(01:53):
closing it once illegal crossings hit aset daily number, and that allegedly will
be several thousands daily, Scott Freeand then they'll shut it down. White
House only doing this because Biden badlytrails in the polls and the election is
five months away. This just goesto show you the border crisis is a

political tool for him. He tookexecutive action that created this immigration at border

saying all along he could not.Briy Bart's Bob Price told KTRH any action
he takes on the border likely won'tactually last long. I would anticipate that
on November sixth this year, ifhe wins the election, heaven forbid that

he would immediately reverse some of thesepolicies. Price says that Biden knows the

We told you yesterday that OPEC pluswill extend its oil production cuts into December

(04:31):
hasn't lipped up to expectations, andso they're definitely trying to keep those prices
higher. Market analyst Phil Flynn toldKTUR, agent's why we need to cut

Donald Trump's campaign has taken in twohundred million dollars plus in donations, almost
(04:58):
a quarter of a billion dollars, just since his guilty verdict in Manhattan last

Trump haters like Bill Maher, well, they read the tea leaves. He's
kind of blows. Oh Biden,Yes, no. The May one hundred

(05:19):
you knew this would happen. Democratscampaigning on calling Trump a convicted felon Joe
Biden had a Connecticut fundraiser last nighthosted by the former CEO of HBO called
Trump Unhinged. He comes. Hisopening statements take place today at the Hunter
Biden Federal gun trial in Delaware,Republicans worried about witness tampering after Joe Biden
(05:41):
visited Hunter's ex girlfriend, who isalso by the way, Biden's former daughter
in law by the other son Voe, and a witness in this case,
and he visited her just two weeksago. The problem that I have is
that it puts soft pressure on bothwitnesses, jurors, the core system itself
to try the engineer a predetermined outcome. South Carolina Congressman Russell Fry. The
(06:03):
White House denied that the President's visitto Halle Biden was witness tampering, but
Honter Biden is accused about lying abouthis drug use and addiction on a federal

as he runs for a second term, the President signed an executive order that
(06:24):
allows federal agencies like the Bureau ofPrisons to work with activist groups seeking to
register ex felons to vote. RncCoA chair Laura Trump tells Fox News this
shows how desperate Biden and the Demsare for votes. It's totally unacceptable,
obviously, to have Joe Biden utilizingtaxpayer money to keep his party in power.
And this is a problem not justfor US as a party, but
(06:46):
for US as a country. Atwenty nineteen study found that X felons are

Shereffer Fryar on News Radio seven fortyKTRH. This is Houston's Morning News with
Jimmy Parent and Sheriff Fryar. We'renot looking for rock bottom here, but
(08:18):
I find this interesting. According toNeil Kaskari, he's president of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. He saysone of the things he's learned in the
past few years is that consumers wouldrather see the economy fall into a recession
than to continue to suffer the painof soaring prices. In other words,
given the choice between inflation and recession, Americans, the vast buttory of Americans
(08:39):
would pick a recession. They'd ratherhave a recession. Well, historically that's
the only thing that cures inflation, right, so been through it before,
Yes, we have. But whatwhat I mean, what let's look at
you from a logical standpoint. Irealized, logic it doesn't play into this
very much. But you're not speakingto me specific No, no, no,
(09:01):
no, this is not directed inyou. I was just wondering.
This is not a logical finger. You are one of the most logical women.
I talk to you very you verymuch. Use your logical way.
You've pissed off all the women. No, listen, I understand, and
I think most women would admit thatsometimes they think emotionally, and emotions sometimes
(09:24):
get in the way of logic. No, and you know, but then
again, men sometimes don't put enoughthe emotion into what they're thinking. Unless
it's anger. Anger never gets tothe way of logical Well. Yeah,
anger, anger is not one ofthe emotions I prefer to share with everybody
today. Here's what I think aboutthe difference. To me, the difference
between inflation recession is jobs. Youknow, one of the hallmarks of a
(09:46):
true recession is that we're going tolose jobs, and we'll shed quite a
few jobs, which means that we'llhave a lot of people who won't have
income other than unemployment. Okay,so you tell me, would you rather
try to figure out how to payfor things on unemployment or would you rather
have to figure out how to payfor things while you have a job,
(10:07):
Because that's the difference to me betweeninflation and recession. I'd rather have the
inflation to a certain extent. Imean, at some point, you're right,
it's gonna happen. At some point, it will correct yourself with a
recession. It's just the way economicsworks. But given the choice between the
two, I'd rather have the inflationbecause at least that means I'm working.
You know, if we start seeingjob losses and corporations cut back and everything
(10:28):
else, then who knows who's goingto have a job new with bank failures.
My mind is on bank failures becausethat means your whole system crashes,
and we've got plenty of those onthe horizon. On the possibility exists,
no doubt about it, no doubtabout it. Five eleven Time for traffic
and whether together pay taxes for unemployment? Yes, skuy Mike, do you
(10:50):
No? No, I'm just saying, you know, because if recession where
you're getting unemployment, I also paya lot of money into social security that
I'll never see I'll never see thateither. I'm just you know, doing
four jobs, beating myself to deathso I can pay more taxes. Maybe
a recession would be a thing.Let's go to the north side east text.
They cleared the stall at the northmove. I'm kind of relieved there.

