Good morning, Sharon, Good morning Bob. It is now five

Speaker 8 (01:52):
Hear that he had been murdered. That just uh, that
was just beyond me.
Speaker 7 (02:00):
That friend with our TV partner Channel two. Beckett had
five grandchildren and six great jat grandchildren. Also topping our
news sexas attorney General Ken Paxon warning Harris County about
its proposed plans to mail voter registration applications to unregistered addresses,
including addresses that may have illegal aliens. It was the

Nashally a rare Joe Biden's sighting yesterday.
Speaker 9 (02:33):
It means so much to be with a true friend,
a true friend, the Vice President and the next great
president of United States of America.
Speaker 7 (02:43):
Yeah, Biden was with Harris in Pittsburgh after finally ending
his latest vacation since being booted off the Democrat ticket
by Harris, the evictor Kamala Harris losing support though after
the Democrat Convention, losing three percentage points according to polling
by Redfield and Wilton Strategies. But forget the polls. According
to the latest data, seven to ten US adults say
(03:06):
they actually use Facebook to weigh in Facebook.
Speaker 10 (03:12):
And sharra As Joseph Vasquez with the Media Research Center
points out, all eyes are once again on CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Speaker 11 (03:22):
We did a poll of Biden voters that people had
heard regards to Hunter Biden.
Speaker 12 (03:27):
A vast lot of Biden voters.
Speaker 13 (03:28):
Would have changed their votes and potentially handed from the
presidency in twenty twenty.
Speaker 10 (03:32):
But now Zuckerberg is trying to change sides.
Speaker 13 (03:37):
His platform is self centering people.
Speaker 14 (03:38):
We had a Menia Research Center continued to lot cases
centered people that hasn't stopped.
Speaker 12 (03:42):

Speaker 7 (03:53):
H S five o three impossible to deny the mainstream
media nothing more than a pr propaganda arm of the Democrats.
Speaker 15 (04:02):
I think they are going to stay hitched together. They
have made their bed, they need to lie in it,
and they are lying in it, and they will continue
to do so because they are just that shameless.
Speaker 7 (04:13):
Curtis Hawk with NewsBusters telling KTRH media no longer care
about basic principles of journalism, completely focused on helping the
Democrats and so themselves stay in power and big money.
Five oh four is our time, Biden. Here is regimes
is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah, who has not done
enough to free hostages held by Hamas six of those hostages,
(04:35):
including American Hirsch Goldberg Pollend, were found executed just before
an IDF rescue attempt this weekend.
Speaker 16 (04:45):
I don't believe that either President Biden or anyone serious
about achieving peace and achieving the release would seriously ask
Israel Israel to make these concessions.
Speaker 7 (04:58):
Nettiyahoo respond to the White House. Thousands are protesting in
the Jewish State, however, demanding a cease fire in order
to bring the remaining hostages to freedom. There's a belief
to be about one hundred people still held hostage. Hamas
terrorists released video footage of those six who were executed,
calling it their last messages, and in Turkey, sound of
(05:28):
two US maries being attacked by a mob of Turkish
nationalists shouting in English Yankee, go home. Fifteen people were arrested.
It's now five oh six SAGI weekend in Galveston. The
island got more than five inches of rain yesterday. It
was a system out in the Gulf. National Hurricane Center

Terry Smith at the Weather Channel in just a few
minutes looking at our economy. Texas population growing, but housing
supply not keeping up where it's needed most.
Speaker 17 (06:03):
Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio love it.
Speaker 5 (06:08):
It doesn't matter where you're talking.
Speaker 17 (06:10):
A lot of the housing construction is on that outside
concentric circles.
Speaker 7 (06:15):
Real estate developer Easton macause he told kgerh we need
to cut the red tape of city bureaucrats if we
want to increase housing supply. Inflation has put the American
dream though out of reach for most Americans.
Speaker 18 (06:28):
The average cost for a family afford to live in
a median priced home with a median priced vehicle is
now more than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year,
up nearly forty percent in the last decade, according to
a USA Today report. Heritage Foundation economist e j Antni
says we're on an unsustainable path.
Speaker 14 (06:44):
This is actually the first time for an entire generation
of Americans on average think they will have a lower
standard of living than the generation that came before them.
We haven't seen that since the Great Depression.
Speaker 18 (06:55):
The Census Bureau estimates only about one in eight households

