Speaker 6 (01:47):
Good morning, Bob, Good morning everyone. It's five oh one
on KTRH hour Chops story.
Speaker 7 (01:52):
I feel confident the United Sate Supreme Court is going
to agree with that senior judge from the Fifth Circuit
to this decision was a gross miss judgment.
Speaker 6 (02:00):
That was Governor Greg Gabbott with ktr chis Sean Hannity
in November and last night, the US Supreme Court did
what Appot expected. It allowed Texas to use the new
congressional maps in the midterms. The ruling in effect while
the legal challenge plays out. That could mean five more
Republican seats added to Congress in twenty twenty six. Now,
the deadline for candidates to file for the March primary
(02:24):
is on Monday. California Congressman darryl Isa shooting down rumors
that he was planning to run for office here in Texas.
Experts say, though there is still plenty of interest in
that Dallas area district.
Speaker 8 (02:38):
There's more opportunity here. If you're a Republican, there's just
more opportunity for you in Texas.
Speaker 6 (02:43):
Texas GOP strategist Vinie Minchillo says that Paul Bondar, who
ran for Congress in Oklahoma last year, is set to
announce for a bid for this particular seat. Another red
state is moving to help Republicans maintain control of the
House and grow the majority. Florida officially started the process
of redistricting in the Sunshine State. It's now five oh three.
(03:04):
The FBI arrests Brian Cole, the man accused of planting
pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC in January of
twenty twenty one, a case the Biden DOJ never solved.
Speaker 9 (03:17):
It was clear that the Biden administration did not make
this a priority. Within a couple of months of the
finding of these pipe bombs, they pulled agents off this case.
Speaker 6 (03:28):
Federal prosecutor Janeine Piro on Fox Again the suspect identified
as Brian Cole of Virginia. Following this arrest, Attorney General
Pam Bondi ordered law enforcement to step up investigations into
extremist groups like Antifa that may be engaged in domestic terrorism.
Coming up on five oh four, Well, let's talk some woke.
(03:49):
Shall we all know how woke? Social media is one
of the worst defenders Maybe Wikipedia. It's so bad it's
co founders calling it out.
Speaker 10 (03:59):
Wikipedia made a curial effort at neutrality for its first
five years or so, and then it began a long,
slow slide into what I would call leftist propaganda.
Speaker 6 (04:11):
Larry Sanger told The Epoch Times that over the last
ten years they've gradually gotten rid of all conservative blogs
and news sources in their articles, calling it a conservative
Christmas wish list. Brianna Lyman of the Federalists, says, all
she wants is a Republican party that delivers on what
they promised and show that they really care about saving
(04:32):
the country.
Speaker 11 (04:33):
All the wishless items that we want, like codifying Trump's
executive orders, codifying the Doge cuts, and teaching activist judges,
passing the Save Act. There are so many things they
could be doing, and they haven't done them, and now
I don't think they're going to do them at all.
Speaker 12 (04:46):
She says.
Speaker 6 (04:46):
They need to get things done before the midterms next year.
To that end, a grand jury in Virginia declines to
reindict New York Attorney General Leticia James. This was after
a federal judge tossed the indictment last month. It's possible
the DOJ hood try to indict her again.
Speaker 12 (05:02):
Here at home.
Speaker 6 (05:03):
Houston police shoot a man who opened fire on them
during a chase. Cops tried to arrest the guy for
an outstanding felony warrant during a traffic stop. He decided
to speed off and fire at cops. Those officers eventually
fired back.
Speaker 13 (05:18):
The sustake was transported to a nearby hospital. He is alive,
but is in critical condition. There were two other passengers
to the vehicle, to females unknown relation at this time.
One of the females also had a felony warrant for
her as and so she will be arrested.
Speaker 12 (05:32):
No officers were injured.
Speaker 6 (05:34):
Now America doesn't just have soft on crime judges and prosecutors.
Speaker 12 (05:38):
It's got some soft on crime police chiefs as well.
Speaker 14 (05:42):
This could be one of the many reasons we've seen
crime in left wing cities. Skyrocket.
Speaker 15 (05:45):
Our mission is protected, sir, and when you start playing politics,
it destroys that mission. And at the end the day,
the citizens of the city will suffer because crime will arrive.
Speaker 14 (05:54):
Retired HBD Captain doctor Greg Freeman says, once a political
chief is in power, it's hard to stop.
Speaker 15 (05:59):
The spiral person will surround themselves with other people that
he promotes that will do his bidding. They will mound
down and kiss the empir's reign.
Speaker 14 (06:07):
He says, citizens need to make sure elected officials are
appointing police chiefs based on qualifications, not politics. Ethan Buchanan
News Radio seven forty KTRH five H six.
Speaker 6 (06:17):
Gasoline prices continued dropping, now at two point fifty eight
gallon across the Houston area this morning. Now, consumer confidence
numbers are allegedly down, but the hard numbers tell a
different story. We're seeing a holiday season shopping boom. Economist
Ray Perryman says that trend is likely to continue.
Speaker 16 (06:34):
Oh, the whole people are going to spend a little
more this year they spent last year and give it
all the Uncertainly.
Speaker 8 (06:39):
I think that's a poser sign.
Speaker 6 (06:41):
Meantime, on Wall Street, futures are down slightly this morning
after a mixed day yesterday. The Dow closed down, the
Nashdak was up. The Houston Texans are in Kansas City
for Sunday Night football. The team has won four in
a row and five of their last six. The Rockets
have won four or five. They play the Suns tonight.
We'rege at six on Sports Talk seven ninety. I'm Cliff

Speaker 12 (07:14):
The new process are fantastic.
Speaker 17 (07:16):