in questioning doctor Fauci about the originsof the Wuhan leak, if it was
a leak, or whether or not. This still believes this virus occurred in
naturally. In our studio on thecensorship of the Biden administration working with big
Tech, I want to read you. What's that message from Mark Zuckerberg.
Can we include at the White Houseput pressure on us to censor the lab
(16:18):

Nick Kleig, Joel Kaplan, SherylSandberg, Mark Zuckerberg. They're certainly
feeling the pressure to downplay any lableak theory and go with the natural origin
theory. Is there a question? There is coming? There one's coming.
Here's another email to Mark Zuckerberg. It says, subject line COVID misinformation,
(16:40):
Wuhan lab leak theory. In responseto continued public pressure in tense conversations with
the new administration, we started removingfive COVID claims, including the lab leak
theory. Mister Zuckerberg responds, thisseems like a good reminder that when we
compromise our standards due to pressure froman administration in either direction, We often
later regret it. Why was itso important the virus to not have started
(17:02):
in a lab? Wasn't so importantthat the virus not We don't know,
We know it was important to someonein the Biden administration. Is so much
so that the top people at Meta, the top people at Facebook are asking,
why are we getting all this pressureto downplay the lab league theory?
And we have an email from Juneof the same year, June fourth,
twenty twenty one, saying the samething. It was certainly important to somebody.
(17:26):
Well, what does that got todo with me? I'm asking you,
because you're the expert on the coronavirus. I'm saying, why was the
administration? Why was the administration sopushing not to have the lab leak theory
as something that was viable. Ican answer that I've kept an open mind
throughout the entire kept an open mind, doctor Fauci, opened mind, that's
correct. What happened in those threedays? Why did doctor Anderson and uh,
(17:49):
excuse me, mister Anderson and doctorGary, why did they change their
mind in one hundred and eighty degrees? Because what Christian Anderson says three days
later, after he said virus looksengineered. Virus not consistent with evolutionary theory.
Three days later, he says, the main crackpot theory is going around
at the moment relate to this virusbeing somehow engineered, and that is demonstrably
false. They how do they figureall that out in three days, doctor
(18:12):
Falci, You can do it.They'll have an open mind. Well,
what they did is that that youknow, they testified before this committee.
What they did they went back andlooked at the sequences and realized that their
initial concern was unfounded about that andit did not look at all like it
was manufactured. But as they saidin their paper, even though they feel
(18:33):
it was more likely three days theyfigured out. That's exactly, you could
do that in three days. Youcan scan sequences in a day. You
don't need three days. By theway, he went on to say that

painting, don't paint dark colors, paint light colors. You know, even
if you prefer dark colors, youknow, people have a hard time sometimes.
(29:33):
Not that you should do everything forresale, but if you're thinking about
reselling in the next few years, you should think about that. Kitchen updates.
And by kitchen updates, we're nottalking about completely renovating your kitchen,
because we're talking about trying to dothis a little bit cheaper. So replace
appliances that are old and worn outor dated, very dated. If you
have cabinets that are dark and youdon't like dark, and a lot of
(29:53):
people don't like dark in the kitchen, have them painted, professionally painted,
you know the last put some hardwareon there, so it'll dress it up
a little bit. Bathroom refreshes.Bathrooms can benefit from minor updates like regrouting
the tile, replacing the faucets inthe shower heads. You don't have to
tear everything up, just do thosekinds of minor things. And one of
(30:15):
the biggest things you can do declutterand organize. Now we hit SHARE's hot
button. Declutter and organize and tryingnothing makes the house look smaller than having
a bunch of stuff, you knowin all the rooms. You know,
so you can make the house looka lot bigger if you can just get
rid of the stuff you're not using. It says for flooring updates. If
(30:36):
flooring is warner, outdated, replaceit with more modern and durable options.
Maybe, for example, you havehardwood and you don't want to spend the
money on hardwood, luxury vinyl tilelooks like looks like hardwood many cases,
but it's more durable, doesn't scratch, especially if you have pets and lighting
enhancements. And then just the minorrepairs, you know, the you know,
things that are just aren't they're they'rebroken, you know, just fix
(30:59):
the things that are broken. Youdo those things, and you're in good
shape. Five forty one die fortraffic and weather together. I don't know
how we repair you those guys,Mike. There's just too much broken down

our big thing for the rest ofthis week. At least and into the
weekend as well. We load ofmid nineties today and then tomorrow we may
get a shower thunderstorm at two inthe morning. That's the only rain that
I see right now. Temperatures inthe load of mid nineties. In fact,
we'll stay in the load of midnineties the rest of the week.

