We're back for Week 2 of Ramadan, and our conversations about women's power.

Our Ramadan BFF, Henrietta Szovati, tackles the barriers that hold us back from claiming our power: anger, guilt, people pleasing, shame and even abuse. She guides us simply and effectively through the steps to setting healthy boundaries, what it will feel like when we first start to say 'no' and the question we always need to ask ourselves: 'Am I okay with this'? This is essential listening.

Former Foreign Minister of the Maldives, Dunya Maumoon, shares her personal insights about Ramadan in the Maldives. A rare woman on a global stage - less than a quarter of ministerial roles globally are held by women - she talks to us about what it means to be a powerful person, why holding true to your values and representing your people informs what she does, and how her faith inspires her. Plus what was it like to speak at the UN.

And, in our intergenerational segment, Hana and Iman discuss whether as girls they are expected to behave in certain ways, including keeping the peace. And they go controversial on the subject of having a 'confidence button'.