Speaker 4 (07:18):
I listened to KTRH instead late.
Speaker 6 (07:21):
Happy birthday, Robert oh Clifford.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
That is the best gift anybody could get, A happy
birthday and song from Cliff Saunders. I will tell you
what that means. An awful lot. Thank you, my friend, seriously,
a great my pleasure. Don't leave Marco out of this.
Oh oh oh that was okay. I didn't realize it
was a tag team effort.
Speaker 12 (07:38):
Mark, Thank you. It was a tag team effort because
we know you like to jump right in.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
Of course I do. Of course they do. That air
is the worst are in the radio game. Thank you
both very much for that. I appreciate A great way
to start the day. Absolutely love it all right. It
is eight minutes after five o'clock. Oh yes, this fifth
morning of the twelfth month in the year of Our
Lord twenty twenty five. And yep, it is that. I
try not to count them anymore because well I don't
count that high. So thank you, but I appreciate it.
(08:07):
What we had been counting is many many, many days
since the pipe bombs were left outside the RNC and
DNC headquarters on January fifth, the night before the January
sixth riots took place at the at the Capitol Building.
And that's a long time ago. A lot of things
have happened since then, including all four years of the
(08:30):
Joe Biden administration and the Joe Biden Justice Department. Why
couldn't they find the pipe bomber? Why couldn't they find
the answer to this question? Maybe it's because they weren't looking,
Because Cash Pattel, Pam Bondy, the new Department of Justice heads,
(08:50):
Bondi of course, the AG and Patel, the head of
the FBI said look, we didn't get any new tips.
All we did was go back and come through what
was already here and look where it les. How come
they couldn't do this under the Biden administration.
Speaker 18 (09:04):
When you attack American citizens, when you attack our institutions
of legislation, when you attack our nation's capital, you attack
the very being of our way of life. In this
FBI and this Department of Justice stand here to tell
you that we will always refute it and combat it.
We will provide the safest country the nation has ever
(09:25):
seen under President Trump's leadership here and that's what we
did here today with great resolve on a case of
massive public importance, as.
Speaker 12 (09:32):
It should be.
Speaker 18 (09:32):
An individual who's now alleged to have placed multiple explosive
devices to blow up multiple people at multiple officials. Innocent
civilians is now arrested. Thanks to the brave men and
women of the FBI and the Inner Agency. I want
to take a moment to thank the Metropolitan Police Department,
the United States Capitol Police, our brave prosecutors, the Department
(09:54):
of Justice, and our leader, Attorney General Panbondi and US
Attorney Jeanine Piro, whose relentless work on this case made
this possible. As the Attorney General said, we did not
discover any new information. What we did an investigation spearheaded
by the Deputy Director and the ADK of our Washington
Field office, brought in a new team of investigators and experts,
(10:16):
re examined every piece of evidence, sifted through all the data,
something that the prior administration refused and failed to do.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
And the question is why why did the prior administration
not go through the data? Why did they not come
through the evidence? Why did they not do actual investigations?
Is it because they were just looking for somebody who
might have been linked to the actual protests that led
to the riots on January sixth, and couldn't find anybody,
so they stopped looking. It would appear that way this
(10:47):
is a big deal, is a very very big deal.
Congratulations to the Department of Justice Attorney General Bondi, FBI
Director Patel. There is going to be fallout over this,
the fact that this information was there in plain sight,
well not in plain sight. It was therefore experienced investigators
to find and it took a new group of investigators
to do it. No new evidence, no new tips, just
(11:08):
what was there and they found it. Biden didn't want
to find it, and I think that's what this is
going to be the result of this. All right, a
lot of news to get into this morning. That's just
one of the very very top stories. It is five
to eleven. Let's get you going and find out where
you're headed. We're going to do traffic. Now, here's Gary
McDow and we may not have Gary mack at this
(11:36):
moment our time, but that's okay. It must mean it's
a smooth drive right now, and that's okay. We'll check
it check in with him at five point twenty to
see how smooth it really is. But we will talk
to Ken Bone now. He's got our forecast for us
this morning from the Weather Channel.
Speaker 19 (11:48):
Hey, Ken, good morning, Cloudie and Chili for us here today,
still a chance for some showers as we head through
the name today. I think the best chance to the
first half of the day we could see a lingery
shower though through the afternoon. HI today only going to
reach around are just over fifty. But we do have
some warmer temperatures in over the weekend. Upper forty tonight,
sunshine mixtisim with the clouds, tomorrow, middle of upper sixty
(12:09):
Saturday afternoon, and on Sunday with sunshine we could be
up around the seventy degree mark.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
All right, sounds like a plan, Thank you. Ken. Right now,
we have forty five degrees at your official severe weather station.
News Radio seven forty kt RH.
Speaker 20 (12:23):
I live in clear Lake, Humble, reliable KTRH traffic and weather.
Speaker 15 (12:28):
Next on the ten.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Okay, it is five eighteen. Good morning once again Bob
France sitting in for Jimmy on this Friday morning. I
hope you got a nice weekend plan for yourself. It
was a big Thursday for the Department of Justice. They
caught somebody that the last administration maybe wasn't really looking
very closely for.
Speaker 21 (12:45):
Early this morning, Brian Cole Junior was arrested and charged
with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the
DNC on January fifth, twenty twenty one. He has been
charged with violating eighteen USC. Eight forty four, which is
use of an explosive device. This investigation is ongoing as
(13:09):
we speak. Search warrants are being executed, and there could
be more charges to come. I'm going to let our
US attorney discuss that shortly. This was the work of
multiple agencies working together. This morning's operation was carried out
safely and successfully early this.
Speaker 12 (13:29):
Morning, safely and successfully.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
And it was an operation as Cash Pateel detailed, and
I played that for you earlier. That didn't take anything new.
There was no new information that was gathered that made
this happen. It is simply that a new group of
investigators from the Trump DOJ decided they wanted.
Speaker 12 (13:47):
To catch him.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Begs the question why didn't anybody catch him in the
last four years? But Democrats Senator Mark Warner done one
here about that. He just says, how come the Trump
people didn't catch him sooner?
Speaker 22 (13:57):
I gotta tell you it kind of makes me looking
at this crowd doing a victory lap when all the
senior FBI officials across all key divisions have been fired
for political purposes, when in some field offices, up to
forty five percent of the FBI officers who were doing
things like counter tespionage and cyber have been assigned to
(14:19):
do immigration cases. It's a little rich that they're saying, America,
say how much earlier could we have caught this guy
if resources hadn't been diverted.
Speaker 23 (14:31):
Those resources were on the job for four street years.
The resources that they diverted weren't getting anything done for
four years. And Mark Warner is complaining that the Trump
administration is celebrating the solving of an extraordinary crime, and
he's mad that they are celebrating that, saying.
Speaker 12 (14:52):
Well, they should have done it earlier.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
They could have done it earlier if they hadn't removed
some of the FBI leadership from before that FBI leadership
failed or didn't try for four straight years. It is
remarkable sometimes listening to these folks. And that's again the
same Democrat Senator Mark Warner who joined Senator Kelly in
(15:16):
trying to advise active military troops to ignore the orders
of their commander in chief and the Secretary of War
to ignore the orders of their superior offers to quote
unquote save the country from the president. Yeah, that's that guy.
More comeing up, but right now it's five twenty one.
Let's check that morning drive. Good morning to Gary Mack.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
Yeah, first time for everything I guessed. Let's try this again.
Happy birthday.
Speaker 4 (15:38):
Let's check on them.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Rhodes forty five north three way south bound from Cypresswood
to the North Loof for running fourteen minutes east side.
You got the hard hat. Maybe I can borrow it
if we encountered Oshi. I still have my steel toes
all in years, all the live long day on the railroad.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
Two twenty five west Van Miller cut off to the
east slip just under ten.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
They're only seven forty five Gold Freeway north famp but
Queen Monroe and downtown it's slippery and spots be safe.
Speaker 4 (16:03):
My friend will cover the west side coming up.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
I'm Gary Mack at the Generator Supercenter dot Countraffic Center.
Speaker 12 (16:09):
All right, thank you, sir.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
We got a forecast from ken Boone this morning that
says showers early, cloudy, later high about fifty one tonight,
cloudy with a low forty nine warming up on the weekend.
Sixty six on Saturday, seventy on Sunday, then kind of
drops back down precipitously down to about sixty on Monday.
Right now, forty five at your official severe weather station,
(16:30):
News Radio seven forty KTRH. Let's get some headlines now
from Cliffsonders.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
Thank you, Bob, a precinct for Deputy constable as we're
covering after inhaling an unknown white powder during a traffic
stop this morning in the Ataskasita area. HPD's investigating after
a man was found shot to death inside of a

Our next update is at five thirty.
Speaker 24 (17:00):
In any event, a socialist New York City government back vocals.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Challenging Trump's terroristgi and the latest US Radio seven KTRH.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
All right, and uh it will follow up here on
the successful mission yesterday announced by the FBI to solve
the pipe bombing case. And we're going to talk about
that individual too. I think it's important we need to
focus on the person that they caught but quick follow
up to that, Deputy Director of the FBI Dan Vongino
went on Fox yesterday after the press conference to say,
(17:31):
you know, yeah, this is really great work and we're
glad we did it, but we are by no means done,
because crime in the United States of America is unacceptable.
Speaker 12 (17:41):
This is this is what I voted for.
Speaker 25 (17:44):
The rate has cratered so low, and we're not done.
I told the guys that there's some headline in New
York Post today it's going to be crimes at an
all time low in New York. I said it's not
good enough. I said back again, We're going again. We're
doing another round up, and then when we're done with that,
were doing another one. I say, you know what, the
acceptable crime rate is zero. That's the acceptable crime rate.
(18:05):
And this president could not be more supportive. I'm telling
you go get him, boys. He says it all the
time and he means it. He drives around these what
do you think he's doing this for. You think he's
doing it to get reelected. You think he's doing it
for politics. These are blue.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Cities, blue cities that do not want criminals to be caught.
And that's why the federal resources being surged in them
into them have been so successful. But just the mission,
that's just opening a lot of eyes and I think
a lot of people feel great hearing things like that.
You know, this is one of the leaders of the
most important federal law enforcement agents who we have, the FBI,
(18:40):
and he's saying, the acceptable crime rate is zero. That's
our mission. All right, Let's turn it Christmasy for a moment. Here,
President Trump at the National Christmas Tree lighting, invoking and
Christians are going to love this, invoking the name of
Christ as being the reason for Christmas.
Speaker 26 (18:57):
During this holy season, Christians everywhere joice at the miracle
and Bethlehem more than two thousand years ago when the
Son of God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, came
down from heaven to be with us.
Speaker 12 (19:12):
You're right, full of grace and truth.
Speaker 26 (19:15):
He brought the gift of God's love into the world
and the promise of salvation for every person and every nation.
And we just settled another war today. You saw that
with Rwanda and the Congo.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
And I've got more on that story too, that official
signing of the declaration of the end of that war.
But just what President Trump, there has a lot of
tongues wagging because President Trump he kind of pivoted in
the statement. He started by saying Christians everywhere rejoiced at
the miracle in Bethlehem more than two thousand years ago,
(19:51):
but then said, when the Lord and of God, our Lord,
I'm sorry, when the Son of God, our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ, came down from heaven to be with us,
you didn't say them. He didn't say Christians, He said us,
indicating yes he is a Christian and a believer in
Jesus Christ as king. So that's a pretty remarkable statement
and a wonderful thing for Christians all over to hear.
(20:13):
And again, while we have the quote unquote establishment clause, yes,
there's this separation between church and state. This country was
founded on Christian principles, and it was founded on Judeo
and has been a model of Judeo Christian values for centuries.
And that's exactly how it was found. It's a President
Trump's recognition of that had a lot of people smiling yesterday.
(20:37):
All right, five twenty six, let's see if you're smiling
when you take a look at your portfolio, that means
we need a Bloomberg Business Report. Here's John Tucker.
Speaker 12 (20:45):
Hey, good morning.
Speaker 27 (20:46):
Warner Brothers Discovery has entered exclusive negotiations to sell US
film and TV studios at HBO Max streaming service to Netflix.
A deal would bring seismic change to the entertainment industry,
joining the world's dominant aid streaming service with one of
Hollywood's oldest and most revered studios. For the S and
P five hundred is on track to push toward a
(21:07):
new all time high. Investors are tilting toward risk on
growing confidence in the US economy. National Economic Council Director
Kevin Hassett says the Federal Reserve should cut interest rates
at its meeting next week. He's predicting a reduction of
a quarter of a point a speculation grows. President trumpel nominated,
has it to leave the Central Bank, and the Trump
(21:27):
administration has restricted employment authorization for asylum seekers and other immigrants,
limiting work permits to eighteen months. On John Tucker Bloomberg

says Biden a lot of free for all when it
came to the Afghan refugees. Good morning, I'm Bob fransin

the details on those stories and more coming right up.
But first we're gonna check the drive. And here's Gary Mack.
Speaker 4 (22:19):