From Greg Gottfield five fifty four, sir, time here in Houston's Morning News,
we have a guest here. Ididn't I wasn't paying any attention.
I apologize for not paying attention ornot being awake this morning. Well we're
gonna make We're gonna try to makea leap heer between something very comedic to
something very serious. Ed Drwzanski's withUS national security expert. We have US
foreigners attempting to inner military basis. This is a story that seems we're seeming
(38:00):
hearing this every week. Now,is this like a regular, almost weekly
occurrence at this point, Well,Jimmy, the intradition of what are called
special interest aliens is so so farthis year, more than seventy thousand people
who are categorized as special interest aliensbecause they have some sort of connection to
(38:25):
terrorists or criminal organizations have been interdictedat the border. But the FBI director
cannot tell us how many of thatnumber or how many more have actually gotten
into the United States. And now, as you just said, Congress has
gotten into questioning of custom and Borderpatrol, homeland security in general, saying
(38:53):
why is it that we've got agrowing number of attacks on American military installations.
One in Virginia and Quantico the marinebase. Two Afghan nationals posting as
ups drivers tried to gain access intothe compound, and when they were stopped,
(39:15):
they continued, ask yourself why they'rethere, and why do they feel
emboldened enough to try to continue togain access once they've been stopped. The
FBI director in December and then againin March has said, I don't know
how many of these people are here. Border Security was asked, the ICE
(39:42):
was asked, how many foreign nationalsthese are almost these are all males of
military age, how many have comefrom different countries? And how long?
Security refused the answer because of theprivacy the interests of the aliens involved.
(40:02):
This is a definition of insanity andit's a very serious problem. And the
Chinese nationals have suddenly start to comein the tens of thousands again, young
men, military fighting age. Howare they getting in? Why are they
here? And it's not a benignsituation. There is nefarious intent and it's
(40:29):
very much aimed at gaining access toAmerican military facilities. Sadly, it sounds
like aided and abedded by our veryown government sharony. It absolutely is.
Especially when they're asked a simple questionunder Freedom of Information Act, which countries
are they coming from? They sayno, sorry, can't tell you.
(40:52):
It would violate the privacy interests ofaliens involved. I should think that the
security and say eighty of our militaryinstallations. And by the way, those
aren't the only ones where these peopleare sniffing around. They're looking at other
high value areas that have to dowith utilities, sure, and with transportation,
(41:17):
nodes, critical infrastructure, critical interestexactly. This is this is they're
coming straight at us, and thisadministration has decided they won't answer the questions
and they've been very relaxed. TheFBI has complained that in a number of
cases these special interest aliens, whenthey're apprehended, ICE doesn't inform the FBI.
(41:42):
And I think the really scary thingthat can be really scary thing,

this. Ed, thanks for joiningus. Good to have you, Sir,

get in free up to twenty fivehundred, and then he's going to
shut it down for the day therest of the day. It comes after
the President claimed for months that hewas powerless to stop the invasion. That
is up to Congress to fix theborder. President Trump is going to beat

debate, and he wants to beable to show, oh, no,
I'm being tough on the border nowright parts Bob Price. He told KTRH
he will likely initiate initiate Trump likepolicies and then immediately walk it back if
he wins re election. In November, two New York City cops were shot

to make sure our city is safe. Commissioner Edward Taban There, the man

It would point directly to failings. That is. National security expert Ed

Some of it is just the probedefenses to see how we react. The
other is to actually cause harm andto play a bit of a mind game

tierh meantime, the Biden administration haskilled American energy and dependence, and now
Opek Plus has announced oil production cutsthrough December of twenty twenty five. What
(45:43):
does it mean? This means priceswill be higher through the November election,
but might not immediately add a lotat the pump. It definitely means that
perhaps the price you're paying today isgoing to be the cheapest price you pay
for a while. Market analyst PhilFlynn told ktr H this is exactly why
we need to stop demonizing American oilproduction. I'm afraid we're facing the world
(46:04):
where we're going to be under suppliedwith energy because of these short sighted policies,
whether it be oil, whether itbe electricity. Flynn says, another
way we can reduce OPEC's influence onAmerican energy prices is by investing more in
nuclear energy. Ethan Bukennan News Radioseven forty KTRH our News Time now six
oh five. Donald Trump's campaign hasracked in more than two hundred million dollars
(46:27):
in donations just since his conviction inManhattan last week. The campaign raised more
than one hundred and forty one millionin May, in addition to the seventy
six million in April. Is allstacking a meantime? Biden using that conviction
as a weapon. He called Trumpunhinged and a convicted felon during his fundraiser
(46:47):
in Connecticut that was hosted by theformer CEO of HBO. Opening statements nonetheless
taking place later this morning, inthe federal gun trial of Hunter Biden,
Janine Piro is an convinced this caseisn't rigged. However, for Hunter Ben
you has a lot to do withthings, as you will know, Dana.
I mean, on the one hand, you bring a Republican into Manhattan,
(47:10):
where the jury pool is very antiTrump, and you bring a Democrat
into Delaware where the jury is savesBiden Biden. Fox's Jesse Waters revealed most
of the jurors have either a historyof drug and alcohol addiction or family members
that do well. Definitely a juryof his peers. President looking to boost
(47:31):
his reelection chances by getting more criminalsto the polls, he signed an executive

Trump tells Fox, this is theopposite of election integrity. Million people in
(47:53):
this country currently have a lot ofquestions about our electoral process. People need
to understand and believe that we havefree, fair and transparent elections. Things
like this just go to further anotion that they will not be fair.

