Speaker 1 (00:02):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast
firm presenting show? Are we ready to start? This is disorganized.
I think it'll be fine a podcast. We're not waiting,

(00:23):
right you guys, why are you doing this? This is
this is rude, it's obnoxious. Now this is the time
we always start. You're not prepared, right, Gandhia. I feel
like that's the Garrett Garrett. You feel like that's can
literally walk out from another studio with equipment and I'm ready.
You're in the student didn't do anything new today, but
I'm moving. I'm moving equipment around because Elvis was sitting

(00:44):
in this show. What's that expression? Excuses are like assholes? Yep,
everybody's got one summer bigger than others. And think not
everybody has an asshole. There's probably one or two people
that don't. Yeah, because you know what, there's people that
have like serious accidents with combines and they get cut
in half? How do those people survive? Lost? Can? I?
Can I ask you a question like, let's say I

(01:06):
lost a hand, how I was Did you lose it? Farming? Okay?
All right? Do I wash my hands like this? Yeah?
I'm sorry? Do I wash my hand like this probably, Yeah,
I was just thinking about are we talking about you
get a prosthetic, Yeah, go for it. I wouldn't have
a prosthetic hand. I would have like a hook or

(01:27):
some Absolutely, if I lost a hand, without a doubt,
it would be a hook. Whether I need an I
pass or not, I patches coming with me. I would
dry my hand and wash it against myself, but not
if you weren't naked at the time. What if you
were at work? I would still water like like dry
and wash my hand like this kitty is also getting
soaked up, Like you have soap on that tip that

(01:47):
you're rubbing. It's not or my my pants that same
thing on your pants. The pants are so dirty. I
guess your face has your best bet or your other arm.
If you just have a stump, I don't know I
have a stump. You have a um? All right? What
are we talking about? Now? God, didn't you have something
better than stump talking? I wanted an opinion from you. Guys.

(02:07):
Let's say that you have a friend who is kind
of They're getting presented with a new opportunity. They're so
excited about this opportunity. You know that opportunity is a
piece of ship and it sucks, but on paper and
in front of them, it looks so amazing. Do you
dash all their hopes for yourself? I know who you're
talking about, and I agree with you. Why don't you

(02:29):
shut up? Scottie? Yeah, I think we all know, but
we'll just move on. Okay, here's the question. I think
it really depends on how good of a friend you
are that person. Daniel's back. Stop talking. I mean we're
not super tight. I mean it's not like we talk
on the phone all the time, but I know this
person fairly well. Is this a better opportunity than the

(02:51):
opportunity that they were just in? That's a tough call.
I don't know. It's kind of almost like a lateral
move with a few things that could be much much harder.
They're already in the opportunity. Yeah, now you miss the
chance adoint I think if they if you, I think

(03:12):
you should have told him beforehand, because I think now
it's kind of like, why didn't you know? No, I'm
definitely I'm not saying anything now. I'm just wondering for
the future. If something like that happens, would you have
told this person watch out? If it is going to
be crazy. If it was as bad as you're making
it seem, you all know it. And yet I have
honestly told people, you know, when they've asked me about

(03:34):
different opportunities, I've said I wouldn't do that, I wouldn't
do that. And how many times does it happen that
they do it anyway? And then they come back to you?
What happened to the guy that married my sister? How
did that work out? Froggy? He asked my dad for
my sister's hand in marriage, and my dad told him,
don't do it. It's the biggest mistake you'll ever make.

(03:54):
He did it anyways, and guess what, it was the
biggest mistake of his whole life. So sorry for him,
none of us, don't. I gotta be honestly, I really
wouldn't give a funk if she did. Hear had a sister,
like two weeks ago? How many years were we know
you had a sister? Froggy's mind? He doesn't have a sister? Okay, wow, younger, Wow,

(04:22):
is this the only member of a family in this
room that's estranged from another family member? Like? Well, some
people don't would say it's strange, you know, I have
a brother and a sister. You still talk to them? Right?
Nobody knows that right relationship? Yeah you have I have
two older brothers, have two older brothers. Yeah, I have
two older brothers. Still talk to them. To my sister

(04:45):
in seventeen years? Wait, what spoke out her in seventeen years? Where?
I don't know? Last time? Last night, I knew she
was in North Carolina. I don't think bit make sure
you recorded. She doesn't want to hear from me. I
don't want to hear from her, Like it's fine the