Speaker 4 (22:26):

Speaker 3 (22:53):
I'm Gary Mack in the Ability Tree Experts Traffic Center.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
All right, thank you, sir. We've got showers early this
morning and then cloudy later this afternoon. I have about
fifty one tonight, cloudy with a low of forty nine.
What about the weekend? Ken Moon will tell us what
you need to know. That'll be coming up at five
point forty. Right now, we have forty five degrees at
your official severe weather station, News Radio seven forty k
t RH, and that it's time for that morning news.
Speaker 12 (23:16):
Here's Cliff.
Speaker 6 (23:17):
Thank you, Bob, five thirty one on KTRH. Our top
story this morning.
Speaker 29 (23:23):
These drug smugglers needn't deserve due process. They've been declared
for on.
Speaker 12 (23:29):
Terrish, Louisiana.
Speaker 6 (23:30):
Senator John Kennedy on Fox's Congress has briefed on the
recent Venezuela and drug boats strikes from Admiral Mitch Bradley,
who told them there was no kill them all order
from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. And then there's President Trump,
who continues his push for peace across the globe, signing
an agreement to end the fighting between Rwanda and the
Democratic Republic of Congo.
Speaker 26 (23:52):
We've come to the US Institute of Face to sign
a historic agreement that will end one of the longest
running afflicks anywhere in the world. It's far more than
ten million people killed.
Speaker 6 (24:05):
He's also continuing his efforts to end the war between
Russia and Ukraine. Here at home, the administration is trying
to find out exactly who the Biden administration has been
allowing to come to the US. Specifically the Somalis that
are in Minnesota.
Speaker 30 (24:20):
We're seeing almost fifty percent fraud in their visa applications,
which means they came into this country on false pretenses,
false applications. They maybe married somebody that was their brother
that they wanted to get into this country.
Speaker 6 (24:33):
DHS Secretary of Christy Nome telling Fox that Biden allowed
a quote free for all when it came to asylum seekers.
We also now know that members of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's
inner circle are tied to the massive COVID fraud scheme
that's going on in Minnesota involving the community of Somalis.
And then there are the Afghan refugees that Biden rolled
(24:55):
out the red carpet for. The Trump team is finding
out just how bad some some of.
Speaker 12 (25:00):
Them really are.
Speaker 31 (25:01):
It turns out they created a special terrorism exemption to
allow low level members of the Taliban to come to
the US.
Speaker 32 (25:09):
I wasn't surprised the Biden administration was made up of
people who actively hate the United States.
Speaker 31 (25:16):
That's Robert Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch.
Speaker 32 (25:20):
You bring in massive numbers of unvetted migrants from Jihati hotspots,
you're either the most incompetent leaders in the history of
the country or there's something even more insidious going on.
Speaker 31 (25:32):
And we are now seeing it here in the US.
Jeff Biggs News Radio seven forty K Thiery coming up on.
Speaker 12 (25:38):
Five point thirty four.
Speaker 6 (25:39):
You've heard it all over and over again from the left.
We need immigrants to do the jobs Americans won't do,
But do we really. Ira Melman with the Federation for
American Immigration Reform says the real problem is that cheap
immigrant labor has undercut American wages.
Speaker 33 (25:56):
American workers do not apply for these jobs, not because
they don't want the jobs, but because they will not
accept the wages and working conditions that are being offered.
And then the employers turn around and say, hey, see,
the only people who do these jobs are real leagual.
Speaker 6 (26:08):
Aliens Yad's that the current system encourages companies to hire
illegals in order to keep their prices and labor costs down.
And then there are the H one B visas, which
we know put immigrants ahead of Americans.
Speaker 34 (26:22):
The temporary visa program is riddled with fraudulent, underqualified workers.
Speaker 35 (26:26):
The program is now much bigger. The spouses of H
one d's can work. There's twenty thousand extra that can
work in sem fields. Programs much much bigger now than
it was intended to be.
Speaker 34 (26:35):
Simon Hankinson of the Heritage Foundations as Americans coming first
shouldn't be controversial, but as usual, liberal corporations think it
is Amazon.
Speaker 35 (26:44):
Now, all these huge companies are firing tens of thousands
of Americans at the same time as they're hiring tens
of thousands of foreign workers.
Speaker 34 (26:52):
He says, more eyes are on this now, which could
lead to changes On right Parade News Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 12 (26:58):
I'VE thirty five.
Speaker 6 (27:00):
The US Supreme Court allows Texas to use the newly
drawn congressional maps for the midterms next year. The ruling
six to three along ideo ideological lines. More on that
at six o'clock Democrats are using lawfair to stop the
state's Ten Commandments law, you know, the law that posts
them in all public school classrooms. Experts say there's a
reason that so many different lawsuits have been filed.
Speaker 36 (27:22):
So bringing lawsuits in different courts hoping that even if
one judge rules in one way, another judgeable in otherwise,
you basically increasing your chance of success.
Speaker 6 (27:31):
Josh Blackman at the South Texas College of Law predicts
the US Supreme Court will get involved. Another new state
law now in effect, allows Texans to sue people who
mail abortion pills to women here. John Sego with Texas
Right to Life says this will stop what is a
troubling trend.
Speaker 37 (27:48):
More evidence has come to light that this is an
extremely dangerous medical practice for women.
Speaker 6 (27:53):
He says, there are an estimated nineteen thousand orders of
abortion pills coming into Texas every year, and Lieutenant Governor
Dan Patrick wants to mimic the Trump accounts and give
newborn Texans an extra one thousand dollars at birth to invest.
Not everyone thinks this is a great idea.
Speaker 38 (28:10):
The private sector is the place for you get the
most productivity and the most gained for economic growth and prosperity.
It's not government. Government is a lead on the private sector.
It sucks out productivity, it sucks out private investment.
Speaker 6 (28:23):
Economist doctor Vanskin says, if the government really wants to
set children up for the future, then they should focus
on lowering property taxes. College Football Championship weekend is here

