at our twenty twenty four iHeartRadio jingle Ball presented by
Capitol One.

Everyone's don't get mad at me for saying this, Benson.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
All right, everyone's buzzing about how you really are the
voice tonight.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Really your presence at this jingle ball is the one.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
We've been doing this for thirty years, Benson, and every
year there's one artist that flows to the top, and
you're you're our floater.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
Well, thank you so much. That means the world. There.
It's a pretty stacked list for tonight, so that means
a lot.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
So how many of you done? You've You've been doing
a few of the jingle balls?
Speaker 4 (00:33):
Yeah, I think, I think not including today. I think
two or three so far.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
And then I'll do Miami, oh yeah, and we'll see
you there for that, yeah, and Boston, Boston two days
and two. Okay.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
See, when you do what you do, sometimes you forget
like where you're gonna.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
Be or where I am, or what day it is,
or what date it is, or what year it is
or what month it is.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Yeah, of course, well you're at Madison Square Garden.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Yes, that one. I can't forget this.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
Square Garden is from from the beginning of me starting music.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
This is my goal to sell out. It's like my
top of the line goal.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Well that's gonna happen. You did it tonight, next year,
next year. Was that supposed to be a secret?
Speaker 3 (01:13):
It is?
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Okay, no one knows that, no, no, no, But all
the jumping off pianos and things you do. I know people,
you're you're tired of talking about it.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
No no, no, no, no please, But I mean you you
land perfectly.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
I mean the German judges always give you ten you know,
have you ever done it and you went whoops?
Speaker 2 (01:32):
That was close? Or have you hit the mark every time?
Speaker 3 (01:37):
So far? Knock on wood, I've hit it every time.
So far.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
There's you know a couple of times I've had like
a landing that isn't my favorite, but number one that's
like noticeably like wow, that was really bad.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
So I'm hoping that day doesn't come. But so far
it's been good.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Well, okay, Moving from that to your music, which is
what it's all about. Yeah, your your voice and the
sheer energy that your voice brings out from you and
your soul is just it's very moving thanks to a
lot of people.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
Thank you to you.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Is it just your voice? I mean something very special?
Speaker 3 (02:18):
It's a game question.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
I always wonder, like, you know how a lot of musicians,
like a del or like Freddie Mercury, like like how
somebody will have a voice where when you hear it,
you know it's them, right. I've always wondered if I
have one of those voices, because in my head, I don't,
like there's a lot of people I wish I sounded like,
and I don't really know what my voice sounds like
to other people, but like I have always wanted a
(02:40):
voice like that that like you hear my voice and
you're like, yep, that's Benson Bone who you do?
Speaker 3 (02:44):
But I don't. I don't know, can you.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
I've been around this business a long time, and we
know when we hear a voice that's always always spot
on their voice.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
It's you, it's you. Thank you.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Why you're not going until you believe it?
Speaker 3 (03:00):
Yeah, it's true. I just yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
I have a lot of energy in my soul and
I think I just want to get it out, especially performing,
Like when I'm performing, I have like so much pent
up energy on stage that it's very intense.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Sometimes whatever, when you come off stage, you're just gonna
fall in a fetal position on the side of the stage.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
I actually I have more when I'm off stage.
Speaker 4 (03:22):
I come off stage and I can't sleep until like
five am that night. I just have so much adrenaline
from being on stage that it's really hard to wind down.
I have to take like five melatonin gummies to fall asleep.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
All the best artists are a little messed up.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Otherwise you'd just be another guy with a voice that
jumps off pianos. Yeah, you are amazing and it is
an honor that you are at our jingle ball here
in Madison Square Garden. Thank you and thank you, and
we can't wait to see you live on stage.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
There you go. The one only Benson Boone. He's done.
