Speaker 1 (00:02):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast?
Firms Represents Morning Show. Why is Daniel wearing a sombrero?
We got to mile is next weekend? Party City has
everything you need for your fun to go to male
party too. Sunday this weekend, right, yes, Sunday, but technically

(00:26):
you're right, because Sunday is next week. It's the first
day of the next week. Is big party on Sunday.
I can't wait. But that's like the same people that say,
like it's midnight. It's like, hey, good morning, right, Like
Friday night doesn't end at midnight. It ends like four
in the morning. From Saturday Saturday Sunday. As the beginning
of the week is the drink everybody goes drinking. I
set my phone calendar to start on Monday. Therefore the

(00:48):
week starts on Monday. Hey, before we get started, by
the way around the table, We've got Gandhi, We've got Scary,
We've got Dave Brody, we've got great tea, We've got
Garrett in Danielle in me. Hey, my apologies, I'm gonna
take I'm gonna take the responsibility for yesterday's fifteen minute
morning show podcast for it was filthy it was. It

(01:11):
was Brody and I were talking about this. Do you agree?
It was? Oh? Yeah, I said you should mention it
on the Big Show and you said it's so dirty
you can't even mention it on the Big Show. Yeah.
We got into all sorts of things. But don't you
need that from time to time? Though? What a great
advertisement for people who didn't listen to yesterday's podcast go
back and listen to it. Yeah. I guess it's good
to you know, kind of smudge it up from time
to time. So today today I'm going to read passages

(01:34):
from the Bible. Yeah, no, I mean, I just I
don't know. Last night I was tossing and turning. I
couldn't sleep knowing that we left that much filth in
a podcast. Did you know? Did you click the button? Yes?
I clicked the button. And you know what's the button
on the It's just the you know, not safe for
work on loudspeakers type button where it just warns you
that there is some content that is questionable and just

(01:58):
proceed with caution. There was a lot what are you eating,
Danielle say? And now it sounds like yesterday's podcast, I said,
first to Mayo, say yeah, sometimes that's the thing. You know,
We've been doing this radio thing for so many years,
and we are so so so heavily governed by the FCC.

(02:20):
We're not allowed to do so many things, to say
so many things. So finally we get a chance on
a podcast where we can say whatever we want, and
we just we're a little crazy, right. I like it.
I feel like we get drunk with power bombs. Yeah,
you don't have to say f bombs. You can actually
say the words that felt so good the box Again.

(02:41):
I start getting nervous because I think we're gonna is
this thing on? So what do you want to talk
about today? It's on your podcast? Oh you know what
we didn't do today and we didn't go Remember we
were supposed to like tell somebody something that you don't
like about them. We never got to that. Do you
want to get to that? I mean, it's something to
talk about, Okay, I don't know. See I had one

(03:05):
ready to go. I was going to be brutally honest
with someone sitting in this room right now and I
but now it's kind of lost it shine. Oh no,
I think it's still shiny. The day is still young.
Greg Tea is cowering under the desk. You you're assuming
that I was going to say something to you, Yes,
because I just feel it. I know it. I know
it's coming my way, so I'm just bracing. It wasn't

(03:26):
aimed towards you, but I love how you made it
about you to me. You know I'm not gonna say no,
this is awful. I really want to hear it. I
hope I may get up the courage to do it.
You want to, sweet Lets go around the room. Okay, Gandhi?
If if I may be honest, is how you start
your your lyne. If I may be honest, I really

(03:46):
truly love everyone in this room, but I have realized
this is a room full of snitch and ass bitches. Yes,
are safe. I know she's talking about me. A room all.
At some point everyone in this room has snitched about something,
everyone except me. Well see, I love snitching, but I
see what I do is you'll tell me something in private,

(04:08):
and then I'll come in and open the microphone with
ten million people listening, and I'll say it. Check out
yesterday's show for proof I did it to Gandhi. It happened.
Some examples please of snitching Okay, So like a lamp broke,
I don't know how it broke, but people knew how
the lamp broke, and there was like one story that

(04:29):
everyone was telling Elvis about it, and then maybe scary,
maybe t maybe some other people decided that they should
tell Elvis what really happened to the lamp, and then
in the process of that pull everyone in with them.
I had nothing to do with that stupid lamp. That one.
You were a part of it. You recorded, you sneaky
recorded people talking about it, and then laid it back
on the air. That was po poor lamps been through hell. Alright, alright,