Radio seven forty KTRH. Do tounderstand used to listen, I checking in
all the time, keep up withwhat's happening, staying in form matters to
then use radio seven forty KTRHI sixo eaters our time here. Point is
we talk about tipping all the time, and you know, Sharon and I
(49:04):
pride ourselves at being generous tippers.I try to you know, keep in
mind the level of service that Ireceive and tip accordingly, and so,
needless to say, when certain individualssee me walk into the restaurant, they're
fighting to have me. I'll takethem. I'll take them because they know
they're going to get a good tip. They know what they need to do.
They have to keep my glass fullof ice iced tea. Got to
(49:28):
keep that tea going, kind oflike those big candy bars. You give
it Halloween supercize that's it. Yeah, there you go. I'm mister supersized
Jimmy. That's that's just how Ilive my life. But here's here's eleven
more reasons why we are told weare tipped out, and some of them
are quite legitimate. Number one,I don't know that this is the legitimate
reason. This listed here because fortyone percent of Americans say that businesses need
(49:50):
to pay more so they don't haveto not realizing, of course, it
doesn't exactly work that way. Ifbusiness is paid more than chances are very
good that they would have to chargemore for what it is that you're buying
from them, in which case, either way you're paying more, you're just
not really realizing it. Now,this is what I think is the pre
enter tip screens are driving people crazy. Everybody has them now where you know
(50:14):
they're they get like they show fifteenpercent, eighteen percent, twenty five percent,
thirty percent. Really there's no suchthing as a ten percent tip anymore.
Or then you can do a customtip in order to get to the
no tip thing that and they're they'rein your face with it, and it's
everywhere you go. The belief froma lot of people that tipping culture is
(50:35):
out of control, that everybody isasking for a tip. You know,
people that never used to get tipsall seem to think that they should get
a tip now, a lack ofunderstanding about who in your life maybe you
should tip and who you shouldn't.You'd rather people say they'd rather pay higher
prices than to constantly be tipping people. And the list goes on and on
(50:57):
and on. But the number Ithink the number one complain is is the
feeling that you have to tip somebodyeven if you didn't get much of any
service. While most of us arehappy to tip generously to people who give
them greade service, the expectation isthat you know, even you know fast
food places are at the point wherethey're asking you to provide a tip even
(51:20):
though they're not really providing you muchof any services. A person bind the
counter taking your order and you pickit up when your orders ready. Who
should get a tip for that?Six eleven? Time for traffic and whether
together Skymike checks in ten bucks. If there's no problems, I'll tip you
ten bucks. I've got no problem, man, I'm gonna miss out.
The suckage on the East Sam hasnow reached thirty six minutes. You have
the construction and now I've got astall and it's all happening southbound. Let's
(51:44):
don't do the toll bridge. Let'sdo six' ten the Sherman Bridge.
I know it's gonna spackle up southbound, but it's way better than that.
By the way, I'm missing mywork wife, Christina Cruz this morning,
so all the tip line help canhelp. I'm you know, me and
the TV ladies. Let's see Tammyfrom Channel thirteen. It is like us,
guy, Mike, what has happened? And old as that was?
Because she talks like that. SoI've sent her over in her choppers.
(52:05):
She'll be over you. Crab RiverRoad northbound that's direct to right lanes.
Everybody looks to be okay, butit's causing about a ten minute smush,
and then Jennifer wants to know what'sgoing on on the causeway. Ask your
callers. All right, for fortyfive coming out of Galveston, I still
see that smush. I do seethat smush. Tracy Cypress, what's up
dude? The morning sky Mike. We're still uh motor speedway speeds, but
(52:27):
it just seems really really heavy stuffto keep it eye. I don't say
it like it's a bad thing.Yeah, we look good coming in from
two ninety. By the way,Terry, I can't believe you can't tell
Lola who gave me two ninety fromJoelene from the North Sand Police activity at
TC Jester. So if you Lolasounds like miss Piggy and Joelene sounds like
(52:51):
mister Garrison on South Park, I'ma the Generator Supercenter dot Com Traffic Center.
Bring those xx chromosomes, Terry tome, they all sound like the
t lady you were describing its.Yeah, lady, yeah exactly, I
do well, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, they all sound like
that. From our KTRH top taxDefenders twenty four. Our weather center Terry
is here. That was the tollpeople who sounded like that? What they
(53:12):
sound like that too? A lotof people. It's like the teacher from
Charlie Brown. Everybody sounds the samein in Mike's head, exactly right.
So the forecast sounds the same inmy head too, because it's just hot
and humidor letless eat every day,not just in your head. I hate
to tell you that this high pressuresystem is relentless. It's not going away,
so the heat and humidity will persist. So you can expect that load
(53:35):
of mid nineties today, load ofmid nineties every day this week. Heat
indecks easily up around one oh fiveor even higher. In fact, there
is a heat advisory today for someof the counties to our north and west,
including Washington, Colorado, Austin, and Waller. The only rain I
see is tomorrow morning. It's alittle bit questionable just how much. But

