come over here, take the cards out, and I'm just
gonna have Would you mind helping me? Perfect? You can
stay there all I need you to do, or you
can stand up. I love it. All I need you
to do is this. Stay stop for me anywhere you'd

like stop, all right, take a peek of the cart
all Let everybody see the card. I can see the card.
Queen's diamonds, a good card. This is what I'm gonna do.
I'm gonna take a piece of the Queen and we're
gonna try to get it inside this. Would you hold
the cards for me? I'm gonna rip this. Hold this
for me. Watch the corner a piece of the card
inside the bill. That would be probably the best for

you guys ever seen first. It's me this vanish Okay,
if you opened up now, it's impossible. It's the devil
hands be here the whole time. I don't feel anything.
Take a look, all right, that's what we call a mistake.

That's great. Finally, get my shot on now this and
this is what I do. No, no, no. When I speak,
when i'm performing, I say things very literally. I need
to be very clear, very concise. I said, I'm gonna
make piece of that card vanish and appear inside the
dollar bill. I didn't say in the full. I didn't
say between. He said inside. Could you turn your flashlight

on for mere? Hold on, You're fine, gonna take an
hour to figure it out. We can make the corner
vanish and appear within. We mean appear inside the bill.
Could you stretch the bill out for me? Stretch the
bill out, because you're gonna see that one thing actually
(06:40):
appears inside the dollar bill, inside your dollar bill. And
there's only one way to prove this. If everybody can
see you can see that inside the dollar bill, there's
only one way to get this out. We're gonna rip
your bill, and could you pull that out for me?

And don't verify that that is the exact match. Got
verify that. Take that over. I don't need to hold
any of it. Makes of that is the perfect match.
Ladies and gentlemen on jobs than gentleman representative stand what

My favorite part about that is at the end, everyone's like,
what do I do with this? I'm like, that's yours, man,
like you can bring I was like, don't bring it
to the bank because they're gonna look at you with
your name on the back, like, how how did you
figure out like bank fraud? It's magic. That's how it happened.
It's magic teaching. Believe it or not. Whenever you see

a magic trick, you like you want you feel like
you want to know how it works. But this is
like the analogy I've come up with. Where have you
ever watched either like Avatar or Transformers or The Avengers
or any of those movies? You know cool it is
to watch like Spider Man sling webs? You know cool?
It is to watch the guy that codes how Spider
Man slings his webs. It's not really cool. It's like

ten thou hours of like really boring time looking at
a screen. That's how magic tricks work, exactly. Get so
upset that people who have to know how just let
it be magic have to Daniel and I have to know.
I love it. I love it so everybody. I've just
got I'm just I've got so many questions. How is

was a great day. We had a lot of great
energy today. We knew surprises would float out of the heavens,
and you did have a big lunch. Our guest, Kim
Kimberly Kim Kim Kim is joining us, and so you know,
and Uncle Johnny's coming in so there will be drinking.
Oh my god, Uncle Johnny's gonna be at lunch. Yes,
I never got to meet Uncle Johnny. All I know

is he can definitely make Marguerite's disappear. And if his
hair disappears, we know it's in the pool filter usually anyway,
moving on, um, so you know, for this next thing,
I'm gonna show you guys something, and it's basically we're
gonna break a rule in magic. I'm not going to
break the first rule, which is obvious, right, which is
you never reveal your secrets. We're not going to reveal

any secrets. But I will break the second rule, which
is you never repeat a trick. The reason why you
never do the same trick twice is because every time
when audience sees a trick, they get another chance to
try to figure it out. And I say, screw that rule,
because it just means you're not practicing enough. So we're
gonna do a trick and then we're gonna repeat it
and every time, it's gonna feel more and more impossible.
(09:29):
You guys up for it. Okay, So this is what
we're gonna do. We're gonna take the deck out and
would you mind helping me out, Nate, I want you
to name a card with a lot of white and
you can mix them up. You can tell I just
broke this deck open for this. Mix the cards up,
green light to mix them up. I love this. It's
a great mixing strategy. Look at that. He's quite a mixer.
(09:49):
I love it. I love it. Yeah, I can. I
can tell it used to deal. Have you seen John
handled car? He's so take out any card. I can
see it with a lot of white. So let everybody
see it, because you're gonna be writing on this card perfectly.
I like it and want to speak. I love it,

and to speak just to Elvis's point a moment ago
to like kind of speak to your shuffling ability. This
will kind of give yeah, believe it or not, I'm
actually the global Grand Ambassador for bicycle playing cards. Thank you, guys. Yeah,
based on my shuffling ability, They're like, we want those hands.
So it's definitely a cool thing. Um, I would love