Speaker 12 (28:55):
I don't miss the shilt talk about it here.
Speaker 40 (28:57):
I cannot help but listen to you all the time.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
HUES Radio seven krh Okay, it is five thirty seven.
Good morning to you about France, sitting in for Jimmy Barrett.
Barrett Happy Friday. So by now you probably know about
the massive fraud in Minnesota. I think everybody does. The
Somali nonprofits builking taxpayers out of billions of dollars in
the Feeding our Future program, Housing programs, the state's medicaid program.
(29:24):
Soon they're expected to be stealing millions from the states
paid leave program too. This malfeasance is unacceptable. And Minnesota
taxpayers are the most prominent material sponsors of the Somali
terror group Al Shabab. So the question is how and
why did this fraud get so massive. Jake Tapper actually
tried to pretend to do a little bit of journalism
(29:46):
and asked that question of Minnesota Congresswoman Jihad Ilhan Omar.
Speaker 41 (29:51):
Can you shed any light on why the fraud got
so out of control in Minnesota?
Speaker 42 (29:59):
I think what happen happened is that, you know, when
you have these kind of new programs that are designed
to help people, you're oftentimes relying on third parties to
be able to facilitate. And I just think that a
lot of the COVID programs that were set up, they
were set up so quickly that a lot of the
(30:20):
guard rails did not get created.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
What a steaming pile of Jihad Jihad Omar, I'm sorry
keep mispronouncing her first name. Ilhan Omar actually introduced the
bill that allowed the fraud to happen. Just you know,
when you set up these things and you need you know,
you have to have third butits so massive you have
third parties do things, and sometimes the guard rails don't
(30:44):
get set up. This was fraud to provide millions billions
to her people, her people. You know, there are reports
that Ilhan Omar was forty five thousand dollars in debt
when she was elected buy Somalians in American elections to
be a representative in Minnesota. She was forty five thousand
(31:06):
dollars in debt. Now she's worth millions. How does that
happen on a salary of one hundred and seventy thousand dollars.
Somebody's gonna have to explain that to me.
Speaker 12 (31:14):
And yet here we are.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
It's you know, these are Somali immigrants who are committing
this massive, multi billion dollar fraud, and we are the
bigoted ones, according to leftist like Promilagiapal for actually calling
for accountability here all assess of.
Speaker 43 (31:30):
This administration and the cruelty is deeply hurtful and it
is terrorizing people. We're hearing about people who are not
going to doctor's appointments, not getting their dialysis treatments, not
getting their cancer treatments, not going to work, not showing
up at their childcares or their schools, in whatever profession
they're in, because they're terrified.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
They should be terrified illegal aliens who are here in
the United States, or legal aliens who are here in
the United States stealing and subverting the our democratic processes
and builking our taxpayers out of millions alwars should be terrified.
But the reality is the president, the president and the ICE,
the administration of the quote unquote largest deportation in history,
(32:12):
which isn't even close by the way, and ICE agents
are lawful because they're removing illegal aliens. And if you're
worried about people who are legal, who are here, who
are scared to go to their appointments, you should blame
the president, I agree, but not this one. The guy
who allowed ten to twenty million illegals to come in
in four years is the one who made all of
(32:32):
this necessary. Blame that president. PREMI okay, five point forty
traffic and whether or now, let's see what is happening
on the morning drive. Let's check in with Garry Matt.
Speaker 3 (32:43):
And let's take a look at our south and west sides.
Now two eighty eight northbound between Highway six and downtown.
It's averaging right around fifteen minutes fourteen I ten to
Katie eastbound Frye Road to the West Sloop and let
me backtrack twenty two minutes on sixty ninety Southwest Freeway
north Bend between the SAM and I forty five. Why
so much you ask? That was the sight of a
(33:03):
major accident at the Goal Freeway just clearing minutes ago.
Speaker 4 (33:07):
Needless to say, give yourself a few extra medics.
Speaker 3 (33:10):
I'm Gary mac Adegenerator supercenter dot com traff Center.
Speaker 12 (33:14):
All right, thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (33:15):
Good Sir Ken Boone at the Weather Channel has our
forecast for the weekend and maybe a little beyond.
Speaker 19 (33:19):
Take Ken, good morning. We've got some nice weather ahead
for the weekends. I think we're gonna see temperatures warm up,
might even see seventy Sunday afternoon. But we've got to
get through today first, with another chilly day. Still some
showers out and about as we head through the day today,
best chance will be through lunchtime. Ies today only right
around are just over fifty upper forty Tonight, sunshine mixes
in with the clouds Tomorrow Saturday afternoon, look for highs
(33:41):
in the mid eve, but upper sixties and then up
around seventy with sunshine Sunday.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
All right, thank you, and we have forty five degrees
right now at your official severe weather stations Radio seven
forty ktrh.
Speaker 12 (33:54):
Problems in traffic around the Beltway and around six.
Speaker 20 (33:57):
Ten ktrh time saving traffic connects on the ten.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
Okay, five forty seven. Good morning to you, Bob Frand
sitting in for Jimmy Barrett. So we're paying attention now
to this scam situation, this fraud, multi billions of dollars
in fraud in Minnesota because of the Somali community, and
that of course has made the Somali community a target
of the federal government, including ICE. President Trump has said,
we don't want these people here, these who are scamming.
(34:25):
The police chief in Minneapolis, however, says tough. We are
going to protect the Somali scammers and if any of
them feel like that they are being quote unquote abducted
by icey agents, call the cops on them.
Speaker 44 (34:38):
Folks that are masked that they're not sure if they're
law enforcement, that they may be kidnapping people like we
have had those reports. I want to be clear to
the community. The community should know that if you see
something like that that is legitimate, that you don't know
if someone is law enforcement, you should call nine one one,
and you should provide as much information as possible, because
(35:02):
let's not forget, we are very recently had tragedy in
this state someone who is purporting to be law enforcement.
So please, let's be clear.
Speaker 2 (35:10):
So the police chief in Minneapolis says, when federal agents
who are masked to protect their identities because of all
of the incredible left wing violence that has been targeted
at them and their families when they're doing their jobs,
he wants the community to call cops. So what the
cops can go and fight with the federal agents. Is
that the way you do policing in Minneapolis. Well, if
(35:31):
you think that the policing in Minneapolis is solely limited
to that jurisdiction, well let me introduce you to the
police chief of Seattle.
Speaker 45 (35:39):
It is my job to support the rights of our community.
Let me be clear, the Seattle Police Department does not
engage in immigration enforcement activities.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Seattle's police chief will not comply with ICE orders. Neither
will the police chiefs in Chicago and in Portland. The
question is are cops hops or are they politicians. Many
police chiefs are wearing badges and uniforms, but they are
not dedicated to law enforcement. They are dedicated to whatever
political ideology they hold, or that may be of their
(36:14):
bosses mayors in most of these cases, what they believe.
It's a huge problem. We're going to discuss it with
doctor Greg Freeman, former HPD captain. After we do our
traffic in our weather. It's five fifty, so let's hit
that drive. Here's Gary Mack.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
Still recovering on sixty ninety Southwest Freeway northbound from the
earlier reg improving rapidly matched that break shortly before I
forty five, and then once onto Gold Freeway northbound, you'll
encounter it's tap or two from then on till after
Allen Parkway.
Speaker 4 (36:42):
Traffic building on the north Loop to westbound.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
As you approach the North Freeway, you may want to
step out the door a few minutes earlier than you normally.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
What I'm Gary Mack in the Ability Tree Experts Traffic Center.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
All right, thank you, and our forecast for today is
well wet early and claudy later, showers in the morning,
clouds in the afternoon, high about fifty one tonight, cloudy
still low forty nine, warming up for the weekend though
sixty six on Saturday and mostly sunny skies and seventy
on Sunday, and then back down near sixty again on Monday.
And right now we're sitting at forty five at your
(37:14):
official severe weather station, News Radio seven forty KTRH. We'll
check the headlines now with Cliff Sunders.
Speaker 12 (37:20):
Thank you, Bob France.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
Pretty good piece in PJ Media summarizing this problem with
big city police chiefs and Americans are trying to figure
out who's supposed to be enforcing the law. Well, one
guy who did former HBD. Captain doctor Greg Freeman joins us. Now, doctor,
good morning. How are you, sir, Bob. I'm doing good,
and thank you for having me on my pleasure. So
we're watching a lot of this and we're hearing I
(38:10):
always thought, and maybe I just don't understand law enforcement,
but I always thought local officials, local law enforcement always
collaborated and when worked with state officials, and state officials
with Feds and so on and so forth, because you're
all doing the same job. But it doesn't seem to
be that way anymore.
Speaker 40 (38:25):
Yeah, that was traditionally the way that we operated and
did business. But as unfortunately we've seen over the last
ten to fifteen years playing out in this country, maybe
even twenty years, we have seen these wold police chiefs
and their radical left ideology seeping down through the rank senate.
Is extremely devastating to public safety, to the morale and
(38:46):
the rank and file, and the core mission of the police,
which is to protect and serve.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
Yeah, so what would you tell the communities in places
like this? I just listed a few of them, the
typical spots, you know, the most of the West coast,
but you know Minnesota, Theneappolis and Chicago and so forth.
What would you say to communities of people who say, look,
I want my cops to be cops. I want you
to protect and serve, and guess what, if there are
some dangerous people among us, we want you to work
(39:12):
with the federal authorities, not work against them, to make
sure we're safe from them.
Speaker 40 (39:16):
In a nutshell, that's exactly what needs to be said.
But that's not going to be said because these chiefs
are basically bowing down and kissing the ring of the emperor,
who is the same manager of the mayor, and they're
following there. And let me just say this, I heard
what this Minneapolis police chief said, but that's probably, if
not the most outrageous disgraceful thing I've ever heard of
(39:37):
a police chief to say. And he should resign immediately.
And I can tell you I've got my finger on
the pulse of law enforcement throughout the nation, and the
social media content of the commentary on this chief, and
what he said was just outrageous because he's putting these
federal agents in harm's way now, is what he's doing.
But I would tell the community just that our core
mission is to protect and serve, and let me be
(39:58):
real clear on this police depart gartment should be a
political They don't need to take sides when it comes
to things like this. We enforce neutraally and without bias, race, color, creed,
sexual orientation, where they're protect and serve of the public.
And when they start going down the slippery slope and
saying things like that, it distorts the mission. And let
(40:19):
me just say, these young men and women that are
out there, these officers are literally making split second decisions
that can take an officer's life or take a civilian's life.
And when they get distracted in this political hailstorm that's
happening in these radical cities, it distracts them, and it
does and it's very dangerous.
Speaker 2 (40:35):
Well, you know, and does it not doctor Greg Freeman
maybe even make it more dangerous for the actual federal
agents when you have a police chief like this one
Brian O'Hara in Minneapolis, you know, telling the population don't
trust the masked officers. If they've got masks on, they
may not be cops. Doesn't that encourage people to maybe
even do more than just make a phone call, but
(40:55):
to actually you know, if you think somebody is being kidnapped,
you know a lot of people bring it to action
and try to actually help somebody. He's identifying. He's like
a protester wearing a badge telling them don't trust the
guys in masks. Well, these guys in masks are federal agents.
Speaker 40 (41:09):
That's exactly right, And he is condoning bad behavior because
you're going to have some idiots and imbeciles and crazy
nut jobs that are out there within that population. They're
going to see that as a signal from the police
chief to take violence in action. And these federal agents
out there are doing their job. They're enforcing federal law
and they have the full way of the federal government.
(41:30):
So I'd like to see how that plays out with
him directing his officers to interfere in the duties of
these federal agents. That's not going to bode very well
for their agency, I can assure you. And it is
putting them at risk though. It's putting these federal agents
in great and harm's way.
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Last thing, doctor, if you can give me your thoughts
on you know, Tom Holm and the borders are and
the guys in charge of all of these deportations has
said the sanctuary city policies and the attitudes reflected by
people like the Minneapolis chief. Here are the ones that
are going to get more people, you know, upset and
potentially people who are not necessarily criminal aliens beyond their
(42:04):
status here as illegals. But it's going to get more
of than arrested, he said, because if you just hold
people when we ask you, if you coordinate and collaborate
with us, we'll come and get them in your jails
and we'll take the bad ones away. But if you
make us go hunt them down in the community because
you won't hold them, guess what when we stumble on
others in the community who are legals, we're taking them
with us. What would you advise those particular chiefs.
Speaker 40 (42:26):
Yeah, that's exactly right, and I would say those exact
same words. What they're doing. They are condoning bad behavior,
but you're invoking the raft of the federal government. Now,
if you don't want to play nice with the government,
we're telling you right now, this is what we're going
to do. We're coming in here to do our job.
But if you're thwarting our efforts, we're going to double
down and now come down times ten. And that's what
(42:46):
you see happening and Director Holman. I praise him for
what he's doing, and they're upholding the laws of this
land and that's the way it should be. But it's
not going to bode well for these cities. It will
not because this administration and is going to double down
on the promise of trying to ferret out people that
are in this country illegally, and I totally support that.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
And we're seeing massive numbers of them in Houston as
well thanks to these ice rates.
Speaker 12 (43:12):
And you're exactly right.
Speaker 2 (43:13):
That's what the administration was elected to do and that's
exactly what they're carrying out. Doctor GERG. Freeman, former HPD Captain, Doctor,
thank you so much for the analysis. Merry Christmas do.
Speaker 40 (43:22):
Sir, you too, sir, thank you.
Speaker 12 (43:24):

