Speaker 4 (00:10):
No, that's better like the hump day thing, like, oh god,
that's better. The Thursday thing doesn't really.

Speaker 5 (00:14):
Vibe you, but you should be happy, Like aren't you
happier that it's Thursday.

Than a Wednesday?

Speaker 6 (00:18):
I yees, I'm struggling to tired.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Do you need a hot coffee? Chuck?

Speaker 6 (00:21):
Yeah? I do, hid.

Speaker 7 (00:24):
Why are you doing that?

Speaker 2 (00:25):
We got the first talk back of the day. Here
we go.

Speaker 8 (00:28):
Hey, JB family, this is Anthony from Santase. I've been
in Asia for almost two weeks for work, but I
am still caught up on every single episode because I
love you guys. Question, would you rather sit through a
singalong version of Wicked, a singalong version of Capop Demon Hunters,

(00:49):
or listen to an hour of Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle
Ad on repeat?

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Definitely not the last one.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
No, the last one's probably out because there's no visual
attached to it.

Speaker 6 (01:00):
It's just listening.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
If there's visual, you'd be in.

Speaker 6 (01:03):
I would consider it.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
That would that would then beat out the Wicked one
because I'm not gonna do that.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
I like the.

Speaker 9 (01:10):
Demon Hunters, so I'm going Kate Pop Demon Hunters.

Speaker 6 (01:12):
I think I would go Kate Demon Hunters.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
I haven't watched it, so I wouldn't mind doing that
one because I like the songs or the Wicked.

Speaker 6 (01:18):
No, Wicked one is a major hard No.

Speaker 5 (01:22):
My daughter was selling YouTube shorts yesterday and one of
the songs that came up was that popular song that
I'm like, Oh my god, we got a gear up
for more of that ridiculousness as the.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Next movie, I Can't take kids.

Speaker 6 (01:35):
When does it come out tomorrow?

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (01:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:38):
Oh no?

Speaker 2 (01:39):
All right, second talk back of the day. Oh sure,
here we go.

Speaker 7 (01:42):
What a JB Show fan.

Speaker 8 (01:44):
This is releases from Playing with Texas And I just
wanted to say that I probably won't be listening because
I'm a save the podcast because I'm a head to
California for Thanksgiving for my girl friend's family.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
And yeah, and I just want to say that I
love love her very much.

Speaker 6 (02:07):
That part's sweet.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
We're not going to listen to our show anymore, but
he's saving it for the podcast.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
For the long drive to the podcast coming out here.

Speaker 6 (02:16):
Okay, thank you the JV show number one and playing.

Speaker 5 (02:19):
You think he's staying with his girlfriend's family, I think so. Yeah,
that's always kind of awkward.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Unless she has her own apartment, but I feel like
they live in Texas.

Speaker 6 (02:28):
Yeah, and they're coming home to visit the family.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
At least that's how I took it. Yeah, Oh that's right,
that's right.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Well yeah then obviously, yeah, that part's always awkward because
like you want your bathroom time, yeah, and then you
end up, you know, like, oh, sorry, the room you're
staying it doesn't have its own bathroom, so you got
to use one the hall that all the kids use
or whatever, and then it just it's not comfortable. I
need some private time in there. Jess knows what I'm
talking about, what you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
I really don't Graham anything you want to talk about
here in particular, we got a few minutes.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
Yeah, speaking of listen to this.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
There's been a mysterious bubbling off the California coast. This
is happening near her Moosa Beach and residents there baffled
by the ocean just constantly bubbling in certain areas, and
theories have just been running rampant about what it could be.
One of those theories being flatulent whales, farting whales whoa,

(03:22):
because they think where else could these bubbles be originating
from a blue fin tuna activity has also been pegged
as that, but you know, big schools of blue fin
tuna are churning up the water, they think maybe and
that's causing the bubbling. Aliens have been.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Thrown out there.

Speaker 10 (03:39):
Submarines, you guys have any theories about what it can be?
Submarines They could cause bubbling in the ocean, and of
course that's a thing down to underwater filled with air.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
So yes, I'm gonna say it could be the whales
along with the whales are both going with the farting whales.
That or aliens, those are my two.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
Anytime there's a mysterious bubbling around here at the office,
it's just down the hall in the bathroom.

Speaker 6 (04:06):
Right around nine.

Speaker 9 (04:06):
Thirty, she always runs back into the stack.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
So sweatys a lie about we sold.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Because they drink so much coffee, Selena has like I
don't know how many espresso shots every single morning this point.
Rarely even leave the studio to go to the bathroom.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Yeah, she's like a camel that we saw. Anyway, you
can store a lot of liquid in your body. Yeah,
well I didn't take it that far, but okay, Well, anyways,
we've solved our own mysterious bubbling mystery here at three
forty towns. But down there in Hermosa Beach, it turns out,
you guys, it's not farting whales. It's not aliens, it's

(04:43):
not a bluefin tuna, it's not submarines. It's just a
construction project by Meta. They're laying some new undersea cables
from here all the way across the ocean to Asia.
And part of the process, I guess, is pushing the
air out of whatever conduit houses these cables, and so
they've been pushing air out through these lines, and it's
causing the mysterious bubbling in the ocean.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
And what is not a farting dang it? What is
the point? What they what? Why? Yeah? What do you
mean there?

Speaker 4 (05:15):
Why you have the project giant undersea data cables that
run under.

Speaker 6 (05:19):
The ocean all over the word we do?

Speaker 2 (05:21):
He didn't.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
How do you think the Internet connects between here and
other places?

Speaker 2 (05:24):
I don't know, like satellites or something that was always
kind of a mystery, you know.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Yeah, it turns out they drive a boat with a
big spool on it and it just lays down a
cable all the way across. That's insane the ocean and
they have those running between islands and everywhere.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Literally. Yeah, wow, the fish, that's how they do it.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
I'm kind of mad that that's what it's causing the bubbling,
though I really like the whale farts.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
I mean, that.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Turns out it's not very exciting Zucky boy laying down
some new cable for whatever they're doing.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Time four.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
The four things you need a heads up on to
start your day.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
The President has signed the bill.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
I repeat, the President at signed the bill requiring the
Justice Department to release those Epstein files, and now they
have thirty days to produce them.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
It's release them.