Speaker 6 (07:50):
All right, it is five oh seven.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Good morning to you once again, thanks for being with
us on what feels like a Monday but is actually Tuesday.
Those are the best tuesdays, the kind that I already
have you at the end of the work week. So
Kamala Harris was at work yesterday in Detroit. She unveiled
something new. What did she unveil? She's the Democratic nominee
for president of the United States. Did she unveil an
(08:13):
economic plan? No, no, nothing more than the price fixing
the community excuse me, communist out price controls that she
had talked about a few weeks ago. Did she unveil
a new plan with respect to employment. Did she unveil
a new plan with respect to border control?
Speaker 5 (08:30):
No? No, no.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
What she unveiled was a new accent. Why because she
was in front of a new crowd. We all heard
Kamala when she went down south during one of her
early after she was coronated, not voted, not elected, not
actually chosen through democratic processes the way the left always
likes to talk about as the Democratic nominee. But when
(08:51):
she was coronated and chosen by the elites, she went
down south and of course decided to go with her
best Hillary Clinton Southern twang accent. But this time she
was in Detroit on Labor Day. So what do you
do when you're in Detroit? Apparently you talk hood. That's
what many are describing Kamala's latest turn as as she
(09:13):
spoke before this crowd, saying these things, Well, Look.
Speaker 7 (09:16):
You may not be a union member. You better thank
a union member.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
What a five day one week.
Speaker 21 (09:25):
You better thank a.
Speaker 5 (09:26):
Union member for sickly.
Speaker 22 (09:28):
You better thank a union member for paid leave. You
better thank a union member for vacation time.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
What on earth did we just hear you talk about
being cringey, You talk about being awkward, you talk about
being embarrassing, you talk about being condescending. She honestly thinks
that every crowd that she gets in front of, she
can change her voice and thus her persona to say
I'm one of you. And if you have to change
(10:01):
who you are to be like the people you are
talking to, then you obviously are nothing. You have no
core whatsoever. It's her seventh new access. According to Stephen Miller,
it's her seventh new accent in four weeks. She has
never used that one before. She grew up in Berkeley
and then partially in Montreal. But suddenly she comes to
(10:23):
Detroit and she talks street. That's the Democratic nominee for president.
We'll have more on that in a little bit. All right,
it's five ten.
Speaker 5 (10:30):
Now let's check them asud I never lived in the hood,
has she Bob.
Speaker 6 (10:34):
No, She's never I don't think she's ever visited a hood.
Speaker 5 (10:36):
To be honest with you, I live in the hood.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
Uh, let's go straight through our tip line seven one
three two one two tips forty five North Freeway.
Speaker 5 (10:44):
I got Scott from Conrad.
Speaker 21 (10:45):
What's that?
Speaker 23 (10:46):
Hey, good morning, my kid.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
There's a vehicle facing the wrong way at the exit
ramp at Little York.
Speaker 19 (10:52):
Like partially in the lane.
Speaker 5 (10:54):
I don't know if it was the.
Speaker 4 (10:54):
Wrong way driver or what, but no action or nothing yet,
but it sure has caused the problems and there's no
no authority there yet. All right, very good Scott from Conrad.
That's a pretty strong call there. Little burbage needed, but
good job they're Scott Conrad, watch out southbound and I
will let the rest of the media note. Looks like
they may have that moved over shortly. I don't even
see a backup downtown. It's a good sign that they're
(11:16):
just showing. This big truck means we don't have anything
else blowing up in the world. That's an eighteen wheeler
on the east text elevated southbound past the ballpark at
Texas Avenue, takes up a right lane.
Speaker 5 (11:27):
I think he's gonna sit there for a while.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
They don't get rid of him in the next hour,
so it's not going to be good trying to get
down the south, down the east, text to the southwest,
stay the course this way and we'll.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
Check up on this.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
We're going to check ship channel bridges at the five
to twenty break, Terry, I looked on Amazon. I was
trying to find a garnet red and gold guillotine for
your coaching staff, and I just can't come up with
it yet. I'm Skymike and the Generator Supercenter dot Com
traffic Center.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
You know, Burt Reynolds is looking down right now, going
I'm so sorry. All right, twelve minutes after five o'clock,
let's get that fourcass now.
Speaker 7 (12:02):
Good morning, Terry, Hey, good morning.
Speaker 24 (12:04):
I am not ready to adjust our coaching staff just yet.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
Skymice sad morning and seminalness.
Speaker 24 (12:10):
It is a sad morning in seminal Land, and it's
a slightly drier morning in southeast Texas, which is a
nice change of pace.
Speaker 12 (12:20):
Bob.
Speaker 7 (12:20):
We have been soaked to the.
Speaker 24 (12:22):
Bone with rain forever, it seems like, and we're still
dealing with su rain, but we've got a longer period
that's going to be dry, which is a nice adjustment.
Thirty percent chance of showers and thunderstorms today near ninety today,
a forty percent chance of those thundershowers tomorrow near ninety tomorrow.
(12:42):
A rain chance is increase Thursday, there's a week front
that moves through. Eighty percent chance of more rain Thursday,
but then the weekend Friday only a thirty percent chance
of rain. And right now Saturday just looks dry sunshine.
That'll be a nice change of pace.
Speaker 6 (12:58):
All right, Terry, thanks for much.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
Right now, we have seventy eight degrees, no reinfalling now
and clear Sky's at your official severe weather station's radio
seven forty.
Speaker 25 (13:06):
K t H.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
It's Houston's morning News, brought to you by New South
Windows Solutions. Now back to Jimmy and Scherah with the
info you need to take on the day.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
All right, excuse me, it is five nineteen now a
Bob Frand sitting in for Jimmy.
Speaker 6 (13:20):
Good morning to you. Appreciate you being with us on
this Tuesday.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
So yeah, a couple of interesting developments as it pertains
to the Democrat position on the border. You know, Nancy
Pelosi does indeed represent a border state, but Apparently she
doesn't know much about what happens at the border because
she was on with Bill Maher. She of course is
from California, but she was on Bill Maher, and I
wonder how this plays in Texas. When she said the
(13:46):
quiet part out loud as the saying goes, she wants
to make all illegal aliens legal aliens in this country.
Speaker 6 (13:54):
Listen to this.
Speaker 21 (13:55):
Well, I don't.
Speaker 26 (13:56):
I'm not familiar with exactly what it is, but making
American dream of home ownership available to all people is
something we have to do for people.
Speaker 8 (14:06):
For you, now, this.
Speaker 5 (14:09):
Is undocumented, This is for the undocumented.
Speaker 26 (14:13):
Well, what I would like to do is move them
to documented.
Speaker 7 (14:16):
Fact that you can move.
Speaker 8 (14:17):
Them to document.
Speaker 5 (14:18):
It is, and the left wing crowd of Delmar loved it.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
She wants undocumented people to all be documented, illegals to
be legal. In other words, reward them for breaking American
law and violating American sovereignty and putting at risk American
security and give them all legal status, make them documented,
make them legal, and ultimately affirm.
Speaker 7 (14:41):
On Medicare and Medicaid social security.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
There you go, yep, citizens voting rights, which of course
is even more important than the programs that you just
talked about too.
Speaker 6 (14:52):
But that's what it's all about. She said it out loud,
so I hope everybody remembers that over the course of
the next sixty days plus. Before it is time to
we'll talk more about it. Let's get some traffic in
weather going here at five twenty.
Speaker 4 (15:04):
Hey, skymuch, it's the North Freeway Little York southbound, Scott
from Conrad. This morning's first banana sticker. We had to
spin out vehicle there for some reason. Not sure what
was happening with him. It looks like tow truck ninjas
have structure gone out of there. We look good from
the Belt to the Loop. Surprisingly get well Mattress Smack
and Downtown East Text the elevated southbound. It's a big
olda team wheeler. They called it a truck fire. Early
(15:26):
this morning.
Speaker 5 (15:27):
Ninja showed up supersizes.
Speaker 4 (15:29):
And then they just left. Nobody wants this poor truck southbound.
I hope they get rid of it in the next hour.
Skymike and the Generator Supercenter dot Com traffic Center.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
All right, thank you very much, good sir. Your forecast
is an interesting one.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
It's changed a little bit already even since we started
from a very slight chance to now with thirty percent
chance of showers today, high of ninety overnight load tonight
about seventy eight. Mostly cloudy Wednesday, but then a forty
percent chance of afternoon rain tomorrow with a high of
eighty eight. Thunderstorms rolling in on Thursday with a high
of eighty four, and then a mixture of clouds sunshine
(16:00):
Friday with high of eighty seven. So we'll updateh as
we do. Terry, We'll check in with us in about
ten as well. Right now we have seventy eight at
your official severe weather station. He's Radio seven forty ktrh.
Let's get those headlines down from Sheriffron five.
Speaker 7 (16:13):
Twenty two now on news Radio seven forty k trhg's
headlines are sponsored by Texas Mutual Insurance. Kamala Harris pandering
on the campaign trail again. Elon Musk. He's calling for
that judge who banned his entire platform X in Brazil
to be sent to prison. Joey Chestnut heate a record
(16:34):
eighty three hot dogs in ten minutes to beat his
rival Taku Kobayashi in Las Vegas. That's where the competition was.
Latest news anytime at KTRH dot com. Our next update
will be at the bottom of the hour.
Speaker 23 (16:50):
Power by hour.
Speaker 21 (16:52):
There's much to learn. Keep listening, hey, critical moment. You'll
keep learning. We will learn lessons from this. Use radio
seven forty.
Speaker 3 (17:01):
Okay, So the law, by the way, or the bill
that has been signed or that has not yet been
signed into law in California, share that Bill Maher was
asking Nancy Pelosi about is one of these situations where
the taxpayers have to fund all of the different programs
and in this case houses for illegal aliens. It would
(17:21):
make illegal aliens eligible for one hundred and fifty thousand
dollars for purchasing homes. Even as the state leads the
country with the largest number of homeless US citizens. They
want to give all of this money and make these
illegal aliens eligible for these massive giveaways, including down payments
on homes. Pelosi said, it's not free houses, it's the
(17:44):
American dream being available to more people. And I could
play that part of the clip too, but I don't
think I have to. She said, it's the American dream
being available to more people. But the problem is it's
giving away the American dream to non Americans. There are
Americans who actually can't live the dream and cannot afford
at homes, especially with mortgage rates at seven point nine
(18:04):
percent nationwide because of the Biden inflation policies that brought
us to those rates. So American citizens can't afford the
quote unquote American dream. And yet the radical left, led
by Nancy Pelosi in this particular case, they want the
American dream to be given to foreigners who broke the
law to get into this country.
Speaker 5 (18:22):
Does that makes sense?
Speaker 22 (18:24):
No?
Speaker 6 (18:24):
Okay.
Speaker 7 (18:25):
I have a lot of friends who are lifelong Californians,
native Californians, and we just don't talk too much anymore
because they thought I was crazy.
Speaker 8 (18:34):
You know.
Speaker 7 (18:35):
Oh my god, I hear your really right wing now.
And I said, well, let's see what you do with
your state. I just don't understand how people who've made
their lives there can put up with us much longer.
Speaker 5 (18:47):
Yeah. Well, I mean they.
Speaker 7 (18:48):
Elected, they elected a one party state, and this is
what the country's going to look like if we have
a one party country.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
You know, the answer is for a lot of them
is they can't stay. And that's the reason the Blue
exodus and they're coming where Sharah they're coming to your backyard.
They're coming to Texas, they're going to Tennessee, and they're
going to Florida. They're leaving California in droves. And the
worst part about it is they're not leaving because of
the mess they created. They're leaving and they're bringing the
(19:18):
mess with them. The same voting you know what I mean,
the same voting patterns, the same policies that they fled
because their state has become garbage. They're bringing with them.
Instead of coming here and saying we want to embrace
the other side, they're coming here and saying, let's turn
This state is blue and is destruct you know, a
dangerous I guess, and destructive is the one we just left.
Speaker 20 (19:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (19:40):
Well, yeah, there's an awful lot of money and an
awful lot of votes in California. They still have an economy.
You know, it's amazing. I can't believe they do, but
they do.
Speaker 5 (19:49):
Yeah, well, their economy.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
I think I think Newsom said this back when he
was flirting with, you know, you know, maybe being the
person to replace Joe Biden, you know, many months ago.
Isn't it the seven largest economy in the world.
Speaker 7 (20:01):
California's well thanks Silicon Valley. Thank a lot of government
contracts for that, you know, thanks absolutely government money for
all that green energy. I mean, I know a lot
of people got really really rich off that.
Speaker 6 (20:14):
No question about it.
Speaker 3 (20:15):
It's a massive state, and it cranks out the most
massive communist principles. You've Kamala Harris's state of course, you
know as well, which we need to talk about between
her and Gavin and people like Nancy Pelosi.
Speaker 6 (20:29):
Honest to goodness, it is. It's a wreck.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
But that's why people are indeed fleeing that state. Yet
yet yet still defending the ideology that governs it. Okay,
five twenty six, let's check the markets now and see
what is happening we have I'm sorry, oh Jonas without this,
Joe don Hey joone, good morning.
Speaker 7 (20:47):
Good morning, Bob.
Speaker 27 (20:48):
There is so much money in artificial intelligence style and
open ai, which right now has a nonprofit structure.
Speaker 7 (20:54):
He's looking to make some changes.
Speaker 27 (20:56):
The Financial Times and market Watch report open ai is
talking to faster is about moving away from that nonprofit structure,
maybe by removing a cap on profits paid to investors
from open AI's for profit subsidiary CrowdStrike, Microsoft and Delta
airlines play in the blame game. The Wall Street Journal
reports all three are battling over who's responsible for the
(21:18):
unraveling of Delta's operations back in July, when a faulty
CrowdStrike software update crashed millions of computers running Microsoft's Windows systems.
Delta says the airline's reliance on the two tech firms
put it at a disadvantage. The tech companies say that
doesn't explain why it took Delta so long to recover.
On Wall Street, investors are pulling back before a big
(21:38):
week of economic data. S and P futures are down
twenty eight Nasdaq futures one hundred and thirty two, Dow
futures down two hundred nine points now. Crude oil futures
are falling. Also a dollar thirteen to seventy two, forty
two A barrel. I'm Joan Donneger, Bloomberg Business on News

on kids even when they're not in school. Good morning,
Bob France and for Jimmy Barrettchriff Iar has the details
on those stories and more coming up.
Speaker 6 (22:29):
But first, let's do traffic and weather together.

All right?
Speaker 4 (22:33):

rid of this shortly.

Speaker 22 (23:22):
You met a thank a union member for paid leave.
You met a thank a union member for vacation time.
Speaker 7 (23:29):
Oh, kamala Harris hamming it. It's a Detroit accent, a
Yankee accent last night. And here's why.
Speaker 22 (23:36):
Bank unions for paid family leave, Bank unions for a
vacation time.
Speaker 7 (23:43):
Yeah, pitching to the unions in Pittsburgh just hours before.
She's not talking about this though. Nearly one third of
K through twelve students behind their grade levels as of
the end of the last school year, according to the
National Center for Education Statistics. And if schools we concentrate
more on the basics, less on spending and social engineering.

For instance, why do schools provide three free meals daily
all year round?
Speaker 19 (24:12):
According to the Texas Education Agency, school districts spend about
fifteen thousand dollars per student, and if.
Speaker 28 (24:18):
You look at the debt side of the equation, school
districts owe about twenty five thousand dollars per student.
Speaker 19 (24:25):
James Kintara says, the math makes no sense, so what's
the solution.
Speaker 28 (24:29):
The Texas Public Policy Foundation has long urged the legislature

third party efficiency audit of their budget bud.

I discovered this with my own kids.
Speaker 29 (24:55):
A lot, a lot of colleges automatically enroll your kid
in a student health insurance plan and it just shows
up on your bill if you're looking for it.
Speaker 7 (25:05):
Daniel Dave Vesey with USA, he says today, he says,
you have to cancel the insurance yourself if you already

Speaker 31 (26:31):
That shows you how much you know about the thirteen

Speaker 7 (26:38):
Gold Star father Mark Schmidtz, whose son, Lance Corporal Jared

Well NASA has no comment after video was leaked of
their DEI training. Get this, engineers having to express shame
for being white and for contributing to a culture of
white supremacy.
Speaker 35 (28:39):
This is the kind of thing that in the NASA
training behind the scenes, they're being indoctrinated with this ideology
that is just simply not based in reality. It's highly
contentious and it really shouldn't be informing the way we
run our federal.
Speaker 7 (28:52):
Agencies doing that to engineers. Research fellow Simon Hankinson says
the only way this can be stopped is with a

I wanted to spend this moment here talking a little
bit about the horrific situation which Shamas killed those six
hostages and the response from Kamala Harris and from Joe Biden.
But you just grabbed me and shook me. Uh share
a share of with the NASA story. What did that
video show?
Speaker 7 (30:15):
It was one of those indoctrination classes where they take
the white people, in this case, the white engineers and
make them professor shame at being white and being white supremacist.
Speaker 6 (30:25):
This is NASA.
Speaker 7 (30:27):
Well yeah, but don't you remember I'm sure, yeah, this
happened sure shortly after Obama was elected, they put the head.
The head of NASA said that their main thing was
to make sure that there was equity. I did not
recall that the main mission of NASA became equity NASA.
Speaker 6 (30:45):
Yes, I'm sorry that.
Speaker 5 (30:48):
This NASA.
Speaker 6 (30:51):
I can't understand this.
Speaker 3 (30:53):
They they are making NASA engineers apologize for the color
of skin that they were born with.
Speaker 8 (31:00):
Is that right?
Speaker 3 (31:00):
It depending, I guess on the shade of it. If
it's too light, you have to I'm assuming not everybody