Speaker 3 (50:57):
This just made my whole day more efficient one News
Radio KTRH.
Speaker 2 (51:02):
All right, good morning, the second hour of Houston's Morning
News is underway. It is seven minutes after six o'clock
on Bob Franz sitting in for Jimmy, and it is
the fifth morning of the twelfth month in the year
of Our Lord, twenty twenty five. You just heard in
the newscast Cliff mentioning the subsidies, the tax credits, if
you will, for Obamacare that are expiring at the end
(51:23):
of the year. These were set to expire at the
end of the year by Democrats. Just fyi. The entirety
of the Obamacare apparatus was passed only by Democrats. Not
a single Republican supported it when it passed, and not
a single Republican supported trying to make the quote unquote
Affordable Care Act affordable through tax subsidies because it was
(51:46):
not going to be affordable. It was going to be
a disaster without the subsidies. So when the subsidies were
set to expire at the end of twenty twenty three,
Democrats said, what are we going to do? Then it's
not going to be affordable anymore. Well, let's extend them.
And so they extended them to the end of twenty
twenty five. And here we are, and what are they saying, Well,
they're not going to be affordable anymore. We got to
(52:07):
extend them even further, right, Chuck Schumer today, oops, hold on,
we got a little bit of a tech issue here,
but we will fix it in h lickety split three
two one. Yeah, here's Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority.
Speaker 24 (52:19):
Leader, announcing that Senate Democrats will introduce legislation for a
clean three year extension of the current ACA tax credits.
This is the bill, a clean three year extension of
ACA tax credits that Democrats will bring to the floor
of the Senate for a vote next Thursday, and every
(52:42):
single Democrat will support it. Republicans have one week to
decide where they stand. Vote for this bill and bring
health care costs down, or block this bill and send
premium skyrocketing.
Speaker 2 (52:57):
If you just vomited a little bit in your mouth,
it's not just you, it is everybody. Can you believe
the hutzpa of this guy? Can you believe the hutzpa
of the Democrats? Saying Republicans, If you don't give us
more taxpayer dollars to funnel two insurance companies to try
to make the Affordable Care plan affordable, the Affordable Care
(53:18):
Act plans affordable, it will be your fault that the
Affordable Care Act that we built and we passed and
we subsidized it will be your fault and it fails.
And by the way, it should also be noted the
convenience factor here. First, it was a one year just
in time for midterms. We need a one year extension
of the current subsidies just to get us through now
(53:40):
because it failed, he bumps it up to a three
year extension, a three year clean extension of the subsidies,
which brings us to what it brings us to twenty
twenty eight, just in time for the twenty twenty eight
elections for the Democrats to then start screaming Republicans are
raising your healthcare vote for Gavin Newsom or whichever left
(54:01):
winger they're going to throw up there. It is just shameful,
and I think everybody needs to let them know it.
Speaker 12 (54:09):
It is six'. Ten good.

Speaker 2 (55:30):
Seventeen good morning to you once, Again Pop france sitting
in For Jimmy barrett This. Friday so what do you
want The republicans to? Do do you want them to
do the things that they were elected to, do or
do you want them to kind of have to soft
shoot things in order to get ready for re elections
in twenty twenty. Six it's a very very tough needle to,
thread to be honest with, you and there are a
(55:50):
whole lot of different people who have different opinions on
this great article in The. Federalists ALL i want For
christmas is A republican party that actually cares about saving the.
Country we're on an alignment and the message is do what
you were elected to. Do but so many of them
are a little bit worried about the popularity OF maga,
now especially after the off year elections we just had
(56:12):
last month and how everything went, blue never mind the
fact that it was in almost entirely blue areas and
it should have gone that. Way but there are some
who are terrified of doing what they were elected to
do because they think it might cost, them especially if
they're in purple, districts or, worse it might cost them
their opportunities for. Reelection but it's a very very difficult.
Thing how do you strategize That we're going to be
(56:33):
checking in here in a couple of minutes With Matt.
Locke he is A republican strategist about exactly, that BECAUSE
i UNDERSTAND i. Do IF i was running For, congress excuse,
me IF i was In, congress the first THING i
would be thinking, about since it's only a two year,
term is how to make SURE i stay In. Congress
but you also want to do what you, were what
you promised your constituents you would. Do so how do
(56:55):
you thread that? Needle it is a very difficult thing to.
KNOW i have suggested that If President trump's agenda doesn't
get done in the first two, years there will not
be a second two years because of that. Flip so
this next calendar year is going to be, crucial And
republicans everywhere are going to be looking for the people
that they voted for to do exactly What President trump
(57:16):
ran on and exactly what they themselves as a party
and as A maga caucus sort of, thing ran. On
and the rest will take care of. Itself if you're
a true believer in lower taxes and smaller government and
secure borders and all the, rest and massive energy. Production
if you're a true believer in all of, that then
you know things will be doing so well at the
end of twenty twenty, six no one will want to
(57:37):
make a. Change we'll talk about, it we'll strategize with
a strategist coming up here after we do trafficking. Weather
now it's six Twenty Gary, Mack you're up.
Speaker 4 (57:47):