to if anyone knows how to, but I have not.
I definitely would love to. I would love to endure
my hands. So here, I'll let you sign your I'll
let you sign your name on it. And the reason
why I have you sign your name on it, right
is because now, even if I had a tricky deck
or a bunch of cards, this would be the only
card like it in the world. Now that's where it

gets interesting. First, we're gonna dry it off, make sure
it doesn't rub perfect. Now here's where the trick begins.
What I'm gonna do because we're gonna take your ace
very slowly. I want everyone to see this. We're gonna
take the ace and place it about halfway in the deck.
You guys can see where it goes. My job as
the magician is to get that card from the center

to the top. Watch closely three two? Do you see
it happen right up to the top. Sam. Hell, but see,
I know what everyone's thinking right now, They're like, that's cute.
But you're the magician. Are you going to actually be
able to do this again? So we're gonna try this again.
But whenever I do this, I like to try to

up be anti so it's very important. Before I begin,
you can see where the card goes. What I want
you to do is I want you to cut off
about half the cards. So cut off half. Well, perfect,
we'll lose it right there. Close the deck this time.
Wave your hand. Oh there's a sound effect. That sound
effect was so good. Take a look. No, no, that

was great. Actually, your your wave was so good. I
think you could I think you could do better. All right,
this time, let's try to put your wave to the test.
We're gonna take the cards. Cut off half the cards
again this time, and this time hold onto those I'll
put it in the bottom half right here, square. Actually,
give me your wave right here, this hand. Give me
the wave. Wait, last time you had a little more,

you got a little more. Give it that that. Oh
that might have worked too good. Yeah, you know why
because this isn't the top of the deck. Because you
cut the cards. Turn over the top card in your
hand that you've been holly, turn it over show everybody.

Because he's as honestly, I am a representative of Satan.
I think that's the best way to describe it. Moving forward,
It's just like this person has to be working with
the devil. Or didn't happen. But for this next thing,
would you mind if I use your hands? And actually
could I could, I like compile a group of hands
right here to help me out. This is what we're
gonna do. Take the card and I want you to
slip it, just some face down, slip it somewhere in

the middle. And now my goal is hold your hand
flat like a table, put the other hand on top,
and could you put your hand on top of these
and your hand as well? Perfect, And this is what
I'm gonna try to do. As I keep remembering to
go back to the mic, I'm gonna try to get
that card into these impossible conditions to come to the top. However,
before I do, I want you to see this because
everyone thinks I'm cheating. It's not already on top. Now

this is where it gets interesting. Hold tight. I could
make that card come to the top and all of
you would be impressed somewhat. What if I told you
I could do one better? Now, you ladies are holding
onto the cards. What if I told you right now
I could make all of those cards vanished from inside
your hands, leaving only one car stop it. It would
(13:51):
be impossible three to one. You're gonna feel it. All
the cards just disappeared. Open your hand. You'll notice everything
a card, every single card that's completely vanished. Hard. Everybody satan.
(14:12):
We rebuked me. I wanted to be my friend. Yeah,
that will happen. Did you feel anything wild? I'm sorry,
but how the did you do that? Magic? Just let
it be magic? Crazy? Yeah? Well, honestly, whenever I'm trying
(14:35):
to make these moments, I just I just want to
be able to give you something, so when you leave,
you're like, that was nuts, Like, and I encourage all
of you. I know some so I always look at
people as profiles when I'm thinking of magic, and some
people are the puzzler where they can't help it. They
need to know how it works. And I encourage the
puzzlers to try to take a moment and just like
just pretend you saw a movie and you don't care
(14:56):
about it, because it's so much funner to be like
he made a deck of cards disappear today, and then
like he made a corner appear in a bill. Then
to understand what I'm really doing, because I promise you
you'd be like, did he really take forty hours to
set up a dollar bill to show us in studio
for two minutes. And the answer to that question is yes, yes, yes,
yes did so when you like, when you ask that,

that's gonna be the answer. But guys, I'm John, I'm

What I want you all to do is go onto
John's Instagram the magic trick you did for your mom. Oh,

thank you so much. In my eye, thank you have
to so much. Yeah, he really went out of his
way to like really make his mom feel good. So
in the middle of the pandemic, h I hadn't so
my mom. My mom has a whole story of herself.
By the way, is a twice as big of a
fan as I am of your show. So my mom
and I was a kid, and I used to listen

