Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Uh shall we go around the room?

Speaker 3 (00:07):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Oh yes, let's go around the room. I'm gonna start
with Gandhi.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (00:13):
What's say you? What's up with you?

Speaker 4 (00:15):
Kandy, don't be the person that a lot of us are,
which is when you hurt yourself, you just ignore it
and hope it goes away. Because I've been trying to
do that, and I think it made it slightly worse.
Yesterday by doing that, I had this thing going on
with my foot. I was like, Oh, it feels better,
I'm gonna work out today. Worked out, it was fine.
About an hour later, it was not fine anymore. So
I finally went and took a look at it. I
think we have figured out what the problem is. But

(00:36):
everyone's saying, don't just listen to the people that told
you what was going on. Go get next ray, So
I'm gonna do that. Don't just let things sit.

Speaker 5 (00:43):
There, take care of them.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
They don't take care of themselves.

Speaker 5 (00:45):
They don't.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Sometimes they do.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Every now and then, but for the most part, you're
better off just finding out an answer.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Okay, all right, go do that. Let us know. Okay,
called Big Daddy, let him know.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I'm gonna be dramatic about it.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Okay, Please, Hey, Froggy, what's up with you today?

Speaker 6 (00:58):
You know, sometimes life really is so fragile you realize it.
This morning, actually late yesterday. Brett James, famous Nashville songwriter.
He's written a ton of number one songs. I played
golf of them at Saint Jude vinc. He's raised a
ton of money for Saint Jude was killed in a
private in a private plane crash.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Oh wow, man, and.

Speaker 6 (01:14):
Just it's I mean it's I just saw him a
couple of months ago and we were joking about playing
again next year. We know some same people, and just
how fast it just just changes. It's love the people
that you're around, as long as you can tell them
you love them.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
It is. I'm this morning just shocked. Oh I'm so
sorry for you. I'm sorry, completely shocked. I'm sorry to
hear that. Yep.

Speaker 7 (01:37):
Another reason why if you have an opportunity to hang
out with your friends and you should and celebrate.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Them, go do it. Yeah, absolutely should. Yeah, don't stay
on your couch and rot every night, scary, go out
with your friends.

Speaker 7 (01:48):
Right, You're right, and there's another reason why, and God
God bless his family.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Hey, producer, Sam, what's up?

Speaker 3 (01:53):
I want to thank all of the really caring drivers
out there, the people who do uber and lyft and taxis,
whatever you do, because last night I got home a
little bit after midnight and I was taking a car
with my friend and we.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Fell asleep in the car because we were exhausted. And
when the guy got to my apartment, I'm a grown
ass woman. He could have turned around and just said,
we're here, but I woke up to ma'am, excuse me, hello,
we right here, We're here, And it was so sweet
and gentle, and he didn't have to do that. I'm
sure he was tired and cranky too, but I really
appreciated that. So thank you very much, sir. And again,

(02:26):
anyone else who puts a little extra TLC into their
adult sleeping people in the back of their car.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
I'd want to break chuck someone screaming, ah oh here.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
It sounds like a nice thing to do to someone. Absolutely,
thank you. Gandhi said that, by the way, surprised. Hey Danielle,
what's so like?

Speaker 8 (02:45):
Froggie was saying, spend time with the people that you love.
So yesterday I got to take my mom to see
Death Becomes Her on Broadway and she loved it. It
was a surprise for her. And you know, I know
Scary's been doing this a lot more since his mom
passed away, and same thing, you know, since my dad
passed away. You know, you look back at those things
and you think, gosh, I should have done this differently.
I should have spent more time here. I should have

(03:05):
spend more time there, you know, should have you know,
And unfortunately, once people are gone, you can't get more time.
So spend time with those loved ones. Take your mom
out to dinner if you can, if you still have her,
take your dad out for a cigar, or you know,
in the backyard, whatever you can do. Spend more time
with them, you know, even if it's today, I'm taking
my mom to get her hair done from Dina with

(03:25):
the pink hair because my mom can't figure out how
to get the sea Caucus. So I'm taking her. But
my mom says, but it gives us more time together,
and she's absolutely right, it really does. So spend time
with the ones you love and.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I'll get it. All roads lead to sea cars.

Speaker 8 (03:40):
That's what I told her, but she doesn't believe it.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
It's like the second intersection of the world. All right,
what's upthing straight mate?

Speaker 5 (03:47):
Okay, it's funny. My around the room is kind of
like Danielle's and Froggy. So on Tuesday, Robert Redford passed away. Uh,
phenomenal actor. Please do yourself a favor this weekend and
go watch one of his movies. He's got so many
great ones, so many one Academy Awards, Oscars. But there's
this story. He and Paul Newman, the actor, were friends.

(04:08):
Paul Newman also a great actor, and Paul Newman, on
his deathbed, realized time was short.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
He said, Robert Redford.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
Come over here now or never, like this is the
last chance you're probably gonna have to talk to me.
They had a conversation for a couple of hours, and
then there was a pause of silence, and Paul Newman
looked at Robert Redford and said, we had fun, didn't we?

Speaker 2 (04:29):
So oh my god, I just I got Gooseby. Yeah.
You kind of just have to live life to the fullest.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
So Danielle Froggy live life to the fullest, so you,
at your end can say I had fun.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Didn't I have fun? Fun, have fun done live vivin
a Hey Scarry, what's up? So listen, have you ever
had an early morning freak out?

Speaker 9 (04:56):
There are four people in my life that give me
an early morning freakout. My dad, my brother, my sister,
and my girlfriend and my girlfriend. When you see that
phone go off at like six seven in the morning, you.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Just think the worst. I don't know why you can't
think that something normal could be happening.

Speaker 9 (05:10):
But my phone's going off as my girlfriend, I'm like,
what's the matter.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Okay, okay, oh, I'm sorry, I but dialed you.

Speaker 9 (05:15):
I'm like, don't freak me out like that.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
It's just kind of weird.

Speaker 9 (05:18):
But there's a certain people in your life that if
you get certain calls, those calls before a certain time,
your mind goes like into the bits.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
I'm just saying, yeah.

Speaker 7 (05:28):
Right, So my girlfriend gave me the So what do
he want us to do?

Speaker 2 (05:31):
You just find a way to I don't have no
idea what the solution. Don't call him. I presented you
with the problem. No, it was a butt dial.

Speaker 9 (05:38):
But you know, my girlfriend freaked me out this morning?

Speaker 7 (05:40):
Was all right, well good, you're right, it was an accident.
People have day parts. You should only show up on
the day part you're expecting. Yes, okay, I'm I'm, I'm
with you. There you go, Scarvy
