our own. Austin was certainly oneof her own. Mattress Mac there,
he's covering the funeral expenses for thetwelve year old Jocelyn Nungary. The service
on Thursday at Earthman Restan Cemetery, with the public invited to attend. Now,

(02:13):
the GoFundMe for Nungary's family has alreadyraised fifty seven thousand dollars they had
asked for originally thirty five thousand. That was a goal. Court documents show
the Johann Jose Rahel Martinez and FranklinJose panel Ramos lured Nungary to an area
under a bridge before tying her up, cutting her clothes off, and killing

(02:36):
her. Both are illegal aliens fromVenezuela. I would have never guessed it.
I mean I never These animals thatdid this deserve to rot in hell.
Texas Congressman Wesley Hunt there now beawas set at a million dollars east
the government's own data showing that seventynine thousand DACA recipients had arrest records during

(02:58):
the first five years of living inour country. President Joe Biden announced expansion
of deep ortation protections, however, and employment opportunities for DACA recipients last week.
It's now five oh three a northwestHouston man charged with capital murder allegedly
after shooting and killing three family membersin northwest Houston. Brian J. Fernandez.

(03:21):
Ernandez originally claimed he was the victimof a home invasion. I would
have never guessed it. I meanI never saw him for more than five
minutes. Either I was going upthe stairs, he was probably coming down
the stairs, and we witches crossedpaths. That woman with our TV partner,
Channel two, however, HPD hadbeen to that apartment, called several
times mental health checkups calls. ABrazoria County inmate who escaped custody late Saturday

(03:49):
night back in jail now, KiddanyRblaz was caught three miles from the prison,
shot in the arm by officers afterrefusing orders to stop. And they
may help so of some crime. But what about those traffic cameras. They
were outlined by the Texas legislature intwenty nineteen over privacy concerns. A few,
however, do remain active. TheCity of Umble will have their cameras

(04:12):
up until next month. The argumentfrom the pro red light camera folks where
we didn't pass a band because itwould end the contracts to the red light
cameras. Byron Schirmback with the TexasCampaign for Liberty says to good news is
you don't have to pay if youget caught by one. We went on
a campaign that was called trash yourTicket to let people know that they could
just throw these things away and notthink of any consequence would happened. That

(04:35):
continued after the band. Schirmback says, these tickets were never legally enforceable and
not paying won't even hurt your credit. Ethan buchinnan News radio seven forty KTRH,
it's now five oh five, withyou a vote. Joe Biden's wave
of bedlem and death and tarror willbegin to recede the moment I take the

(04:56):
oath of office. January twenty well, there were thousands of supporters in the
Blue city of Philadelphia this weekend, rallying for Donald Trump, who told reporters
he has selected his running mate andthat person will be in attendance, he
says at Thursday night's debate in Atlanta. Reportedly, part of President Biden's preparation

(05:19):
for that has been to practice standingfor ninety minutes. Texas Congressman and former
White House physician Ronnie Jackson says he'sconcerned that the President is going to be
hopped up on drugs for Thursday's showdown. I'm going to be demanding on behalf
of many millions of concerned Americans rightnow that he submit to a drug test

(05:41):
before an activist debate, specifically lookingfor performance and fancy drugs. Jackson says
he's sending a letter to the Presidenthimself, to the doctor of the President,
and to the entire cabinet. We'llhave that debate for you here Thursday
night, starting at eight pm onKTRH KTRH dot com. And excuse me,
they're free iHeartRadio app. It's nowfive oh six. Looking at our

(06:05):
money. No interest rate cuts cominganytime soon. There is growing concern of
a FED failure, which would bean economic failure, even as more Americans
are having to pinch their pennies. What the FED does is headline news for
most people and what the average consumerwho works very, very hard to provide

(06:26):
for their family is realized. Sothe FED goes so often their personal economy
goes as well. Financial expert DerrekKenny there he says it FED is criticized
for focusing too much on the past, not looking ahead to the future.
The fall of the petro dollar, though, is part of the future,
signaling an end to America's global dominance. For years, we've forced countries to