Speaker 6 (06:21):
It's going to be a sham.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
We know it, all right. The Warriors wrapped up their
six game road trip last night, unfortunately with a loss
in Miami against the Heat. Not surprising since the team
load managed and rested Steph Curry, Jimmy Butler, and Draymond Green.
I'm sure fans of Miami loved that they paid a
lot of money to see Curry and then got Brandon
Pajemski instead. Overall, the Wearers win three and three on
the road trip. They're now nine to eight in the season.

(06:43):
Come back to Chase Center for a game tomorrow night
against the Trailblazers.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
Nice.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
So, the rain will most likely clear by mid morning.
A shower or two could still linger into the afternoon,
but other than that, we'll see party Claudi's guys with
highs in the upper fifties to low sixties. And it's
going to be another cold night, you guys.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Nice, Hey cancer, bestie, heyday, Today's gonna be a seven.
You are in desperate need of some self care. It's
important to take some time today just for you. Part
of maturing is knowing the difference between what you need
and what you want your future self to thank you
for tending to the things that your mind and body need.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Is your dad an astrologist? No, just trying to make
me not waste moneynecessarily. Is that something you need or
is that something you want? Every time you're about to
do that?

Speaker 4 (07:29):
Do you want that every time you're about to order
on a door dash order? He little thing pops in
your mind of him.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Yeah, you don't need that, want that The JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
Tell me that's not a banger, right there? Tell me
that is not a banger.

Speaker 11 (07:45):
You know.

Speaker 5 (07:45):
One of our first talkbacks this morning was, would you
rather listen to an hour of K pop Demon Hunter
sing Along? An hour of you know those Wicked songs?
Or an hour of Sydney Sweeney's My Jeans Are Blue?

Speaker 9 (08:01):
I think yeah, their songs are so good.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
It is already for the JB Show. Here, I'm Selena
and I'm Jazz and you guys, Cambridge Dictionary has revealed
there a word of the year word of the year
alert and it is parasocial. What what is that? Have
you guys never heard of this?

Speaker 6 (08:22):
I've been before.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Different.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
Yes, so boring.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
It's so fun, it's so peaceful, it's so serene.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
Its just it just feels like you're just sitting up
there just like the water cares and it.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
Gives you a chance because you're up there away from
all the mess and stuff like, just.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
To enjoy nature and to appreciate.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
And you're just saying, you got that boat burning diesel fuel.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
That's washing yeah, but you don't think about that when
you're up there. You're looking at the water and the beach.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
I found it to be very underwhelming. We've talked about
this before.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
I loved it. Well, this is nothing like that. Actually, Oh,
it is a once non reciprocal relationship with the person,
like a celebrity. Think of this is why it's inspired by.

Speaker 5 (09:06):
God in a parasocial relationship with my favorite celebrities.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
I think so, I don't ye, okay, it's inspired by Tavis,
Travis and a Taylor because you might remember when their
engagement was announced, it led to such an emotional investment
from fans. I mean everything that Taylor and Travis do
kind of has that effect. Yeah, but it is basically

(09:30):
like this emotional investment that people have with their favorite celebrities.
I actually have seen this a law on TikTok with streamers,
because streamers will build up their fan base, and then
the fan base goes and if that streamer has beef
with another streamer, then they go they go and attack
those fans because they are like, I guess right, stands

(09:51):
ah sort of, but I think it's yeah, I guess,
I guess it would be the new term for a stand. Okay,
so so the fans it's like a deep personal canar.

Speaker 9 (10:04):
The stands, but parasocial implies like.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
The the non reciprocated relationship that is there with a
celebrity emotionally invested. Do you have that with anyone?

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Graham, No, Like to me, you're just describing like, yeah,
like a stand, like you're just like obsessed with some
maybe not obsessed, but like you're such a big gig
you're rapping, feel like you know.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
This person and you feel like they could do no wrong. Okay,
so maybe I don't have that. We're back to describing
a stand again. Yeah, so I think it is like
the new maybe the new version of a stand. This
I think can be seen a little bit more with
like the younger generations. Like I said, a lot of
young kids, a lot of teens. They're watching a lot
of streamers nowadays. I mean, streamers are taking over, so and.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
You really feel like you are connecting with that because
you're seeing so much what you think is behind the
scenes and real day to day life content.

Speaker 6 (11:01):
You know them.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
What I was thinking is like me being like emotionally
invested in like Megan the Stallion's new relationship or like,
you know, like Carty's new relationship because we've been there
for so much, and something about you know, them being
mistreated in the past and now being happy.

Speaker 7 (11:17):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (11:18):
I feel like I'm emotionally invested in those things, but
I'm not like obsessed in leaving NICKI minaj like mean
comments because of them, you know, I.

Speaker 6 (11:27):
Do sometimes just for fun. But you don't know.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
I think we all have a certain level, like a
level of investment into Like I'm you're not parasocial yet. Yes,
you might be getting there, Selena, but you're not there yet.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
So parasocial is the word to describe that relationship, yes,
or perceive relationship?

Speaker 7 (11:47):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
So what do you guys think because this is the
first that you guys are hearing never even seen the world,
I've never even come across it. I think you do
have to be more online to have seen this word,
because I see it all the time. Really yeah, I
see it all over TikTok. People will be like, okay, parasocial,
Like I mean, Graham and I are online.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
But like not yeah, but I'm like on Reader's digest
in sights for like old.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
People in the hubs don't forget about the hub.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
That's what.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
Yeah, I mean, paracial term on there. There was a
lot of reading on there.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
I don't think they should be War of the Year,
but we had already heard that another I think it
was dictionary dot com names. Yeah, that was their pig
there you go.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
I mean, that's to me, a bigger make more sense,
that bigger part of culture, like pop culture.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
You know what I mean, stop copying me es parasocial.
I don't like it. Well, you heard it here first
on the JV.

Speaker 4 (12:48):
Show to go back to talking about parasailings. So you
like it just sitting there in that little harness with
your little legs just dangling there, like and then what
do you do?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
It was so peaceful, you just enjoy the view.

Speaker 6 (12:57):
Were up there with somebody else?

Speaker 2 (12:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:59):
Were they like talking the whole time? We look over there,
you can see the water. Oh, look over there, you
can see more water. Hey, look behind us, I see
more water.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Probably I don't remember. And is it like a side
by side deal? Okay?

