Kent Johnston, who played DB at Stephen F. Austin, spent four decades in the strength and conditioning industry with experience on the college and NFL levels.  He trained East Carolina great George Koonce during his several seasons with the Green Bay Packers in the 1990s while also spending time with other NFL teams and serving multiple stints at Alabama.