THIS Huse radio seven krh, okay AS i. Promise now
six twenty, one let's check in With Matt. Locke, matt
in addition to being A republican, strategist is the host
of The voice of the Working man Podcast, Matt Good,
Morning how are?
Speaker 32 (59:38):
You good?
Speaker 12 (59:39):
Morning So i'm? Good? Okay so you know to your
terms are.
Speaker 2 (59:43):
Difficult you don't have a lot of time to get
things done before you have to start worrying about making
sure the people who put you there will put you.
Back and for some you, know it may seem selfish
because you're just thinking about your own you, know your own.
Position but obviously we're talking about majorities. Too it's a
tough thing to do to, say get everything that you
you ran on, done but make sure you don't tick
off enough of the voters that you lose your job
(01:00:04):
and we lose the.
Speaker 48 (01:00:05):
Majority, well it's called term, limits and we're getting very
close TO i think voters being disillusioned with their. Party
you have to do what you say you're going to.
Do this is a different. Time trump is ushered in
a different era and we want. Results people are tuned.
In they're told by The Republican party that things are
going to get. Done and here we are a year,
(01:00:26):
now almost Into trump's.
Speaker 5 (01:00:28):
Second, term and tell me what's gotten.
Speaker 12 (01:00:31):
Done nothing The Big Beautiful.
Speaker 5 (01:00:33):
Bill but that was something that needed to get.
Speaker 48 (01:00:35):
Passed as for you, know let's see impeaching, judges securing,
elections fixing the. Economy trump's got a tough Sledded for some,
Reason republicans are nowhere to be.
Speaker 2 (01:00:47):
Found, well that's a really interesting perspective because you, KNOW i,
MEAN i look at things in. Cycles in the First trump,
term the average inflation over four years is one point nine.
Percent in the four years Of biden it was five,
percent and in this term so far it's it's two
point seven. Percent so it is definitely getting, better but
not fast. Enough and that's the problem. Here if it
(01:01:07):
doesn't get done fast, enough you lose the, majority you,
know in in twelve short.
Speaker 48 (01:01:12):
Months, yeah but people are wanting, results AND i get
for a time, frame and you're, right we're we're living
in a time Where trump's got to come in and
fix four years of just absolutely destroying an. Economy destroying
an economy on, affordability, cars eggs was the big talking
point for a. While trump has come in and done
(01:01:33):
a lot of great things for the. Economy the problem
is the the the price of everything has not come
down quick. Enough and with, That republicans could do a
lot of different things to make that, happen and really
no one stepped up to do. It and you've Heard
trump talk about nuking the filibuster and.
Speaker 5 (01:01:50):
That's the big. Headline BUT i think that needs to be.
Speaker 48 (01:01:53):
Done The Democrat party will tell you when we're back in,
power you're all going to. Jail we're gonna we're gonna
over load The Supreme. Court we're going to make sure
we got twenty one The Supreme court justices on. There
we're going to make sure that if you did follow unlawful,
orders that's the new buzzword of the last, week that
we're going to put you in. Jail democrats will get.
Results the country sees that and ask one simple, Question,
(01:02:16):
republicans why aren't you doing?
Speaker 12 (01:02:18):
That, well that's a great.
Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
Question we're talking To Matt, locke host of The voice
of The workingman, podcast These republican strategists as. Well what
would you say the biggest challenge is For republicans who
came in with bold ideas and bold proclamations about what
they were going to get, done but because you, know
we also have to be. Realistic while they were elected
to close, borders just Like President trump to close, borders lower,
taxis shrink, government or past what ended up being the
(01:02:41):
one big beautiful bill which you, know contained a lot
of those. Things while they were you, know running on.
That you, know, again you can't get it all done
in one. Year now you're in an election. Year so
what would you say is the biggest challenge for them
in trying to please the people who gave, them you,
know gave them their power in Last. November you deserve
it for another four or another.
Speaker 48 (01:03:01):
Two Rather, well the biggest challenge is doing what they
say they're going to.
Speaker 12 (01:03:06):
Do you, know you. Can you can go out and even.
Speaker 48 (01:03:09):
Campaign you can tell the, people you, know, hey look
i'm gonna DO, X i'm gonna DO, Y i'm For,
Trump i'm Pro, maga whatever you want to. Say but
in the, end The Democrat party or The Democrat, party
The Republican party is. Missing they're. Missing they've gotten nothing.
Done dunes just finally getting, judges appointees nominees through The.
Senate we're just now starting to see some. Headway and
(01:03:30):
here's the. Problem we're going to be In january here
in the next three, Weeks, well this is an election.
Year what guess what these politicians are going to be
doing Starting. June they're going to be out campaigning, again
and they're going to got nothing. Done so you're gotten
campaign and go give me another two years because two
years wasn't long enough to do WHAT i needed to
(01:03:51):
do for. You it's the same old. Racket people are
getting really tired of hearing about.
Speaker 2 (01:03:55):
It, yeah those don't, doubt there's a there was a
there's a perception if it isn't done right, away it
doesn't get done at, all because then you run out of.
Time and that, is LIKE i, said that's a very
tough needle of. Thread but that's what The republicans are
facing right. Now Matt, locke host of The voice of
the Working man, podcast check that, out And, matt thanks
for the time this. Morning Merry, Christmas Merry. Christmas all,

Shortly at the press conference making the announcement, YESTERDAY Fbi
Director Cash pattel got involved in it as, well telling
people what they needed to. Hear and that is the
fact that this was always. Solvable it just took a
matter of whether or. Not it was a matter of
deciding whether or not they wanted to solve. It talking
about The biden, administration here's the, director.
Speaker 18 (01:13:59):
Men and women of THE fabi and The Inner. AGENCY
i want to take a moment to thank The Metropolitan Police,
department The United States Capitol, police our brave, prosecutors The
department Of, justice and our, Leader Attorney General pambondi AND
Us Attorney Janine, piro whose relentless work on this case
made this. Possible as The Attorney general, said we did
(01:14:19):
not discover any new.
Speaker 12 (01:14:20):
Information what we.
Speaker 18 (01:14:22):
Did an investigation spearheaded by The Deputy director and the
adic of Our Washington field, office brought in a new
team of investigators and experts re examined every piece of,
evidence sifted through all the, data something that the prior
administration refused and failed to.
Speaker 12 (01:14:39):
Do sifted through all the.
Speaker 2 (01:14:41):
Data why did they want to do it and the
prior administration did? Not could it be because they didn't
want to find out what we have found out that
this was somebody who was a left. Winger even though
they put a pipe bomb in both, locations they were
trying to sew. Chaos this individual rather was trying to sow.
Chaos this was. Solvable the deputy director of the Cash
bob was, referencing of, course Is Dan bongino.
Speaker 52 (01:15:03):
Been working on for a very long. Time we deeply appreciate.
It thank you for the kind.
Speaker 2 (01:15:07):
Words Attorney General. DIRECTOR i appreciate.

Speaker 52 (01:15:11):
Folks this is what it's like when you work for
a president who tells you to go get the bad
guys and stop focusing on other extraneous things and not
related to law. Enforcement this is what. Happens we had
a great. TEAM i know it's said a lot in this.
Business it was a team. Effort becomes, cliche but cliches
are useful for a reason because they, matter and this.
Speaker 12 (01:15:28):
Was a team.
Speaker 52 (01:15:28):
Effort the director and The Attorney general emphasized that it
was not a new public. Tip this came From this
was our internal work at THE, fbi AND i want you.
Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
This is one other, words strictly pure investigative. Work the
tips were already, there the, information the evidence was. There
it took a matter of following up and actually wanting
to catch bad. Guys and that is exactly what so
many around what seventy seven Million americans voted. For that
is a victory Lap well deserve. Yesterday now we have
(01:16:01):
to focus on what more we can learn about the
motive of the left wing individual who planted those pipe.
Bombs but, huge huge kudos To, pambondi To Cash, hotel
To Dan, bongino and yes To President trump for giving
them the green light to do what AN, fbi a
federal law enforcement, agency is supposed to, do and that
is investigate and catch bad, guys not play politics the

just a few more facts about this massive fraud In,
minnesota just stealing tax dollars again to the tune of
not millions within m but billions with A. B there
are around eighty Thousand somalians In, minnesota and, this by the,
way is part of what a lot of people have
(01:23:53):
termed IN i Think cliff even Had Robert spencer in
one of the newscasts talking about this planned in of
people From muslim, Countries muslim theocracies and impoverished nations like
this to come and all gather together in certain enclaves
and then start voting and start electing people just like
them to do what to turn this Western western republic
(01:24:17):
rooted in democracy into something like what they just came.
From it's. Remarkable so here's what they came. From there
are around eighty Thousand somalians In. Minnesota that's how Elin
omar got her. Job if they contribute sixty seven million
dollars in state and local, taxes which is what we
are being told is they try to defend The somali
(01:24:38):
presence in that. State and in this, country As President
trump has called for them to get. Out if they're
contributing sixty seven million dollars in state in local, taxes
that means each one of them pay on average about
eight hundred bucks to the tax. Burden to give you,
perspective the Average minnesotan Not somalian anywhere between eight and
(01:25:01):
ten thousand dollars in state and local, taxes which means
Som aliums are contributing more than ten times. Less and
that's before you count the billions of dollars in fraud
stealing tax. Dollars you understand the point here That President
trump is. Making they are not a net, gain a net,
asset a net benefit to The United states Of. America
(01:25:22):
they are a net. Negative they are a. Liability and that's,
why especially when it comes to this, fraud we need