Speaker 9 (13:12):
Yeah, it was fun. You didn't like it?

Speaker 2 (13:15):
It was just I thought it was going to be
outdoors like nature person.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
Yeah, but I'm kind of more like the thrill seeker,
you know, like I like an adrenaline rush, and I
thought it was going to be what is slightly more
like you know, like you're getting It's like you're on
a parachute.

Speaker 6 (13:28):
You know, you're a pie.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
You're gonna be like doing donuts and ghost writing or something.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
No, but I thought like it'd be slightly more of
a thrill because there are people that are like, oh no,
I'm too scared to do that, you know, and it's
not scary at all.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
No, it's not.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
It's boring.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
It's fun, it's cute. You would like it, Jess, I'll
try it one day when.

Speaker 6 (13:45):
Don't save your money.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
No, do it.

Speaker 9 (13:47):
You would like it? Here, trust me?

Speaker 2 (13:50):
You want this? Okay, it's not do you want?

Speaker 6 (13:54):
This is your buddy. This is your buddy. Trust me,
you don't need this.

Speaker 1 (13:59):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Happy Thursday. All right, Graham, what's the potato bed sleep haack.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
New trend alert?

Speaker 4 (14:09):
You might see these videos popping up in your feed
because social media being overtaken now by this new trend.

Speaker 6 (14:14):
Not overtaken, but a lot of people are starting to
do this.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
The potato bed is a new sleep pack because what
people are doing is they're taking I'm gonna give you
tell you how to make one of these, but if
you want to see what it looks like, because I
think you really need to visually see it, go to
our Instagram page JV Morning Show's on our story. You're
gonna be able to see what one of these looks like.
It does look incredibly cozy. But this is what the

(14:39):
sort of the nest that people are building for themselves
at home, I assume not real adults, but because like
I don't know, I.

Speaker 9 (14:46):
Can't imagine going home and making one of them, and.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
Making one of these and then you and your husband
climbing into it. It does look very cozy for you
singles out there. Let me just put this put it
this way, okay, So you take that fitted sheet, you
know that sheet that nobody can fold.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Right, I know someone who can fold one.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
That's not possible, it is. Then take a video and
post it.

Speaker 4 (15:03):
Please have her take a video folding a fitted sheet,
because you can't do it anyways. You take one of those,
and then you're gonna instead of curling it down on
your mattress, you're gonna curl it up and to fill
the edges. As you've curled this thing up, you're gonna
put stuff, blankets, pillows, all the things around the things.
So now you've essentially created a bowl, right, I don't

(15:23):
know if you can picture that. You've now created almost
like a bowl with the sheet curving upwards, and then
you're gonna fill it with other you know, they say
stuffed animals, but pillows and blankets and things like that.
Now you've almost made just like one big bed taco
or potato if you like, sort of like a stuffed
baked potato, if you will. And then you just climb
in there into the middle, and you're just in this

(15:45):
cozy little sleeping nest.

Speaker 6 (15:48):
Again.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
Go take a look at it at one of these
things a JB Morning show on Instagram. Are you guys
here for this new potato bed sleep pack? Influencers swearing
by how comfortable it is.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
I would never do it, but I guess I'm here
for it because it does look comfy. It's kind of
like like, I would never do this. It's just it's
just doing too much. But I've always wanted like one
of those human sized like dog beds.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
That's essentially what this looks like.

Speaker 6 (16:15):
Yeah, the finished product of this look like.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
Look comfy.

Speaker 6 (16:20):
That's a great way to describe it. Like I want
one of those.

Speaker 9 (16:22):
But I would never do the potato bed sleep pack.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
Yeah, I just would hate Like if I could do
it and somebody else cleans it up and like puts
everything away and folds them one somethinge with it, perfect,
done with it.

Speaker 6 (16:34):
This is how you're gonna sleep before.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
No, I'm out, Yeah, I'm out. I don't. I just
don't like the look of it on top of your
regular bed. It doesn't look.

Speaker 4 (16:43):
Good compared to a regularly made bed. But talk about
the coziness factory.

Speaker 5 (16:47):
You know. I don't know if I would use this
for to sleep sleep, but maybe like for like watching.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Movies and things like that.

Speaker 5 (16:53):
And that's why I wouldn't want to clean it up
because all the crumbs are gonna be left behind after
I bring all my snacks.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Potato bed.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Yes, Slena's gonna have a snack compartment built into hers. Yes,
it does look like a great place. You know, picture this,
you're a little hungover, it's raining outside. Uh, the house
is quiet, you know, like in your case, Selena, no
kids around. Imagine just climbing into your potato bed on
like a cold, kind of rainy day and then just
watching watching some shows and then taking some intermittent naps

(17:22):
in there.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Oh man, that sounds like the perfect day.

Speaker 6 (17:25):
It's kind of like an adult fort Yeah, thinking that.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
But you just need to have like the perfect amount
of blankets and the perfect amount of like really soft blankets.
That's really what the The inside of the potato is
really what makes it right.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
I usually put like bacon bits and cheddar cheese sour
cream in there, and that sounds.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
So A can of mushroom mushroom soup that too, Yeah,
and some green be.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
Oh yeah, bed.

Speaker 7 (18:02):
Cat.

Speaker 6 (18:20):
How excited are you guys for Thanksgiving? That's Thanksgiving excitement?

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Love? Really, I've never heard of anybody excited for Thanksgiving
that Christmas?

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Yes, Halloween?

Speaker 12 (18:30):
Ye?

Speaker 7 (18:30):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (18:30):
Are you guys joking?

Speaker 11 (18:31):
Who?

Speaker 2 (18:32):
I only get Thanksgiving meals once a year? Like it is?

Speaker 4 (18:35):
It's my favorite Thanksgiving Jess scale of one to ten.

Speaker 6 (18:38):
How excited for Thanksgiving?

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I would say eight, just because it doesn't really feel
like it's almost here?

Speaker 6 (18:43):
Yeah, kind is? I'm not.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
I can see that.

Speaker 6 (18:46):
I can see that my Thanksgiving is this weekend.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
You get too? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (18:49):
First one is this weekend.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
And You're not excited. I am excited.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
I'm more excited, like you know, spend time with family
and friends. Like I'm not like sitting there with my
you know, fist wrapped around my fork of my knife
like Selena like yeah, big mama.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
That's her food.

