Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh fa, what would you talk about on your on
your podcast to morning show? All right, ladies and gentlemen,
I'm Greg g alongside Garrett. Uh So, here's the deal.

(00:25):
The rest of the morning show right now, they are,
you know, doing an interview with the celebrity right now,
and we are not into in the studio. We're not
we're not invited. We were given a task of not
being in the studio and doing this exactly which we said,
you know what, let's take advantage of set opportunity. It
is set opportunity. That's right, Garrett is set opportunity. And um,

(00:47):
you know I sat back and said, you know, to Nate,
our executive producer, who appointed me the responsibility of finding
people to come here and do the podcast, I said,
you know, dude, I want to be a part of
the interview. He said, we we got enough people. It's true.
I mean, we got enough people. There's only and there's
one guest, and then there's several people. So how many

(01:10):
more people do you need to interview one person? Sometimes
it just feels good to be a part of the
part of looking for love? Are you looking for affection
right now? You're not looking for You're not the wrong place.
Can we also talk about your habits of being O C. D. Yes?
But what about Andrew? I think Andrew do. Here's the thing, So,
when Nate told me to go get people, I went

(01:31):
to everybody on the morning show, everybody that wasn't in
the studio, you name it, and everybody said no. Everybody
was like, no, man, I got too much to do.
I can't do it. I'm not feeling into it. I
got every excuse in the book. You were the only
one that said, sure, you do it. And then Andrew,
who just walked by. So I don't know. Can you

(01:53):
just duck your head out there and yell for Andrew?
She was coming in. I hope he yes? Andrew? All right,
right now we're gonna find out what's going on. If
Andrew is gonna come in here and make a third person,
uh Andrew being Elvis's assistant, Uh he might, Hey, I
want to be a part of the podcast. Two seconds.
You see, This is exactly what happened when I went

(02:16):
around and I asked everybody this one here, that one button,
this one no, no, the blue button that's turned on right,
turned that off? Yes? This one here? Say hello, Andrew, Hi, everybody. No,
I said, say hello Andrew, Oh hi Andrew. So anyway,
so this is this is this is what happened. I
went to everybody and I got that those kind of

(02:37):
excuses like Andrew, you're gonna stick around to the podcast today, Yeah,
for a couple of seconds, couple of second minutes. This
is what I got from everybody. Man is very busy.
Not only does he control us, he controls Elvis. I
understand that. But here's also what I don't understand is
that this is and you'll you'll find it's very weird
for me, But this is our jobs. His job. He's

(03:00):
doing his job. You're asking people to step in, but
you're asking him to stop his job to do another job.
Right now? What do you do right now? I mean
next week you're going to Seattle, right, Norwegian crew, we're
on the Norwege cruise. Do you think that I might
have some things I have to do with that? Okay,
maybe you have a couple of things to me after Elvis?
Can you stop? Have you seen that? Okay? I produced

(03:22):
that every day I have. You know, Andrew Green sponsorships
to full Disclosure. Great, he only watches when he's on
that's right, Well, he can't. He doesn't want to sit
on the panel anymore. Oh, you're too big for the panel?
Can only host? You told me to specifically host. Look
at you. He laid down the law. He literally came
to me and he goes, Hey, so like doing after Elvis,
but like, I don't want to be I can't be

(03:42):
on the panel. I don't Why can't you see? This
goes back to where we're at right now? Correct? So
he paid the picture for the first off, Andrew produces
this great show Facebook Watch where it's just members that
are around the office stop by, unlike the fifteen Morning Show,
and they comment on very topical things, right Andrew, that
is that are happening in the world daily. So there's

(04:06):
a host and then there's a few people that stop in.
Great does not want to be on what they call
the panel. Okay, because the reason why I don't want
to be on the panel is not because I think
I'm too important. It's that I'm not. I know my
I know where I'm gonna where. I have deficiencies, and
my deficiency is that I can't think quick on my feet.
So there's no editing with that show. That show just

(04:27):
runs live. So, which means if let's just say Andrew's hosting,
and Andrew goes, all right, so topic number one, we're
gonna talk about blah blah blah. And then he goes
to you and I you might be very quick and
be like, oh, well, you know, I think it's very
funny because you take I don't realize that maybe ten

(04:48):
minutes at most that we're lying what you're doing. You're you.
You take the longest, you take an hour. You know
it was right before you launch into a topic, you
read it over. That's right, and you do like when
you read, you go e l C Reunion confirmed. I
want to make sure that right to alright, so three,
I want to make sure that's right. Alright, guys, t
l C. Re It is much easier to host than

(05:11):
is to be on the panel. To be on the panel,
I just freeze up. I cannot think outside the box.
But you also have to read too. I mean, that's
why you would think reading as opposed to speaking your
mind off the cuff is a little easier. So Great
he only likes to host after I was told so
now I can't, so now whenever I use Great, He's
that's why he only hosts host. So so let's fast
forward to present day, right this second and right the second.