We may get some crude oil bluesaround here. Phil Flynn joins,
US industry expert. I'm sure it'sthe last thing going into a November election
(56:37):
that Joe Biden wanted to hear thatOPEC is going to continue to cut back
an oil production. But that's theproblem when you depend on a foreign country
for your oil, right, Thatis exactly correct. I'm sure mister Biden
isn't feeling too good about that thismorning, that even though surprisingly enough the
(56:57):
market is taking this at least isa short term negative because one of the
things that they put in that reportwas the possibility of tapering off some voluntary
cuts. So the market is havingits own OPEC tepper tan from this morning,
selling off on the futures. ButI think when the market sits back
and analyzes the entire thing, they'regoing to realize that less oil means higher
(57:22):
prices. Yeah, ultimately it does. But one thing that is happening in
this country. We talk all thetime about the shutdown of fossil fuel industry.
Here Texas is producing at higher capacitythan ever before because they're doing it
on Texas land, not on federalland. Ultimately, all this will come
together, but it might be afterthe election before people start really seeing the
(57:44):
effects, don't you think. Ithink so. But the thing that you
have to remember when we look atthe war on fossil fuels, I think
we could be doing so much betteras a country because we have to re
member that it takes time to bringthe oil supplies online. It doesn't happen
overnight. It's not like flipping aswitch on ors flipping a switch off.
(58:07):
And I'm afraid the damage that we'vehad from this anti fossil fuel policies might
not show up right away. Itmay take years. And I think we're
headed towards a world where unless wechange course today, we're going to be
undersupplied for oil, and that's prettyominous for the global economy going forward.
It's going to mean that inflation's goingto stick around for a long period of
(58:30):
time and nobody wants that. Well, and President of Biden evidently decided that
he's no longer interested in replacing thestrategic oil Reserve, which doesn't strike me
as a very good idea in aninvolgile world that we live in, Phil
it really is, and I meanit's funny how they've played with this strategic
patrollum reserve as their own political piggybank, right. You know, a
(58:52):
week ago they're saying, hey,we're going to release a million barrels of
gasoline from the gasoline reserve to getprices down ahead of the holiday. Well
that's great, but a million barrelsof gasoline. I think I burned that
off, you know before I cameinto work today, you know, just
driving down the highway. While I'mexaggerating a bit, but we do we
burn, you know, we burnnine million barrels, ten million barrels a
(59:15):
day. That's going to be gonein a couple of hours. You know.
Now they say they're buying three millionbarrels of oil back for the reserve,
but how long are they going tohang on to that? You know?
The next time his poll numbers godown, we'll probably sell it back
into the market. So really, when we get the government trying to pick
winners and losers in the oil market, it's usually the consumer that loses.

They've overtaken pepsi as the number twosoft drink in America, and I
wonder if it has something to do. There's something going on with pepsi and
the franchise restaurants, fast food restaurantsthat carry pepsi, and I think what
happened is, for whatever reason, pepsi sort of jacked up the prices,
so a lot of the places thatwere carrying pepsi have back not carrying pepsi

Doctor Pepper, isn't it somewhat controlledby Coca Cola anyway, could be,
but it's considered a separate brand becausewell it is. It's a separate

reason, they don't consider Doctor DoctorPepper. Apart of that they control everything.
Well, yeah, think about Minime, you know, make sure Mark,
here we go. Coca Cola ultimately, you know, Minime PepsiCo was

so different when you get it freshat the restaurant, when they make it

don't realize how different that tastes itreally, really does. You know?
I worked in a bar where theybrought in big canisters of the cola and
(01:11:25):
you know you made it up atthe system where it mixed with the club
soda to make the coke for thedrinks. Yeah. I don't care what
they do. You cannot duplicate thatflavor in a can or a bottle as
far as that's as far as I'mconcerned. It's different when it comes out
of the tap. It really isable to buy syrup of coca cola at
the drug store. Sure for upsetstomachs? Don't you remember that? It

brother in law. He called ita disease. Brother in law is now
dead. One juror's dad was shotdead and his brother was arrested for narcotics