Speaker 7 (19:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
I mean I'm excited about it, but like I don't
think I hit a ten on the holiday excitement scale.

Speaker 5 (19:11):
It's that me and my sister's all getting together, drinking, yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Eating, mostly the eating.

Speaker 6 (19:17):
I'm in charge of the beverages this year, like.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
Actually making them because you have bar tending history.

Speaker 6 (19:24):
Yeah, well both.

Speaker 4 (19:27):
What the signature cocktail of this year's Thanksgiving is it
going to be? It's gonna be generally it's generally something
whiskey or bourbon based, if it's my choice.

Speaker 6 (19:37):
And then, like all the ladies complain about it, really want.

Speaker 9 (19:40):
That our signature cocktail. I'm trying to find it.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
You guys have one too. Yours is a box of wine.

Speaker 5 (19:45):
I thought, no, I'd be fine with that, but my
sister's picked it.

Speaker 9 (19:49):
Hold on, this is a have to go through our textar.

Speaker 5 (19:51):
It's a cinnamon maple whiskey sour that sounds pretty good. Yeah,
I don't know what that is, but sounds delicious.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
I wanted and be like, I don't have time to
make another one of those.

Speaker 6 (20:02):
It was the paint in the.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Butt the JV show on Wild ninety.

Speaker 13 (20:07):
Four nine, Good Morning JV Show. My name is Sheer
Me Happy Thursday. I have a little grow back for y'all.
My dad has one year you guys as old school
bumper stickers and it says on it Wild one oh
seven seven on it before you guys became ninety four
point nine.

Speaker 6 (20:24):
So I thought that was really cool that Wild has always.

Speaker 8 (20:27):
Been in our family.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
But yeah, I hope you guys have a great day.

Speaker 13 (20:30):
I have a hot coffee chug for me, Thank you God.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
I will how comfy Jay.

Speaker 5 (20:35):
That is actually really cool. What sucks about that is
that what no the stickers? Do you think it would
be worth something these days? Like sell it on eBay?
But like I just checked two dollars. But it's it's
a cool piece of Bay Area history.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
It is cool, and it's also.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
Cool to hear that, you know, generation of generations has
been listening to Wild and that's cool. And that's what
was evident at our event with Fred Warner Thanksgiving food
drive we did the other night because it was so
cool meeting parents that had grown up listening to a
wild and then now their kids were big fans of
you know, our show and and the station and stuff.

Speaker 6 (21:11):
It's just, you know, that was cool, very cool. Thanks
for that.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
Talking about the JV show The Creek, Happy Babby Friday,
no recruits.

Speaker 5 (21:20):
I'm only excited about Thanksgiving this year because we'll be
at Disneyland for Thanksgiving and and Black Friday.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
Forget all that.

Speaker 13 (21:29):
Tradition sitting at the table and doing this and that
and going shopping.

Speaker 14 (21:34):
Boo boo, go to Disneyland.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
Skip Thanksgiving. It's Christmas time, baby, I'm.

Speaker 6 (21:44):
Gonna bone to pick with.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
So why not beef?

Speaker 6 (21:47):
Yeah, we got beef. Now listen to this.

Speaker 4 (21:49):
I just mentioned the food drive event that we did
with Fred Warner the other night, and do you guys
remember where that was? And do you know wherever Buddy
Sadi said leaves us talk about. Now listen to this. Yeah,
because you guys were there and I was there and
SETI said, was not there at the Thanksgiving food drug.

(22:10):
We're hoping to, you know, get a lot of food
donations for the Contracosta and Solano County Food Bank. And
you know, it would have been nice just to see
said he said, because we were in Walnut Creek and
listen to this, because I even personally reached out. I
slid into SETTI said's DMS And I said, hey, I
hope to see you tomorrow at the event because we're
going to be in Well that Creek, yep. And you

(22:30):
know what he said, Well, I don't know where. You know,
I've got to work late.

Speaker 6 (22:34):
And one of the dogs something is.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
Not feeling great, and so we got to stay over
the door and you know, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (22:39):
And it was just excuse after excuse after excuse.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
So maybe ten dms of just your excuses of why
he couldn't make it there, and then to hear that
he can make a trip on Thanksgiving all the way
to Disneyland.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
To celebrate for three days or whatever, but you can't.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
You mean to tell me you can't make it three
blocks to come see us when we go to.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Well that Creek, your city. That's like a wow?

Speaker 4 (23:02):
Is anyone else?

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Yeah? I am? I thought we were friends.

Speaker 6 (23:07):
I thought we mar looking forward to.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
And we went to you and how are do we
actually venture out of our home. We were together to
be like as a group.

Speaker 15 (23:17):
Right.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
It doesn't happen very often.

Speaker 5 (23:19):
It's like a very special, momentous occasion. And for you
to not even show up.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
I've been holding that in for a wow day or
two now, and I just I felt good to just
air that out there.

Speaker 6 (23:27):
But SETI said, all right, come on, shame on you,
on you.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
But we still love you. Yeah, stop do guys. That's
the second time this morning. God honest.

Speaker 16 (23:38):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows and the most talked about stories
happening today in.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
The So, Cardi b Is showing off her new little baby,
but in doing so, she accidentally sparked a new rumor
about herself. So she posted a carousel of pictures on
Instagram yesterday.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
She doesn't show the baby's face, but you should.

Speaker 5 (24:00):
See this little tiny humans all swaddled up in like
like some patriots little what are those like a swattle
blanket type of thing and it says Digs all over
it for his last name, and he's got the little
hat on and he's so teeny and tiny and super cute.
But in some of the photos as you swipe through,
and you can see this on JB Morning Show. It's

(24:22):
on our Instagram story. She's wearing a ring on that
certain finger. And now people are wondering if she and
Stefan Digs are engaged.

Speaker 4 (24:33):
What do you guys think maybe he wanted to make
it official now that there's a cute, little.

Speaker 6 (24:39):
Teeny tiny human involved, little family grown.

Speaker 9 (24:41):
Do you think it's an engagement ring? I don't think
it's an engagement ring.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
It looks very engageing, it does. I just don't. I don't. Well,
when you zoom in, it looks less engaged.

