Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
First around the room, I'm gonna start with producer Sam today.
What's on your mind?

Speaker 3 (00:09):
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (00:09):
So William and I have been doing basically everything for
this parent prep fifty to fifty, which is a little
more rare than I thought. But anyway, we've been doing
the registry together and we finally finished and I'm like, yeah,
add whatevery you know, extra stuff you think you wanted
to add. I woke up this morning, I checked the registry.
There was a college fund, which, okay, cool, it says
trying to get this five twenty nine started or else,

(00:30):
this kid is going to have to strip their way
to Princeton. Wait, that's what That's what my husband has
on our baby register and I'm not gonna change it.
It's kid too, But man, this is going to be
a fun adventure.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Poor kid strip their way to Princeton.

Speaker 5 (00:48):
Buy or girl.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
We don't know. We believe in you either way. I
don't know. I think you're going to make great parents,
I really hope.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
So we're going to mess this up royally, like.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
There's no in between. What could positively go wrong? Gandhi,
Which that will you today?

Speaker 6 (01:02):
All right, Well it's Wednesday, so that means there's a
new episode of the podcast on the side.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
You can get that on the iHeartRadio app or wherever
you get your other podcasts. But I saw something the
other day that I thought was fabulous and phenomenal. And
we all talk about how no is part of your
path to the yeses and to success.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
It's gonna happen, you're gonna fail.

Speaker 6 (01:20):
And I saw something that said, if you knew you
were one hundred no's away from your dream, how excited
would you be every time you heard it? And I
think about that often. So if I have to get
to one hundred no's before I get my big yes,
then every time I hear no, I'm going to be thrilled,
because that's pretty much how it works. You're gonna get
told no over and over and over again. You can't
let it let you down because you're just on the

(01:40):
right path to get the thing that you want, So
don't let it dishearten you.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
So many people are afraid of failure. I mean, no
one loves failure. Gosh, some people look at I'm amazed
at some people. How they look at failure as a success.
It is you learn from it, You're taught something. Yeah,
sometimes right, Yeah, you have.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
To do it.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
And sometimes there's a no for a reason, the universe
versus telling you no for a reason, so you don't
find out till later. All right, So let's hear it
from people who are rejected everything speaking of here, scary,
what's on your mind? But how is your birthday dinner?
You had a good birthday?

Speaker 7 (02:15):
Birthday dinner was awesome. Went to this place the eighty
six and oh my god, the food was outrageous.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
It was.

Speaker 7 (02:21):
It was really great and I I'm still taste.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
If you know, you know, if you know Taylor knows,
Taylor and Travisco there all the time. Yeah, buddy, I
had to pull strings to get in. Thank you, Elvis. Wow,
I didn't do it. It is great. The food there
is really good. It's a scene. I love it.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
I want to go as soon as I can find
some money or someone to pay for it.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
So scary, what's on your mind today?

Speaker 7 (02:45):
Everyone needs someone in their life to hold them accountable.
And I have to thank Nate for holding me accountable
to my fitness journey on vacation it's not easy to
get up in the morning while you're on vacation or
on a weekend when you're away from home and go
work out.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
I never did it before.

Speaker 7 (03:06):
I only do the workout stuff when I'm here during
the week because it's my routine. But Nate's like, nope,
we're setting alarms, we're waking up, and we're going into
that gym in that hotel. And we did and and
I and I felt so much better about myself afterwards.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
And credit to you, Scary. You pushed yourself.

Speaker 8 (03:22):
You didn't just get get on a bike and half
asses for twenty minutes. You had sweat pouring down your feout.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Hey, you know what.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
I've been in the gym when and I've seen Scary
working out a lot, and he gives it all his all.
And and I'm not saying this to be real, sometimes
I think he's this close to death.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Okay, I believe so too, because I'm so out of
breath and I'm.

Speaker 8 (03:41):
Oh, trust me, I was looking at that CPR placard
on the wall. But he did a great job. I'm
so proud of you, buddy.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
Yes, and thanks for friends like thanks to friends like Nate.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
You know, someone in their life to make them do
what they need to do.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Scary, scary. I need for Nate to be accountable.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Hold me accountable for my day today too, Elvis, get
off there, you go to that happy hour, get.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
In there, calling you later. If you don't have a
drink in your hand, you fail. Very nice, Thank you, Nate.
What's up with you today?

Speaker 4 (04:15):
So?