Speaker 6 (31:09):
This is extraordinary. I didn't see the video. I'm sorry.
Speaker 7 (31:12):
And that's how you get promoted.
Speaker 5 (31:13):
Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna have to dig a little deeper.
Speaker 7 (31:16):
Yeah, Obama pointed the head of NASA, African American general.
Really great guy. I knew him, Bolden, General Bolden, I
believe was his name, Charles Bolden. And it was under
his watch that all this started changing and it was
coming for the White House.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
I just I just looked up a little bit after
you said this, and and I'm reading a quote from
one of the women who was forced to say quote.
I feel a lot of shame and regret about that.
I'm looking forward to today's event as I make my

my aspiration. What the hell does color have to do
(31:57):

I don't care if you're purple with pink polka dots.
The best of the best have to be working at NASA.
For crying out loud, right, am I am? I just crazy?
When we're talking about space, when we're talking about the
safety of of of you know, American citizens that we
(32:19):
have working uh with with NASA, You're you're telling me
that color matters. I'm just astounded by that. That's that's
almost worse than anything I've heard with respect to DEI,
whether it be with the airlines, whether it be with you. Well,
I guess it's it's just about as as dangerous as
the medical schools that have said that they are going
(32:40):
to you know, that continue to push affirmative action, and
they care more about whether you're what what what you
look like than they do about what your qualifications are
to be working on people saving their lives. That's incredible
to me. NASA with DEI okay okay uh it's thie forty.
Let's do traffick on weather together and that means sky my.

All right, Bob, this is trouble downtown at your east

been there for over an hour, almost two hours southbound,

Terry, Hey.
Speaker 7 (34:13):
Good morning.
Speaker 24 (34:14):
At least it's a little quieter of forecast for most
of Southeast Texas. We are seeing some rain off to
the south, down near Jackson and Matta Gorda Bay, and
that's where the bulk of the rain.
Speaker 7 (34:26):
Will likely be today, off to the south and west.

Temperatures today upper eighties to low nineties, forty percent chance
of more thunderstorms tomorrow, near ninety tomorrow, and then an
eighty percent chance of those thunderstorms Thursday.
Speaker 7 (34:47):
But here's the good news, there's drier air on the
way for the end of the week.
Speaker 24 (34:51):
Only a thirty percent chance of rain Friday, and right
now Saturday looks to be a dry day and that
may be the first dry day we've seen in quite
some time.

All right, we've got problems and ktr H listeners the

overnight low about seventy eight. More rain tomorrow, forty percent

high of eighty four. Won't really dry out until we

Speaker 3 (37:38):
All right, it is now five point fifty two. So
Mark Zuckerberg, as you know, had an attack of conscience,
some people called it as he wrote a letter to
Jim Jordan last week saying that, yeah, you know all
of that censorship we did on COVID information, and you
know the whole thing about blocking the the Biden laptop
from getting out there and all that stuff.
Speaker 5 (37:58):
Yeah, the Biden herrid I did that. Yeah, we're so sorry.
Speaker 3 (38:02):
But we were pushed, we were pressured, we were we
were coerced maybe by the Biden administration. To do it now, Zuckerberg, Well,
let's uh, let's just check in. There's a great piece
in the American Thinker about Mark Zuckerberg, and he's got
the best seat in the house to know what's going
on within the social media circles and whether or not
they can be trusted to share, to allow information to
(38:23):
be shared. Joseph Asquez, associated editor with MRC and Media
Research Center, joining us.
Speaker 5 (38:28):
Joseph, good morning, good morning.
Speaker 13 (38:30):
Thanks for having me.
Speaker 5 (38:31):
Yeah, it's good to have you.
Speaker 3 (38:33):
So do you trust anything you hear from Mark Zuckerberg
after he played such a huge role willingly in the
UH with his zucker Bucks in the outcome of the
twenty twenty election.
Speaker 21 (38:43):
Heck no, I mean, you know, you.
Speaker 13 (38:45):
Just said that he had an attack of conscience.
Speaker 12 (38:46):
I see it more as a cover your rear end.
Speaker 13 (38:49):
I thought the situation because he knows that the administrations
might change within a couple of months, and who knows that,
you know, President Trump may actually do some investigating into
a big text role and you know, and answering people
who you know. The point is, the point is that
Zuckerber can read the tea leagus like it's.
Speaker 12 (39:04):
Not as you know, you know, he knows he's not
going to be able to get away with this, you
know he And the thing is like, he's just admitting
it now. I mean, okay, well, thanks, But four years
after the fact, four or three years after the fact
that you're admitting the obvious, everyone knew that you were
censoring people, you know, at the you know, at the
beheads of government officials who were trying to manipulate the
(39:25):
election and then also manipulate the native on COVID nineteen.
I mean, come on, give me a break. I mean,
he knew exactly what he was doing.
Speaker 37 (39:32):
And it's also also convenient the fact that this decision,
that this decision to all of a sudden right a
mayor Kolpa came after the Murphy v. Missouri case before
the Supreme Court, where Louisiana and Missouri were literally suing
the Biden administration for coercing big tech platforms the censor
on its behalf, and the Supreme Court ruled in favor
(39:52):
of the Biden administration.
Speaker 12 (39:53):
I'm like, where was this letter then? When was this
letter then? When when arguments were being made, why couldn't
heer Burger metaphil and amarchuscreep or something like that to
help support the state's case.
Speaker 7 (40:04):
Yeah, do you really want to If you really want to, right,
you're wrong, why didn't you do it then?
Speaker 12 (40:10):
Exactly? So the thing is, okay, So why in the
world is he decigning to do this now? My theory
is that it's it's the cover, here's where are and
you're trying to make himself look like a victim so
that if there's a change administration, he looks more like
a victim of the circumstance rather than a perpetrator. So,
you know, do I believe anything that Zuckerberg says? Absolutely not,
and no one should believe it either.
Speaker 7 (40:30):
Donald Trump has a book coming out that he's releasing today,
and allegedly, inside it, he threatened Zuckerberg, you'll go to
jail if you mess with his election this time. You're
going to go to jail for life.
Speaker 12 (40:43):
Well, let all the more reason to come out and
make yourself look like a victim, right, Yeah.
Speaker 7 (40:47):
I just ordered the book and it's going to be
released today. I can't wait to read it.
Speaker 12 (40:52):
I'm looking forward to reading it. To the point is
is that you know, Big Tech put it some on
the skills in the twenty twenty election, and they're already
that and you know, but for this election, you know,
you just look at a big tech time like Google,
which the Media Research Center has repeatedly discovered has been
manipulating search to benefit Trump's opponents. Before it was Biden,
now it's Kamala Harris. I mean, it's it's really scary
(41:14):
stuff that the fact that that big tech has realized
it's control over the information flow and now it's looking
to up the ante on that going into twenty twenty
pro election. We already caught meta censoring people already. I mean,
you know, they haven't stopped, you know, so that's why
Zuckerberg mayor kopa. Now to me, it's just kind of worthless.
Speaker 3 (41:32):
Yeah, no, I completely agree. And just the outsized influence
he and they have is extraordinary. But according to the
article we're referencing, seven to ten, sixty eight percent of
American adults say they use Facebook. That is far in
the way the largest of all the other social media platforms,
including x People talk about Twitter more, but a fraction
of the people who use Facebook actually use Twitter. So
(41:53):
Facebook does have an outsized influence on elections, and Mark
Zuckerberg should be watched like a hawk every step the
way and hopefully President Trump is right. They try to
mess around this time, there better be some consequences. Joseph Fasquez,
Associated editor with the Media Research Center. Joseph, thanks for
the time. We appreciate it.
Speaker 13 (42:12):

Yeah, as we just heard talking live with Joseph Esquez

forget Facebook. Too many people use it, mainstream media showing
its bias and are you ready yet to call them

Speaker 38 (46:37):
At this point, there's not really any difference between the two.
The Left and their media allies are one. The level

Speaker 34 (46:48):
Curtis Howck with the MRC NewsBusters told KTRH the mainstream