Speaker 9 (24:51):
Why do you think it looks less engagey?

Speaker 6 (24:53):
That looks like.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
There's a there's clearly a diamond on it. Yes, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 9 (25:00):
That means engagement, dude.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
But she has the money to buy like her. That's
what I'm saying. I right at the setting, this is engagee.

Speaker 5 (25:10):
My gut is telling me it's not an engagement ring.

Speaker 4 (25:14):
Ring that's this shape on that finger. Unless it's an
engagement ring, it's giving engage vibes.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
I just don't think it is. I think it's too soon.
I think it's too soon. I think she's still healing.

Speaker 4 (25:24):
Soon's the baby.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
What does that mean?

Speaker 5 (25:28):
Maybe that that was right for I don't think she
would jump into a marriage now.

Speaker 9 (25:31):
I think it's too soon.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Yeah, I mean I don't think she can't get married
if her divorce hasn't.

Speaker 5 (25:36):
Yeah, I mean she's still legally divorced. I mean that
doesn't mean you can't get engaged. She can do whatever
you want, but so.

Speaker 4 (25:41):
Jump right into a marriage. But in engagement, they're not married.
They're engaged. I don't think there is a pretty big
commitment also because they have a kid.

Speaker 5 (25:49):
Together, right, I mean, people can do things in whatever
order they want. I just don't I don't think it's
an engagement ring. That's that's just my That's that's what
I feel. It's my feel, it's my truth. Do you
do I think they're engaged because we can bring the
prediction journal out.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
Yeah, Okay, I think they are. But I also don't think.
I also don't think we'd hear about it if they
became unengaged, Okay, do you know what I mean? Like,
I think they're gonna keep this part of the thing very.

Speaker 5 (26:12):
Behind you show, but we would know if like there's
no ring on that finger, for like, months. But they're
together because if you were engaged, that ring is never
coming off. Mm hmm, there would be signs. There will
be signs.

Speaker 2 (26:22):
What are you saying, Jess, do you think they are engaged?
I'm gonna say I'm gonna say no, they're.

Speaker 9 (26:28):
Locking in, Lock it in really quick.

Speaker 5 (26:30):
Kim and North are dismissing criticism over Nord's finger piercing.
We first talked about this weeks ago when there were
some paparazzi pictures that came out and people noticed, is
that like an open face ring or a piercing on
North's finger? And then we kept seeing this, you know,
in pictures time after time. Well, I think it was
last week they finally posted on TikTok a close up

(26:53):
of the finger piercing. So yes, it is an actual
piercing if you miss this JB Morning show. But one
person on TikTok was talking about how North getting this
piercing was breaking her.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
Heart and she was so saddened by this.

Speaker 5 (27:04):
And then uh, they commented back from Kim in North's
joint account, they said, it's okay with a with a
like hands heart emoji.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
What do you guys think?

Speaker 5 (27:16):
Because now it's bringing back the debate is this appropriate
issue too young? Is this you know, is Kim doing
a horrible job of parenting. I'm still on the side
of there could be a lot, a lot of worse
things that she could be getting pierced, you know what
I mean. Huh, she really wants to express herself that bad.
A finger piercing seems a lot safer than a lot.

Speaker 6 (27:39):
Of the other things things weird to me.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
It'sd know that I know anybody personally that has a.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
I've never seen it. It looks painful, it does it does?

Speaker 5 (27:50):
I feel like as much as you're doing with your hands,
I feel like it can get infected so easily.

Speaker 9 (27:56):
But you can go check that out on our Instagram story.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
Grammy, what do you have?

Speaker 4 (28:00):
Carmel might become the first city in California to permanently
ban pickleball. Sorry, pickleballers, grab your balls and your paddles.
That head somewhere else. There's been a major fight brewing
in quiet, sleepy Carmel, very affluent Carmel. Over All, the
noise that pickleball makes residents that live near the set
of public courts there, said, the noise of everyone whacking

(28:21):
their balls has been keeping them up at night and
just driving them crazy during the day.

Speaker 6 (28:26):
It's very grating.

Speaker 4 (28:26):
I don't know if you guys are familiar with all
there's This has been a problem in a lot of
cities because pickleball is such as popular sport. People are
loving it, but it is very noisy when compared to
other sports. You're just hearing people just whacking balls all
night long. Tennis, No, it's a lot. I'm sure some
people do, but it's a lot less grunty. But it's

(28:48):
just a loud because the ball, the balls are hard
and the paddle is solid.

Speaker 6 (28:54):
You're hearing that wow.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
Yeah, you know, back and forth, back and forth, and
it is very noisy. I know that they've made some
quieter balls and some quieter paddles, but I don't know
that that really solves a thing, or if people like
playing with those as much. But uh, it's not fun
to play with quiet balls, right. No, No, you're not
saying you want the original ones. You want to hear
it anyways. Since the Carmel City Council proved a temporary

(29:18):
ban at the only public court within city limits, that
essentially makes it a city wide ban, and this would
make them the first city in California. If that temporary
band becomes permanent, then it would become the first city
in California to permanently ban pickleball city wide. So I'm
organizing a march today down to city Hall one pm.
All the pickleballers out there, bring your balls and your

(29:40):
paddles down there, because.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
What do we want?

Speaker 2 (29:45):
When do we want to?

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Now the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, before

the community.

have come to you guys anyway, it's funny we give

Speaker 4 (31:22):

a personal invite as well. I should have given everyone.

to sety, you know, we could take a picture together,
you know, well that creek and there was a whole thing.
I thought it was going to happen and it didn't
take it? What do you have to say for yourself?

Yeah, let me see it.

Speaker 6 (34:09):
Let me see your card.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
A lot of people that have, like you've ever seen
people that have like a black MX card. You know
it's metal, Yeah, and it like has no limit on
or whatever. They love plopping that thing down on the
bar top or or you know whatever, paying for bills
with that.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
Look at my card, Look at me. I'm so rich.

Speaker 5 (34:25):
I would too if I had one, But I guess also,
you know how some people can have cards that have
like designs yeah on them. I guess if there was
a design like I don't want to know true, if
it was something stupid.

Speaker 6 (34:35):
Oh yes, it's a picture of justice cat on hers.

Speaker 2 (34:39):
That'd be adorable.