Speaker 3 (04:15):
I know Sam is going to be a mom. I'm
sure she.

Speaker 8 (04:18):
She wants to be a mom, wants to be a mother,
has those motherly instincts. But there's a big part of
me that I think she just got pregnant to wear
different clothes and having maternity wear. Because Sam, I probably
argue me the most fashionable on our show. She's been
coming in here parading her pregnancy apparel and it's been phenomenal.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Yesterday's outfit just blew me away. It was like there
was a painting thank you, thank you.

Speaker 8 (04:43):
So I don't know ladies that have been pregnant weren't
maternity wear.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I don't think she's wearing maternity wear. I think she's
just wearing bigger clothes.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
Most of it's not. But in fairness, I've been dressing
like I'm pregnant for the past.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Like five years. So it works. It always works. Appreciate it. Yeah, look, yes,
you just got pregnant for the clothing that hit?

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Does anyone want this kid?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
At the end?

Speaker 9 (05:08):
So, Frogy, what's up with you today? So almost you
might be the smartest person I know. Okay, oh god,
you need new friends? Well maybe, but anyway, Okay, take
your hand and put your palm up.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Yes, that's okay.

Speaker 9 (05:21):
Curl your fingers in towards you like you're looking at
your fingernails, right, Why are all your fingers the same length?
Then they all match at the end, But when you
straighten your hand out, all your fingers are different lengths. Huh,
How the hell does that happen? I don't know. I
guess I don't. I don't have an answer. I guess
because you compensate to make them even so, when you

(05:42):
curl your fingers in, they're all the same length, but
when you straighten your hand, they're all different lengths.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Now, people are driving a work right now, taking their
eyes off the road.

Speaker 9 (05:54):
I know, but it doesn't make sense. And you look
back at your your knuckles they all match like nothing changes.
But they're all different links straightened out but not curled up.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
I don't know. Maybe someone does know. Text me now
at fifty five one. We'll get that answer for it.
We're going to get that answer for your frog.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Okay, thank you now. Once again I've failed you, Danielle.
What's up with you today?

Speaker 1 (06:15):
You know I love bringing in a good book, and
let me tell you. Freda McFadden just put out Dear
Dear Debbie, and I am three quarters of the.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Way through it.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
Holy crappening dong. It is incredible. They're saying that this
is like her comeback book if you didn't like a
couple of the other ones, but I love them all.
It's so good, So please go get yourself, dear Debbie,
or listen to it on audible. It is so fantastic
and I can't even This is one of those books
where I can't wait to get a chance to read
the next page or listen to the next chapter. That

(06:47):
is one of those, So, Dear Debbie, get it.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
And what expression did you just use?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Crapading dong, holy crebiting dong.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
Holy crebiting dough. And our special guest Claudia's.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
In the House's the Queen of why one hundred point
seven here in Miami.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
Okay, Claudie, what's on your mind today? Oh? Which microphone is?
I don't know how to work this thing? Oh yeah, No,
it's your turn.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Hello, Ah there I am.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (07:09):
So it is never too late to start, and I'm
taking this because I heard Sam talk about it a
few months back. It's never too late to start, especially
when it comes to ner Year's resolutions. I'm like, I'm
gonna read more, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that.
But i mean, you guys know it's been kind of
crazy January for me. Yes, but so February it's the
month to start. Okay, So I'm gonna read more and

(07:30):
I'm gonna start a little side hustle. I'm still trying
to figure out how to get it going, but I'm
gonna do.

Speaker 9 (07:37):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Are you sure your feet? To all the people out there? Yes,
gotta pay the bills somehow.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
You know she's gonna be you're married, you know.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
I just came up with another one, just different stress
balls with your hands on your feet. There's so many
stress balls out there that you could use. People would
pay to watch you do stuff. With them with your
hands and feet.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
I'm telling the interesting. So I think you could profit
off per.

Speaker 6 (08:00):
You can always profit off first, yes for sure.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
All right?

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Well okay, so February is your month to get it started. Yes,
whatever that is.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Do you know what it is?

Speaker 5 (08:09):
Well, it's the it's the reading, and it's so I'm
thinking about writing something to publish, but I'm not sure
yet to do it.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Do it? Good for you, February. It's already February fourth.
You're running late. Okay. We love you, Claudia.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Thanks for keeping us on the air here in Florida,
and thanks for being a great host.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
We love you.