(01:17:15):
they're addicted to drugs, although anotherjur says weed's no big deal and you

really called a flounder. It hasanother name that isn't so appetizing. I
can't remember what it is off thetop of my head. I'm first saying
that caves in my mind. Butthey still call them mudbugs. Well,
(01:29:23):
and that's the other thing. Sharah, who took a look at a crawfish
a couple hundred years ago, says, I think I'm going to eat that?
What What do you mean? You'regonna eat that that's crawled around in
the mud. What's wrong with you? It's kind of like eating cactus or
art the chokes who thought to dothat? Lobster? Who's the first person
(01:29:43):
who called lobster and said, Hey, that looks pretty delicious. If I
can just get to wherever the meatis in this thing, I'm gonna eat
it. So hey, maybe maybeit would help. Name change might do
it good? Seven to ten?Time for traffic and weather together. What's
up, Skymike. They have asimilar problem in Louisiana, but it's not
working. They've been trying to getpeople to eat nutrier rats that are missing
(01:30:05):
it. Yeah, you know thosebad Victoria. Can we come up with
a nice term for nutria rat tomake them sound more where's my? Where's
my Akkadie and Louisiana for where's raiseyour hand? Kuon? Has this something
get to be pretty big? Oh? They're gross, They're big fat.
If we could just rename them somethingadpetizing, you know, like the something.
(01:30:27):
All right, let's do some tollbridge. Let's head over to the
east side, uh toll bridge southboundthat is becoming a big smash. So
it was already thirty nine minutes tostart with almost forty extra minutes southbound.
Some of you flipping over to sixten the Sherman Bridge. I get that
you've got about a twelve minute spackledthis way, but it's better than the
toll and then the Heart memberage. You look good, but and this is
a big butt. It looks likeI've got some kind of problem on the
(01:30:50):
ramp that goes off the heart Membridgeto to twenty five. I'll get with
the ladies on TV and together wecan come up with some lane and shortly
I've got loopiness in this squeeze northloopsixth Town westbound forty five, just that
little tiny two lane thing. We'rebacked up from LBJ Hospital. Nineteen extra
minutes that way, Golf Freeway Sucondstarts from the airport exit right past waffle
(01:31:13):

sixty Aldan Westfield. Finally they've clearedthat signal problem. Now you can go
straight to dairy Queen. I'm Skymikeand the Generator Supercenter, dot Com traffic

is here. It doesn't look likea very appetizing morning, but it's going
to improve as usual once the sunhas a chance to burn through some of
(01:31:35):
that cloud deck. Yeah, wegot some clouds. It got a little
shower thundershower just along the coast nearFreeport. Right now. It's gonna fizzle
out here shortly. We're going tobe dry today. This high pressure very
strong, not going away, soit's going to be day after day pretty
much the same thing. So cloudsin the morning, some sunshine, hardly
(01:31:56):
any rain. Temperatures load in midninety so it's warm. It's also quite
humid, so the heat indecks aroundone oh five or even higher all week
long. There is a twenty percentchance of a shower thunderstorm tomorrow. Looks
like we may get a little complexat thunderstorms to develop overnight and then head
our way tomorrow, So we'll bewatching for that. But that's all the
excitement we're going to see this week. Temperature right now still eighty two.

seven twenty now here in Houston's MorningNews. So President Biden expected to
announce his border Executive Action proposal today. Now, what we've learned so far
(01:32:45):
about it, and you know, everything we see about it tells us that
this is just something to kind oftry to get the heat turned down on
immigration and the border between now andthe November election. We'll talk to Bob
Price Bright Bart Texas about that comingup now. Next first though, traffic
and weather together, and that startswith this update from Skymi Advisors. I've