(05:34):
So as we come into the studio, I go, okay
to sit right sit where I'm sitting right now on
the other side of the studio, not doing it. He goes, Nope,
Why he goes, I only host. I like to be
in control. I go, you know what, that's fine, press
all the buttons that I can't set everything up. I
can just set mica and he couldn't even put my
mit it. So you don't do it? So you know what,

(05:55):
next time he goes I only host, be like, you
know what, do the do the whole show? Go do it?
Let's there? So are you Pinocchio? There are Pinocchio. No
years have gone by and I have not brushed up
on how to work any of these computer systems here.
I barely know how to work this board with it
was a hundred thousand buttons on it. What would I
tell you? You got to stay with the times? I

(06:16):
get left behind? Why do I need to learn how
to do all those? All these and people make fun
of millennials. This okay, I'm gonna pull a great tea
on this one. This is my problem. Go ahead, this
is my problem. Millennials are supposed to be the entitled ones.
Where is supposed to be the ones that, oh, they
just want to take, take and take. I could run
your board, I could speak on the board, I could
edit it down, I could post it. But yeah, I'm

(06:37):
the entitled one. Someone like you tells me, oh, but
you're not a host. He's done it for twenty years,
like you see my right, I've been here a very
long time time over over knowing my time. I've put
in my time. But realistically, do you not see maybe
some I I agree, and like with entitlement, I do

(07:00):
think that there are there are people, yes, coming up.
It is a different generation. But I will say I
am shocked at how often I come intact with something
like who's higher up, who's in there in a higher position,
but yet knows nothing about management, because about structure, about
they don't know how to do the basics of the job.

(07:20):
Because here's what happens is that is that you know,
there was a time where if you excelled, people around
you would help you out and let you excel. So
in my case, I didn't really have to learn how
to do any of this computer. Just don't you think
that that's entitlement to a certain degree, then, so the
same entitlement that you say that millennials have. Don't you

(07:40):
think that you benefited from yourself? You're a hypocrite? Okay, fine,
I can admit that. I can admit. But but so
here's where we are. Fast forward till today. You got me,
fast forward till today. I there's no need for me
to have to learn how to work all of these computers.
And that's fine, but just recognize that whenever you call
it a millennial for being titled, you're they're also working

(08:02):
behind the scenes to make sure they know how to
do that. Fine, keep you up and running. Fine, Fine, fine, Fine,
I do have a question that I wanted to get
you to down the podcast. So, Megan Markel and m
and Prince Harry got married. They have not gone away
on their honeymoon yet. They're pausing for a while. They're
gonna get They're gonna get some stuff done, then they're
gonna go away. I'm a very big traditionalist, of course,

(08:24):
We're like, you get married on a Saturday night and
then or Saturday and then Sunday, you rest, pack up,
go home. Monday latest Tuesday, you pop hop on a
flight and head off half a head off to your vacation,
to your honeymoon for a week and a half. So
so what so I don't know why you gotta pause
everything and and like what do you do? You get

(08:46):
married on the weekend and then you go back to
work on Monday, and then you go, oh, we're gonna
take take a honeymoon to three weeks from now. Where
do you put your foot in your mouth? You know
what they're doing right now? What do they do? They're
hanging out with orphans? Are they really see? That's not
not okay? I get that. That's Megan Marcos right now

(09:07):
in Africa. Well, anyway, I just wanted to throw it
out there. Are you guys traditionalists in the fact when
it comes to marriage, where you get married and then
you immediately take off of your honeymoon or are you
more you know, flexible where you get married and then
you can head on out maybe three weeks from from
the day, whatever it takes. I I took three weeks.

(09:27):
So yeah, so you so as you get married in
three weeks later than on a honeymoon, so then the
next I forget with your so, like, did you go
back to work on Monday? Tuesday? So you're back on Tuesday,
and like, does that seem weird? You just got married,
you should be out celebrating with your with your wife
because you say so. It's just no, it's not because
I say so. It's because of the way I feel
as being a traditional which is you say so, No,

(09:50):
that's you spinning. It's saying I say so. I'm not
saying no. I'm saying that. That's just because you call
yourself a traditionalist doesn't mean that that that gives you
the title of saying That's not what I saying. But
I'm not declaring it. I'm just saying that's how I feel.
It's just a feeling. It's not that's your feeling, right,
it's my feeling. My feeling saying it. My feeling is
I'll go in three weeks when I wanted to. I know, Andrew,

(10:13):
how about yourself? You know me and my wife Andrew single, ladies,
Andrew's single. But even so, you're got a good job.
Young guys. I mean your family is very Italian and
they have very got married last year and she went,
she did the same thing. She waited a little bit.
Got married Saturday, right, Sunday was like a brunch night.

