We love an easy recipe, today, Paulina returns to the kitchen to try a roasted red pepper pasta sauce.

The recipe Paulina is trying out is here but you can find it below with  adjustments for Celsius, etc.

Ingredients: 
  • 3 medium red peppers
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of cashews 
  • 2 cloves of garlic (or more, if you like it! Paulina goes for 4)
  • 1 tsp of thyme if you like the flavour, leave out if not...