(05:05):
way he makes Christmas cheaper. Anybody else in your life
who doesn't talk to their like brothers and sisters. I
have like three or four friends who don't talk to
their siblings in a year. I know it happens. I
know what happens, and I know that they are very
justified reasons for why it happens. I cannot imagine it.
I mean, my sister. There's no one closer to me

(05:26):
in the world than my sister. We grew up with
the same your sister in your family. Yes, Broody's an
only child, we know that. But when we get back
to Froggy for a second, I got questions go to Garrett.
But then I want to go I want she I
want to know about Get's got two sisters, yes, and
a brother a brother? No, obviously has a brother and
obviously okay, sister sister, Diamond has a sister. Sisters, You've

(05:53):
got a sister, you still talk right, older, younger? Okay.
My my dad has a brother and a sister, and
he doesn't talk to either one of them. So we
have no relationship with an aunt and an uncle or
their kids. Think of all those birthday cards you missed out.
Fascinated by this. So my grandfather had like six or

(06:17):
seven siblings and his father died young, so he had
to support the family and none of them appreciated it.
So he disowned all of them. So like he's like,
I hate them. They're all like rotten people. So then
I don't know about fifteen years ago, we looked them
up and we met them, and he was right, they're
terrible people. Wow. Yeah, the whole wing of the family

(06:37):
is obnoxious. You know, I guess this isn't so uncommon.
I mean I know people, you know, girls I've dated,
they don't talk to significant you know, siblings or family.
Flag kind of yes, because so This is the only
reason I say it's a little bit of a red flag.
You know that whole when you marry someone or you
date someone, you're not just dating them, you're dating their
whole family. Right, So when they bring all that drama

(06:58):
with them, is it like, oh, what's going on? I
always wonder if the people are awful and they just
they don't want to be around awful people and they
want to be around you. Yeah. Not back to Froggy.
Do your parents talk to your sister? Oh so it's hard. Wow,
we've tried. It means the long relationships as long as
I can remember being being a child, it was always

(07:18):
a very strange relationship. And then, like like I said,
about sixth or seventeen years ago, there were some really
bad things that happened, and it just she was in
our wedding. I mean I tried relationship with her, Yeah,
and it just it was It's just not one that's
ever going to happen. It's not one that's ever going
to be what we wanted to be. And when better off,
just less alone. I don't wish her any ill will

(07:39):
I don't hate her. I just don't want to. I
don't have a relationship with her. I didn't grow up
with her, and so it's just it's just, is there
a woman walking around It looks like you kids that
you like, but now you don't get to see them.
I don't really know her children. And she had one
child while I was still talking to her, and that
was that was really kind of the beginning of the

(08:00):
end um and that was it. So I don't really
know any of her children. I know she does have
kids though, because I know other people who speak to her.
Do you still talk to her ex husband? No? He
accidentally called me one time. This is a great story.
So one day my phone rings at home and it's
it's his name, and I'm like hello, and he wants
to talk to somebody else who's first name was very

(08:22):
close to my first name, and so I said, yeah,
you got the wrong number. He's like what, and I'm like, hey, Randy,
I said, listen, dude, you called the wrong number. And
I totally get it, and I know you don't want
to talk to me, but it's all good. He hung up.
I never talked to him again, but he did call
my dad one time, and he did call my dad
and my Dad's like, who's this, and he's told him.

(08:42):
He's like, I don't know who you are. He's like,
I just wanted to tell you were right, And my
Dad's like, I don't know what he's talking about. They
hung up. She may listen to the show every day,
aware that the way he's describing it, there's no well,
I mean she has looked up on social media. You're
a public figure. Still. Remember I've been doing this for

(09:03):
twenty since nine, so she knows what I do. I'm
sure in touch with me. I didn't grow up with her,
so she she's my half sister, so I did not
grow up with her. I knew her as a you know,
she was around and then not a round around and
not around. We tried to have a relationship and it

(09:24):
just doesn't work. It's better off left way it is.
I don't want anybody to say anything mean to her
or be he I don't hate her. I just don't
have a relationship whether she does not a relationship with me,
and it's better understood understood. Sounds like scary wants to
have a relationship. Just be honestly. She looks exactly like
my father, I mean exactly like my father. But she's

(09:44):
the same. You can have him, Daniel, you're always trying
to give him to man, what does your girlfriend look like? Well,
she looks like a sixty five year old man that
looks like my dad looks uncomfortable. My dad looks like
Charles Barklay. So's terrible. True. But back to you you, should
I have told my friend or not? Froggy said you