Speaker 35 (01:38:41):
This.
Speaker 2 (01:38:42):
Governor Lieutenant Governor patrick said he Loves President trump's idea
so much to invest one thousand dollars at birth for
Every american that he wants to double it up In
texas one thousand dollars from The Texas State fund for
every berth as, well LIKE i, said about four hundred
thousand or so the estimate born every. Year he, said
that's a top priority and it's not going to cost
(01:39:03):
that much in the big, picture costs around four hundred
million dollars. Annually it's about one percent or less of
the total state. Appropriations and he wants to pursue a
constitutional amendment to make this thing. PERMANENT i don't know
about the economics of it. ALL i know that it
sounds great for everybody that has, baby and if it
incentivizes increasing the birth. Rate then it's a fantastic idea
(01:39:27):
because the birth rate in The United states is shrinking,
very very. Quickly in other, words we're talking about serious
shifts in population across all fifty states over the course
of the next twenty to thirty. Years so there has
to be. Something SO i like the idea of helping.
FAMILIES i question the impact though on the. State so
(01:39:48):
we're going to talk about it With Van skin coming
up in just a. Moment right, now we're going to
get into our traffic as we push up on seven,

Speaker 12 (01:41:45):
Newborn, Hey van's good, Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:41:48):
Hey good.
Speaker 12 (01:41:48):
Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:41:49):
Okay So Texans michael And susan dell uh started this
thing rolling with six point two five billion dollars to
help launch the federal. Program It's President trump's brain a.
BABY i guess it's his. Idea tell me about the
economic impact of this in the short and in the long.
Speaker 38 (01:42:06):
Term, Well i'm excited to hear, about you, Know dell
and their family foundations donating this amount of money to
go into these these. Funds but the thing is it's
still going to be taxpayer money that funds one thousand
dollars what they're calling The trump accounts at the federal.
Level the other money will be in an addition to
that from From Michael dale and and their family.
Speaker 5 (01:42:27):
Foundation and now we Have Dan patrick.
Speaker 38 (01:42:30):
Lutentan Gunor Dan patrick also talking about trying to do
this at the state level another thousand. Dollars and my
concern is is that this is just shifting money. Around
you give a thousand dollars into one of these accounts
for a, baby but at the same time you're taking
it out of the pockets of those parents in order
to pay for it through higher taxes and things of that.
Nature and so it's really just a shift rather than
(01:42:53):
allowing for families to have more money in their pockets
to help out with their kids for savings in the
future from the private, sector WHICH i think would be
a better.
Speaker 12 (01:43:00):
Approach that's a very very student.
Speaker 2 (01:43:04):
Analysis that's kind of my thinking as, well And i'm
not Saying i'm against, it BUT i do find that
to be a little bit you, know, counterintuitive to take
money from one pocket and put it in the other
for somebody to spend later. ON i DO i like
the idea if it, incentivizes you, know more more married
couples to perhaps have, children if they know this is
going to be something that's going to make them able
to pay for their child as time goes on and
(01:43:25):
that that account. Builds but the short term, is you,
know is they're taking money, away like you, said out
of the pockets of, parents out of the pockets of,
taxpayers and therefore potentially limiting the you, know what they
can put into the.
Speaker 5 (01:43:38):
Economy, Right, well that's exactly.
Speaker 38 (01:43:40):
Right AND i had a piece in The Houston chronicle
today just notice that it was out now talking about
more of the details on. This but In, texas this
would cost about four hundred million dollars per, year so
eight hundred million dollars per buy, anium because we have
a two year legislative cycle In, texas.
Speaker 5 (01:43:56):
And that's a lot of, money hundred million.
Speaker 38 (01:43:58):
Dollars and there's talk about making it towards a constitutional,
amendment BECAUSE i believe right now it's unconstitutional to give
out funds In. Texas they tried this before and they
weren't able to do, it so they would add it
to the. Constitution but what's interesting about, That, bob is
that that would make move it outside of the state spending,
limits so they can spend more within their budget while
(01:44:19):
also doing, this and so it's just a lot of
shifting around. Instead, look we have an affordability crisis In
texas and across the.
Speaker 5 (01:44:26):
Country we should be looking at ways to WHAT i.
Speaker 38 (01:44:28):
Think we should do is spend less money at the government,
level tax less and regulate, less and also have some
housing reforms that would help to bring down the cost
of affordability and housing.
Speaker 5 (01:44:40):
And also the cost of raising. KIDS a thousand dollars
is not a.
Speaker 38 (01:44:44):
Whole lot for their future if you're going to take
it out of another one of their pockets instead of
empowering parents to do what's best for their kids and their.
Speaker 12 (01:44:51):
Family that's a great.
Speaker 2 (01:44:52):
Point VANCE a cynic would also say that this, is you,
know not too terribly far away from. Collectivism we're taking
money without you, know, uh you know what's the Word
i'm looking, for you without without, CHOICE i, guess from
the taxpayers and collecting it and then distributing it a
little bit the same amount to. Everybody and you, know
that's you get into, collectivism we get into socialist. Policies
(01:45:15):
that's not something Most republicans want to be associated.
Speaker 12 (01:45:17):
With, no you, KNOW i think this against their will.
Speaker 2 (01:45:21):
Is WHAT i was trying to think, of by the, Way. Starr, yeah,
yeah of.
Speaker 38 (01:45:23):
Course they're foreseeing, it they're forcing, it, Right, NO i
know what you, mean and, yeah it's but you're, RIGHT i,
mean this is a part of, collectivism of, socialism, uh
of forced redistribution throughout the. Economy we all want kids
to be better off and have more in. Savings and
we've got a social security crisis coming in the next five.
Years is that's expected to run out of money be in,
(01:45:44):
Solvent so we need to look at something for the.
Future BUT i think this is heading us in the
in the wrong direction versus some of the better reforms
that we.
Speaker 5 (01:45:52):
Need and REALLY i think it comes back to how
do we get.
Speaker 38 (01:45:54):
More money into families pockets And texas, well if the
government spends less they can bring to on.
Speaker 5 (01:46:00):
Property taxes that would be a great way to do it.
Speaker 38 (01:46:02):
Quickly and then there's also some zoning regulations that should be.
Speaker 5 (01:46:07):
IMPROVED i think those are.
Speaker 38 (01:46:08):
The ways that we could put more money in people's
pockets versus expanding government and having this forced redistribution that
you mentioned to try to socially engineer you, know outcomes
versus letting the marketplace.
Speaker 12 (01:46:19):
Work that's exactly what it.
Speaker 2 (01:46:21):
Is, yeah what's your read on what the legislature will
decide on?
Speaker 38 (01:46:24):
This, well you, know we wont have a session now
until twenty twenty Seven january twenty twenty seven is when the.
Speaker 5 (01:46:30):
Next legislative session will start In, texas so that's a long.
Speaker 38 (01:46:34):
Time but we also have you, know the general the
elections next, year and that this seems to be more
of a campaign type of rhetoric from from The lieutenant
governor to get something across the. Line SO i don't
know what will happen next, session but it's definitely something to.
Speaker 5 (01:46:48):
Watch And i'm hopeful that.
Speaker 38 (01:46:50):
You, know the governor put out a five point plan
for property tax. RELIEF i think that would be a
better thing than than trying to hand out money for
these new baby accounts of.
Speaker 2 (01:47:00):
Very fair assessment vance gain, economist great insights into this
potential to Little texans savings account. Vans very much appreciated
the time this, Morning thanks for coming, on and have

Ktrh okay made a little promise. EARLIER i want to
make sure THAT i deliver give you what we know
About Pop bomber and by the, way coming, up it's
seven thirty, seven by the, way And Bob franz sitting
in For. Jimmy if you just turn on the radio
for the first time in a couple of, days jim
may be back On monday in about ten or. So
we're going to be checking in With Brian, Harrison State
representative about The Supreme court decision on the congressional. Maps
(01:56:07):
the districts are good for. Now we'll get into, that
BUT i wanted to deliver on. This according to a
couple of different, reports the pipe bomber that The biden
administration couldn't catch the one who planted the pipe bombs
outside THE rnc and THE dnc On january, fifth the
day before The capital protests which turned Into capitol. Riots
(01:56:29):
they didn't, detonate but they were, planted and The biden
administration apparently.
Speaker 12 (01:56:34):
Didn't want to.
Speaker 2 (01:56:35):
Know they didn't want to know who did it because
they didn't. Look that's the only conclusion you can draw
from the fact That Cash BETEL'S, fbi under the leadership
Of Pam bondy at THE, doj they didn't get any
new tips on. This all they did was go back
and look at the evidence that was already sitting there
from the last four, years and they went comb through
it and, said, hey we know who it, is and
(01:56:56):
they found. It So Brian Cole junior is his, name
and according to, reports LIKE i, said he is An African,
american which wouldn't matter, ordinarily except That Jake tapper went
ON cnn yesterday and declared that he was a white
male just just, weird that's. All so he's a young black.
Guy he is described as a radical Anti trump. Activist
(01:57:20):
he Sued President trump as well AS ice AND dhs over.
Deportations he is an extreme racial justice, advocate so in other,
words one of the anti anti racism. Warriors he worked
at his family's bail bonds company that freeze criminal aliens
(01:57:40):
FROM ice. Custody so maybe that explains Why Benny johnson
reporting on this that THE fbi and THE doj could
quote not find him for four. Years The BIDEN fbi
had mountains of evidence against. Him they had, receipts they
had cell phone, data they had license, plates they had
photos ins of the. Crime they knew exactly who did,
(01:58:02):
it but they just intentionally did not look because they
did not want to arrest, him perhaps because he's quote
one of their. Own his profile destroys the ENTIRE maga
white supremacist insurrection bomber that you, know kind of had
been floated out there by the media and by the
left trying to trying to tie it to the protests
and the quote unquote insurrection of the. Capital On january,
(01:58:26):

