138: The Ruthless Murder of Tyshika Askins

Tyshika Askins was a beautiful, 22-year-old mother with her whole life ahead of her. She was responsible and organized, which is why her baby’s father, Alonza Dennis, grew concerned when she didn’t arrive to pick up their 2-year-old son. After finding her lifeless body in the bedroom of her apartment, police immediately zeroed in on Alonza as their prime suspect. With the circumstantial evidence piling up against Alonza, investigators were stunned when a crucial piece of evidence excluded him from the crime scene.