the Caribbean, it might move into the Gulf of Mexico. Galveson,
by the way, over the weekend got five inches of
rain just yesterday. It was a tropical low that was
just off the coast. Inner city regulations, they say most
(48:30):
new housing construction is happening outside city limits because the
bureaucrats inside cities are making it more difficult. If it
keeps up, the lack of housing, Texas legislator might have
to get involved.
Speaker 17 (48:46):
It is a disguised moratorium by some of these cities.
It is a disguised way to stifle development by putting
these low density mandates on things.
Speaker 7 (48:57):
Real estate developer at Easton Macus says that cities should
be able to make their own rules, but it has
to be balanced with the needs of the population for
new housing. Six seven Now Mattress mac at Saint Luke's
checked himself in this weekend with he said, a cognitive problem.
Speaker 20 (49:18):
I take great care of me, trying to figure out
why I had this mass is fwelling in my leg
with all this uh red rash all.
Speaker 5 (49:26):
Over it, and why I had the shortness of memory
loss the other day.
Speaker 7 (49:34):
Yeah, he had memory loss. It happened on Saturday, and
he checked himself in. Astros lose to Cincinnati five to three,
the series continuing tomorrow afternoon, Stros with a six game
lead on the Mariners of the AO West. I'm sureby
Fryar on news radio seven forty k TRH info.
Speaker 2 (49:51):
At this speed of Houston right now, Houston's Morning News
continues with Jimmy Barrett and Sheriff Fryar.
Speaker 3 (50:00):
Share it's eight minutes after six o'clock, by the way,
about France, sitting in for Jimmy on this Tuesday morning,
trying to figure it out. With respect to the execution
of six hostages, the Democrat candidate for President of the
United States has put out a tweet. This came out yesterday,
Vice President Kamala Harris tweeted, quote, today at Potus and
(50:25):
I met with the US hostage deal negotiation team. The
murder of Hirsch Goldberg, Pollen and five other hostages was
a brutal, barbaric act by Hamas. Harris, as Potis said,
Hamas leaders will pay for these crimes. It is long
past time for a cease fire and hostage deal. We
(50:45):
need to bring the hostages home and end the suffering
in Gaza. End quote that's the tweet, Shara. How in
the living hell can both of those sentences be in
the same tweet? Sentence one from Kamala Harris Hamas leaders
will pay for these crimes sentence too, it is long
(51:07):
pastime for a ceasefire. Did she just say Hamas will
pay for these crimes? Now stop shooting at them, because
yes she did. Hamas leaders will pay. How if you
call for a cease fire, they get to live, They
get to get more weapons, they get to reconstitute themselves,
They get to prepare the next October seventh, which they
(51:29):
have long and since October seventh of last year said
is coming.
Speaker 5 (51:34):
There will be in October eighth and the ninth and
a tenth.
Speaker 3 (51:36):
They said, how the hell can one person be so
unconscionably stupid?
Speaker 5 (51:44):
She's shooting at them.
Speaker 7 (51:45):
She got two different people riding her tweets for.
Speaker 5 (51:48):
But it's the same tweets.
Speaker 6 (51:50):
But this is all in one tweeted.
Speaker 7 (51:53):
It's the community writing the tweets for her.
Speaker 3 (51:56):
Now is she's just too stupid for work to be
one hundred percent honest here, let's just call it what
it is. If she had an Elon Musk neuralink implanted
into her brain, that could double her IQ. I still
don't think she hits triple digits. That's the reality of this.
(52:17):
She is so unconscionably stupid. It's impossible to justify or
wrap your brain around. She literally put those two things,
she and or her team, And if her team put
this out there, then they're setting her up to Look here,
you can't say it's her team because we've heard her speak.
She is this dumb she is and they are so
concerned about Michigan. I love whoever it was, it said.
(52:39):
The only two state solution Kamala Harris is worried about
is Michigan and Minnesota and the number of Arab slash
Muslim voters in those states. That's why she won't just
come out, come right out and fully stand for Israel.
She's worried about the votes. Sorry, I had to get
all that out there at six eleven. Trafficing weather out here.
Speaker 4 (52:57):
In fact, here, Bob France, did you know that the
Fred Hartman Bridge that goes from Baytown to Laporte is
actually longer than the Golden Gate Bridge when you count
the approaches.
Speaker 5 (53:07):
Who doesn't know about? Oh, very good, good answer right there.
Speaker 4 (53:10):
Yeah, it's quite a bit longer, like almost a mile longer.
Speaker 5 (53:13):
But and this is the big east side.
Speaker 4 (53:14):
But those towers, our towers on the heart Membridge are
only like four hundred something and the towers on the
Golden Neck Gate are seven hundred. It's just it has
to cover more space here, All right, fun facts, you
got your hard hats on. We're looking at the working
side and we look good. Baytown to laport good shape here.
Toll bridge suckage has begun. This was supposed to be
picked up. They were supposed to have a lane open
(53:36):
by today, and I guess there's some kind of delay.
So we have an extra six minutes going down the
Sherman Bridge six ' ten is always your good way
to go.
Speaker 5 (53:44):
It's fun to do the Washingburn Tunnel.
Speaker 4 (53:46):
It's interesting, but you don't need it right now with
the Sherman Bridge running so nicely so far downtown supersized
Ninjeff finally hooking up. Now that is a stalled eighteen wheeler.
Everybody's okay, this is East Tex. The elevated will take
right name after the ballpark. Let's go ahead and do
the pier elevated. Surprisingly, forty five is looking good.
Speaker 21 (54:05):
Ghetto.
Speaker 5 (54:06):
Dave's on forty five north when he's got company.
Speaker 33 (54:08):
Good morning, got Mike Jlia.
Speaker 25 (54:10):
We're at fourteen coming out of the corn road and
everything's going shoot.
Speaker 4 (54:15):
All right, nice burbage. They're two twenty five Sandy from Katie.
Speaker 7 (54:18):
Hey, got Mike.
Speaker 25 (54:19):
Let's see everybody go back to work day because the
traffic is awful all the way from six ten and
in the Passabenia.
Speaker 4 (54:27):
We got a lot of heavy guys riding. Now, I too,
twenty five outbound around the loop. I'm hearing that we'll
check the south side in ten minutes. The Generator Supercenter
dot Com traffic Center.
Speaker 5 (54:36):
All all right, thank you, sir, Terry Smith. That the
weather channel has the forecast.
Speaker 7 (54:39):
T Terry, Hey, good morning. Well, we're still dealing with
some rain.
Speaker 24 (54:42):
The next several days looks like it'll be completely gone,
which will be a nice change of pace by the
weekend starting Saturday. Today, only a thirty percent chance of
those showers and storms. And if you live close to
the coast or just southwest of Houston, that's where we're
more likely to see the rain today near ninety the
high forty percent chance of thunderstorms tomorrow, eighty percent chance
(55:06):
of those showers and storms Thursday, and then starting to
taper off Friday, thirty percent chance of rain Friday, Saturday,
nothing but sunshine.
Speaker 6 (55:14):
All righty, thank you very much, Terry.
Speaker 3 (55:16):
And right now seventy eight degrees at your official severe
weather station, News Radio seven forty ktih.
Speaker 5 (55:21):
Use traffic and weather.
Speaker 2 (55:24):
You're starting your day right with Houston's Morning News, brought
to you by New South Windows Solutions.
Speaker 3 (55:30):
All right, the American dream has always been expensive, but
how much more expensive is it now than it was
ten years ago? USA Today did a little study of that.
We're going to talk about it with economist ej Antoni
coming right up after we do traffic on weather Skymike
on the drive.
Speaker 4 (55:44):
I want to pitch from the stretch here, Bob Franz.
But let's get this north loop. iHeartRadio listeners the first
to know about this wreck. I'll get you some laneage
at the six thirty break. We've got the downtown stalled
eighteen wheeler. It's a right lane southbound at the ballpark.
Skymike and the Generator Supercenter, dot Com traffic Center.
Speaker 3 (56:00):
Overcast guys today, about thirty percent chants of stray shower
hitting you. It's a high of ninety overnight low tonight
seventy eight, mostly cloudy. Wednesday, forty percent chants of afternoon rain,
high of eighty eight. Definitely thunderstorms on Thursday. Won't really
start drying out. Terry says, thankscuse me until Saturday. Right now,
seventy eight at your official severe weather station, News Radio seven.
Speaker 6 (56:20):
Forty k TRH. Let's hit the headlines now.
Speaker 7 (56:22):
With Sharon Morning Everyone. It's now six twenty one on
news Radio seven forty k TRH. These headlines are sponsored
by Texas Mutual Insurance. Kamala Harris returns to the campaign
trail with a new accent for northern audiences. The USS
seized the plane of Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro, claiming its
(56:42):
purchase is a violation of the economic sanctions against that
totalitarian state. Possession of hard drugs once again a crime
in Oregon. Latest news anytime at KTRH dot com. Our
next update will be at the bottom of the hour
six thirty.
Speaker 24 (57:00):
Hi.
Speaker 21 (57:00):
Listen talk radio all the time. The world doesn't wait
for you to clock out.
Speaker 5 (57:04):
I usually have it on all day at work, so
check in office.
Speaker 21 (57:07):
Stay up to date with US Radio seven KTRH.
Speaker 34 (57:11):
SO.
Speaker 3 (57:11):
Ten years ago, according to the study USA Today did,
the price tag on the American Dream for a family
of four was one hundred and thirty nine hundred and
eight dollars a year. Now thirty six percent higher ten
years later, and I have additional forty seven thousand dollars
required to live that dream. Let's find out what it means.
EJ Atoni is an economist with the Heritage Foundation.
Speaker 5 (57:33):
EJ.
Speaker 6 (57:34):
Good morning, Oh, good morning.
Speaker 5 (57:36):
Thank you for having me. Good to have you.
Speaker 3 (57:38):
So everybody says, let's keep pursuing the American Dream and
let's make it reachable and available to everybody, both sides
of the of the political Ais'll say that, but who's
most responsible for a forty seven percent or excuse me,
a thirty six percent and forty seven thousand dollars increase
in a decade.
Speaker 28 (57:57):
Well, I'd say that big spenders are.
Speaker 11 (57:59):
It's amazing how every time they tried to do something
which they say is going to make the American dream
more affordable, it does exactly the opposite. It makes things worse,
It makes it unaffordable. And frankly, this latest idea where
we're going to give tens of thousands of dollars to
potential home buyers in order to have a larger down payment,
that's just going to make it worse. It's going to
(58:19):
drive up home prices even further.
Speaker 7 (58:22):
Everything is on super super speed now moving forward. I mean,
we've already got a debt. We're spending money we don't have.
We can't have a we kind of get people to
borrow against, we can't find people to borrow from. So
when do we hit the wall or go over the cliff?
I mean, where are we now in terms of this country?
(58:44):
Just absolutely dissolving?
Speaker 28 (58:47):
Oh that's a great question.
Speaker 38 (58:49):
You know.
Speaker 14 (58:49):
Unfortunately, what we're looking at is not so much a
question of math. It's more so a question of psychology.
In other words, it's not really a matter of when
do we run.
Speaker 21 (58:59):
Out of money.
Speaker 11 (59:00):
It's a question of when do people stop being willing
to lend the government money. When do people say things
like treasury bonds, for example, are no longer a good investment.
Once that happens, that's when the wheels really come off
the bus.
Speaker 5 (59:15):
So you look at some of these prices.
Speaker 3 (59:17):
Home prices are one thing, but they're taking into account
everything they're talking about, you know, meals, They're talking about
healthcare costs, they're talking about the cost of automobiles and
the cost of energy and everything else there. That's what
really seems to be on that super speed that Share
was just talking about. If and I know this is
a big if EJ and maybe you can even do
it on both sides. If Trump wins and if Harris
(59:39):
wins in the next four to four years or maybe
over the course of the next decade, how much does
that shift?
Speaker 11 (59:47):
Oh goodness, Unfortunately, it's just going to depend a lot
on what each of those two candidates can get done
in a potential administration. You know, let's not forget that
much of the Trump agenda wasn't really iplemented until his
third year in office, essentially because he was stymied by
the people in Congress. And so I can tell you this,
(01:00:09):
at least, the things that Trump is proposing are very
similar to what he did during his first term, which
was very successful and made the American Dream more not
less affordable for the American people. We've seen exactly the
opposite under a Biden Harrison administration, so I can only
assume we would get more of the same.
Speaker 3 (01:00:28):
And last question for EJ if I can, this is
not necessarily about the story about the American Dream, but
just you being with Heritage Foundation and speaking about President Trump,
who has been very vocal in opposition to Project twenty
twenty five or technically saying look, it's not mine, I
didn't do it. It kind of disappoints me to hear that,
to be quite frank, because I've read a lot of
(01:00:49):
it in summaries of it, and I like it. I
think it's a great roadmap to help this country. So
how do you feel, as working with the Heritage about
that disconnect with the President.
Speaker 11 (01:01:00):
Well, I have to say I have a lot of
sympathy for the former president here because he's right it's
not his product. It's a product not actually not just
a heritage, but of many many conservative organizations. And so
you know when people try to say this is Trump's project,
it really isn't. He's correct about that.
Speaker 3 (01:01:19):
No, I realized that I'm just talking about the content
within it, because by saying it's not mine, he is
almost disavowing it.
Speaker 5 (01:01:27):
Do you see it that way?
Speaker 11 (01:01:30):
No, I don't really, to be honest, And again, it's
not his. This is something that we are providing to
literally every presidential candidate.
Speaker 5 (01:01:38):
And I love that.
Speaker 3 (01:01:39):
By the way, that's it, and I think it's been
made very clear by you and all of the leaders,
Kevin Robert, everybody has said this is not the president's,
this is ours, and this is our advice and our suggestion.
Speaker 6 (01:01:49):
But like I said, there are a lot.
Speaker 3 (01:01:50):
Of conservatives who agree with almost every single bit of
what they have learned of Project twenty twenty five.
Speaker 6 (01:01:55):
So I just thought I would throw that part in there.
Speaker 5 (01:01:57):
EJ.
Speaker 6 (01:01:58):
Antoni, thank you for the great announer.
Speaker 7 (01:02:00):
Have time to talk to you, EJ.
Speaker 21 (01:02:02):
Thank you for having me.
Speaker 25 (01:02:03):
Guys.
Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
You are no Houston's News while they were Traffic Plus
Preaking News twenty four to seven. This is News Radio
seven forty KTRH five Everywhere with a more of what's
happening now from the John Morris Services Studios.
Speaker 3 (01:02:23):
Another cringe worthy Kamala Harris moment on the campaign trail.
You're gonna love this one, and you won't believe how
much Texas school districts are spending on kids even when
they're not in school. Good morning, Bob Frans in for
Jimmy Shrif's got the details on those stories and more
coming up.
Speaker 6 (01:02:38):
But first we're going to do traffic and weather. Hey,
Scott mine Aha.
Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
We have laneage now. Ktr H listeners the first to know.
Speaker 4 (01:02:43):
We had a wreck on the north Loop six '
ten and we are loopy before the squeeze. This is
westbound before forty five. After the Hardy toll road merging craziness.
They've moved most of it over, but it's spackling everything
up from the East text Downtown East text elevated.
Speaker 23 (01:02:58):
Dude, Hey, got mine down on fifty nine by georgo
around that stalled eighteenth wheeler. It does not have a
toad truck Injia yet. It's another eighteen wheeler.
Speaker 4 (01:03:11):
Bob Taylor, you know what you're right, that's just what
in the world are they doing? This is so disorganized.
We've got breaks from Collings where a southbound jump on
forty five. I'm skylike in the classic elite GMC traffic center.
Speaker 3 (01:03:23):
All right, thank you, good sir. Thirty percent chance of
showers this afternoon. High about ninety degrees. Overnight low tonight
about seventy eight and mostly cloudy tomorrow but more rain
two forty percent chance high of eighty eight. We'll give
you the extended forecast into the weekend with terry coming
up at six forty.
Speaker 6 (01:03:40):
Right now, we have seventy eight degrees.
Speaker 3 (01:03:42):
Skys are clear at your official severe weather station, News
Radio seven forty KTRH and now it's news time your share.
Speaker 7 (01:03:49):
It is now six thirty two on news Radio seven
forty ktr CH. In our top story this hour, we
see and know and fight for future.
Speaker 5 (01:04:00):
Every person has the opportunity not just to get by,
but to get ahead.
Speaker 7 (01:04:08):
Equality of results. Kamala Harris on the campaign trail yesterday
in Pittsburgh and Detroit, ignoring that she's the reason why
you can't get ahead. Her vote for the Green New
Deal launched inflation into hyperdrive. Also ignoring impact of the
regimes Biden Harris COVID lockdowns, in addition to economic devastation,
(01:04:28):
and an entire generation of kids got locked down on
their development. National Center for Education Statistics says nearly a
third of K through twelve students just last year are
performing a grade level behind of where they should be.
And that's just last year. Governments spending out of control,
(01:04:49):
We know it. You don't have to look any further
than the local school district providing three meals a day
for children even through the summer.
Speaker 28 (01:05:00):
Look at the Texas Education Agency's latest annual report. It
shows that school district spending statewide is the equivalent of
fifteen thousand dollars per student.
Speaker 7 (01:05:13):
James Cantaro with the Texas Public Policy Foundation says only
answer would be a third party audit of the books
and the budgets, but the legislature has enacted on it.
Stop by guess what lobbyists who are funded by taxpayers
and college tuition. If that's not bad enough for you,
(01:05:33):
most students, did you know they're being charged an additional
three to four thousand dollars in fees for health insurance
and this is.
Speaker 29 (01:05:41):
One of the biggest fees out of all possible fees,
and it's discretionary.
Speaker 8 (01:05:45):
You don't have to do it.
Speaker 29 (01:05:47):
As long as you've got good, solid insurance for your family,
you probably don't need it.
Speaker 7 (01:05:52):
Yeah, that's Daniel Davis with USA today. He says, colleges
add those fees and they did it. Guess what under
Obama Care. It's now six thirty four. Anti Israel crowd
is not missing a beat. They're writing in Manhattan, even
as Jews worldwide are mourning the death of multiple Israeli hostages.
Speaker 39 (01:06:18):
This time ran on the heel the next hostages, including
an American citizen found dead in Gaza, Israel. Mourning those
hostages as a mom also had to pay goodbye.
Speaker 21 (01:06:28):
To a young son.
Speaker 39 (01:06:29):
It was only in his twenties who locks his life,
was kidnapped at a music factible. They kept that hope
that he was going to come home and he did not.
And this is the response here from the pro Palestinian protesters.
Speaker 11 (01:06:40):
In New York.
Speaker 7 (01:06:41):
Yeah, Fox is Alexis Adams reporting there. Democrat Vice presidential
candidate Tim Walls forced into damage control. He had to
put out a statement on X condemning Hamas for those murders.
Actually they were execution hours after he just blew off
a reporter's question about it at the Minnesota State Fair.
(01:07:01):
Kamala Harris called it all a political stunt. When Donald
Trump answered the call of gold Star families to honor
the thirteen American troops killed at the Abbegate terrorist bombing
in the botched Afghanistan withdrawal.
Speaker 21 (01:07:17):
We invited President Trump.
Speaker 14 (01:07:20):
We are the ones that asked for the video and
the pictures to be taken at the two of the
unknown Soldier.
Speaker 7 (01:07:29):
Yeah, Harris and Biden didn't bother to even respond the
gold Star father there of Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover. Democrats, Well,
they've got a lot of ways they're going to run
the table and trying to steal the election this November,
anything from having an economic catastrophe to maybe putting another
pandemic on us or terrorism or how about World War three.
(01:07:52):
Political consultant Luke Masia says the scenario of an economic
collapse would actually end up helping cap Kamala Harris.
Speaker 33 (01:08:02):
If the economy collapses between now and the November election,
Donald Trump will one hundred percent be the president.
Speaker 23 (01:08:08):
Of the United States.
Speaker 33 (01:08:09):
The American people will not entrust Kamala Harris to get
us out of that economic decline. I actually think that
one would benefit Trump.
Speaker 7 (01:08:18):
He also says they could try to put Trump in jail,
but he believes that also would only help him. Six
point thirty six is our time. Trump also announced that
if he wins reelection, he's going to create a national
guard of the Space Force. Would he be able to
recruit for it.
Speaker 25 (01:08:39):
Until the military goes back to focusing on protecting the country,
fight and win the wars, and serve the community. The
recruiting crisis, in my opinion, is going to only intensify.
Speaker 7 (01:08:48):
Yeah, that's retarded on a Captain JAG lawyer Sean Timmins.
He says it has the potential of being a real
asset to various states, allowing them to add Space Force
elements in side their own national guard structures. This is
cyber warfare, you know. Shocking video leaked out of NASA
nothing to do with Space exploration SHIA.
Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
The leaked video is from NASA's DEI training.
Speaker 21 (01:09:15):
I feel a lot of shame and regret, so I'm
looking forward to this whole series to make my work
more anti racists that come from different cultural backgrounds that
don't value these things the same way that white supremacy
culture values them.
Speaker 5 (01:09:27):
Shocking but happening.
Speaker 10 (01:09:29):
Research fellow Simon Hankinson saw it firsthand when he worked
for the State Department.
Speaker 35 (01:09:36):
It's the most racist thing ever to suggest that things
like being on time and getting things right, that these
are somehow white values. I think sist insulting.
Speaker 10 (01:09:44):
We did reach out to NASA, but they declined to comment.

