Lourimer me cuenta cómo comenzó su pasión por los recursos humanos, qué aprendió luego de trabajar con empleados de Centro América y el Caribe, su primera reacción cuando le ofrecieron ser la nueva CEO de Roma luego de su adquisición en el 2017 y cómo cambiaron sus rutinas y hábitos al momento de dejar el mundo corporativo y convertirse en empresaria. También hablamos sobre la importancia de conocer una cultura organizacional, el proceso de hacer compras en los trade shows, por qué las actitudes son más importantes que las destrezas y cómo se rediseñaron durante la pandemia.
