Speaker 1 (00:01):
Get your heads together, and we're going to start to party.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
And I'm reading a party.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
The Elvis Duran After Party.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
It is the after Party Podcast. Let's talk about malls all.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Huh, shopping destinations.

Speaker 4 (00:21):
Yeah, Danielle is here, and then there's Scary and I
see our special guest, Scottie Bee as always, and there's
what Hi, Yeah Hi, and there's Gandhi and Nate is
somewhere somewhere doing something.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Garrett around was Garret, No gat no Garrett. Oh yeah,
well let's move on. Here we go.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
Went to the mall by myself yesterday. I had to
run into Williams Sonoma to get a food mill. Don't ask, Okay,
I love Williams Sonoma. Anyways, walking through the mall by
myself and there were so many tempting stores waiting for
my arrival, and I said, eh, no, it's more fun
to be at the mall with a friend with friends.

Speaker 5 (00:57):
Oh okay, So.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
I'm gonna come back to them all with you guys,
because you'll how much fun do we have shopping?

Speaker 5 (01:03):
Danielle A great time? But you have dipped on Danielle
and I before you have Yeah, what do you mean
the last time when we were all and we were Miamia.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
We were at the Bay Harbor shop. Yeah, shops of
Bell Harbor, bel Harbor and Elvis. We were looking around
at everything and ILS was like, Nah, you guys aren't
buying enough. I'm going off without you. Then you left us.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
I know you two would be fine. And then I
came back and bought you shoes.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
What with the problem? Shoes all right?

Speaker 5 (01:33):
And then you went to show us the next day.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
See, my mom loves shopping with me and hate shopping
with me. Okay, okay, So she loves shopping with me
because I'm just so much fun to go shopping with.
She hates it because I go, yes, you should definitely
get that. I'm that person. I'm like, you need that
in your life, get it. I never tell you no.
And she hates that. She comes home with so many
bags and she's like, Danny, you are the worst when

(01:56):
it comes to shop the best. So I love that.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Yeah, but who can you not go with?

Speaker 4 (02:00):
See I cannot shop with Alex because he turns his
nose up at everything. And then I want to buy
some stuff and he's like, no, we don't have time.
You did one shirt and let's go I don't want
to shop like that. But also shopping, to me, the experience.
There has to be a break for lunch and you know,
a bottle of wine with everyone.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
You know what I'm saying. Yeah, it's a thing, it's
a feeling.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
And I do like to go into shops that you've
never been in before and like see all kinds of
different things.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
I'm a solitary shopper.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
I can't shop with some of the opposite sex because
we show up at them all together and then they
go one way and I go the other. So that
sucks because I don't want to wait around watching my
girlfriend shop for what she needs to h So this way,
I get it old done on my own in my
own time, and I just feel like I'm at my
own pace when I'm by myself.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
It's the old place I like being alone.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Something tells me, you don't linger, you got you know
what you want, You go in, you get it, and
you get in your car and go home.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
That's exactly me. Actually that's not shopping, that's buying things.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Then how do you differentiate between the two Dolly jagging
around and yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Looking around, hanging out with friends if you want and
looking at what they're buying and talk about it.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
And that's shopping and take your time with it.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
For sure.

Speaker 6 (03:10):
I couldn't tell you the last time I went shopping,
shopping where I didn't know what I was going to
purchase prior to.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Walking into the store. You gotta do that, Nate.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
I go in, I'm like, okay, I need a coffee
table I want. I'm looking for this type of coffee table.
I go in, I find something similar to what I
was thinking of, or close enough, and I buy it
and I leave.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
I don't look for anything else. You know, what about
grocery shopping? Do you have to know what you're getting
before you go? Can you just go up and down
every aisle and gravel list?

Speaker 6 (03:35):
Occasionally I'll see something that sparks my interest, but I
go in. I've got a list in my head or
on my phone or on a piece of paper, and
I purchase those items and I leave. I don't dilly dally,
I don't linger. I don't go up and down aisles.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
What about now, Gandhi, when you and Andrew go to Costco, Yes,
do you know what you want to get? Or you
go up and down everywhele and go Oh, here's Karen
for a family.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Yes, the answer is both, because I had a list
and I was like, if it's not on my list,
I'm not gonna get it. But then you know, the
cart just takes a turn and then all of a sudden,
you're looking at maybe some fake plants are real plants.
Maybe a new speaker, maybe a new toilet seat, you
never know, And then I'm like, yeah, this should happen.
And because you're with friends, those friends encourage you to
totally get the stuff, which is great because it's opposite

(04:21):
of Brandon. Brandon is like Alex, where it's just no fun.
He just he'll be the person sitting in the massage
chair who actually does that.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
He does that. I wish you're gonna get Alex to
do that. He'd leave me alone. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
My favorite day shopping We go to the mall and
if we split up, we split up, but we always
meet at the restaurant.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
And have lunch. Nice.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Yeah, yeah, I like that.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
I mean tomorrow the Thursday show, our favorite day of
the week. Let's get there. Until then, what are we watching?

Speaker 3 (04:46):
Danielle America's Got Talent is on South Park The map
that on Amazon.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Madeline until tomorrow because they're holding my bags.

Speaker 6 (04:56):
Yes, yes, I've been with Elvis.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Can I say this?

Speaker 6 (04:59):
I I've been with Elvis where he purchased so much
they said, we'll just shift this to you, mister dur.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yes, oh absolutely, why not. I've never had that, never bought.

Speaker 4 (05:09):
But if you're in Miami shopping, you didn't have to
buy a new suitcase to get it all home.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Yeah that is true.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
Yeah, yeah, Danielle got those fancy shoes shipped to her.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
I did.

Speaker 5 (05:18):
I'm actually wearing the shoes you bought me right at
this moment, and I love them so much. And we
had to like, remember, we had to like sign up
for a special account. Oh my gosh, I'll get them.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
You bought me Chanel shoes sneakers, and apparently I was.
You had to sign up for an account with Chanel
and you have to be listed with him. It has
a number, the shoe has a number.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Do you remember what he got about that?

Speaker 5 (05:37):
He said, what the hell is this?

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Yeah? He was that happy.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Sell us the damn shoes.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
But yeah, shoes, said, sell us the shoes.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
But the mall experience yesterday, you know, I almost took
time to sit at the bar at the California Peachi Kitchen.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Hell yeah, I'll tell you those barbecue chicken pizzas. I'm in.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
The barbecue chicken salad is amazing to have, ye.

Speaker 6 (05:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Into salmon, It's good.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Salmon is delicious. My god, I gotta go today.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
I'm going back to the ball today for the little
California pixis. I'm sorry, Kay, everybody all right, happy shopping.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