Speaker 2 (01:10:12):
This is Houston's Morning News with Jimmy Barrett and Sheriff Fryar.
Speaker 3 (01:10:17):
Okay, it six thirty eight Now, Bob France in for Jimmy.
Good to have you aboard this morning. So we spend
a little bit of time talking about Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook
and its impact on elections, and it's obviously outsized impact
in the twenty twenty election. But coming forward, we'll talking
about X here a little bit. Brazil cutting access to
(01:10:37):
the X platform. Char's been talking about this. Elon Musk
is pushing back hard. But the AP reporting the blocking
of social media platform X in Brazil divided users and
politicians over the legitimacy of the many of the band.
Many Brazilians as of Sunday had difficulty and doubts over
(01:10:57):
NAGA navigating other social media in its absence. The shutdown
of the Musk platform started early Saturday, making it largely
inaccessible on both the web and through mobile apps, after
Musk refused to name a legal representative in the country,
missing a deadline imposed by the Supreme Court Justice Alexandra
de morass I. Hope I'm saying that right. The blockade
marks an escalation in a month's long feud between Musk
(01:11:21):
and de Moras over free speech, far right accounts as
they are called by some on the left, and misinformation.
Brazil has been one of the biggest markets for X,
with tens of millions of users, and so Elon Musk
is now in a brawl. Michael Schellenberger, writing on X,
you may not care about the censorship and banning of
(01:11:42):
X in Brazil.
Speaker 5 (01:11:43):
You don't have to.
Speaker 3 (01:11:44):
That's because what's happening there isn't really about Brazil. It's
about the country being used as a laboratory to roll
out totalitarianism worldwide. We ignore this at our peril. I
concur and I hope if nothing else comes to what
we're talking about right now, people look that up and
(01:12:04):
pay attention to that. You may think it's Brazil, not
the United States. It doesn't impact me. You better believe
it will, because this is absolutely a Petrie dish over there.
They are working with and the globalist attempt to essentially
to make totalian totalitarian states out of all Western nations.
(01:12:24):
It's real. That threat is real, and I help people
understand what we're talking about here. The war on free
speech is only just begune. Okay, six forty traffickan weather
once again. Now here's Scott Mick.
Speaker 4 (01:12:35):
All right, Well, it sure looked like a super size
to me, but sure enough, as a caller pointed out
ten minutes ago, that's actually just another eighteen wheeler downtown.
So we have the stalled big rig southbound on your
East tex elevated past the Ballpark across Texas Avenue takes
up a right lane.
Speaker 5 (01:12:50):
I think they're about to take two right lanes. I
don't know what they're doing.
Speaker 4 (01:12:53):
You've got an eighteen wheeler right next to an eighteen wheeler.
I still have yet to see a supercise toe trek
Ninja southbound. And of course now the east text is
all squished up from collings Worth.
Speaker 21 (01:13:04):
That's like hell with this.
Speaker 4 (01:13:05):
Yeah, I put some share on that and we're backed
up an extra fourteen minutes.
Speaker 5 (01:13:09):
This is what's actually wild, though.
Speaker 4 (01:13:11):
Forty five the Pierce Elevator, which would usually be squished
up now, is actually not bad. So jump over to
forty five instead. You've got a stall. We knew about
it an hour ago. East texts outbound call it Jensen.
We said Little York, and you knew about it, as
I mentioned an hour ago. The rest of the media
has that West Sam southbound Little York Plaza.
Speaker 5 (01:13:29):
That's an accident. You have plenty of laneage.
Speaker 4 (01:13:31):
I'm much more worried about the North Sam eastbound road
work Imperial Valley westbound at Alden Westfield, and that's all
squished up. And now this wreck here on the north
loops six ' ten at the Hardy Toll Road. They've
moved much of over some kind of Sandford and Sun
truck here taking up or right lane Kyle from Friendswood's
on the south felt.
Speaker 3 (01:13:48):
Hey, good morning, Scot Mike.
Speaker 11 (01:13:50):
Westbound by the toll booth before two eighty eight.
Speaker 25 (01:13:53):
They've got something going on and they've got a car
hooked up to a record.
Speaker 11 (01:13:57):
It looks like the feeders completely stop off.
Speaker 5 (01:13:59):
Right that's that southwest toll plaza, So look out main lanes.
You should be able to get by Skymike and the
Classic Elite.

