Connor Southwell spoke exclusively to former Norwich City player Luke Chadwick upon the release of his new book.

The midfielder endured a frustrating time while on the books at Carrow Road, suffering a bad knee injury at Portman Road on his debut in 2006, having opened the scoring. He went on to make just 18 appearances, scoring twice.

He still follows the Canaries' fortunes and is excited for the upcoming season under Liam Manning.