(06:49):
buy our currency, but now everynation is converted, and forcing the world
to buy our currency has kept ourdollar more stable. Daniel Turner, Power
of the Future, says Trump's policieswould have kept US afloat. Cuts from
OPEC have also spiked oil prices, and no one seems to care. We
shouldn't be accustomed to eighty dollars oil, and this new normal of eighty dollars

(07:12):
oil is bad. It's bad forthe American Economy's bad for American families.
He says. If Trump wins,he might be able to bring back that
American dominance. On Theorete Parard NewsRadio seven forty k t R H five
seven now, the Astros beat theOrioles eight to one. They host the
Colorado Rockies tomorrow night. I'm Surefor Friar and News Radio seven forty k
t RH Houston's Morning News continues withJimmy Verrett and Shrif Fryar. Y'all ever

(07:39):
been to the Houston Zoo? Shareyou ever been to the Houston Zoo.
I'm sure many time there yet,I haven't been yet. I've not been
yet. You know, MCED attendedfundraisers there. They lease it out to
bar and mitzas and parties, birthdayparties. I had notions of it and
thought of that, can I givelike a birthday picture with a giraffe or

(08:00):
something? Yeah, that's pretty cool. Yeah, that's pretty cool. I
mean you can be in the medicalcenter and look down and see the giraffe
barns. You know how tall theyare. Yeah, I hadn't really thought
about that before. You releive thosewhen you go to the zoos. Mayor
John Whitmer says the Houston Zoo istoo expensive. That's his critique. It's
too expensive. H He wants theHouston Zoo to reduce prices for visitors.

(08:24):
It costs a bomb little over twentysix dollars expensive to maintain, too expensive,
too expensive to see mission, tooexpensive to go see. Well,
they don't have a big enough budget, you know, friends of the Zoo.
They can't raise enough money. Maybemaybe, or you know it kind
of it kind of gets to belike a chicken egg argument. When you
talk about pricing things. It's like, Okay, we have to we have

(08:46):
to price the way we price inorder to be able to make enough money
to maintain things. Or or doyou lower prices to attract more people from
an affordability factor to be able tocome in and therefore make more money through
volume versus making more money on theticket price. Well, he's got to
do something about the budget. Yeah, but you know, you think that
lowering prices. I don't know.Maybe that's the way that works. The

(09:07):
mayor seems to think that the administrativecosts are too high. In other words,
we have administrators running the zoo thatare making too much money. That
that may be up for argument.I don't know. It costs a lot
of money to maintain animals. Iknow that what are their salaries? I've
been able to find their salaries interesting. Yeah, so I'm guessing they make

(09:28):
a pretty dog on good salary. But if they're getting city payment, it
should be public record, it shouldbe You're right, you should be.
But a little over twenty six bucksis a ticket. That's I mean a
family four that's over one hundred bucksfor a family of fourd to go through
the zoo, A lot of money. That is a lot of money to
go to the zoo. I guessthey have memberships, but that requires you
to get You do to spend evenmore money in order to get the membership,
and in order for it to payfor itself, you'd have to go

(09:50):
at least twice a year in orderfor it to pay itself. I don't
know if this zoo's something you wantto go to three or four or five
times a year in order to getyour money's worth. It become some animals
become special to you. I guessthat's true. I guess that's true.
I was usually there is I neverpaid. I was there as a reporter,
you know. I was there withthe camera and the latest birth of
the newest baby or whatever. Right, Yeah, I kind of get the

(10:13):
same or for some occasion, youknow, I get the same thing about
NASA. I've been to NaSTA acouple of times with people who come into
the town, and it feels likeit's a little bit expensive for what you
get to see. There's not asmuch there as you'd like to think is
going to be there. And ifyou want to go, if you want
to tour the old control center fromthe sixties, that's an additional charge to
be able to go do that.So it's a working it's a working facility,
you know. And that's what thedisappointment always is. You think it's

(10:37):
going to be like a museum. It's going to be it's yeah, no,
not at all. Five eleven.Time for traffic and weather together.
Take me to the zoo when Iwas five years old. Oh I still
love this. I'll go four orfive times a year. What you know,
we should broadcast live from the zoo. One. I think you should
be in the zoo some days,I really do. This should be a
Skymike exhibit at the zoo. Man, put me next to the monkeys.