Speaker 3 (34:40):
Good Morning jav shows. You know from San Francisco, the
biggest for the beef. That word is apartment.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
Have a good day.

Speaker 5 (34:49):
See your apartments right now. Those are great guesses though,
because you do want to know how they're living. That's
you know, that says a lot about a person. Uh
not the correct guest though. If you have a different
guess you think you know that word is, then leave
your talkbacks now on the iHeart Radio app because we

Speaker 1 (35:04):
Play more coming up the JV Show on Wild ninety
four nine.

Speaker 8 (36:42):
Is the bleeped out word?

Speaker 4 (36:43):
Kids? Popular guess how long do you wait to ask
to see, like even just a picture of their kids?

Speaker 2 (36:53):
I guess yeah. I mean if you're dating, if you're
about to date someone, I feel like that's an important question,
right and part of part of very important first date.

Speaker 4 (37:00):
Hey, let me see a picture of your kids. Maybe
not first date, second date?

Speaker 5 (37:03):
Maybe maybe second date. Okay, yeah, I think I'm okay

before asking to see their x?

Speaker 2 (37:20):
Oh? Like a picture?

Speaker 6 (37:22):
Great question? And do you ever ask that?

Speaker 2 (37:25):
Yes you have? You do?

Speaker 6 (37:27):
Show me a picture of your.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
Ask when I think I think you already you already
have to be like official with that person. I don't
think you can or you maybe if i'd.

Speaker 5 (37:36):
Agree with that, Okay, yeah, that's a good I don't
think I would ever ask.

Speaker 4 (37:40):
You would never ask, no ever. I mean I would
find out, you know, by some social media stalking or something,
but I don't think i'd ever go to that person.
I never went to Kate and like, show me a
picture of your ex. I mean, I don't do it
like that to see how I stack up.

Speaker 2 (37:54):
You come up with a conversation that would naturally bring
that question.

Speaker 4 (37:57):
Up and give me a natural convert station.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (38:02):
So did you Okay, so let me ask Jess. You're
engaged to your man Reuben, awesome guy. But did you say, hey,
I need to see a picture of your ex.

Speaker 5 (38:09):
No.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
I didn't say like that. I don't remember how it
came up, but I was like, I'm saying, very important
to see what that person looked like. I mean you
get curious, Yes, if you want to know what they're into,
you can't, which I think you can ask before your
official because then that is when you come off with
psycho and aggressive and insecure. I know.

Speaker 4 (38:28):
Okay, so but let me ask this and so Jess
you so you think you guys were officially dating at
that point? And then he had to procure a picture
of his ex and he just had one in his phone.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
No. I think it was like, oh, let me see
that's what your name. Let me find the.

Speaker 4 (38:42):
Soul because would you be upset if you're like, let
me see a picture of ax And then he like
scrolls back, Yeah, here she is here.

Speaker 6 (38:48):
She is right here.

Speaker 4 (38:49):
This is the two of us on a trip to Hawaii,
and look how happy we were.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
It was great until she broke my heart. I'm still
not over her.

Speaker 4 (39:00):
Selena, When did you ask to see your man's ex?

Speaker 2 (39:02):
I don't know if it happened by me asking.

Speaker 5 (39:06):
I think it was me, uh seeing pictures of his kids,
and that's how that's how it came about.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
So that's kind of an easy way.

Speaker 6 (39:12):
These kids are cute, who.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
Cause you're like, oh, yeah, your daughter's really cute. Who
does she look more like?

Speaker 4 (39:18):
You know, Okay, that's a little that's a little twisted
and all that works.

Speaker 6 (39:24):
Okay, Yeah, I never asked.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
I mean, so you still to this day do not
know what your wife's ex?

Speaker 4 (39:29):
I said, I figure, you know, like I figured it out,
and like, also I got it.

Speaker 5 (39:32):
I feel like that's even more psycho like going behind
your back and like putting on your FBI had and
finding them on Facebook.

Speaker 4 (39:38):
You know, I never did that because I knew who
it was in person, in.

Speaker 6 (39:43):
I R you stop them in person in real life.

Speaker 4 (39:47):
I knew who it was because there was like this
long period of time where, you know, between there were
seven years between when I asked Kate out and then
the time we finally went out and we had mutual friends,
Like I knew who she was dating?

Speaker 2 (39:58):
Got it? He was right? Does he don't? Don't you?

Speaker 9 (40:02):
Don't you feel like you need to know about your
person's ex.

Speaker 6 (40:05):
There's a genuine compare much better you are part of
being a human being, Like, yeah, use a tour.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
I would have said that no matter who it was.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
Such a t The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
Thanks for hanging out with us, you guys, Happy Thursday.
All right, before we get to our yup nope game, Jess,
I know we have Vallerdia on hold, Lydia on hold, Vladia,
please hang other just a quick second. We were talking
about asking your significant other to see their ex. Like me, personally,
I feel like that's that's a must. I can't really
explain why. I just I just feel like I have
to compare myself to that person.

Speaker 5 (40:41):
Probably not a healthy thing to do, but I feel
like a lot of people can relate to that.

Speaker 2 (40:44):
So that's what we were discussing Good.

Speaker 17 (40:46):
Morning Dav's Show. I do not recommend showing your pictures
to your ex to your partners.

Speaker 6 (40:53):
I did that once.

Speaker 17 (40:54):
He wanted to know how he looked like and all
of that, and I guess when he saw the pick, sure,
his self esteem went down, his confidence went down. He
compared himself to my ex and it didn't work out.
So sometimes it's not the best.

Speaker 4 (41:11):
Okay, how about that, Selena, you see a picture you
ask because you just do that, You said, I gotta know,
I gotta know what the person I'm dating's X looks like,
and they're just some just blazing hot Instagram model. Would
are you glad that you found that out? Or would
you know at that point? Rather I have not known.

Speaker 5 (41:28):
I guess I'm still a little bit of both, a
little bit of both. I would rather have not known
because it would crush me and my self esteem, and
that's happened. But still, I couldn't just be in a
relationship not knowing, like I have to know.

Speaker 4 (41:44):
Yeah, I mean there's exact I feel like that curiosity
there is very normal.

Speaker 6 (41:49):
It's part of being a human. Jess.