Say The Supreme court didn't say, automatically, yep it's, Good
we're all, good go ready ahead with the current or the,
current BUT i guess the newly drawn district. Lines but
they did issue with stay against the lower court's ruling
which had nullified those lines coming up in a couple
we're going to check in With Brian, harrison State. Representative On,
thursday in a six to three, ruling the court formally
(02:00:34):
stayed the panel decision pending its appeal on the merits
of the. Case the practical effect of this is that
the new congressional map For texas will be in effect
for the upcoming. Midterms that doesn't mean it's there. Forever
it just means this is what they're going to do for.
Now and of course that's that's, crucial especially because the
redrawing of the districts In texas to try to get
five more favorable districts For republicans representing the true will
(02:00:58):
of the state has encountered By california and other states
doing something to wipe that. Out so had this been,
nullified it would have been a, big big blow for
The Republican party's hopes of keeping the, majority and of
course keeping the majority is of paramount. Importance As Vice
President vance said a couple of different, times but including
this Past, sunday you, know if we, lose we know
(02:01:22):
what the last two years look. Like we know that
the last two years look like nothing but investigations and,
impeachments nothing will get. Done The american people will. Suffer
they'll do everything they can to hamstring the economy and
make it look as though The trump administration and his
supporters in the legislature led us into some terrible situation
so that they can win in twenty twenty. Eight and
(02:01:43):
if they went in twenty twenty, eight we all know
where that's. Headed we're headed to probably fifty two, states
probably you, know one hundred and one hundred and four,
senators probably an into voter identification, requirements and so much.
More it is going to be an absolutely devastating. Situation
so this these meant terms a crucial and these district
(02:02:06):
lines are a, big big part of. That we're going

Problems Brian, Harrison State, representative joining us now On Houston's
Morning news with a little reaction to The Supreme court decision.
(02:03:53):
Yesterday good, morning, sir how are you? Hey good Morning.
Speaker 5 (02:03:56):
Bob always great to be with.
Speaker 55 (02:03:58):
Y'all and what a beautiful warning it is here in
the great state Of.
Speaker 2 (02:04:01):
Texas it's a beautiful, morning especially because we got a
favorable ruling that looks like it's going to lead to
the new district lines being in effect for the midterms
In november of next.
Speaker 12 (02:04:11):
Year or what does that?
Speaker 55 (02:04:12):
Mean, well it's absolutely a huge, deal it, is and
not only that big, news it's good, news and we
don't always get a lot of good news coming out
of The texas governments.
Speaker 5 (02:04:23):
These, days but this is a very big. Deal the
stakes could literally.
Speaker 55 (02:04:27):
Not have been higher if that three Judge, chanel these
activist judges had been able to slap down our new congressional,
maps which added five New republican, seats and If California's
prop fifty had gone, through that would have been a
ten vote or ten seat swing for The democrats as
(02:04:47):
we head into next year's, election and very well could
have been the deciding factor that throws THE Us congress
to the hands of the radical, leftist Progressive Marxist democrats LIKE,
aoc and that, would as you laid, out to wreak
absolute havoc on the final two years of The Trump vance.
Administration so this is a good. News it's a big.
(02:05:08):
DEAL i personally think we should have gone for even
more than five, seats but it's very good that we
got these five seats as we head into the, elections
and In, texas you, know we're not too far. Away
voting starts in just a couple months In, february So
i'll talk about coming down to the.
Speaker 5 (02:05:23):
Wire but a big deal For texas and a big
deal for the, nation no question about.
Speaker 2 (02:05:28):
It you, know because a lot of people have talked
about all of the different, THINGS i don't know which
one frightens me the. Most you, know the attack on
elections that would happen if they actually got control of
The senate and the, presidency if they get the trifect
again as well as The. House if it would be
the attack on elections by eliminating voter idea and allowing
rampant election fraud to rule for you, know the indeterminate,
(02:05:49):
future or if it would be packing The Supreme court
with PROBABLY i would say they would go as high
as fifteen and let the Next democrat president appoint six
more justices so that they have a superman and never
have to worry about losing that. AGAIN i don't know
what the worst, is do?
Speaker 35 (02:06:04):
You and and?
Speaker 12 (02:06:05):
Uh and how?
Speaker 55 (02:06:08):
Ranking you?
Speaker 5 (02:06:08):
Know, yeah which Socialist?
Speaker 48 (02:06:13):
Marxist?
Speaker 5 (02:06:14):
Uh you know progressive policy is? Worse is a tough
thing to.
Speaker 20 (02:06:17):
Rank they're all.
Speaker 55 (02:06:18):
Terrible we have very few, centrist, moderate Sane democrats. Anymore you,
Know Bernie sanders as an open, socialist used to be
kind of an. Outlier now he's like the mainstream of the.
Party yet they will they will try to federalize, elections
will have central, bank digital currency, legislation digital.
Speaker 5 (02:06:36):
Ideas they'll do everything they can to.
Speaker 55 (02:06:38):
Undermine the border security successes That President trump's have the
last half of his agenda will be stymied in NonStop
investigations and.
Speaker 5 (02:06:47):
IMPEACHMENTS i, mean.
Speaker 55 (02:06:48):
They will do everything they can to destroy not Just President,
trump but it's country if the if The congress falls
in the hands of the of the radical, lessons which
which is their. Goal and that's Why i'm fighting so
hard In. Texas texas should be the number one state
in the, country not only for, liberty but for standing
up and thwarting the plans of the marticle leftist progresses
(02:07:11):
to control The Democrat.
Speaker 5 (02:07:13):
Party So texas has.
Speaker 55 (02:07:14):
Got to be leading the charge here in The.
Speaker 12 (02:07:15):
Amen it's.
Speaker 2 (02:07:16):
CRUCIAL i agree with that one hundred. Percent we're talking
To Brian, Harrison State. Representative are you worried at all
about the recent? Results obviously what happened in the off
your elections last, Month you, know a lot of people freaked,
out but it was a lot Of blue people winning
in blue districts for the most, part in blue. States
but then we also had the special election On tuesday
in which it was a plus twenty Two trump district
(02:07:37):
that was won only by The Republican Matt Van epps
only by Nine there are you worried at all about
what the tea leaves read, Here.
Speaker 5 (02:07:46):
SO i wouldn't say. WORRIED i would SAY i.
Speaker 55 (02:07:48):
WANT i THINK i want Every republican right, now because
there's a lot of excitement as there should have been
When President trump was. Reelected we had a massive.
Speaker 5 (02:07:56):
Victory just last.
Speaker 55 (02:07:58):
Year not to take any thing for, GRANTED i do
Believe republicans are still in strong. Shape but the fastest
way For republicans to lose and For democrats to win
is For republican voters and activists to believe that The
democrats can't. Win SO i think we've got to keep
our eye on the, ball maintain, vigilance AND i don't
(02:08:19):
look push aside the tea leave. Reading in a special,
election the media is trying to basically take A trump
supported candidate's victory and kind of spin that into two
doom and gloom.
Speaker 45 (02:08:31):
NARRATIVE i don't buy.
Speaker 55 (02:08:32):
THAT i PUT i always caution people against reading too
much into any one, election but just stay, vigilance stay,
focused make sure as you enjoy the holidays with your
family and, friends your mind everybody that as soon as
The New year shows up next, year one of Your
New year's resolutions need to be to do everything you
can to get involved in every competitive race from the
primaries through the general to make sure that the Make
(02:08:54):
America first agenda and the pro, liberty pro, freedom low,
tax low, regulation prosperity agenda that should be The Republican
party mantra and is For republicans like, me does not
get defeated in next year's.
Speaker 12 (02:09:07):
ELECTION i think that is great.
Speaker 2 (02:09:09):