(10:58):
Let's see. Let's check out thatSouthwest Freeway thing. We had that accident
outbound at two eighty eight. That'sgone. Oh look who's back now that
the severe weather's gone. Yeah, there she is over there in the corner
Southwest Freeway outbound two eighty eight. That's out of the way. That accident
popped up and kt I reached listenerswere the first to know about it.
It's gone. We're back to fullspeed ahead and Braslis River here we are

(11:18):
with that road construction. I warnedyou about all the northbound lanes are shut
down, and everybody's got to geton the feeder. So do the early
thing on the Southwest Freeway now,or jump on Graham Parkway if you're a
big shot elsewhere. Oh I promisedyou laneage on the North Freeway southbound at
the North Loop. What it is? What it is? Southbound? That

(11:39):
is some roadwork that was left overfrom last night. They'll pick it up
pretty shortly. Got about a twoor three minutes munch on the southbound side.
Nothing to reroute around, stay thecourse. In fact, they'll be
picking that up any minute now. It's kind of like Clark Kenton Superman,
you know, the severe weather terry. They're never here. At the same
time. I'm a the Generator Supercenter, dot Com Traffic Center, roubbar Katie

terry. Don't feel like you missedmuch. And it sounds like it sounds
like that other little blob out there, and the Gulf is going nowhere near
us, So it's all it's allno big deal, right, Everything's quieted
down as it should be, andwe're glad for that. That little blob
you're talking about is heading into Mexicoand it's not going to develop any further,

(12:22):
but it is helping to enhance ouronshore flow. So we've got enough
moisture. We may get a littlebit of rain the next couple of days.
Nothing to get tremendously excited about thirtypercent chance of a shower, a
thunderstorm. This afternoon temperature is aloaded in nineties, twenty percent chance that

(12:43):
you'll get wet Tomorrow, Wednesday andThursday a thirty percent chance of those afternoon
storms. Friday temperatures are not goingto change. I mean it is June
and it's only going to be hotand humid the rest of the next couple
of months. Actually we'll be inthe nineties some places upper nineties. And
hey, Sky, don't go messingwith me now, it's gonna be messed

the info you need to take onthe day. So during the new Share
I had this story for you aboutsome seventy nine thousand DACA recipients who now
over the course of five years, got arrest warrants. Seventy nine thousand do

(13:28):
it's even scarier. Two million gotaways. Two million gotaways people that we have
some idea who they are. Theyjust got away, and some of these
are scary people. Former Border patrolchief talks about that. Next, first,
though, we've got traffic and weathertogether's we check out the drive once
again. Here's skyline. Do letthat North Freeway scunch southbound right before Crosschimbers.

(13:50):
They are picking up some overnight roadworks. Stay the course. That'll be
gone shortly. And also we clearedthat wreck off the Southwest Freeway out of
the canyon two eighty eight. That'sout of the way, and your full

not open yet. But if youwant to tell gate the zoo, I'm

(15:46):
they've got places to hide. Twomillion gotaways from our southern border alone.
Former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott's onthe two million and what they represent.
We classified gotaways in two ways, and I'll get to but the main thing
about the god Aways, we doknow a few things about them. We
know that they took extra steps andpaid the cartel an extra amount of money

(16:08):
to avoid law enforcement. And weknow that they did not stay at the
border. It's just a transit area. There are two million people are throughout
this entire United States, but thattwo million that you talk about, those
are only the known godways. Thatmeans border patrol was already completely overwhelmed dealing
with something else. And in thiscase, normally it's the fraudulent asylum seekers.

(16:30):
On a camera they would see anotherillegal entry, or they would pick
up footprints, or they would literallyjust outside of their reach see more people
run across the border. Those arethe known Godaways. But what America needs
to understand is there's this huge wealthof unknowns where we now know the United
States Border Patrol Traditionally, prior tothe Bide administration was patrolling hundreds of miles

(16:53):
of border and keeping a high levelof confidence of what was or was not
coming in today, there are noborder patrol agents out there at all,
and many of those areas, theBiden administration shut off the border infrastructure,
the technology, the cameras that werebeing installed under the last administration, and
there's no sensors out there, sowe don't know stuff that was installed and