Our next update will be at thebottom of the hour for once on

(01:34:41):
about the border and to talk aboutBiden's executive order d out probably later today.
From what we're hearing about at BobPrice, it really doesn't sound like
he's doing anything really serious about theborder. He's still going to allow from
what we hear, over twenty fourhundred illegal crossings per day before they cut
him off. Yeah, it's amazingwhat they think. Yeah, you're breaking
(01:35:06):
up a little bit here, Solet's let me try to get you to
answer the question again. Let's tryone more time. Go ahead. It's
ridiculous of things that the Biden administration. It's of illegal crossings and and fake
asylum claims. Yeah, yeah,we work. Our connection is not good.
(01:35:33):
Let's try to reconnect Jacob. Goahead and try try to call him
back real quick, and we'll tryto call him back and see see if
we can get a little bit andhaving a little couple of issues, you
know, with our board and tryingto bring in phone calls. So you
know, yeah, you and Iboth know that. Oh yeah, we
do. Yeah, it's always anddrop and hitting. There's always something around
here that's going crazy. But thatdoesn't that's not a serious proposal, you
(01:35:56):
know. The serious proposal would beto to to I mean, there's nothing,
nothing that he's going to propose isgoing to deal with the millions of
people who already here. All right, let's try again with Bob Price,
and we got a better connection thistime. Try again, Bob. Yeah,
hey, let's try technical difficulties fromEast Texas. So, yeah,
it's just ridiculous the things that theBiden administration thinks are acceptable when it comes
(01:36:17):
to fake asylum claims and illegal borderapprehensions. You know, twenty four hundred
per day would have been considered arecord crisis during the Obama administration. So
it's just absolutely ridiculous. This iselection year politics. He's trying to make
it look like he's doing something. And you know, the numbers in May
(01:36:39):
actually do show a decrease, butit's all because of just election year trickery
manipulations. They don't count. Dothey count the ones that they're flying in
direct Do they count the ones thatgot away? Do they count only the
ones that they allow in at theborder crossings, you know, the official
border crossings, and g all youhave to do is when you get to
(01:37:02):
your twenty five hundred or three thousandwhatever it is who get in free pass,
shut it down and they can comeback tomorrow. Well, that's exactly
the way it works. And it'snot a border security policy. It's just
strictly lip service to the issue. You know, the Biden administration encountered one
(01:37:23):
hundred and eighteen thousand in May,which was the third lowest month during the
Biden administration's history, and that's becauseof the election politics that they were doing
with Mexico where they made some secretdeal that they haven't even let the Speaker
of the House know what the dealis, but it involved payments to Venezuela
(01:37:45):
and to Cuba. According to theMexican president, and that was all to
help keep the Mexican President's party inpower and to make some impact, which
it has on the border crossings atour southwest border, to help President Biden
in his re election effort. Butyou can guarantee yourself that on November six
(01:38:09):
that if President Biden is elected, all of that stuff goes away and we
go right back to the two hundredthousand per month. Speaking of Mexico's president,
the new president, Claudia Scheinbaum meetthe old boss, name as the
new boss kind of thing, Ithink. So she's from the same party
that he's from. You know,it is a historic election. It's the
first female president of a North Americancountry. Of course, that would have
(01:38:30):
been the case if the other partyhad won as well they had a female
candidate, But unfortunately she's from thesame party and espouses the same coddling of
the cartels that the current president hasdown there. So I don't expect to
see any kind of major change inpolicy of what's going to impact our southern
(01:38:51):
border. Yeah, made the factthat she has a Jewish last name,
but her parents were immigrants from EasternEurope and an atheist self abowed atheas she
has a PhD in climate science science. This woman is about as left as
you can possibly be. I mean, I can't imagine that she has anything
(01:39:12):
to do with about the security orcare about the security of the United States
of America. Yeah, you wouldthink someone who was actually a legal immigrant
to a country. It's interesting thatMexico will allow a migrant to be a
president down there, but that's somethingyou can't do here in the US.
But you know, you think shewould be more understanding of what the legal
(01:39:35):
immigration process is and what the abusesto these people are. That's the horrific
thing that happens as they're traveling throughMexico, where women are just continually raped,
men are beaten and robbed. Allof these people are extorted, their
families are threatened. You know,it's absolutely cruel and inhumane what happens throughout
(01:39:55):
this entire journey. And yet theseso called progressives seem to be okay with
that, including the ones here inthe United States. That's quite amazing.
Bob Price, thanks as always, sir, good to talk to you from

This is now not just about theelection about two men. This is about
(01:42:10):
a cause and whether or not we'regoing to be a constitutional republic or a
banana republic. Yeah. The Senatorof Missouri Eric Schmidt on Fox opening statements
taking place this morning at the federalfelony gun trial of Hunter Biden. Hunter
Biden is accused of lying on thefederal form used to initiate a background check
when purchasing a firearm. The formshows he checked no to questions about using

controlled substances, which would preclude aperson from legally obtaining the gun, But
the younger Biden admitted in his bookto when and how often he used crack
cocaine, and the photos recovered fromhis laptop also depict his usage during the
same timeframe. Evan Brown reporting therenow Biden would face up to twenty five
years in jail if he is convicted. The Hunter jury, though made up

it could end up in front ofthe Supreme Court. I personally don't see
how this verdict could be sustained.Former Manhattan District attorney Say Vance even told
NBC Trump unlikely to get any jailtime. We'll see seven thirty four is

corruption know all those gold bars foundat his house, officially has filed a
run for re election as an independentnow. He said earlier this year,
no, he would not run forthe Democrat nomination for the first time in

were dying a day. Yes,church closers, same things goal closures again.
(01:44:30):
Fauci was questioned by Texas Republican MikeMichael Cloud. Our news time now
is seven thirty five. Joe Bidensaid for months he couldn't do it.
He's going to issue an executive ordernonetheless of the southern border today. Ohio
Republican Jim Jordan says it's too little, too late. We got an influx
of migrants coming to the country onpace to get to approximately twelve million in
(01:44:55):
Joe Biden's presidency in four years. That's equivalent to the entire population of Ohio.
Jordan on Fox Business, will lookingat our money and freedom to choose
independent presidential candidate Robert F. KennedyJunior. He would be pushing evs if
he becomes president. He has atwenty year history of supporting the attack on
fossil fuels and green energy. Instead, we'd be paying twelve dollars at the

market would be saying we need analternative to a gasoline car. Yeah,
that was a speech back in twentysixteen by RFK Junior. New research from

is. The top three state economiesaccording to Walletthub are Washington, Utah,
and Massachusetts. Well, when thePresident signed the badly named Inflation Reduction Act
in twenty twenty two, he promisedwith lower Medicare drug cost for seniors,
(01:46:03):
but he lied CHERA. Joel White, president of the Council for Affordable Health
Coverage, says there's a dirty littlesecret. The dirty little secret with the
Inflation Reduction Act is that it issignificantly increasing the premiums that seniors will pay
for their Medicare drug benefits. Hesays, there's been a twenty two percent