(10:07):
should have you? You You have to be honest because
later when it when it turns bad, if you don't
warn them, then you can't say yeah, I kind of
thought that was gonna be. You're gonna have to keep
it forever close to the vest. She's gonna say, how
did you not know this? And you're going to be
assuming the worst? Though. Should we take bets on how long?
They're going to say? How long until she's like, what
the fuck? Yeah? Release? I think it's probably gonna be

(10:31):
like like I think, I say four months? Four months? Yeah, sex?
What do you guys think knowing the situation that we
can't talk about it's I say a month? It's no, no, no, no.
It's like any relationship. At first, everybody's on their best behavior,
but then that will slowly start to trickle off and

(10:53):
they'll be like, I'll blow up here or blow up there,
and then that will become the norm. Hey remember the
look not getting anything away? But if you watched squid
Game when they all think it's a fun situation and
they want to play red light green Light and then
they realize it's not, you know, they look on that
face absolutely giving are you talking about? You remember the
look on their face when they figure out what's going on.
That's the look that person is going to have when

(11:13):
they figure out what's going on. The I always do
the tempering thing. I'm always like, well, you know, it's
a good opportunity, you know, I'm just so you guys
are saying to someone, Yeah, next time I will. That's
why can't you guys? Because Gandi, they're going to come
back to you at the end and say, hey, why
didn't you tell me? And you either have to say

(11:35):
you never knew or you know, it's going to be
very obvious and new cool good to know. All right,
you could just leave and go in the witness protection
program or something so this person can't get in touch
with you. I didn't. I didn't realize you can get
out of the witness protection program. Like there was a
I was watching a documentary on MTV where a kid

(11:56):
went into it because of his family and he got
out of the witness protection and program. And aren't you
just asking to get your ass kick? Didn't Takashi like
get out of the witness protection I have no idea. Now,
Henry Hill from Goodfellas and like, I mean, you do
something like that. You go in to witness protection and
then you write a book and talk about it. Seems

(12:18):
like a thing once you're in witness protection. Apparently it's not.
It's a good point. If you're protecting yourself from a
certain person, that person dies, then unless their family has
a vendetta, you're fine. But when you're protecting yourself from
the mafia, the mafia pretty much doesn't die. Thing is
the mafia. I just wanted to go on record and
say that I'm going to bridge to sell you. Uh

(12:39):
did you know se of the companies in Sicily, the
Sicilian businesses are paying protection to the Sicilian mafia stopping
that's a great Does anybody know here anybody that you
know I dated somebody? Really, I would never say it
if and he went and he went and he like
trying to do some like pickups and drop offs while

(12:59):
we were day eating and I figured it out and
I was like, something's going on now. I wasn't was
the girlfriend, that was just the girlfriend, but but I
was like somethingce not And then I figured it out
and I was just like, oh, okay. I learned about
this later on in life. My babysitter growing up because
both of my parents worked, was a good mom. How
do you say to Vinny the chin, the the guy

(13:26):
that wore bathrobes to court and everyone thought he was crazy,
but it was more of a ploy to to kind
of like, but yeah, she was. I learned about that
later on in life. I go, did anything happen at
the house or anything like that? Like, No, we learned
about it after the fact too, so it was very interesting.
That's awesome. So you know, those deals awesome, but we'll
see and they like they pop up, Hey, for just

(13:46):
three euros you can buy a place in Italy. Right,
So of course my ass was like, when we look
this up, I could totally do this, and then you
have x amount of time, you have to put so
much money into it, and then that place is yours.
When I talked to people about how it actually works.
That was one of the things that they said. They said,
you are going to get held up. One, you're going
to be paying these construction companies. Basically they work as

(14:07):
fast as you pay them. Second of all, there are
other people you're going to have to be paid. Oh no, ship,
it's a scam bony. I was like, I can't get
in with the mafia my three euro property that I
thought clearly too good to be sure for that one.
You wouldn't want something to happen to your place? Would
you to keep an eye on things are happening all

(14:30):
the time around here when happen. That's exactly what they said.
They said, it's going to be not only construction that
moves at the pace of a snail, but the overlords
of other things. It's like, oh, you fucker, something excited.
Things in turn light up and get on fire, all
by himself, all the time. Crazy And that's all the
time we have for today. Thanks everybody. Fifteen minute Morning