to the Elvis Or End Morning Show. I would listen
to your phone taps while I'd be waiting to go
to middle school for my bus to show up. So
I've been listening to you guys for literally like a decade. Um,
So I appreciate you guys so much. But I'll never forget.
So the video itself, my mom had just my mom
has had a bunch of health problems, then has a
heart attack in the pandemic, somehow makes it out of it,
(16:23):
which is like she's she's a woman of steal. And
then when she gets out of it, she like comes
to and she's like, I want to like get back
to living my life. I'm tired of like all this
old stuff I've had going on. And she's like, I'm like,
I'm gonna get on like and make like life worth
living again. So my mom and I hadn't seen her
lost like fifty pounds, went on to like this crazy hustle.

She like pretty much turned her life around. So I
planned this huge surprise because I've been doing virtual shows
and she had no idea about them. And basically what
I did was I had a little studio in my
room with like a black cloth and like this big card.
So I hint Vince some friends and basically what we
did and I actually worked on a YouTube with a
YouTube team on this. We went out to Arizona in
the middle of the pandemic. We built my studio outside

her house like a block away, and then we literally
did my zoom show. We invited her. She never saw it,
and then at one trick. I'm like, all right, Mom,
you're gonna be a part of this next thing. She
thinks you're in Jersey and she thinks I'm in New
Jersey and I'm like, I'm like, we're gonna do this
one thing. And here it is. I'm like, think of
something you would really want for Christmas? And I was like,
but something that can be in my house with me,
and she's like okay, and then I just go like

this and I tapped the camera and I disappear and
then I run through her front door. And it sounds cute,
but the videos really it's really to the front door.
The studio up was literally like no, Lie, it had
to be at least like two or three houses down.
And I wanted it, like I knew the second I
tapped this and I went to like do the vanish

and reappear, I'm like, I got like ten seconds, so
I had to book it. It was it was what
she really wish for. My mom was like no, Honestly,
my mom's like it's great that you're here, but where's
my grand baby. And I'm like no, oh yeah, she

oh no, like and literally we cut it, we cut
around it. But my mom instantly is like, oh, yeah,
I'm so happy you're here. We had the moment. She's like,
I wish for a grand baby. John John. She calls
me John John. It's like, come on, John John on
it like, mom, no, you have to see the video.
It's really take us behind the curtain to do it.
It's really so much. And however, yeah, so guys, I

gets interesting. First, we're gonna dry it off, make sure
it doesn't rub perfect. Now here's where the trick begins.
What I'm gonna do because we're gonna take your ace
very slowly. I want everyone to see this. We're gonna
take the ace and place it about halfway in the deck.
You guys can see where it goes. My job as
the magician is to get that card from the center

to the top. Watch closely three two? Do you see
it happen right up to the top. Sam. Hell, but see,
I know what everyone's thinking right now, They're like, that's cute.
But you're the magician. Are you going to actually be
able to do this again? So we're gonna try this again.
But whenever I do this, I like to try to
(11:37):
up be anti so it's very important. Before I begin,
you can see where the card goes. What I want
you to do is I want you to cut off
about half the cards. So cut off half. Well, perfect,
we'll lose it right there. Close the deck this time.
Wave your hand. Oh there's a sound effect. That sound
effect was so good. Take a look. No, no, that
(12:01):
was great. Actually, your your wave was so good. I
think you could I think you could do better. All right,
this time, let's try to put your wave to the test.
We're gonna take the cards. Cut off half the cards
again this time, and this time hold onto those I'll
put it in the bottom half right here, square. Actually,
give me your wave right here, this hand. Give me
the wave. Wait, last time you had a little more,
(12:23):
you got a little more. Give it that that. Oh
that might have worked too good. Yeah, you know why
because this isn't the top of the deck. Because you
cut the cards. Turn over the top card in your
hand that you've been holly, turn it over show everybody.
(12:48):
Because he's as honestly, I am a representative of Satan.
I think that's the best way to describe it. Moving forward,
It's just like this person has to be working with
the devil. Or didn't happen. But for this next thing,
would you mind if I use your hands? And actually
could I could, I like compile a group of hands
right here to help me out. This is what we're
gonna do. Take the card and I want you to
slip it, just some face down, slip it somewhere in
(13:09):
the middle. And now my goal is hold your hand
flat like a table, put the other hand on top,
and could you put your hand on top of these
and your hand as well? Perfect, And this is what
I'm gonna try to do. As I keep remembering to
go back to the mic, I'm gonna try to get
that card into these impossible conditions to come to the top. However,
before I do, I want you to see this because
everyone thinks I'm cheating. It's not already on top. Now
(13:31):
this is where it gets interesting. Hold tight. I could
make that card come to the top and all of
you would be impressed somewhat. What if I told you
I could do one better? Now, you ladies are holding
onto the cards. What if I told you right now
I could make all of those cards vanished from inside
your hands, leaving only one car stop it. It would
(13:51):
be impossible three to one. You're gonna feel it. All
the cards just disappeared. Open your hand. You'll notice everything
a card, every single card that's completely vanished. Hard. Everybody satan.
(14:12):
We rebuked me. I wanted to be my friend. Yeah,
that will happen. Did you feel anything wild? I'm sorry,
but how the did you do that? Magic? Just let
it be magic? Crazy? Yeah? Well, honestly, whenever I'm trying
(14:35):
to make these moments, I just I just want to
be able to give you something, so when you leave,
you're like, that was nuts, Like, and I encourage all
of you. I know some so I always look at
people as profiles when I'm thinking of magic, and some
people are the puzzler where they can't help it. They
need to know how it works. And I encourage the
puzzlers to try to take a moment and just like
just pretend you saw a movie and you don't care
(14:56):
about it, because it's so much funner to be like
he made a deck of cards disappear today, and then
like he made a corner appear in a bill. Then
to understand what I'm really doing, because I promise you
you'd be like, did he really take forty hours to
set up a dollar bill to show us in studio
for two minutes. And the answer to that question is yes, yes, yes,
yes did so when you like, when you ask that,
(15:18):
that's gonna be the answer. But guys, I'm John, I'm

