(00:00):
It's now six twenty two here onnews radio seven forty k t H.
We're being joined by Vlad Davidiot. He's on with us quite often here,
political consultant, and it is justamazing to me, Vlad, just the
amount of law fair that is notslowing down, it is just ramping up.
We've got Trump awaiting sentencing. He'sstill a direct gag order, though
(00:23):
you wouldn't know it by hearing himtalk. Now they're sending Steve Bannon to
jail. They've declined to prosecute theAttorney General who has a subpoena for basically
the same thing, you know, ignoring a subpoena, but the Department of
Justice will not prosecute him. Thisuneven thing that's going on. Is it
(00:45):
gonna boomerang? Ultimately? Is apendulum swinging? Do you think? I
think it is? I think ithas to. I think the American public
is starting to see that the completelack of judicial partiality, and they understand
the nature of the power there that'sbeing employed. And if you look at
(01:06):
democracies that begin to the process ofdecline throughout history and across the world,
there's a pattern that people in officeuse their power to indict, to criminalize,
and to throw in jail the peoplewho were in office before them,
that especially people of the opposing party. And we're starting to see that increasingly
now, not just in Washington,d c. But across the United States
(01:30):
at various levels. And so it'sa reflection that as a result of the
policies of Joe Biden and his failedadministration, America right now is a nation
in decline and it needs to berescued by those who still stand for law
and order. You know, Iplayed a clip with Steve Bannon who's being
(01:51):
headed off to jail because he refusedto testify to the JA six committee as
lawyer told him he couldn't because itwas privileged communications with the pro and he
says, it's almost a badge ofhonor. But you know, the Rhinos,
the Unit Party, somehow let thishappen, you know, the whole
impeachment business and the J six committee. That was Rhinos who were serving on
(02:15):
that JA six committee. So howdo you how do you adjust for that
moving forward? And are you seeingsome signs that maybe there will be adjustments.
Well, what we have seen inthe past and what we need to
see going forward is that unhinged partisanpolitics is what propels our party a nation
(02:35):
down the path of webanizing law totake out political opponents, and it's destructive
across the board. And what hasreally sustained us throughout our two hundred and
fifty years of history is an uphere, an adherence to the Constitution and
a reference to the Constitution. Andwhat we have is way too many people
who are using the law as apolitical weapons, as a as a mechanism
(02:59):
to advance their agenda. And weneed people who are going to really stick
to the limits of the Constitution andlimiting the limiting the scope in size and
power of the government. And regardlessof who's in power, we need to
have Americans stand up and demand thatpower be returned to the people and not
(03:19):
be handed only to the elites. You know, do you think that we're
sort of concurrently talking today to aboutbitter, mean spirited Joe Biden as opposed
to the upbeat, laughing Donald Trumpwho goes out and speaks of all things
to the logan Logan Paul and theJake Paul Podcast. Quite a contrast there.
(03:44):
Well, what we have seen repeatedlyover and over again is that Joe
Biden's advancing and accelerating cognitive decline, his detachment from the average daily American monopoly
of laws that needs to be done, object failures both foreign and domestic.
I mean, he had a fundraiserthe other day and Barack Obama had had
(04:06):
to lead him off stage because hegot confused about what he had to do
next. It's a big sharp contrast, and Americans have a choice to make.
Do they want to continue down thispath of failure. Do they want
to continue down this path of cognitiveand administrative decline, or do they want
to have a fresh start. Andwhat President Trump offers is really a reset
(04:30):
for America. It's really a returnto the things that really offered Americans a
path of prosperity, a path toa brighter future, and policies that make
sense. Glad, as always,it's great to have you could talk all
morning. Thanks so much for joiningus. All right, talk to you
again soon.
