It began with strange sounds: a little girl crying in the night, cigar smoke drifting into empty rooms, and a heat like flames licking across her skin. Then came the encounters she couldn’t explain away—her father’s voice calling from the hall even though he lived in another state, objects vanishing and reappearing, and the pale, floating face of a young man staring at her from the darkness.
Every attempt to record evidence failed. Her phone would die, photos vanished, videos distorted. But the house had more to reveal. A cousin who moved in awoke with scratches and burns, while she heard a whisper in the shower: “Don’t trust him.”
Eventually, a temple visit confirmed everything she had seen—spirits of a hanged man, a crying woman in white, a little girl, a little boy, a shadow figure. Some were freed… but not all.
Today, she still hears the little girl’s cries. The monks warned her: the spirits won’t leave until the landlord does.
