Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast
phone minute morning show. Who's gonna start it? I guess
you need you just didn't you know? Elvis is uh
(00:25):
pres indisposed to preoccupie. I know what you want to say.
He's doing Fox eleven. So we decided to do the
podcast because we want to get the hell out of
here today. And we normally used to do it after
the show, but ever since everybody's been at home, we
just decided to, Hey, let's we get a little bit
of window of time. Let's just do it right now.
All right, listen, I love other people. I don't want
(00:45):
to call anybody out. But somebody's breathing directly into their microphone.
I don't know who it is, but I've seen something
that I've seen some complaints of people saying that they
hear it. I don't know who it is, but somebody's
breathing directly into their microphone. I heard it too, and
I heard it just then when you were talking, So
it can't be you know. Wait, hold on, wait, let
me breathe heavy, hold on, that's called breathe. No, no, no,
(01:10):
it's not me. We're not gonna find it now because
now everyone's gonna hold their breath because I don't want
to be the heavy breather. We're gonna have to wait,
and then we hears. We know that they were the
ones because they're holding you blue, right exactly? Was it
like I'm hungry like a fat kid breathing sounds It
(01:33):
sounds like breathing out of the nose. Would you agree, Gandhi?
It was like nose breathing. I heard it there, I
heard it, heard it. Oh, so it wasn't me, but
I was talking. How the hell was it me? Is
there like another No, it's not Nate Nike is your
microphone is always low, It wouldn't pick up a lot. Yeah,
and it's not mine either, because it's the same as Nates. Yeah.
(01:53):
Well that only leaves Brody and myself. I'm gonna say
it's probably one of you, got is because you would
probably hear it during the regular show, right, and we
don't hear it. It was one of us and you
don't hear. So let's have a breathe. The our lovely
(02:14):
videographer who records it by accident, is she she's muted? Muted?
All right, Garrett? You breathe? Garrett breathe out of your nose.
Let's see if we hear it. No, bro bro do
you do it? No, I don't know where it's coming from.
(02:36):
I did hear Garrett breathe. Not that I'm saying it
was him, but I heard him when he did it.
You didn't hear me when I did it? No? No,
I don't hear anybody. Now, I don't know. I think
it was Brody because the game's really up on his mic?
Is it just? It's not? I turned the game down yesterday,
went scary to do a little bit more because you're
pinning my needle. You know what I'm saying? More? Hold on,
(03:01):
hold on, I'll turn the game down more, hold on? Wait, wait, everybody,
look at Scotty be. What's he doing? The whole thing him?
I'm gonna text him, going to do somebody telling to
do it? There he goes, there he goes, nopointing. I
(03:27):
just texted him. Ready, he's gonna look down any second.
He's gonna look down at his phone and he's gonna
see it. Hold on, here goes and up there there
it is. That was for everyone who says, how do
(03:52):
you get into radio into this podcast? You really need
to watch it on inst You gotta see what Scotty
just did with banana. God so talented. You really trying
to get him to teach me one time. I was like, Scotty,
how do you do that? Just you know, necessary life
skill maybe at some point, and he said that the
trick is you have to really like clench your fist
(04:14):
really hard so that it hurts, so you're not paying
attention to the fact that a banana is being jammed
down your throat. And as I was trying, poor Garrett
was watching from the outside, and Andrew was recording it,
and it looks insane. It's one of my favorite videos.
One of those times working at the wrong time. But
it didn't work. I've tried that clench your fist thing too.
(04:34):
It doesn't work. It worked for me. It works better
than if I hadn't clenched my fist. It may just
be that I'm distracting myself. I don't know what it is,
but I was like, so it works. He has. Did
you actually call out, Scotty it works during Yes, just
clench your fist. Clench your fist. Wait wait, When Gandhi
(04:56):
yelled it out, she was a little muffled though at
the time a little bit. Can I ask why Brody
has Disney princesses behind him today? That is no, No,
that's my Barbie doll collection. You guys know I called Balbi's. Yeah,
you guys know I go to all the Barbie conventions
(05:16):
and stuff. Just there every single time. Is like, no,
that's every day, that's my Barbie collection. Okay. Yesterday was
the Scarecrawlers. Yeah, my favorite was the Toddlers surfboard. I
really enjoyed the Toddlers. It's a surfboard for regular people.
