Speaker 1 (00:00):
I think these outlaw judges think that they are definitely
the law, the federal law they have. They have, these
activist judges I have just completely taken over when it
comes to just about anything you can foreign policy. I mean,
you know this, this whole thing about bringing this MS

(00:22):
thirteen gang member back from El Salvador. What a great example.
Everybody's talking about the due process. What due process do
we give a citizen from El Salvador who's in this
country illegally? Six twenty two our time, Matt Kittle joins
US Senior election correspondent at the federalists. I mean, there's
no doubt map what's going on with these these outlaw judges.
The question is what do we do about it?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Yeah, that is absolutely correct. I mean you look from Wisconsin,
Milwaukee County. Just a week ago, we had the arrest
of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dunbar for effectively aiding and
abetting an a legal immigrant, not just in illegal immigrants,
I mean, but a violent one at that, a guy
accused of just beating the snot out of the people

(01:04):
that he lived with. That's the hill that Democrats and
these outlaw judges, as you say, want to die on apparently.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Well, that makes no sense to me because even the
majority of Democrats, the majority progressives, can't possibly support this,
can they.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Well, we talked not too long ago about a study
that showed fifty five percent of people who lean to
the left say it's justifiable to assassinate President Trump or
Elon Musk. So this is where, unfortunately, the divide seems
to be. I agree with you. I don't think that

(01:44):
it is certainly every Democrat out there. I think there
are some common sense, reasonable people who believe that, you know,
we Houston, we have a problem America, we have a
problem here.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
The question becomes, I guess, how do we rain them in?
And who can rein them in? Who holds any sway
or any power over these federal judges? The Supreme Court.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Yeah, well, at the state level, the case that I
mentioned in Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which is led
by leftist, recently remove this judge at least temporarily from
the bench while these very serious charges of obstructing justice
go on. Ultimately, it has to be the US Supreme
Court that says you cannot act above the law. When

(02:31):
you do that, you are no longer a judge.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
I guess the question becomes to and I think we've
talked a little bit about this in the past, what
is the territory that a federal judge operates under. Is
a federal judge allowed and again, the Supreme Court, I
guess Matt's gonna have to weigh in on this. Is
a federal judge allowed to make a ruling that affects
the entire country or are there rulings by nature just
affecting the district or the territory under which they preside.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Jimmy, the short answer is no. And that is a
huge area of concern, and it is an area that
there was the US Supreme Court going to have to
enter into and it is I mean, we're on track
to do that, but you know, the wheels of justice
turned slowly. But these national injunctions are just an absolute,

(03:21):
you know, uh, a front to the rule of law.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Well, and not to mention the fact that they interfere
with the executive branch of the government.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Yes, I mean this is what the left and these
activist judges have have determined that there is no executive branch.
They you know, we talk about legislating from the bench,
they're not only legislating from the bench, they're executing from
the bench.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
That's a fact. Matt Kittle, thank you. Appreciated seeing your
election correspondent at The Federalist. Matt Kittle