(10:36):
They left Monday for the honeymoon. Traditional love that I do.
I think that's very traditional. I don't but but but
there's something special. I'm not going to use the word again.
But I'm going to use the word again. Maybe some
people can't take off the day after their wedding, Yes,
so maybe they have to push it a week. Are
you talking about someone being entitled entitled? I'm just about okay, Listen.

(11:01):
What I think is I think there's something very special
in holding some kind of traditions a little close to you.
So I just think that there is there's like it's
not here, there's a beauty and tradition. I agree with you.
I mean, I if I were to get married, I
wouldn't want to go like the day like get me married,
get me out, get me out of here, right. But
like in the Bible, it doesn't seem like she will

(11:23):
get married and go on honeymoon. Is not in Peteron. No,
there's nothing like that either. I don't know. I haven't
read it well anyway, so I don't know. Are there
any traditions that you do hold onto Garrett Um, I'm
not like I know you. You You you are every tradition
possible under the sun to me. I don't think so.

(11:46):
I mean, so, if Valentine's Day is on a Thursday
and my wife says, I don't want anything this year,
it's she's not getting any what about can you take
her to dinner and still celebrate Valentine's Day on Saturday? Yes?
And I know that A No, you just as much
can't do it, Andrew, Valentine's Day. I'll get Valentine's Days
on a Thursday. Can you go enjoy your Valentine's Day

(12:07):
on Saturday or do you have to have it on Thursday? Yes?
Stuper said, I don't understand what what are you're doing again,
because I'm I try to be a traditionalist. What do
you accomplish out of that, aside from filling whatever is
inside that heart of yours and doing it for someone?
If I can't celebrate my birthday with you, yeah, But
if I can't celebrate your birthday with you on the day,

(12:29):
but I give you a gift two days later, should
I just not give you gifts? Should you not give
me tradition? I mean tradition, but it is acceptable. Jada
and Ella have birthday parties. If just say you you
don't do it on the day, why don't you have
everybody over? And you know because in those situations the
tradition sation it's acceptable to you. So like I mean,

(12:53):
like it's Valentine's Day on Thursday, it would annoy me
that I feel like the whole it has gone out
And I waited till the following Saturday to go out
on Valentine. Have you done that to Trish Well? I
learned the hard way with trich and Valentine's Day a
long time ago. I sent her flowers and it didn't
arrive the boutadian and arrived until five thirty almost six o'clock.

(13:14):
And she told me at the office, at the office
that the dumb move. She told me that the flowers
don't get to her. But let's say one o'clock Valentine's
days over. That's a show off move for everyone in
the office. Which but tradition shows that you would get
your bouquet a little early so that you have it
all day long. You wouldn't get it at five thirty

(13:34):
six o'clock. I would love to be a psychology. I
just think that there are some traditions. There's there is,
there's there's a beauty in a tradition, all right, So
if there is, if Andrew and I chip in and
get you a birthday gift on on June thirteen, give
it to you. You accepted, right, But but June fifteen,
do you still accept it? It depends becauld you're making No, No,

(13:57):
you couldn't make it. Dine to accept it. It's it's
be late. Was a gift for you? But but if
I sit, yeah, but if I see you and you
can make it, and then you don't. What about people
that Makeday dinners like okay, I can't see you on
the day, that's not a birthday dinner, then that's just
the dinner if it's planned. Listen, this is just some
my questions. But let's turn it about so you have

(14:17):
a much time to turn you and Andrew, get me
a gift? When do you give it to me on
my birthday? Great tea, I try to give it to
you on your birthday? When is that February second? Wrong?
I know over October twenty nine, know, Andrew, I knew
it was in October. I was kidding with February. Yeah right,
and he's a running joke which you still have not
caught on to. Why do I gotta remember whenever it's

(14:39):
birthday and you have to remember, you don't. I mean,
it's nice, you're an entitled traditional list. You should do
your best to try to remember. But he's birthday unless
and then it doesn't matter because that's not tradition. Why
do I have to remember that for right? All right, guys,
I'm sorry that the rest of the show wasn't here today.
Hopefully you still enjoyed the team in show podcast, the