(05:38):
Forget his lacrosse career that he had, where he had
a very successful across career. They still talk about me
back in town. I appreciated the liquor behind you because
of how much you drink. I like that big time,
big time my home bar. Yeah. Yeah. One thing we
didn't get to yesterday on the Big Show is I know, Gandhi,
(06:01):
you went around and you said to everyone, what bothers
you about them? Right? Yes, I was forced. I wanted
to be known. I was forced. I had to pick
something about everybody that annoyed me. I love you all. Yes,
he did a good job. So now I think we
should go around the room and decide and say what
(06:21):
bothers us about Gandhi? Yes, please, that's how you get better.
I get the smart. She doesn't do a lot of
things that bothered me at all, which is good. Um.
And the only thing I can think of is that
she's always saying she wants a pet, and she's always
and then she doesn't get one. But I know sometimes
(06:42):
it's not her fault because they've rejected her pet thing.
So I just want her to get a pet so
she can enjoy the pet. And God keeps saying she
wants to get a pet, that's really true. Okay, that
annoys me too. It annoys me too about myself. Um,
I would say when Gandhi, when she hugs pets squeezes
pets too tightly, that bothers me as a dog lover
(07:03):
and a dog owner. I don't like when Gandhi does
things like that. Other than that, God he doesn't really
do anything we do. Now. Gandhi and I do get
into heated but then I wouldn't even see their heated Gandhi,
we get into political our political differences, we talk about
them together. But Gandhi and I learned how to get along.
We learned that we love and respect each other. And
it's really kind of the way we get along is
a microcosm of really I wish the way society would
(07:25):
get along and talk about their differences. So I don't
get irritated by that. I just don't want I just
want you to stop squeezing animals too tightly, because not
all animals want you to squeeze them. They don't. I
promised you nothing. Froggy, Froggy speaking for all animals. They
don't like it, Garrett. Look at them, the little dogs
sometimes you see them, they're look like wow. Speaking of
(07:45):
the animals. Wait, look look at my cat right now.
He didn't have it. He's just relaxing. Don't give me
to gandhi. Yeah, alright, she choose gum too loudly. No,
I got, I got. No, I make something up because
(08:08):
at the end of the day, I'm not I mean,
you try to find It's annoying that I can't find something.
So I'm annoyed that she really doesn't have that much
to her. So that's what I'm more annoyed at myself.
Then I guess thanks, Well, I'll jump in here, all right.
I think much like Danielle, You're too nice, Like it's
(08:28):
it bothers me that I can't find something wrong with you.
Have you read some interactions on social media with people
who piss her off. I'm not one of those people.
Those people did something to piss her off. But seriously's like,
you've got to have like some deep, dark secret that
we don't know about that is hiding and we're going
(08:51):
to find it one day. I'm like, oh my gosh,
I never knew this about her, you know, like maybe
I murdered someone, yes, which I'm not. But no, anything
wrong with this is not going away. I wanted it
to go. I wanted people to roast me. I feel
like Scary and Brody are gonna have something. No, I can't.
I can't do the thing. I really I've been sitting
(09:12):
here for five minutes and my mind is blank for
the first time. I can't think of anything. I will
say that. Yeah, I don't know if I admire or
I hate the way you handle your haters as just
to you know, play off with Nate said, sometimes you
could be sweet as apple pae. You let it roll
off your back, and I'm like, I hate the fact
that she lets it roll over back. But then when
you want to make an example of somebody, they and
(09:36):
I love that, but but I love that that's that's
a good thing, but I see it as a negative
because you don't address it or attack these people. You
for the most part, you just let it go, and
I hate that. You need to be right. I'll be
better for you, Scary. I'm going to be more attacking
on this is good. We're going in a positive direction. Brody, No,
(09:59):
I have That was exactly what I was going to
say that Scary just said that you and I tend
to agree on almost everything on social media. But I
get into long, drawing out day long battles with people,
and you will just post what they said in a
in a graphic and just go look at this person,
and then it doesn't ruin your whole day. So it
ruins my day that your whole day isn't ruined because
(10:19):
I end up fighting with people who I end up
fighting for Gandhi, with people that bothered Herror. I'll jump
in and then two days later, I'm still fighting and
I'll say, Gandhi, I'm still fighting with that person. Just
what person? I forgot about them? Two days ago and
I don't, but I'm still fighting with them angry. Yes,
it angers me that she doesn't get angry enough. And
this is getting along with Froggy thing. That's some bullshit
(10:41):
right there. Bullshit Brody. I will say, I really appreciate
Brody goes to bat for all of us so hard.