(04:52):
this is a room full of Niching ass bitches, but
I love everyone in here. Okay, scary, okay, if I'm
to be starting, If I may be honest, we work
in radio and in a radio studio where headphones are
very important to be listening and paying close attention to
everything going on. Gandhi and Danielle were earbuds, which is

(05:15):
acceptable for listening to this podcast by people, but I
don't think it's acceptable. I think very air pods and earbuds.
It's like minimalizing our craft and what we do for
a living here I think you guys should have full on,
full over the ear headphones because I think that you
guys you sometimes miss stuff that goes on everybody. I

(05:36):
hear everything. First of all, the sound in these is perfect. No,
it's not yet. Yes, it is great. Jake has told
us that for picture reasons, he likes radio first. I
don't give a ship what you say. I'm sorry, honest, Dan,
I'm being honest. Can we point out scary, where's the
big fancy headphones? And still misses half the ship? Very true?

(06:01):
Because you're on Instagram? Can I go then to me? Okay,
Dave's next, defer, I give my time to Danielle. Okay, alright,
claim it later. Well, mine was about Nate, but he's
not here right now behind his back. It's better, I said,
I wrote down. I wrote it. Next. I want to forget.

(06:23):
I wanted to say, Nate, you are much more fun
as a friend than you are as a boss. No
offense or no. We're gotta be honest, gotta be honest,
gotta be honest. Okay, no, but because like this morning,
like I can like bs with him in the hallway
and everything's cool, then like this morning, I go, dude,
I got this great idea for tomorrow. I'm gonna work

(06:44):
on it. And he goes, t, I don't have time
for you, and I'm like, seriously, you're such an asshole.
And I'm like, maybe even maybe he was doing something
that had to be done. Look, you know, when we're
doing okay, but I was exciting. When we're doing a
live show, you can't pause the show to sit. You're
gonna listen to someone's idea. You gotta keep moving. You
don't have a choice. But we don't want to take

(07:05):
people's legs right underneath that they're excited and they've got
a great idea. You don't want to like, you know,
how could he have handled that? If he didn't have
time to listen to your idea, how could he have
handled it? Well, answer my question, But I guess he
could have said, I'll be right back to you in
a little bit and then you can tell me your idea. Okay,
So maybe there's maybe there's a more polite way to happen.

(07:26):
You could have said, hey, can we meet after the show.
I'm really really busy, instead of saying I don't have
time for you. I found it very offencilty Okay, if
I may be honest, you do have a way. You
have a way, and a lot of us do thinking
that what you have to say at that very moment
has to be said at that very moment, regardless of

(07:47):
what everyone else is going through. I do get excited,
I know, but sometimes you know, other people are doing
something that needs to be done, and we can't stop
and listen to you go on because no offense. If
I may be honest, you tend to go on and
on and on. As a matter of fact, you go
on and on and on so much we tell you
every day you're going on and on and on, and
you still don't stop going on and on and on.

(08:07):
You still go on and on. I don't know how
to harness the energy. And then until you harness the energy,
you're gonna hear people say insulting things like shut up, hello, Garrett, Hello,
be honest, all right, I have to be honest. If
I'm being honest, I Danielle could say every word in
the book that we know except for one word when

(08:28):
it comes to being on the radio, penis. You have
you find every other word for penis except for the
word penis where it's PPDB hate it when you say
PPD Garrett someone the other day, why do that? Let's

(08:58):
talk like we're talking, we're friends. Don't go but I said,
my friends with about your penis. So you say, what
do you say to your friends when you're hanging out
with them about that? When you're talking to your girlfriends?
You you see pept them to my girlfriends about dicks, like,
oh my god, you said the words and gosh, how

(09:20):
big is your husband's penis? Like that? That was good.
I want to know if I may be honest, that
was awesome. That was a moment for me right there
that you just said that. It came right out brazen said,
I don't talk about dick, Okay, if I may be honest,
start with it. If I may be honest, scary to

(09:41):
death and you know that. But when you try to
do things just because it's the cool thing to do,
like oh, I'm non GMO now, I'm not gonna eat
sugar this week. I'm only eating organic. Okay, I'm gonna
have Brussels brows or whatever the hell is, it's so
horrible because you need to just do you and be you.
You're wonderful the way you are. You don't have to

