21: Discover the Battle Pass Scenic Byway

Did you know that The Battle Pass Scenic Byway inspired Thomas Edison to develop the design for light bulb filaments? Leslie Jefferson, the CEO of the Carbon County Visitor’s Council, returns to Hello Wyoming to talk about the breathtaking sights that you can experience along this 57-mile road, such as the Sierra Madre Mountains. There are also a variety of historical sites along the byway, such as that famous campsite used by Thomas Edison and a battlefield known for a famous conflict between Native Americans and fur trappers in 1841.