Speaker 4 (41:51):
Would you in that scenario that I just laid up
for Selena, you find out your man's axes just some
smoking hot model or something, are you glad you found.

Speaker 2 (41:59):
That or i'd be a little crushed. But I just
pretend like that's not their ex. They're lying, but it is.

Speaker 6 (42:06):
Yeah, they were so.

Speaker 3 (42:07):
Happy morning, jab show me love from China. I don't know.

Speaker 18 (42:13):
I just hopped on back into my car and I
was hearing about the missing word, and I low key
got suggered because I just remember asking my ex like
to show me a picture of what his ex looked like,
and he would just pretend like he didn't know how
to find her.

Speaker 3 (42:26):
But you know, the whole time.

Speaker 18 (42:27):
He was talking to her, That's why he didn't want
me to know what.

Speaker 4 (42:29):
She looked like.

Speaker 3 (42:30):
I mean, that's besides the point.

Speaker 19 (42:31):
But anyways, have a great day.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
By god, I don't know why I find a picture
of her.

Speaker 4 (42:37):
I have no idea.

Speaker 5 (42:39):
Meanwhile, he's talking that is awful. Sorry that happened to you. Hey,
enough for that X talk.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
Let's bring on on. Good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 9 (42:49):
How's it going going great?

Speaker 2 (46:39):
Commanded by Birthday the far Godesta.

Speaker 16 (46:43):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today.

Speaker 5 (46:51):
And there we get to it's Sabrina Carpenter's latest spicy
move on stage. We have to talk about something that
Justin Bieber recently did that for one's well, I mean
maybe not for once, but for the first time in
a long time. Isn't yelling at his wife in public?
Is it's doing something awful? He actually did something good
and it is going viral. So this guy, he was

(47:14):
recording a video on I Think TikTok and he was
recording himself on the side of the highway, stranded. He
has his red car you can see the hood of it.
It's broken down, and he's he's really torn up about
how his life is going, just really really down. And
he says he moves to the big city. He's just
trying to make it like everybody yelse, and he is struggling.
He has no friends in this new place, and there's

(47:35):
all these rich people driving by in ge wagons and
Lamborghinis and here he is stuck on the side of
the road.

Speaker 2 (47:42):
And then he says he'll be tripping, but I think
Hirstin Bieber's stable. He's like, I think I might be tripping,
but I think Justin Bieber is stopping to help me.
Really and he looks over.

Speaker 19 (47:55):
Yeah, Justice, man, I didn't.

Speaker 10 (48:01):
Know you.

Speaker 6 (48:03):
Do you really want to know? Okay, so my life is.

Speaker 5 (48:11):
He does stup recording, but posted a follow a video
thanking Justin for stopping and sending him good energy and
for praying with him and stuff.

Speaker 2 (48:18):
But imagine being stranded, and.

Speaker 4 (48:21):
Then did Bieber get out and like change his.

Speaker 2 (48:23):
Tire that that I don't know?

Speaker 9 (48:25):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (48:28):
Is that crazy. That's nice of his I think that
was very sweet.

Speaker 5 (48:30):
Yeah, he had his driver to stop and pull over
so we can go talk to the guy and help him.

Speaker 4 (48:34):
A driver, A driver, would you be so conscious that
looks like there's a peasant over here that needs some helping.

Speaker 5 (48:41):
But if you love the driver, he was like, I
might be right now, like I would think I'm hallucinating
if I'm stuck on the side of the road and
Justin Bieber walking towards.

Speaker 4 (48:51):
Me the beams, like drop some cash on him or something.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
At least he didn't say. He didn't say, but I'm
hope he did.

Speaker 4 (48:56):
Hope he did something more than just like, dude, good
luck with that. Sorry driver, excuse me, driver, I need
to go. It's time to go. I'm done interacting with
this peasant driver, driver.

Speaker 5 (49:11):
I mean, judging by the follow up, I did help
the guy out, all right?

Speaker 2 (49:19):
Now?

Speaker 5 (49:19):
Can we talk about Sabrina Carpenter's latest spicy move on hope.
So she has six shows at Crypto dot com Arena
last night, six six shows.

Speaker 9 (49:30):
Last night was the first one.

Speaker 5 (49:32):
And you know, every single time she performs, during her
song Juno, she does a different position on stage, dance
position obviously for the kids listening. And I'm just gonna
describe this latest one careful and you can see it.

Speaker 9 (49:48):
Jab Morning Show. It's on our Instagram.

Speaker 5 (49:50):
I'm just I have an idea of what this maybe
could be, but I'm not sure this is much.

Speaker 2 (49:55):
She would be doing on stage.

Speaker 5 (49:58):
So when she gets to that part of the song,
she has one of her backup dancers, like he like
sprints to the front of the stage. He's now in
front of Sabrina. He does a handstand in front of her,
and so his legs are like.

Speaker 2 (50:08):
It looks like he's like in a y shape, right,
his legs are like this, and he looks like a
why And then she puts her head you know, in
the middle of the why.

Speaker 5 (50:16):
She's like like that, and then he goes down and goes,
you know, back to dancing or whatever.

Speaker 2 (50:21):
What is this supposed to be? Just there's kid kids
in the car now.

Speaker 4 (50:26):
I don't know what it's supposed to be. You tell me.

Speaker 6 (50:29):
It looks just like a very acrobatic handstand.

Speaker 2 (50:31):
Is that all it is?

Speaker 7 (50:32):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (50:33):
Lay people, they're saying it's her spiciest move yet.

Speaker 2 (50:36):
I feel like she's done the Eiffel Tower was. That's
what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (50:39):
There's been worse, Well I think there were, Yeah, there's
been worse.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (50:45):
This is not her spiciest movie. But you're like going
like crazy over this whatever it can be. Hey, we
don't know.

Speaker 4 (50:50):
I want to go back to the fact that she's
having she's doing six Are these consecutive shows, like back
to back to back to back to back, multiple nights
in a row.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
I don't know for sure.

Speaker 4 (51:00):
Staples Center, right, Crypto, that's a big place. Yeah, that's
obviously you know, it's an NBA arena. It's a big arena.

Speaker 2 (51:08):
Six shows and her tour has already been going on
since what last I saw her?

