chest by Jones. That's Mulan Hernandez, threatened with a daily weapon,
and is a victim of quote a tale of abuse
to extort millions of dollars. Diggs now hopes to seek
damages for quote defendant misconduct and the destruction of his property.
There were threats coming from Jones that he had to

pay her money or she was going to go public
and ruin his career. This is what digs with what hmmm,
We're kind of at a point where the threads have
to stop. That's why the decision was made to go
ahead and file. At some point, it just has to end. Diggs,
according to his attorney, had a quote casual relationship with
Jones in the months before the lawsuit and the first

alleged incident on June seventh of last year, in which
Jones and Mac the two women, allegedly destroyed Digg's property
and quote refused to leave his apartment. Jones went to
a Houston hospital early that morning for quote nausing and
vomiting after a long night of partying, and was discharged
within an hour after denying suffering quote physical abuse of
any kind. So when a woman comes in, yeah, looks

like she's been beat the hell the first thing to
think is have you been physically abused or anything? And
they were determined that that was not the case. Okay,
So that's what they're trying, that's what they're trying to
go public with, is saying that he abused them, could
have her. Jones then made a second medical visit a
week later, claiming she was quote punch in the back
of the head with a closed fist HM. Dig and

his representatives deny such claim. My understanding this is again
the attorney for Diggs, is that Jones and Mack went
to the hospital together making complaints. She was treated and
released the same day. She didn't see Diggs that day.
The lawsuit alleged that Diggs was punched, actually was Diggs
was the one that was punched in the chest by

Jones in the morning of June seventh, and that several
punches work unsuccessfully lodged at his head. It also claims
that Jones destroyed Diggs's wristwatch and his PC gaming system.
He's a PC gamer see out there playing Legal Legends
documents claimed both Jones and Mac attempted to extort money
from Diggs in the months after the June seventh encounter.

Diggs's suit claims why the receiver suffered quote severe emotional
distress in relation to the extortion and trespassing related charges.
Huh if all, well, this is true, and we obviously
feel sorry for Stefon Diggs because there are a lot
of women out there. And I don't mean to be sexist,

but I'm gonna wind up sounding sexist. There are a
lot of women that are going to go extort money
from at professional athletes because they don't want the scandal
A and B they know they financially they can take
care of them with hush money. H Mulan Hernandez has
put something on Instagram about this. She has a million
followers on Instagram's I believe she's a basketball wife if
I'm not mistaken. Oh okay, but her name's not even

Mulan Hernandez. Hm. M this is gee. When you go
to reality shows, the first thing you do is really
change your name. You change your name to an Asian
Disney character. Yeah, okay, So what did she have to
say about it? On June seventh, I was assaulted from
behind by Stefan Diggs at our residence, an incident that
resulted in a concussion. This is not all graradically correct.

Months later, when the medical mediation his legal team requested
did not pan out in his favor, I was struck
with this fabricated story publicly. This is an attempt to
try to get ahead of the truth that is to come.
I will not be intimidated nor silenced. Having to relive
this moment is very traumatic for me, especially in my
time of healing. Domestic violence is something I do not
wish on anyone, and everything that is done in the

dark will come to the light. So this is a
classic example of he said versus she said. He's getting
out in front of it by suing her. She's getting
out ahead of it by saying bring it, at bring it.
I'm gonna go to my Instagram account and tell the
whole world what would you did to me? And then
there is she posts a I guess a discharge report

from an emergency center. It basically says diagnosis minor closed
head injury concussion, no loss of consciousness, and then prescribed
medication and instructions to apply ice, So we don't know

who's telling the truth and who's life. But don't you
gotta be just if you're Stefan Diggs in this particular case,
you just gotta be really super careful with the company
you keep, right.

involving athletics. If you see a sign for a dealership,
a beverage, a beer, a lumber company, that sausage place,
they always talk about, uh huh, you have to spend
the money if you want to be a part of that.
You want to be in a game program, you want

to be in the radio broadcast, you have to go
to a third marketing third party marketing group. You don't
call A and M and say hey, I want to
be on the radio, You have to call Playfly.

I have a stupid question why, Because A and M
they don't want the headaches.

Correct. Okay, the two biggest companies that do this. One
is called Learfield. And I'm sure if you listen to
any of your college broadcasts, you'll always hear this is
Texasfield parts Aggi football. That's right, you used to be
Aggi football. Learfield University. Who I work for? It's university.
Houston is a liar field. Property at Texas. Texas is
a liarfield. I would say ninety percent of the colleges

in the country are Learfield property. Okay. So what you
do is you call Learfield, you say, Hi, I'm Bill
a real moving I want to spend money. I want

revenue share where Liarfield will go in and sell and
Liarfield will take sixty percent of whatever they sell and
then give the university forty percent. I mean every school
is negotiated, like, for instance, a marketing deal with University
of Texas, it's gonna be significantly different than a marketing
deal would be with Akron. It just seems like to me,
these schools would do their own, make their own marketing

department and keep all the money. It's a lot of work.
Plus when you work with liar Field or you work
with play Flying. I'm not trying to get two business
on you here, But if you're going to go make
a pitch for Coca Cola, if you're a Liarfield, I
can say I can give you ten schools for this
amount of money. As compared to if Texas went to
cook Cola by itself, You're probably gonna get a bigger

share of the dollars when you're with other schools. Interesting, Okay,
so A and m It's like how when they pitch
Michael Berry they throw us in as like throw in Well,
they used to do it that way. Now they don't
include us anymore. But that's a different issue for a
different time. So my point is this, So this Playfly

Loop group isn't a competitor to layer Field and A
and M has been a Layerfield property for a long time.
Playfly is going to give and just signed the contract
with A and M for fifteen years to handle every
bit of signage, every bit of their magazines, every bit
of anything corporate attached to the athletic department. They're going

to give A and M in the next fifteen years
five hundred and fifteen million dollars. A and M is
going to get a check from playfly for thirty four
million dollars a year, and it's up to Playfly to
not only make that thirty four back, but then some

obviously to cut their own profits. Wow, that is the
largest deal in the marketing rights world. Multimani they call
the multi media marketing in the history of college sports
and Texall and him has it good, Trev Albert, You're

doing just fine, Playfly, Get to work, Playfly. I'm looking
at this deal college station text. Knowing what I know
about this, Playfly is gonna lose. There is going to
go out of business. And I'm not trying to joke

you're gonna have to get every nook and cranny of
Kyle Field sold the field, the field, you're you're probably
a sponsors. I'm gonna be brutally honest with you. You're probably
gonna have to get a name change to the stadium

field at Arrowhead Stadium. Correct, So you're gonna have to

do whatever stadium at Coyle Field correct. Yea, probably and

You can't give them thirty four million dollars and expect

But even Learfield, who's got all these schools in the
country that are spending this money on these multimedia marketing rights,

Texas two, and M three. I'm stunned by that that
A and M's brand is not as big as Michigan's. Yeah,
but I mean this is in terms of dollars in revenue.

brand went to you went to Times Square in New
York and said they they made college program? Yeah, now,
a lot of it. Obviously his journalists is based off
of football because Alabama basketball is good now, but it
