far more important than some previous elections. I don't think any candidate today picks
a beat based on whether they willbe a good president or not. They're
really the only criteria that I cansee that makes any sense unless he's you
know, Obama. He picked Bidenbecause Biden was chairman of a foreign affairs
committee, and then people said thathe didn't have that experience, that Biden

offered that experience. I think youlook for what you don't have. In
the case of Trump, you're lookingat somebody who can help him win,
and I think in that case you'vegot somebody. I think gender and color
there, I think it always matters, really, but I think in this
particular election, with Kamala Harris onthe ticket, as a woman and a

person of color, you need youneed your gender or color are both to
help him because it will be likea close election. You know, we
discuss this all the time as fromthe conventional side of things, but Donald
Trump is not conventional. I mean, why why do we why do we
think that it's up, it's eightHow do we know he's not going to

pull somebody from out of nowhere,out of the hat that we're not even
thinking about. Oh well, Harry, You're exactly right. Unpredictable is exactly
who he is. And you know, I think he's you know, sometimes
crazy like a fox, but thehe could pick someone right out of nowhere,
I don't think that. I thinkhe wants to win so badly he

wants to presidency back. We knowhow bad he wants. He wants about
as bad as anything you could everhope for. So I think he'll be
smart of it. I don't thinkhe'll just be impulsive and I just want
to do it because I just don'tsee that this year. I see it's
calculated, it's smart, and ultimatelyhe wants to inflict playing on Democrats,

and the way he does that iswinning the election. You know, Bill,
you mentioned some of the criteria thatmight be considered for this vice potential
pick know, gender and color.Nobody who's been supposedly vetted on his short
list meets that criteria, which Ithink goes to Sheriff's point about he's probably
got somebody in mind that we aren'teven thinking of, and maybe that's just
the way he wants it. Well, I mean, Rubio qualifies as somebody

of color, and certainly Tim Scottand Florida, Yeah, Florida and Carolina's
if he I think you've got you'vegot the woman, the countresswoman from New
York, who you know, isvery aggressive and the whole THEI hearings up
there really costs it. Yeah,you've got You've got some people out there.

They qualify. But I think Sure'spoint is the one you always have
to keep in the back of yourmind. The guy will do things that
you don't expect him to do ordidn't even see coming. But you know,
that's why they have to look atthis election. It's no sure thing.
