Set this intention before engaging in the exercise:

The purpose of [CREATING] is to process [FRUIT IN MY LIFE—TENDING, PRUNING, OR PLANTING].

Step 1: Sort Your Fruit
Ask yourself honestly: Am I seeing more of the Holy Spirit or more of my flesh lately?
Make a quick pro/con style list if it helps. Name it. Own it. Don’t sugarcoat it. Read Galatians 5:13–26 + Galatians 6:7–9

Step 2: Test Your Soil
What’s going on beneath the surface in your heart right now?
Are there any patterns, beliefs, or old wounds that need uprooting?
Shame and burnout grow fast when left unchecked.

Step 3: Plant & Care
Pick one fruit of the Spirit you want to see grow in this season.
What helps nourish that? Is it rest? Prayer? A boundary? Honest community?
Remember — the Holy Spirit does the growing. You’re just tending the soil.