(17:15):
that was permanent, Like southern Arizona, they have some camera system that stuff
is still out there. But theborder wall had technology built into it,
a sensor system and a camera systemsbuilt into it, and the Biden administration
couldn't figure out or they couldn't legallyallow that to continue and then shut off
the wall. So they just justchose to shut off everything. And then
they diverted the money from the aerostatsin South Texas they gave a bird's eye

(17:38):
view of the border. They divertedthat money to speeding up the processing of
illegal aliens and getting them out ofborder patrol custody and released into the United
States quicker. Those were conscious decisionsmade by this administration and it doesn't overshadow.
I mean that should tell people whattheir intent is. Yeah, their
intending is obviously, dude. Theyengineered it. They engineered the entire invasion

(18:00):
of our country. Sure, andif you turn off deliberate and they did
it, if you turn off thetechnology, then there's no record of it.
Yeah, So there you go.Two million got always out here.
That's a good guesstimate. But howmany people are getting through, getting through
the border wall that we just don'tknow they're getting through because they turned off
all the subjects. It took elevenhijackers right on nine eleven? Right,
No, Yeah, I mean there'sno doubt there's plenty of people in this

(18:23):
country right now capable of pulling offa terrorist attack. They just have not
deemed the timing to be right forwhatever reason. It's just just a mari
of time. Persons shut down anentire computer system right, exactly exactly right,
won't take a long'll it'll happen tofly planes. You can shut off
entire computer system. Sure. Oryou know, with some of the Chinese

(18:44):
technology, some of the Chinese whoare coming across the border, they may
just they're probably working on ways tosabotage the electric red I would think that'd
be if you want to bring chaosto a country, what better way to
bring chaos than to take all theelectricity away and the chaos it would ensue
with military response. We don't knowfarmland buying farmland near Air force baces.

(19:06):
Sure, what's the reason for that. I would assume to spy on those
on those bases to grab the stealmore technology. There you go. Five

it's a question that I asked theRepublicans strategist Matt Locke. Oh, it's
way more important, and it's waydifferent because normally you would pick a vice
president to help you win votes.Trump doesn't need that. So if he

(24:03):
doesn't need help with votes, doesit really matter? It really doesn't.
I mean, in the end ofall of it, Donald Trump doesn't need

even worse if you have to carrythings like flood insurance that's gotten real super
expensive. Wind in hail insurance hasgotten very expensive. I have happened to

have mentioned on the beach house.I've got all those policies, so I'm
spending way too much on insurance. But the question becomes what else can you
do? And the only other thingyou can really do, and only a
few of you can do it,is to ditch your homeowners insurance and risk

that house. They own that house, and they want that investment protected.
Yeah, otherwise they'll get it andthey'll charge you exactly right. So you're

(28:56):
better off shopping for it yourself andtrying to get the best deal. At
least get policy that you want toget should something happen your house, right,
you know, And I understand whypeople feel like this isn't worth the
money. I never use it.Well, you haven't used it yet,
he is how that goes? Yeah, and yes, is it a hassle
dealing with most insurance companies when youhave a claim. Yeah, absolutely it

(29:19):
is. Well they try and nickeland dime you. Yes, they're in
business to make money. They're notin business to just write you a big
check. You know, they're gonnaquestion everything. It's gonna take a while
to get the payoff. But ifyou owe money in that house, you
you've got to protect yourself and youalso have to protect the bank. I
wouldn't h I wouldn't. I mean, I can understand if you are in

(29:41):
an area where the chances of youflooding are pretty rare. I mean,
you're sitting up pretty high, andyou never flooded in the past, even
didn't flood during Harvey. I canunderstand why would say I'm not gonna get
the flood insurance. I'll take it. I'll take a chance. But if
you're in a flood zone, andmany of us are, if you have
at least one property and flood soyou've got to protect that. Now you

(30:02):
survive what's now called a one thousandyear flood, and then two years later
here comes another one. Uh huh. It ain't your house, and it
ain't the thousand years, and it'sreally not even the weather is. What
the communities have done is in termsof development, the lack of drainage,
the lack of flood abatement. Right, yeah, it's a failure of government.
It is a failure of government. Then you're the one holding the bag.

a lot of reasons why it's alittle different. Not the lease of which
is you've got President Trump. Ifhe is elected, he can only serve
four years. So I'm guessing youwant somebody who you can run on the
ticket for president four years from now. Is that part of the consideration here,

