Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Yeah, you're all right, let's go around the room. Let's
see what's on the minds of those who are in
the room. Scary, I'm gonna start with you, what's on
your mind today?
Speaker 3 (00:13):
So when I was at Uncle Johnny's party yesterday, we
were hanging out and I met some fun listeners and
this one woman was like you know. Got into a
conversation with her and she's like, I said, what do
you do for a living? And she says, Oh, I'm
a TikTok influencer. I'm like, really, I'm like, how does
that work? Because I thought maybe she had like a
full time job. She goes, yeah, she goes, I just
(00:33):
make a lot of money. I just turn on my
TikTok in the morning. I just get ready. I give
makeup tips and do tutorials and stuff like that. And
I'm like, whoa. I'm like, and there's a lot of
money be made there, right, And then yeah, she has
a quarter of a million followers. But I've been hearing
recently from a lot of people that are teachers saying
that that students coming out of high school and college.
(00:57):
All they want to aspire to be are t talk
influencers and make money that way and not have traditional jobs.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
So my question it's becoming a traditional job. Actually it is.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
But the question is at some point at what At
some point the market becomes saturated and then there's everyone's
not making as much money anymore, will you eventually have
to get a traditional job. So I kind of fear
for the future because at some point this everyone's going
to be doing this for a living. Oh I just
wake wake up in the morning. I just feel myself like, hey,
(01:29):
what's up.
Speaker 4 (01:30):
How's it going? Scary? Are you afraid of your future
as an influencer?
Speaker 3 (01:33):
No, no, no, I I have a real job at
the moment. Unless you know something, I don't. I got it,
but you know, but that could be like.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Extra money, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
But for some people, a lot of people, and the
future people like this is my thing going forward, that's
my main focus is making money on TikTok.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
I think it's her As the world of influencers go,
I see it getting to the point where you're going
to have a few that are extremely successful and then
a bunch of others.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
Right and right. Yeah, few rides to the top and
then kind.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Of like what we do everyone's swimming anyway, Well, good
luck with that's scary. We'll keep an eye on you, okay.
Perfect ladies and gentlemen influence her. Scary. Hey, Danielle wants.
Speaker 4 (02:16):
Help with you today, So I think gy, can you
turn the music down a little bit? Thank you? Okay,
go ahead, Danielle.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Everybody needs to have friends like my sister has, Amanda,
Victoria and Becky. They were like the three main people
that went on the trip, including myself and Froggy's wife Lisa.
But these three girls have my sisters back so much.
They put so much effort into this trip to Disney
planning making it extra special for her, and it's like
(02:42):
everyone gets along where nobody if one person wants to
do something but the other person doesn't want to, they
figured out a way to make everyone happy and do everything.
And they're just such nice people. So I feel like
everybody needs to have a group of friends like that
that just gets you, that has your back for everything,
and then just make all your moments special. So my
(03:03):
sister's very very blessed. I mean, I have fantastic friends too.
I feel blessed to you. But these three girls are
just incredible.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
So girl's driving for right.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, the perfect circle of friends, because, as we always say,
you are a product of the people you hang out with.
Speaker 5 (03:15):
Yep, yep.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
And it looks like to the photos you guys had
your heav you had a great time, the best and
you're still having a great time with Doroggi you talking
about Beavery BUCkies.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
Yes, hey, Froggy, what's up with you today?
Speaker 6 (03:27):
I just want you guys to know what a mess
Danielle is. So this morning, she is, this morning, I
need to leave the house early. So we get out
in my driveway. We've gotten out of my house and
Danielle goes, oh, I have a plastic bag with a
pair of pants I can't find. I'm like, okay, well,
where do you think it is. I think it's inside.
I left it on the on the floor in the bedroom.
So I go back in the house, open the garage
(03:47):
door and go all through it back in the house.
It's not there. Come back out. She goes, Oh, I
think I put it in this bag I have right here. Okay,
let's go like, daniel how do you you're just packed
two minutes ago. How do you not know where stuff is?
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Stuff?
Speaker 1 (04:00):
I'm forgiveful and I'm tired because mikey ruth will kept
me up all night.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
Dummy.
Speaker 6 (04:03):
So Danielle is a mess, but you know what, we
love her just the way she is.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
You'll keep me.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
Isn't it fair to say we're all pretty much a mess?
Speaker 4 (04:13):
Be honest? Hey, straight eight? What's up with you?
Speaker 7 (04:16):
Okay, go somewhere you've never been and try something you've
never done. Yesterday went to Fire Island, never been there,
watched a drag show, never seen one.
Speaker 4 (04:25):
Amazing on both counts.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
I would one do it again, and I'm so glad
I did it something that I've never done and never
been to.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
So do yourself a favor.
Speaker 7 (04:36):
Put something on your calendar somewhere you've never been in,
something you've never done.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
You'll thank me later. I think that's great advice. Yeah,
without doubt, what's up with you today?
Speaker 4 (04:46):
Gandhi?
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (04:47):
I just wanted to highlight the importance of showing up.
If you can show up for people, show up because
time is the one thing that you never get back.
So when you give somebody your time, it is an
incredible gift. And if you can be there for people
during the important things, it is a memory that they
will probably take with them for life. You don't always
remember what somebody got you as a gift for your birthday,
(05:08):
last year, or Christmas, whatever it is. But I think
when you think about the important things in life, you
do remember who was there with you, who was laughing
with you, who is by your side. So if you
can show up for people, show up, and if you
can't make it, pop up on them another time and
let them know that you care. I think showing up
and being present is really really important. And I realized
that yesterday and I'm really glad that we all got
to show up and enjoy.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
We did. We had a great time yesterday.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
And as I said earlier, we've been hanging out a
lot more lately as a larger group, and I'm just
wondering what we're doing.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
Next, what's our next adventure. I can't wait. Did everyone
go around the room? I think everyone did. There was
saying right, yeah, yes, I think we got everyone in