He absolutely does, and I do appreciate it. I just
with this stuff. I think that it and maybe you
guys agree or disagree. I think that the hate disproportionately
flies my way in a lot of instances. I think
there are multiple reasons for that. I mean, I'm the
(11:04):
newest person I post. I think more controversial things than
a lot of other people do. Um. Yeah, you could
get into gender and race issues if you want to
about you know, some of the things that I get.
But I think that because it's always flying at me
so much, it just doesn't affect me the way it
might affect you if it's not coming all the time.
(11:24):
So it's like, you know, a tornado kills eleven people,
and that's horrible, it's so sad, and then you hear
about a tsunami that killed thirty thousand, and it's still sad,
But you don't process. How bad that is because it's
such a big number. And I think the same thing
happens with like hateful comments. After a certain amount of time,
you're like, whatever heard it before, Come at me with
something original. That's what I just in time to talk
(11:45):
about what he doesn't like about. Yes, then don't know.
I can't wait to go on and bash her on
social media today, Brody will fight with you. Then here's
what irritates me about Gandhi. I really can't find a
lot that irritates me about Gandhi. That's what's kind of
irritating to me, right, That's what a lot of people said.
(12:08):
Had you really try to camp up the diva qualities?
Then I'll take some notes. I'm gonna go look at
come back. So wait a second, Elvis, you can't just
drop into the fifteen minute morning. So twelve minutes in
and I'll tell us where the fun it's been like,
just like show up. I was just on a good
day New York on Fox five talking about Age Walk
(12:29):
New York. You know, age Walk New York has been
going on a huge one of the hugest events in
New York City every year at Central Park. We've been
been doing it for thirty five years. I used to
go when I was a kid, believe it or not.
But this year, of course, it's a virtual walk, and
so we're raising money and so it's gonna be the
Sunday morning at ten. That's enough about me. What do
you think about me? Well, that's kind of important. What
(12:51):
you were talking about is, here's the thing about Gandhi.
It's hard to change her mind about anything. Sometimes Gandhi
is like a tick. She just sits. She just burrows
in and just sucks and doesn't want to come out
and doesn't want to come out and listen to it.
Anyone else's perspective, this is what's going to kill her.
(13:14):
O god, Yeah, yeah, there is that Gandhi. Gandhi sticks
to her guns, and I think that is definitely nothing
to sneeze. I think that that's very admirable. Some of
us are easy, easy, easily swayed left and right. Wait
a minute, When I do the same thing, it's like, oh, brody, no, mits,
(13:36):
he's wrong. When Gandhi does it, she sticks to her guns.
It's the way as that. One more thing I don't
like about Gandhi. She's impervious to criticism. See. This is
the thing about you, Brodie's you start screaming, you start yelling,
and it's like Brooklyn, but you know, I will give
I will give Brody this same as Gandhi. They are
(13:58):
very very intelligent people and they have they have no
problem coming up with an answer immediately that will go
make you go oh. I never thought of it that way,
and I find that of quality. Even though you scream it,
you scream it out by a little more together. That's
my complaining about Gandhi. I like her. We moved out,
(14:19):
like about Brody, doesn't it always. We also spent a
good amount of time Elvis trying to figure out who
the heavy breather was, and we haven't been able to
isolate it yet. It's not you. It's probably either Garrett
(14:42):
or Brody. It's someone who's close to that microphone and
is not on the Big Show all the time, because
you we don't hear it on the Big show. We
only hear it here. I'm gonna I'm gonna say it,
not just because it's not me, but if you listen back,
maybe about two minutes ago, it was Brody. Why right
right before he started talking, right before he started talking,
(15:04):
you gotta and then he started talking. He goes, I'm
just saying so the fact that I may have sniffled
once in fifteen minutes means I'm the heavy breather. Up.
It was Gandhi. It was Gandhi. She's flawed. The fifteen
(15:25):
minute Morning Show