(52:53):
Well, I think the biggest partof the consideration for who Trump is
going to pick a VP as trustmore than anything. If you look at
the first go around, Trump kindof got lost in the waters and didn't
know who the snakes were and didn'tknow, you know, the deep state,
so it wasn't able to drain itthe way he wanted to. But
yeah, you've got some grooming thatis going to happen with a vice president,

(53:14):
but you got to have someone whois going to have his back for
one and not step on him fortwo. Trump, in an interview with
Newsmax, pointed out that he needssomebody who can take the reins and become
president immediately should something happen to himin the very short term. He basically
was saying, look, if Iget knocked out for whatever reason, somebody's
got to pick up and carry on. Oh. Absolutely. And I did

(53:37):
a podcast on this about two weeksago and said the only person I think
that can be Trump's VP is hisson for that very reason. If the
if the Left knocks him off orimpeaches him, what better person than who
ran his entire organization and who wouldbe really upset? Let's say if they
took his dad out. Wow,that's interesting thought. Are you talking Eric?

(53:59):
Are you talking Don? Yeah?Oh, it's got to be Don
Jr. At this point. ButEric's not a bad spot either. Both
of those both those young men aregood man number one, but Donald Trump
trusts them number two. They've beenrunning Trump organization for years. I don't
know if it's true or not,but President Trump seems to indicate that he's
already made his selection of who theVP will be. He hasn't told us
yet, He isn't ready to tellanybody yet, but he says he's made

(54:21):
a selection. You think that's thecase. I think he's known for quite
some time, so I do thinkthat's the case. I don't know who
it is. I'm sure no oneelse knows who it is. I don't
think it's as important as everybody thinksit is, other than the fact the
person that he's going to pick isgoing to have to pick up the make
America again the MAGA label that theRepublican Party has become. Well, he

(54:45):
also said that that person would beat the debate, so limited numbers of
personnel that you can have the debate, there's not going to be an audience
per se. So is this justanother headfake for all of us? I
think Trump knows how. He's amaster at playing the media right, of
getting that unpaid for press to getthe to gin up the reaction or the

(55:10):
excitement. So I just think it'sanother one of those things where look at
me. I mean, he goesinto Philadelphia, right into the background,
into the backyard of Joe Biden, and turns out tens of thousands of people.
Trump's just really good at getting freemedia. What are you speaking of?
Which, what do you think ofhis urban strategy. Is it a
waste of time to go into placeslike Detroit and Philadelphia or is it just

(55:31):
show a willingness to listen to peoplethat have been ignored by their own party.
I think it's the latter. Ofcourse, you've got a voter block
that has been completely just put outon the side by the left. But
if you look at what's happening intwenty twenty four. Here, you've got
states like Virginia, Minnesota, NewMexico that are very much in play,

(55:55):
that are going to be in playbecause of the policies of Joe Biden.
All right, than you. Thanksfor tellis. We're going to hold you
to this. We're calling you backif it ends up being one of the

places that people never even thought about. Trump holding a rally in Chesapeake,
Virginia on Friday. Trump and Bidengoing face to face on the debate stage
the night before Thursday Night this Thursday, North Dakota Governor Doug Bergham told CNN
is an opportunity for that network toactually ask tough questions of Biden. Just

(59:52):
before the election four years ago,Joe Biden looked into the camera and said,
you know that Hunter Biden's laptop wasa campaign Russian disinformation called it garbage,
and now we know that none ofthat is true, he lied.

on that speculation? Just that's allit is over who Trump will pick.

(01:00:36):
Republican strategist Matt Locke. We justtalked to him live, he said,
after what happened with Mike PINNs.MAGA makes this selection especially important. MAGA
is its own deal, right,It's the biggest thing going. The VP
is vital in the fact that youdon't need to win a state, you
need to one that will carry onthe movement. It is a movement.

