Speaker 1 (00:00):
There's Ben Troy Nails joins us. He said in Fort

(00:02):
ben County. So I'm going to start with the obvious
and most important question this morning, Congressman, and that is,
do you have any idea who won the eight hundred
million dollars in sugar Land? No? I do not.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
I got to call my wife. Hey, I'm getting off
the phone with you.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
So seriously, though, last night, I'm sure you watched the
debate and everybody, of course, as Cherff said this morning,
everybody's like a football game. Everybody's keeping score who scored
the most points. But at the end of the day,
do you think anybody's mind got changed by what they
saw last night?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
No, I don't believe the debate will swing the polls.
And either way, I don't believe though. So you know,
you mentioned a little bit about that that Trump seemed
to be a little bit upset, and rightfully so if
he was upset because she lied a lot, she said things,
and it was she attacked Trump all night long, the
Project twenty twenty five and David and what was her name, Lindsay,

(00:53):
the moderators. She should have called out. Everybody knows Trump said,
I have nothing to do with that, but they didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
So it wasn't fact check her. They bring that one.
They didn't fact check her at all. They fat checked
him over and over and over again.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yeah, the National Abortion Band, she said trumpets that he doesn't.
And then she denied her support for the Rioters in
twenty twenty. I mean, we've got text messages from her.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
So, but they didn't ask her anything about what her
her platform is. They didn't ask her about her economic
her economy. They just let her make these lofty little claims.
It just what did we learn about her really? That
she can she can stand there and do a debate. Okay,
so that means she's not going to be pulled from
the ticket.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Okay, Yeah, she has very little substance. I think you know,
she spoke a whole lot, I would say, but she
really didn't say anything. She she did try to articulate
a plan to help the American people with this fifty
thousand dollars tax credit for people starting a new business
and six thousands for families. No details though, it's just nothing,

(01:54):
but just just noise, I would say. But I believe
that the debate really isn't going to people one word.
There was no knockout punch. But we have sixty days
now in fifty days behind her, and I think that
we'll be able to do a good job and define
her to the American people in the fracking and the
border fracking. I think we got to just Pennsylvania, Wisconsin,

(02:15):
those swing states are Those are the people we need
to be reaching because the other states, I don't want
to say don't matter, but we got to reach the
swing states.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Can I ask you, you've been up working in Wisconsin.
President Trump has even credited you with what you've been
doing up in Wisconsin, and get the vote out and
get people registered. Tell me now, because it's going to
go to a higher court. They're trying to keep Kennedy's
name on the ballot in Wisconsin. Will that make any
difference if they are successful in keeping Kennedy's name on

(02:46):
the ballot, even though he has come out in supportive drum.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
I think he could, and you know, the other states
obviously are trying to keep his name, but it hasn't
been successful in many of the other states. Wisconsin's a
little different. We have a very liberal Supreme Court there.
We having a governor. His name is Evers. He's just
as nuts as the guy in California. So we do
have some problems there in the state of Wisconsin. But
the past several weeks i've been up there, the people

(03:12):
are energized, they're excited. A lot of young women, young people,
a middle aged ladies say we're voting for Trump when
the left is saying that, no, women, they don't support Trump.
So I feel good about what we're doing up there.
We're registering voters, and I'm going to continue to stay
focused because I think it's in play. I really really do.
If we can minimize, if we can minimize the cheating,

(03:35):
the thievery in Dane County and Milwaukee.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
County, Yeah, that's the key. Thank you, sir, appreciate your
time as always. That's Congressman Troy Nails. It's five fifty