(10:01):
try to be cool to keep up with the cool kids.
Wow that was around at the end. That wasn't supposed
to happen, alright, teaching me things. Can I reclaim my time? Yes,
it's time for reclaiming my time. If I'm being honest, Elvis,

(10:23):
you're going to see the new Avengers film and not
having invested any time in seeing any other Avengers film
is bothering me in a way. I never forget it,
you know, I could. I could tell that as a
matter of fact, I'm considering seeing other Avengers film, but
I was gonna stick to my guns. Just to piss you.
I feel like you cut the line. I've invested twenty
one movies in eleven years, right, and you're just gonna

(10:46):
go to the movie so and see what happens. So
you're not saying I should not see the last Avengers
film because I haven't seen the other ones because I
don't know what's going on. You're saying it because you
feel like I'm cutting the line, and you feel like
I'm I'm I'm cheating, right. I feel I was saying earlier,
was that that you're just following a trend that when

(11:06):
she was accusing me of it's on a trend. It's
the fucking movie that's out. Probably always are trend. Elvis
has to do work for the work for the show
he has on. Okay, look if I said I'm gonna
if I said I'm gonna watch the last season of
Game of Thrones, everyone in the know would say, well,
you can, but it's not going to make a lot
of sense right back off. But I've heard from several people, several,

(11:30):
not all, but several people that I can go watch
this Avengers movie and I will be fine with it.
It's gonna be when you're you're saying that because you're
just because I know what makes the movie great and
it's all the references. It could be great, but you're
saying it would be better if I saw the other films.
It will be an average movie that you'll go, I
don't get the hype, and then you're gonna you're gonna
shoot on. What I love more is actually gonna hate

(11:54):
hate me because this Sunday, I'm going to see both
Harry Potter's on Broadway all one day and I saw
the movie. You never seen the movie, but you know
what I've seen Harry Potter. I'm roadway. You can see
that without seeing the movie. Really, you don't have to
rely on the movie. Like I can't even get tickets
to that thing. I would kill to go, and he's going.

(12:15):
He doesn't give a dance. What You're gonna hate me
even more. They asked me to go and I said no,
I've asked on it. Hold on with free dinner in between.
It's too much of a long day firm. It's an investment.
Every time there's a marathon on the weekends. I watch
all the movies. They should have called you then instead
of I would have taken you're going? Also, yeah, I'm going.

(12:39):
I got a friend coming to town to go with
me because I'm so oh my god, you told a
friend out of town over Brodie. I didn't know Brodie
wanted to go, but it wasn't way you could have
found that out. Asked if being honest, y'all suck, we
could ask if you could go? I be wed like
that expelling arms that Harry Potter is, I can scary?

(13:03):
Didn't know what's that mean? All right, play with your friends.
We've had way too much honesty today. Can we just
come back tomorrow and be just be pretending and you
know fake you enjoy being honest. I've enjoyed it. I've
enjoyed watching everyone else's honesty because it didn't come at
me like yeah, but everyone seemed to be in a

(13:24):
good moody except for Great Tea. He seems like he's
been he's been scolded. Just I don't know how to
harness my energy. It is something that I cannot do.
And then I get okay, Okay, look at least you
can admit you don't know how to harness your energy,
and you admit you go on and on and on. Well,
then there's therefore you need to understand that we're gonna
stop you from time to time. We need to. We

(13:44):
need to protect our own sanity around you. Okay, you're right.
We've worked on certain things on the show, and that
is one of my things that I just don't know
how to do it correctly or I just can't. Like
I had the pre Leans, you know, it was like
so excited, but the pre Leans when I on the show,
when we were talking about um Rob Shooter, I had
to tell you, I just have to, like I gotta

(14:05):
burst it out. I know when you do burst it
up but you burst it up for like an hour.
It's like it's like a volcano that spewing and spewing
and spewing, because it just sits on my mind. I
have no ready to talk to at home about these things,
so I have to come tell you guys, So why
are you taking it out? And guys and my family
away from my family, we've come. I gotta be honest.
I one of those sausages out of your thing. I

(14:27):
taste cilantrot. You know, you're like cilantro. You ruin everything
this one has. Well, I know, but sometimes they put
cilantro anyway. So are we all happy? Yeah? We were honest.
We learned a lot. Brodie's ass hurt. Get me a magnet.

(14:49):
I'll bring you back, magnet, and all the now tying
to I want to snow Globe fifteen minute Morning Show