Trump says he will announce his pickfor at the convention in Milwaukee. It

How much money will Democrats spend totry to flip Ted Cruz's Senate seat
here? Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumerhas been quoted as saying, I think

(01:01:40):
we're gonna win in Texas, referringto the race between Senator Ted Cruz and
his Democratic challenger Colin Alred. That'swhat you would expect the majority leader in
the sentence to say, you know, we're going to win our Senate races.
We're going to expand our majority. That's exactly what he should say,
and that's what he is saying. In his opinion, political consultant build Bill
Miller doesn't expect that seat to turnblue no matter how much money Democrats spend

(01:02:04):

Democrats, though, continue to spendeven if the race looks like a

Biden administration wants to control the Texasgrid through a new federal rule.

(01:02:30):
This is not an act of Congressrequiring states to pay billions in order to
force us into optimizing our grids withrenewables, wind and solar. They knew
if they took it through Congress thesequestions would be raised. What they are
requiring people to do is pay forpower that is intermediate. The sun has
the audacity to go down every singleday. The wind is not going to

(01:02:52):
work when the wind isn't blowing, and Texas knows this better than so many
states. Energy expert Larry Barons therenow Texas leading a coalition of nineteen states
who are challenging that rule in court. Majority of all Texas told the Texas
Politics Projects they believe there will bewidespread grid failures. This summer impossible to
get away from though, because ofthe renewables. Just about every station TV

station, certainly even local ones, seem to have coverage of yet another disaster,
weather disaster that they call because ofclimate. Turns out, weather patterns
haven't changed that much windy day ofrained or a heat wave. That's proof
that we've changed the climate. Meanwhile, nothing unprecedented is happening in our climate.

(01:03:35):
It's all well within natural climate variability. Mark Morno with the Climate Depot
told KGRAH this all just serves topush the climate agenda forward. All of
their media hype about hot weather, heat waves or extreme weather is all designed
to get us to support policies thatwe would otherwise never even consider. Morano
says this is just perversions of scienceand a weaponization of weather events. Ethan

I'm shepber Fryar and news radio sevenforty ktrh. Michael Berry only endorses Texas
Renters dot com for property management needs. How bad things are the twenty twenty
four elections for what's really happening?Everything in your world? Here in a
broad news radio seven ktrh of newWalmart announcement is fueling fears of surge pricing.

(01:05:10):
They're going to change the way theymark the shelves. Have you ever
been a grocery store or Walmart orany of those kinds of stores. They
put the price of the product onthe shelf right usually so you can compare
it by product to prodty by ounceshow much price it is, pronounce and
do some comparison shopping. But Walmartis going digital. Instead of having the

(01:05:33):
price there, it's going to havea bar code or say more and more
you see bar codes, which reallyupsets me because then you have to engage
your smartphone, which means they arenow geo tracking through the grocery store in
order to market. Sure, sure, that might be part of it,
but I think I think the realreason behind it, and the fear behind

(01:05:55):
it is is that it has becomedifficult to keep up with the price increases.
So the easiest thing that they cando is to put a barcode there
because they can go in and digitallychange the price once every ten seconds if
they want to, so they cankeep up dating the price. You may
before you even get to check out, it's right, have gone up.
Oh boy, go back and checkagain and see how much of the price

(01:06:18):
went up between the time you startedshopping and the time you go into sharp
and I and I thought to myself, I wonder if this is going to
be coming to restaurants because one ofthese he's already there. Really right price
upon requests. It's always been marketprice, get price on request. And
yeah, yeah, I've noticed moreitems and showing up market price. And

(01:06:38):
you saw that during the height ofthe lockdowns too with COVID. You saw
that like an airport restaurants and things. I just wonder how long before all
the restaurants will have the description ofwhatever it is, chicken, parmesan or
whatever it is, and they'll havea barcode next to it, and you
have to use your smartphone to getthe price. Because I imagine one of
the big expenses for restaurants right nowhas been changing the menu. Yeah,

(01:07:00):
because they print the prices for themost part, except for a few items,
to print all the prices in themenu, and those prices have been
constantly going up. So every timethey go they have to raise the prices.
They have to go print new menus. This way, you would have
to print a new menu. Yep. They have to check on a daily
basis to see how much the dishis going to cost you. But the
people are worried about in the caseof Walmart, and they just like you

(01:07:21):
worried about it fast food. They'vebeen talking about surge pricing, you know,
certain times of the day or certaindays of the week where the price
is higher for something than it isat other times. You know, all
of this digital technology is supposed tomake our lives easier. It's made it
easier for the government it's made iteasier I guess for yeah, yeah,
not for US authoritarians to crack downon us. Yeah. Maybe easier for