Speaker 24 (01:14:15):
Well, at least the boarding drive shouldn't be too difficult
because of the rain.
Speaker 7 (01:14:20):
No, everybody who's hitting the roads early this morning.
Speaker 24 (01:14:23):
The showers and thunderstorms down near the coast over toward
Matagorda Bay at the moment, and it's only a thirty
percent chance that we'll see some of that making its
way into the Houston metro area here today. Lots of clouds,
thirty percent chance of rain near ninety today, but our
rain chances increase, forty percent chance of thundershowers tomorrow, eighty
percent chance of getting wet Thursday, and then some dryer
(01:14:46):
air starting to show up Friday. Thirty percent chance of
rain Friday, and fingers crossed everyone, no rain over the weekend.
Speaker 3 (01:14:54):
All right, thank you very much, Terry. Right now, seventy
eight degrees ins. Guys, you're clear. Don't forget. We've got

Speaker 3 (01:15:10):
Got more on the free speech fight in Brazil and
quite frankly globally in just a moment here, because there's
some really really important things that we need to know about. Well,
if you use Twitter or not, you need to know
about this because this is much much bigger than a platform.
I'll tell you about it after we do traffic and weather,
and before we do our timeline contest.
Speaker 5 (01:15:28):
Oh, Scott, all.
Speaker 4 (01:15:30):
Right, we're getting ready now to eighty eight. Jason from Alvin,
let's go right to your tip line.
Speaker 11 (01:15:34):
I'm in the main lane.
Speaker 28 (01:15:36):
There is a salt vehicle on the uberpath uber Belford.
Speaker 5 (01:15:40):
All right, watch out for the tow trucks.
Speaker 7 (01:15:41):
There.
Speaker 4 (01:15:42):
You've got east Text outbound Little York. That's a stalled
eighteen wheeler. No big whoopies on the right lane. This
still in the squeeze, is offully loopy six to ten northwestbound.
Speaker 5 (01:15:51):
Right at the Harty Toe Road.
Speaker 31 (01:15:52):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (01:15:52):
Look, they pulled it out of the way. They pulled
Sanford and Son off the road.
Speaker 4 (01:15:55):
We're still backed up from the East Text downtown east
Text elevated.
Speaker 5 (01:15:58):
That's pretty messy stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:16:00):
We're looking at an extra fourteen minutes from collins Worth.
That stalled eighteen wheeler. Another eighteen wheeler. I don't know
what they're doing. They're just blocking a right lane, pointing
at things southbound. I'm Skymike on the Classic Elite GMC
Traffic Center.
Speaker 3 (01:16:13):
Okay, temperatures today going to be up around ninety degrees
and you might get wet. A thirty percent chance of
a shower overnight. Low Tonight down about seventy eight Tomorrow,
forty percent chance of that rain, a little cooler, upper eighties.
Speaker 5 (01:16:26):
Not much change.
Speaker 3 (01:16:27):

Speaker 3 (01:17:23):
Yeah, lest anyone underestimate the impact of what's going on
over there right now or down there, I guess I
should say in South America, you need to understand this.
This is a this is a part of something much
much larger. The legal fight that culminated in Brazil's blockade
of Twitter started with an initiative to clamp down on
the kind of what they call right wing fake news,
(01:17:46):
which is the same kind that the American elite have
been fretting about since Trump burst onto the scene. In
twenty sixteen, Alexander D. Morice, the controversial Brazilian judge leading
the censorship push, was granted sweeping pop to order platforms
to ban users ahead of the twenty twenty two Brazilian
election as part of an effort to combat hate speech
(01:18:08):
and misinformation. While under Elon Musk's ownership, x formerly Twitter
ignored such orders, which included requests to ban prominent conservative
voices in sitting lawmakers, and the ever escalating standoff between
Brazil and Musk is now culminated in a shutdown of
the platform. It's the latest reminder you don't need to
(01:18:31):
agree with Elon Musk on much to be grateful that
maybe the most important speech platform in the world is
in the hands of a free speech absolutist, and that
the rare billionaire willing to use his wealth and his
power is something that should be appreciated. Brazil's war on
Musk is total day morese, the judge has frozen the
(01:18:53):
bank accounts of Starlink, that's Musk's satellite insurre internet company.
And all of this has been cheered on by the
Brazilian President Lulu da Silva, who said yesterday that quote,
the world is not obliged to put up with Musk's
far right ideology because he is rich end quote. So
(01:19:13):
I'll stop it there just to because we've got timeline
to do. But understand this, anything that does not fit
in with the left wing global orthodoxy is going to
be branded as misinformation, disinformation, hateful and offensive and thus banned.
If it is allowed to be done in one country,
it will be done in other countries. If the if
(01:19:35):
the United Nations, if the world does not step up
and say no, we believe in free expression and free speech,
even if they don't have it codified it as directly
as we do in our First Amendment to our Constitution.
Speaker 6 (01:19:49):
If the voices of the people are.
Speaker 3 (01:19:52):
Suppressed by the government, you have literal totalitarianism, not just
in that country and on that continent, but honestly the world.
Speaker 7 (01:20:01):
He was appointed to the Supreme Court. He is ruling
like a dictator from the Supreme Court. He got rid,
helped get rid of the former pro Trump president of Brazil.
And let's not forget about China. China is heavily invested
in Brazil.
Speaker 3 (01:20:18):
Exactly right, Thank you, Shara, the spot on and that
information needs to be consumed. And I'm telling everybody do
not just gloss over this because you say it's Brazil.
Speaker 6 (01:20:29):
I'm not there. I'm here, We're fine here.
Speaker 5 (01:20:31):
No, you're not.
Speaker 3 (01:20:32):
It's the same Internet, and Elon Musk runs Twitter here
as well as there. If you don't think that there
are forces in this country working to do the same
thing to silence not just Elon Sharah, but you and
me and Michael Barry and Sky Mike and everybody else
that's you know, that's out there doing something that might
be a little bit you know, away from the left
(01:20:54):
wing orthodoxy.

To hear that he had been murdered.
Speaker 21 (01:24:17):
That just.
Speaker 8 (01:24:20):
That was just beyond me.
Speaker 7 (01:24:21):
That friend with our TV partner channel too now Beckett
had five grandchildren six great grandchildren. Crimestoppers has added another
five thousand on top of that reward. Also topping the news,
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton he has warned Harris County
stopped these proposed plans to hire an independent agency to
(01:24:43):
mail out voter registration applications to any address, including addresses
of illegal aliens. It was the item four hundred that
we told you about last week, which under pressure, Commissioner's
Court tabled. Now the AG's on them nationally. Joe Biden
came off a well, it's sixteen days of vacation. They
(01:25:04):
had to pull him back from the beach in order
to help Kamala.
Speaker 35 (01:25:11):
We are the.

that way.
Speaker 7 (01:25:21):
Yeah, he was the support human for Kamala Harris in Pittsburgh,
confused as to whether it was a city, a county,
or even a state. The evictor of Biden from the ticket,
Kamala Harris losing support after the Democrat Convention three percentage
points down according to polling by Redfield and Wilton Strategies.
(01:25:43):
Donald Trump's new book is released today, and he says
Meta's Mark Zuckerberg could go to jail for election interference
at that company rigs the vote in November as it
did in twenty twenty. Is that why zucker trying to
change the narrative about election interference.
Speaker 16 (01:26:04):
It's platform is.
Speaker 35 (01:26:05):
Still centering people.
Speaker 14 (01:26:06):
We have the Menia Research Center continues a lot cases
centered people.
Speaker 12 (01:26:09):
That hasn't stopped.
Speaker 25 (01:26:10):
This is really just a cover your own rear end
kind of moment for Zuckerbern.
Speaker 7 (01:26:14):
Yeah, Joseph Vsquez or the Media Research Center. Sadly, nearly
seven in ten US adults say Facebook is how they
get their information and they believe it. It's impossible to
deny mainstream media nothing more than pr and propaganda arm
of the Democrats.
Speaker 15 (01:26:31):
I think they are going to stay hitched together. They
have made their bed, they need to lie in it,
and they are lying in it, and they will continue
to do so because they are just that shameless.
Speaker 7 (01:26:43):
Yeah, Curtis Hawk with News sbsters. He told KTRH mainstream
media is completely focused on helping the Democrats and thus
themselves stay in power. It's seven oh four. Biden Harris
regimes as Israeli Prime Minister. Benjamin Netanyahu has not done
enough to free hospit is held by Hamas. Net Yahu
has a response.
Speaker 16 (01:27:04):
The pressure internationally must be directed at these killers, at Kamas,
not at Israel.
Speaker 6 (01:27:11):
We say yes, they say no all the time.
Speaker 5 (01:27:13):
But they also murdered these people.
Speaker 7 (01:27:16):
Six of those hostages, including American Hirsch Goldberg Pollen, were
found executed by the IDF just as they were attempting
a rescue this weekend. Another one hundred or so remaining captivity,
and the Hamas terrorists released video footage of those six
who were murdered, calling it they are quote last messages,
(01:27:38):
there's your proof. Seven oh five is our time over?
In Turkey? Yeah, Two US Marines who left their ship
on leave to go ashore were attacked by a mob
of Turkish nationalists, a young group, anti American group Yankee
(01:28:00):
go Home. They put some sort of cover over one
of the marines heads. Fifteen people were arrested. The Marines
were not injured. It's seven oh six. Well, there was
a SAGI weekend in Galveston. More than five inches of
rain yesterday from a system in the gulf on the island.
Now National Hurricane Center is watching yet another system about
(01:28:21):
a forty percent chance of it developing over the next
seven days. We're going to have more with Terry Smith
of the Weather Channel in just a few moments. Our economy,
the Texas population continuing to grow, but housing supply not
keeping up, at least not in the neighborhoods where it's needed.
Speaker 17 (01:28:38):
Most Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio love it.
Speaker 5 (01:28:45):
It doesn't matter where you're talking.
Speaker 17 (01:28:47):
A lot of the housing construction is on the outside
concentric circles.
Speaker 7 (01:28:52):
It's not in the inner city. Real estate developer Easton
Macus told Kgorh it's the red tape of cityres. It
makes it ever harder to be able to build, to
work to improve the housing supply. Inflation, well, let's put
the American dream out of reach for most Americans.
Speaker 18 (01:29:12):
The average cost for a family afford to live in
a median priced home with a median priced vehicle is
now more than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year,
up nearly forty percent in the last decade, according to
a USA Today report. Heritage Foundation economist e j Antni
says we're on an unsustainable path.
Speaker 14 (01:29:28):
This is actually the first time for an entire generation
of Americans on average, think they will have a lower
standard of living than the generation that came before them.
We haven't seen that since the Great Depression.
Speaker 18 (01:29:39):
The Census Bureau estimates only about one in eight households
earns enough to afford the typical American dream. Cory Jolson,

