I remembered that I'd seen the posters around town about the Drum and Bass on Bike event, which was supposed to be in support of the general 420 parade (cannabis legalization movement in general), and that was it.
I quickly turned on my Tascam recorder and recorded what I could, as it was quite an unusual soundscape for the area and the time.