(01:07:44):
business, but it's made my lifemore complicated. For consumers, I would
have to agree six forty one timefor traffic and weather together. I think
they put the expensive stuff on thelower shelves. I hadn't noticed that.
So short people can go broke. You know that's a lot. It's all
about the short people. No money. I know they're shortest. Katie Freeway.

onward line with News Radio seven pointKTRH thursdays of the Big debate, right
lot on the line is actually forJoe Biden in this particular case, maybe
an opportunity to run for president onthe line for Joe Biden. Here's Carl
Rove on Fox over the weekend talkingabout the debate and what he thinks both

(01:13:11):
sides need to do. I wrotein my column that whichever candidate spends more
time talking about their trials in thecase of Trump, the New York Business
records case, in the case ofBiden, his son's case, whoever,
you know, whoever, whichever casebecomes the center point is a loser for
the one who's raising it and makingit an issue. Let's be clear,

(01:13:32):
Let's step back for a minute. What does Biden needed to do. The
most important thing for Biden to dois to have a sustained mental acuity demonstrated
throughout the debate. He can't giveus word sality, He can't give us
guardably good, he can't freeze,he can't lose his train of thought.
We got to look at him atthe end of ninety minutes and say,
he's got what takes to occupy thatimportant, funny shaped office in the southeast

(01:13:55):
corner of the West Waang. He'sgot to make this a choice. It's
a choice between me and that guy. And that does require him to go
on offense against Trump, but I'mnot certain that the conviction is the thing
that does it for him. Andfinally, he needs to say to the
American people, I get you andwhere you are. Because last year Bidenomics
was a complete and unmitigated marketing disaster, because even I took a marketing course,

(01:14:19):
if you got a bad product, don't put your name on it.
And his economic policies are not popularwith the American people. On the other
hand, Trump has got his challengestoo. He's got to come across as
reasonable and not unhinged. Remember thatfirst debate four years ago, screaming,
yelling, interrupting. It was nota good look. He needs to make
it a referendum, that is tosay, do you like what he did?

(01:14:42):
What Biden did on inflation and costof living and immigration? And finally,
he's got to make it about thefuture, not the past. It's
not got to be about rigged electionsand I got mistreated to New York courtrooms.
People want to understand, what areyou going to do in your second
term and how does that affect meand my family? Sounds like pretty sound
advice. He's talking to the independence, you know, to get the independent.

(01:15:05):
Sure, the people who are Trumpsupporters they're mad about their big elections,
Well they're in already. Yeah, they're all in. Trump supporters are
all in. It was establishment Republicans. Yeah, yes, yes, it
doesn't mean the device is bad though. He's talking to the middle surreio is

There are a lot of seventy yearolds who remember tips and this makes sense
to them. I think we shouldtake a look at the beera and liquor
tax. This is a hangover fromprohibition. If the states want to tax

(01:25:50):
it, why should the federal governmentdo that sort of thing. There's a
tax on owning a gun in acountry. There's a Second Amendment. We
don't tax newspapers. There's a tenpercent tax on owning a gun. That's
supposed to go for outdoors things, but when the Democrats are in office,
they use it for not that sortof thing. So I would say,

(01:26:11):
let's not have a tax on people'spistols or rifles. Just leave them alone
with their Second Amendment rights. Andwe should not tax inflation. We should
not tax inflation in capital gains. All the inflationary gain from the value of
your home or land, or stocks, or your four or one k R
investment that should be taken out whenyou get taxed on the gain for capital

(01:26:33):
gains. You know, I thinkthat most taxes should have a sunset law,
you know, especially if they arethere for a specific purpose. For
example, like a told is thereto pay for the road. What's the
road is paid for? You shouldgo away? Yeah, I know.
Well I feel the same way aboutsome of these taxes that they have that

(01:26:54):
you know, they're step to payfor something or to provide for something,
and it turns out they spend themoney on other things that should be an
automatically automatically rebolke attacks that they dothe beatings to be that way, Like
twenty in North Texas. Yeah, that was the toll way between Dallas and
for Ward. Sure, that's afederal highway now, yeah, well they
always they always started saying, wellthat this will pay for it, then

(01:27:15):
is what we have to maintain it? Well that was before that's when toll
roads were American right right Even herein Texas we had Rick Perry farming it
out to the Spanish with Spanish companieswere putting into the toll road. Yeah.

was as far as their climate warmingargument was, there was a lightning strike
that killed somebody the day before. Is if somehow lightning strikes are a result
of climate change that we never hadthunder and lightning before we had climate change.