Speaker 3 (01:30:32):
Okay, eight minutes after seven o'clock. Good morning once again,
Bob Frand sitting in for Jimmy and the story about
those executed hostages, and that's exactly what was done. They
were executed. It cannot be overstated. In my opinion, somebody
in this country needs to tell Israel take the gloves off.
(01:30:54):
Quit calling for them to be hamstrung, Quit calling for
them to be restrained in their response. Quit calling for
the Israeli defense forces to be worried about the collateral damage.
Because of all the political collateral damage you will cause.
Two Democrats in charge of this country right now, both
Harris and Biden, in all seriousness, this should have been
(01:31:18):
done months and months and months and months ago. But
now that they're just brazenly taking video of these individuals
talking about how you will see their last words, you
will hear their last words, executing them just so brazenly.
Hamas has absolutely no fear of anything that the Israeli
Defense forces can do to them.
Speaker 6 (01:31:39):
None.
Speaker 3 (01:31:39):
Why because the Israeli's number one ally and supporter, the
United States of America, has been let's just say, less
than complete or total in their support of their efforts.
Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States who
wants to be the commander in chief, told bb net,
Yahoo and The Idea forces basically to stand down. Cease
(01:32:04):
fire now, cease fire now, cease fire now. She might
as well be wearing one of those checker tablecloths around
her neck, just like all of the others out at
the college campuses last year or this past spring. I
guess I should say she might as well just be
chanting from the river to the sea because she and
they simply do not care about Israel. Israel doesn't need
(01:32:24):
to be more restrained. Israel needs to be allowed to
go in and physically tear Hamas limb from limb and
do whatever needs to be done to find those hostages
and rescue them. The idea that she could sit here
in one tweet and say number one, Hamas leaders will
pay for this, and then number two, it's time for
a ceasefire.
Speaker 6 (01:32:44):
Hamas will pay, but we should stop shooting at them
as the message that Kamala Harris gave no, take the
handcuffs off of Israel, Let Israel do what needs to
be done. We would be demanding that the rest of
the world tell that to us. We would man their support,
We would expect their support to do what we needed
to do. If if our hostages were being in some
(01:33:05):
cases Obviously, in this case, Hirsh was indeed an American citizen.
Hirschgoldberg Pollan an American citizen. But if this was done
directly to America instead of to Israel, this is what
we would be doing.
Speaker 5 (01:33:17):
We would be doing, and.
Speaker 3 (01:33:19):
The idea that we should expect anything less from Israel
is just insane. Okay, So box over for now seven
eleven traffick in weatherwise, What got.
Speaker 5 (01:33:27):
Cooke do you want? That's a common Texas question, What
got cook?
Speaker 37 (01:33:29):

Speaker 19 (01:33:30):
Like?
Speaker 5 (01:33:30):
A doctor Pete? I'm a die doctor Pepper, kind of
a coked.
Speaker 4 (01:33:33):
Well, I think we're in good shape here, that's how
we say it here southbound, I've got you know what
I think they should do. This is a doctor Pepper
truck stalled on your east text elevated. I think they
should have to give everybody a doctor Pepper that's stuck
in that backup now southbound right after the Ballpark, Texas Avenue,
and we're backed up from Collingsworth down. That's a lot
(01:33:53):
of people to give doctor Pepper too. Let's jump over
to forty five instead north loof the official authorities have
finally cleared that reck at the Hardy Toll road. That
was Sanford and Son that caused it, right there westbound

You've got the roadwork at Bohemian Hall and that's.
Speaker 6 (01:34:28):

Speaker 4 (01:34:28):
A lot of suckets there North Freeway. Make that two
eighty eight north Loop. That's a stall right there on
the overpass. We'll get to your west side at seven
twenty in the Generator Supercenter dot Com Traffic Center.
Speaker 5 (01:34:40):
Terry, was that a blue line yesterday?
Speaker 4 (01:34:43):
Felt so good at the Ghetto House, felt like a
blue line came through all right, ter I.
Speaker 3 (01:34:47):
Was hoping you were gonna do the Samford reference again,
Terry Smith, you got that forecast, Warsley Tenner.
Speaker 24 (01:34:52):
Well, we've got alternating blue and red lines across southeast Texas,
which basically means the front is hanging out and keeping
us with some rain in the forecast, but only a
thirty percent chance of those showers and thunderstorms today uper
eighties to low nineties today, forty percent chance of more
rain tomorrow, blue line on the way, cold front Thursday
(01:35:15):
into Friday. We'll see an eighty percent chance of showers
and storms Thursday, a thirty percent chance of rain Friday,
and then dryer air shows up for the weekend. No rain,
sunshine Saturday, and keeping my fingers crossed Sunday too.
Speaker 3 (01:35:30):

A former President Trump and now candidate Trump pledged to
create the Space National Guard.
Speaker 5 (01:35:49):
If he has voted in for another term.
Speaker 3 (01:35:52):
It would reverse the Biden administration's plans that would see
Air National Guard members with space backgrounds transfer into the
Space fort Sports Rather, what does all of that look like?
We're gonna talk about it here coming up in a
moment with the Houston Attorney, retired Army captain and Jack
Laura Shan Timmins. What does Space Force Guard look like?
And what do we have to do with NATO. That's
all coming up after we do trafficking weather once again.

Do give me their uniforms? Can they look like stormtroopers?
Speaker 5 (01:36:16):
All right, I suppose.
Speaker 4 (01:36:18):
So let's go to your east text here, Bob. We
had a wreck at north Park southbound. I didn't sit
there very long, but it's sure did smash things up southbound.

Speaker 3 (01:37:55):
So there's a bit of a battle over this creation
of the Space National Guard now that Space Force is
up and running. I agree with your leadership if you
want this very badly, and I agree the time has
come to create a Space National Guard as a primary
combat reserve of the US Space Force. That was from
President Trump to the National Guard Association during the annual
conference in Detroit. But the NNGAUS has pushed back against that,
(01:38:20):
at least pushed back against the idea of folding Air
National Guard personnel into space focused units.
Speaker 6 (01:38:26):
Let's find out what it all means.
Speaker 3 (01:38:27):
Shawn Timmans is joining US now retired Army Captain jag Lawyer,
Houston Attorney.
Speaker 21 (01:38:31):
Shawn, good morning, Good morning, Thank you for having me
on this morning.
Speaker 5 (01:38:35):
It's good to have you so tell us about this
little conflict.
Speaker 3 (01:38:39):
President Trump wants a Space Guard national Guard, and apparently
some want to fold the Air National Guards into that
space force.
Speaker 5 (01:38:47):
Others do not. Can you explain it well?
Speaker 25 (01:38:50):
Some states have already experimented with implementing a space National
Guard Colorado, New York, Florida, Arkansas. I've used element of
their Air National Guard to assist with space operations already. However,
the program designed by President Trump would be nationalizes to
offifty states. As as I mentioned, only a couple of
(01:39:12):
states currently have Space Force Guard units. Are proposed plans
implement such in place. President Trump wantson nationalized staff to
make it off with the states as part of the
national Guard Bureau reserve component of the armed forces. It's
politically delicate because a lot of states have their own
syvetoms and the governor is technically the commander in chief
(01:39:34):
of the guard units. However, the president in a national
emergency can nationalize the guard and make that part of
the federal force and deploy Guard assets around the world
as necessary to augment the traditional armed forces. So I
think a lot of the conflicts you're seeing is is
primarily political. People are gaming out who's going to be
in charge of what, who's going to have responsibility or who,
(01:39:56):
and who's going to get the proceeds running additional funding
and commerce appropriate.
Speaker 7 (01:40:00):
Okay, space force specializes in cyber warfare. It's not like
they're talking about being up there in space and shooting
at people. Cyber warfare, and if you have a National
Guard cyber the ability for cyber and to have some
muscle behind it would help us with our illegal alien invasion.
(01:40:20):
The governors already called out the National Guard to assist
with our border. If you had the cyber warriors helping
you as well and aiding that that plan, I mean,
I can't imagine that it wouldn't be anything but good,
at least for the state of Texas.
Speaker 14 (01:40:38):
No.
Speaker 25 (01:40:38):
Absolutely, a lot of these cartels use statistic technology to
implement their invasion plan to smuggle people across the border.
And it's interesting, a lot of these individuals who are
claiming asylum are not really Impoverishedy're showing up an iPhone
and then iPads and technology that showed they purchased advanced equipment.
They're not necessarily the poorest people. Often they're generally individuals
(01:41:00):
who are paid. I guess they get funds to cartels
to get smuggled unlawfully into the country. So disrupting all
that this using the technology would assist in arresting individuals
trying to unlawfully into the country. That's certainly true.
Speaker 3 (01:41:15):
And sean one other story here. This is a little
bit off the topic of the Space Force. But President
Trump at at the same speech talked about NATO and
the expansion of NATO's spending. He wants all of our
NATO allies to commit three percent of their GDP to NATO,
and obviously he has long been on the record as
saying we cannot continue to fund NATO on our own.
(01:41:36):
The left is use that to say he doesn't support NATO,
doesn't support Ukraine, and so on and so forth.
Speaker 6 (01:41:41):
But he is simply saying they have to pay more.
Will they respond to that?
Speaker 25 (01:41:47):
I believe they'll have no choice. I mean, they see the.
Speaker 28 (01:41:51):
Results.
Speaker 25 (01:41:52):
If they don't, is we could simply remove our assets
from Europe and redirected to Asia, where at the conflict
of China is much more prevalent and much more concerning
to you security. Germany has one of the most advanced
economies in the world, and they have to contribute us
than two percent of the ep national defense. Same with Italy,
same with France, same with most of the advanced economies
over in Europe. They absolutely should contribute more of their budget.
(01:42:13):
It's unfair to the American taxpayer for US to subsidize
their free healthcare and their social welfare state whe they're
not paying for their own national defense. I mean, Denmark,
other DATO nations absolutely should contribute more. Finland, a few
other countries have contributed enough, but most of them are
not contributing three percent. So the countries aren't contributing should
(01:42:35):
pay up. I mean, it's just completely ripping off American
taxpayers to allow them to continue to.
Speaker 5 (01:42:40):
Get away with it.
Speaker 3 (01:42:41):
Yeah, that's well said that one would think if there
are any unity issues, you know, for the left and
the right in the United States, this would be one
that the United States cannot fund every other nation's defense.
We have to ask them to contribute an equal amount
and or at least a minimum amount of three percent
like that is not outrageous, and one would think that
that would bring everybody together.
Speaker 5 (01:42:58):
But then again, this is four.
Speaker 3 (01:43:00):
Sean Timmins, retired Army captain and Jack Lawyer, Houston Lawyer.
Thank you Sean for the analysis. We appreciate it.

