This week, we continue the tale of one of the worst serial killers, ever, with Randall being cut from the Green Bay Packers, but not exactly for his on field prowess, but because he was exposing himself to half the women of Wisconsin. He heads back to Oregon, on a mission to have sex with every woman around, but can't seem to keep out of trouble, as he's arrested & put in prison, where he tells a psychologist exactly what he wants to hear. This leads to his release, and his escalation of violence!!