Staying in form matters to then HughesRadio seven forty KTRH. Actually,
what the big thing to talk toMark Morano about at the Climate Depot is

(01:32:10):
just the weather hype in general. You know, we're at the hurricane season,
of course, and there's all thesepredictions about how many hurricanes we're going
to have, and how climate changeis impacting that, and how hot it
is, and how we all haveto take precautions. We're all going to
die. Mark Morano joins us,Mark, I'm guessing the weather hype.

(01:32:30):
He's probably there for a variety ofdifferent reasons, not the least of which
is TV stations want you to watchthem, right, So they're trying to
give you a reason to stay tunedin to check out the weather. Yes,
of course that's one of the mostbasic reasons, but I don't think
that's the number one reason they're pushingthe climate fair but absolutely, especially local

(01:32:51):
news, even national news, whenyou have a weather story what used to
be called natural disasters, it's alwaysa big story. Everyone wants to tune
in. You're going to watch, whether it's tornadoes, hurricanes, floods,
droughts. People are interested, particularlylocal news when there's a snowstorm coming or
big thunderstorms or cold fronts. Sothere's always that element of it. You

(01:33:15):
know, if it leads, itbleeds. If it bleeds, it leads.
This is you know, if it'sextreme weather's, it leads. But
you mentioned before the break about lightningstrikes. Now, one of the things
that we hear all the time aboutclimate predictions, as we predicted it,
Oh, we warned you this wouldhappen. There've literally been multiple studies on
lightning strikes that lightning strikes would increasewith global warming and lightning strikes will decrease

(01:33:41):
with global warming, along with thewhole host of other exact type opposite predictions.
If you predict both teams to wina game, and you can always
say the next day after the game, I predicted the winner. And that's
what they do. Whether it's morefog, less fog, more autumn fall
colors, less autumn fall colors, more hurricanes, less hurricanes, more tornadoes,
less tornadoes, they've been on theopposite side of every event. And

(01:34:04):
in terms of what they've done isthey've weaponized weather events in terms of hurricanes,
floods, tornadoes, droughts, wildfires, is either no trend or declining
trends on climate time scales. Thisis even buried inside the UN reports.
So the idea that that heat wavesor that are hurricane is our fault.
And one last point. They dothese modeling studies based on climate models where

(01:34:29):
they juice the numbers. They canput anything they want, and they can
make these modeling studies which are whicharen't data, they're just computer prediction simulations.
And they say, well, thisheat wave was one hundred times more
likely because of our driving SUVs andeating meat. No, it's not you
just put some nonsense into a computermodel, and it validated your theory because
you only put an influence that wouldvalidate it. And the bottom line,

(01:34:54):
Man, the bottom line of allthis is transfer of wealth and total subjugation
of the people of the world whilethose in charge get to do what they
want to. Yeah, the wholeidea is is the scarest to the point
where we would agree to policies wewould never even consider otherwise. And I'm
just gonna say it, March oftwenty twenty, we are facing thirty million

(01:35:17):
dead our virus simulator, So COVID'sgonna kill us all we need to stay
at home. We're gonna close churches, issue canceled weddings, funerals, medicals.
Would we ever have agreed to thatwithout one component fear? And that's
exactly what Climate's doing, much lesssuccessfully. By the way, a virus
scares the hell out of everyone.Climate only scares the hell out of mostly

(01:35:40):
blue state Democrats for whatever reason. And all the polling shows that if you're
if you're a big progressive Democrat, you're gonna believe all this hype. You're
gonna be up at night, You'regonna be taking psychic. You're gonna be
taking anti anxiety meds because you thinkthat you know, the oceans are gonna
swallow you up any day. Butyou know, most other people, including

(01:36:01):
the Center of moderates and conservatives,do not care about are not afraid of
climate change. Well goodness, alot of those fake people are pretty easy