Kamala Harris hamming what's called a Detroit accent last night
And here's why.
Speaker 22 (01:46:04):
Bank unions for pay family leave bank unions for vacation time.
Speaker 7 (01:46:11):
Harris was in Pittsburgh just hours before her latest campaign

Speaker 6 (01:46:19):
We all know costs are too high.
Speaker 5 (01:46:21):
But while corporations are gouging families, Trump is focused on
giving them tax cuts. But Kamala Harris is focused on you.
Speaker 38 (01:46:30):
Hum.
Speaker 7 (01:46:31):
She's the one who casts a deciding vote that gave
us this rampant inflation three years ago. It's now seven
thirty three and nearly a third of K through twelve
students behind their grade level as of the end of
the last school year, according to the National Center for
Education Statistics. So what are the schools spending all their
money on? Well, maybe if they concentrated on the basics
(01:46:55):
and maybe less on social engineering and social work. You know,
for instance, why do schools provide three free meals three
daily all year long.
Speaker 19 (01:47:07):
According to the Texas Education Agency, school districts spend about
fifteen thousand dollars per student, and if you.
Speaker 28 (01:47:14):
Look at the debt side of the equation, school districts
oh about twenty five thousand dollars per student.
Speaker 19 (01:47:21):
James Kintara says, the math makes no sense, So what's
the solution.
Speaker 28 (01:47:24):
The Texas Public Policy Foundation has long urged the legislature
to impose a requirement that these school districts undergo a
third party efficiency audit of their budget.

I discovered this with my own kids.
Speaker 29 (01:47:54):
A lot, a lot of colleges automatically enroll your kid
in a student health insurance plan and it just shows
up on your bill if you're looking for it.
Speaker 7 (01:48:03):
Yeah. Daniel dave Iza with USA Today says, you have
to cancel that insurance yourself, if you already have private
insurance company insurance. If not, you're going to be paying.
Get this, An average of two to three thousand dollars

Israel is mourning the murders of six hostages, and we're
watching for anti Israel protest on college campuses.
Speaker 40 (01:48:34):
Students are on high alert as classes begin at Columbia
University today. Anti Israel protesters have already returned to campus,
marching around the school hurling pro Palestinian chants. The school
was a hub for these protests last school year, and
the Anti Semitism Task Force says there is an urgent
need for change.
Speaker 7 (01:48:54):
That's Fox's Brooks segment. Kamala Harris called Donald Trump's trip
to Arlington National Cemetery to honor the thirteen American troops
killed at the Abby Gate terrorist bombing in the Afghanistan
withdrawal nothing more than a political stunt. Not going over
well with the gold Star families.
Speaker 31 (01:49:14):
Shows you how much you know about the thirteen families.
We invited him to be there.
Speaker 7 (01:49:21):
Yeah, gold Star father Mark Schmidz, whose son, Lance Corporal
Jered Schmidtz was killed at Abby Gate three years ago.
Election Day nine weeks from now, Democrats, well, count the
ways they're going to try to steal the vote.
Speaker 32 (01:49:36):
They could use a pandemic, economic collapse, or terror. As
Kamala's honeymoon.
Speaker 33 (01:49:41):
Ends, as more of her inability to lead comes to light,
you are going to see Democrats get increasingly desperate in
the tactics to try to stop Donald Trump from being
the next president.
Speaker 32 (01:49:51):
Political consultant Luke Massias says they could try to throw
Donald Trump in jail, but going that route would actually
help Trump.
Speaker 33 (01:49:58):
I think he'd raise one hundred million dollars while he
was in there for his campaign. I just don't know
if they have a real clear path to actually execute
a plan.

He wants greater American influence in space and he's promising
to add a Space Force National Guard if he's re elected.
So what would this new Space Force National Guard look
like really to be determined. They haven't outline.
Speaker 25 (01:50:35):
Exactly what the responsibility cant to be, but I'm assuming
a generic support role.
Speaker 34 (01:50:40):
Retired Army captain and JAG lawyer Sean Timmins says, this
could become an asset for the States.
Speaker 25 (01:50:45):
They're already is an International Guard, their Air National Guard.
Pirate Space National Guard would have a similar role, so
states would be able to incorporate Space force elements.
Speaker 14 (01:50:54):
Within the national guard structure.

Shocking video leak from their DEI training There engineers expressing
shame on video for being white and for contributing to
a culture of quote white supremacy.
Speaker 35 (01:51:22):
This is the kind of thing that in the NASA
training behind the scenes, they're being indoctrinated with this ideology
that is just simply not based in reality. It's highly
contentious and it really shouldn't be informing the way we
run our federal agencies.

Alrighty, it is now seven thirty eight. How about CNN
running cover for terrorists when writing about dead American hostages?
Did you see the CNN is working so hard to
avoid creating trouble for the Democrats over the Israel justified
I call it defensive maneuvers in Gaza. It may look
(01:52:30):
like an offensive, but they are on the defensive all
of the time. But hordes of Arab Americans are furious
with the Biden Harris policy in the region. They've given
the Vice president the moniker killer Kamala. They say she
is responsible for genocide along with Joe Biden, because they
haven't fully ordered or told Israel and vb net Nyahu
(01:52:52):
to stop so. In a race that is going to
be decided by razor thin margins, these folks staying home.
These are the people who are noncommittal to the Democrats,
even though they're Democrats. These folks staying home could create
huge issues for them, which is why we have the
inaccurate headlines like the ones we're getting from places like
CNN regarding the horrific discovery made by Israeli forces over
(01:53:14):
the weekend, the bodies of those six hostages. Share was
just talking about, including Hirsch Goldberg Pollan, an American, but
the network framed his death as if he had died
in a car accident. Headline, CNN Israeli American Hirsch Goldberg
Polland has died. His family says in a statement, he
has died, as if just maybe he suffered a stroke,
(01:53:36):
maybe he was in a car crash, maybe he ate
some bad food. He was executed, and they try to
cover for the seriousness of this, or cover up the
seriousness of this for the benefit of Biden and Harris
or in this case now Harris and Walls.
Speaker 5 (01:53:52):
That is the reality of it. This is real.
Speaker 3 (01:53:54):
CNN's headline about an American hostage being executed is just yeah,

Speaker 3 (01:59:43):
I don't know if you and Jimmy have spent a
lot of time talking about what happened at Arlington, but
we haven't talked about it yet this morning, and I
just want to throw this out there again to underscore
the importance of the media in the way they continue
to try to uncover. First of all, all Donald Trump
was invited by gold Star families.
Speaker 5 (02:00:02):
We all know this to.
Speaker 6 (02:00:05):
Pay tribute to the thirteen heroes.
Speaker 3 (02:00:07):
That lost their lives during the calamitous and chaotic withdrawal
from Afghanistan three years ago, last Monday. And you know,
he showed up and did exactly what they asked. He
paid respects, He laid a wreath, They asked for pictures
with him there, and he obliged. And now they are
attacking him saying that he used the dead, you know,
(02:00:27):
the backdrop of Arlington and the dead bodies of thirteen
heroes as a photo op and as a political opportunity. Well,
the reality is those who are calling that what they
are are people at Kamala Harrison, Joe Biden who have
never even get this, said the names out loud publicly
(02:00:48):
of those thirteen fallen Marines, soldiers, thirteen dead on their watch,
the blood on their hands for what they made happen
at that time. And they haven't even said the names,
much less shown up to pay respects at Arlington or
something of that nature. Well, NBC's Kristin Welker on Sunday
(02:01:09):
on Meet the Press declared that Kamala Harris did meet
with the gold Star families during the dignified transfer of
their remains, except for one problem. She wasn't there. Joe
Biden was there and was looking at his watch, couldn't
wait to get out of there. Kamala never went, and
Kristen Welker told millions on Meet the Press that she
(02:01:31):
did those things. Since then, they've tried to walk it back,
but as you know, corrections never reached the massive audience
of the original mistake slash intent.
Speaker 6 (02:01:41):
Any closing thoughts on that.
Speaker 7 (02:01:43):
I just think that we're being covered over. I think
the American people are seeing I think once you see,
you know, and the media is they're just desperately spinning
everything they possibly can. Anyway they can take out Donald Trump,
they will, And I think that there's a greater aspect
(02:02:03):
of America now that is finally starting to wake up
and see this for what it is. Yeah, that's that's
what I hope. Anyway, And if you don't have hope,
I don't know what. I don't know what else to do.
Got to have hope about this country.
Speaker 5 (02:02:16):
Yeah, I agreed.
Speaker 3 (02:02:17):
I did a podcast show I was a guest on yesterday,
and somebody asked me those very questions about what I expect,
and I said, yes, I'm hopeful, because if I don't
have hope, what am I gonna do? Just get into
a cocoon and just curl up and watch the country,
you know, just be destroyed. You have to you have
to fight. But part of that is, of course making
sure you are up to date on what they are telling.
You find out what's real and what isn't real, and
(02:02:38):
that's one of the reasons we're here tell everybody what truth.
Speaker 2 (02:02:40):
Is and what it is.
Speaker 7 (02:02:41):
So we're trying to let them see. Yeah, well that's
that's all we can truth and sunlight, you know.
Speaker 3 (02:02:47):
Yeah, I mean it's a it's an unholy alliance that
they have going on now between the DNC, you know,
the Harris campaign and the mainstream media. They are doing
everything they can to provide cover for her, including that
ridiculous Well she did.
Speaker 5 (02:02:58):
An interview, so what do you mean she's high?
Speaker 3 (02:03:00):
She did that sixteen minutes is all she spoke during
that Thursday night thing with Tanabash, So there is still
much much more to come.
Speaker 5 (02:03:07):
Good news is I'll be in for Jimmy all week long.
Speaker 7 (02:03:09):
Yes you will, and looks over to it.
Speaker 3 (02:03:12):
Thanks everyone for listening this morning, and stick around for
Michael Berry. We'll see tomorrow Bay Bye.