increase this year, but wait untilnext year. We've talked to Wall Street

one being just the sheer amount ofmoney that President Trump's been able to raise
since the guilty verdicts came out. It's just staggering. Most impressed by this
(01:47:32):
is billionaire and he does a lotof political donations as well, especially to
Republican causes. Hal Laberty's The PointBridge Capitol founder and CEO talks about the
Trump fundraising and who he thinks possibleVP choices for Trump just might be.
The whole thing is political. Everybodysees it, and I had I was
in an event this weekend, nonpolitical friend deal people coming up to me
(01:47:55):
saying that never talk politics, wantingto talk about this yeah, that the
momentum is real there for sure, right, but the momentum really kicked off
when those guilty verdicts came down. That's what's given it this this impetus.
Right, it's started, not startedthen, but it really picked up steam
then, oh one hundred percent. That's what's what. Seventy million dollars in
small dollars over one hundred million dollarsof large dollar donations since the verdict.
(01:48:18):
I mean, that's amazing, amazingnumbers. You're talking at small dollar you're
talking seven hundred thousand to a millionindividual donors giving money to President Trump aft
after the verdict in just a fewdays, and that's going to keep going
on. I think, you know, if you look at what the trial
was about, it really is morethan Trump. People realize this is damaging
(01:48:39):
to America. We're the rule oflaw country, and people view this as
political, mainly because you look atthe DA he's been in the business in
the last few years of reducing felonysixty percent of felony charges were cut to
misdemeanors. He went the other directionon this. He took a misdemeanor and
made it a felony. If that'snot political. What is got thirty seconds
(01:49:00):
left? Would you like to giveany advice for mister Trump to pick a
vice president. Ah, well,he's gonna pick his person. But I've
said publicly since about March. Ithink Governor Abbott of Texas would be a
great choice. I think he's gotthe he knows border security, has been
good on that, he knows theenergy business. It's the eighth largest economy
in the world. I think GovernorAbbitt would be an excellent choice for him.
(01:49:23):
And also I think the governor ofVirginia would be also an interesting choice
for President Trump as well. Sowell, I think either of those two

He just didn't know. I justdidn't know. It just happened. The
highest paid person in all of Americangovernment. Yeah, he's supposed to know.
Oh, he knows well. Ofcourse he knows. Of course he
knows. But the Democrats gave himthe same old thing. And he also
knows that there have been problems withthe vaccines and that there have been issues,
especially with young men in the vaccinecall. Vaccines are shots an't prevoted
(01:54:47):
thing. I stand corrected with theshots here, doctor Fauci says, though
they're safe and effective. You broughttogether the world and America's best scientists.
Do you believe that the vaccine thatyou all have helped create and ensure is
safe and effective for the public.Yes, and it's track record has proven
(01:55:08):
that and do you also agree thatit's saved hundreds of thousands and possibly millions
of lives in America and across theworld. That is absolutely correct, and
it's very clear that it's saved millionsof lives here and throughout the world.
The Europeans have done the same studiesthat we have, and the data are
(01:55:30):
incontrovertible that they save lives, sir, And do you think the American public
should listen to America's brightest and bestdoctors and scientists or instead listen to podcasters,
conspiracy theorists, and unhinged Facebook memes. Now, listening to people who
you've just described is going to donothing but harm people because they will deprive
(01:55:53):
themselves of life saving interventions, whichhas happened, and you know some have
done studies. Peter Hotez has donean analysis of this and shows that in
people who refuse to get vaccinated forany of a variety of reasons probably responsible
for an additional two to three hundredthousand deaths in this country. Hear that
(01:56:15):
all y'all that didn't take the vaccine, the shot, I'm sorry, the
shot, were responsible for an additionaltwo to three hundred thousand people for letting
it spread yet, Yes, exactlyright. And what about the credit posit?
That was a Democrat asking him thosequestions? Softball throat tee it up
more the same. We've been listeningto this for four years. Yeah,
he hasn't changed his total lick.He also got asked, by the way,
(01:56:36):
if he's made any money. Heclaims that he's made one hundred and
twenty two bucks from a patent thathe has had like since twenty fifteen.
And that's it. He hasn't madeany didn't make any money from you know,
the COVID shots themselves, or fromyou know, COVID search or the
research or anything. Have you handlingall the money and where it went for
(01:56:58):
gain of functions? Hypn he's stillunderway, by the way, gain a
function. No, he didn't makeany money. He didn't make any money
from that at all. Boy,I tell you what, lie, lie,
lie, and get away with it. Yeah, well, why do
we keep calling him back to tellmore lies? That's what I'd like to
know. I mean, because youknow that there the Democrats on that committee
are just going to keep on covering. Right, exactly nothing will change.
(01:57:18):