What I want you all to do is go onto

to so much. Yeah, he really went out of his
way to like really make his mom feel good. So
in the middle of the pandemic, h I hadn't so
my mom. My mom has a whole story of herself.
By the way, is a twice as big of a
fan as I am of your show. So my mom
and I was a kid, and I used to listen
(16:02):
to the Elvis Or End Morning Show. I would listen
to your phone taps while I'd be waiting to go
to middle school for my bus to show up. So
I've been listening to you guys for literally like a decade. Um,
So I appreciate you guys so much. But I'll never forget.
So the video itself, my mom had just my mom
has had a bunch of health problems, then has a
heart attack in the pandemic, somehow makes it out of it,
(16:23):
which is like she's she's a woman of steal. And
then when she gets out of it, she like comes
to and she's like, I want to like get back
to living my life. I'm tired of like all this
old stuff I've had going on. And she's like, I'm like,
I'm gonna get on like and make like life worth
living again. So my mom and I hadn't seen her
lost like fifty pounds, went on to like this crazy hustle.
(16:44):
She like pretty much turned her life around. So I
planned this huge surprise because I've been doing virtual shows
and she had no idea about them. And basically what
I did was I had a little studio in my
room with like a black cloth and like this big card.
So I hint Vince some friends and basically what we
did and I actually worked on a YouTube with a
YouTube team on this. We went out to Arizona in
the middle of the pandemic. We built my studio outside
(17:05):
her house like a block away, and then we literally
did my zoom show. We invited her. She never saw it,
and then at one trick. I'm like, all right, Mom,
you're gonna be a part of this next thing. She
thinks you're in Jersey and she thinks I'm in New
Jersey and I'm like, I'm like, we're gonna do this
one thing. And here it is. I'm like, think of
something you would really want for Christmas? And I was like,
but something that can be in my house with me,
and she's like okay, and then I just go like
(17:26):
this and I tapped the camera and I disappear and
then I run through her front door. And it sounds cute,
but the videos really it's really to the front door.
The studio up was literally like no, Lie, it had
to be at least like two or three houses down.
And I wanted it, like I knew the second I
tapped this and I went to like do the vanish
(17:47):
and reappear, I'm like, I got like ten seconds, so
I had to book it. It was it was what
she really wish for. My mom was like no, Honestly,
my mom's like it's great that you're here, but where's
my grand baby. And I'm like no, oh yeah, she
(18:10):
oh no, like and literally we cut it, we cut
around it. But my mom instantly is like, oh, yeah,
I'm so happy you're here. We had the moment. She's like,
I wish for a grand baby. John John. She calls
me John John. It's like, come on, John John on
it like, mom, no, you have to see the video.
It's really take us behind the curtain to do it.
It's really so much. And however, yeah, so guys, I
do have the fifteen minute morning show.