Speaker 4 (51:14):
Last I saw her last November, Dan, I don't remember
Taylor doing six shows here in the Bay Area.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
Nope, she just did the well she probably did too, right,
she did too.

Speaker 6 (51:22):
Yeah, that was they were in the Levi's of the Massive.

Speaker 2 (51:25):
Yeah that's a pretty big, pretty big.

Speaker 4 (51:27):
I mean to be able to have the demand to
sell six straight shows at one venue in one city,
that's a lot.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (51:34):
And if you want to see uh that move we
were just talking about, it's on our Instagram story.

Speaker 2 (51:38):
Go check it out. On JB Morning Show, Graham, what
do you have?

Speaker 4 (51:40):
All Right, it's time for the latest installment of our
brand new segment that we've been doing almost daily, and
it's called.

Speaker 2 (51:46):
Did Selena feel it?

Speaker 21 (51:48):
What?

Speaker 4 (51:48):
There was earthquake this morning around seven thirty, just just
a few minutes ago. This one struck near San Ramon,
a three point two magnitude earthquake.

Speaker 2 (51:57):
Selena, we have to ask did you feel it?

Speaker 4 (52:01):
No, you didn't know, did you?

Speaker 2 (52:04):
We're in the same day.

Speaker 4 (52:06):
Well, I was walking down the hall at that time
to go use the little boys room, and Selina's like
when I came back, She's like, wow, that was fast.

Speaker 6 (52:13):
And that was because someone was firing some bullets.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
In there and I had to duck and cover and
get out of there and get out of their quick.

Speaker 6 (52:19):
True story.

Speaker 4 (52:20):
So I was probably walking at the time, and maybe
but I think you may have been seated at that time,
so maybe I thought maybe you would.

Speaker 2 (52:27):
Have did not feel it. I didn't feel a thing.

Speaker 4 (52:30):
Again, That's just the long list of three around three
magnitude earthquakes that just continually seemed to be happening and happening.

Speaker 2 (52:40):
Right there.

Speaker 4 (52:41):
There are earthquakes that happened all the time, hundreds a day,
and most of them are very small and you'd never
feel them. But when you start get into this three range,
and then we're people are feeling those and they're happening
almost every day.

Speaker 6 (52:51):
What is it telling us?

Speaker 7 (52:53):
People?

Speaker 6 (52:54):
They'll tell you what it's telling you. Be prepared?

Speaker 4 (52:56):
Yes, please?

Speaker 9 (52:57):
Do you have your earthquake preparedness kid?

Speaker 3 (52:59):
Now?

Speaker 4 (53:00):
Cude so many jars of beans and gallons of water.

Speaker 2 (53:06):
And I clashed batteries.

Speaker 4 (53:07):
Old Ham radio got batteries in it.

Speaker 6 (53:10):
Ready, you have.

Speaker 2 (53:10):
A generator, generator obviously, fire extinguishers just in case, A
couple of packs of sour patch kids for one time
to really get tough.

Speaker 6 (53:18):
You know, gonna need some sweets.

Speaker 2 (53:20):
Yeah, coloring books, get the kids occupying things like that.
Lot of puzzles for you.

Speaker 6 (53:24):
You're ready people?

Speaker 2 (53:25):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 4 (53:29):
Selena with a hot take about mozzarella sticks throughout that song.

Speaker 2 (53:33):
Do you want to talk?

Speaker 6 (53:34):
Just can we talk about this?

Speaker 5 (53:35):
Do you let's do it now or save it for
I think you can just throw it in here because
you mentioned this sort of movement.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
I think that we should.

Speaker 5 (53:45):
I feel like mozzarella stick should be banned for like
children under five or six?

Speaker 2 (53:49):
Why because they're delicious, They're delicious, but they are so dangerous.

Speaker 9 (53:54):
When I went to the crab bucket.

Speaker 2 (53:57):
Okay, crab bucket, like to the of Justice favorite Selena
the Cabolt. A few weeks ago, my kids love Monzarella six.
I love mozzarella six. I order I order some mozzarella six.

Speaker 5 (54:09):
And my daughter, she's three, and this and what I'm
about to say happened happened to my oldest daughter when
she was little.

Speaker 2 (54:16):
So a couple of weeks ago, I ordered these up.

Speaker 5 (54:18):
I'm like ripping them in pieces, you know, blowing on
them until they're they're cool, and then I'm giving them
to my three year old.

Speaker 2 (54:25):
And it still happened. She she choked and like could
have died on a dang mozzarella stick.

Speaker 4 (54:31):
Because now do you think she's choking because the cheese
is like part in her mouth and then part exactly
what happened.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
But that's not a choke.

Speaker 4 (54:38):
That's just like it's making you cough because like you know,
like it's hanging in between you know, it's sort of
it in between her. It's not blocking the airwave the right,
but there is a string of cheese.

Speaker 2 (54:46):
Going it's blocking her airways. She is choking.

Speaker 5 (54:48):
I had to reach my hand into her mouth and
pull out this long five.

Speaker 6 (54:53):
Ye hang your chip coming out of a magician's sleeve.

Speaker 2 (54:57):
Gram, I'm glad you think this is funny, like scary
st moment on my life.

Speaker 5 (55:00):
I'm pulling out like five six inches of like melty
cheese from my daughter's throat like sorry, I didn't And
the same thing happened to my oldest daughter when she
was younger. Okay, that one was not at that one.

Speaker 2 (55:10):
That was at Applebee's.

Speaker 4 (55:13):
Probably, so today when we march on city Hall one pm,
what do we want? No Montrelli sticks for kids? When
do we want them?

Speaker 2 (55:20):
Now?

Speaker 7 (55:20):
Well?

Speaker 4 (55:20):
I want them nap, started want this sound delicious? I've
never heard of the proposed Montrelli stick band for kids.

Speaker 2 (55:27):
This is interesting, really.

Speaker 5 (55:29):
What's so weird is like literally is I went to
crab back it with my dad, like literally before I
handed it to her, I was like, oh my god,
he's always scared me because of what happened to my
daughter Keana, like when she was little.

Speaker 2 (55:38):
And then it happened.

Speaker 4 (55:39):
You have PTSD montrellistick.

Speaker 2 (55:42):
PTSD I, honestly do you might be.

Speaker 6 (55:44):
The only one.

Speaker 4 (55:44):
Well, maybe there's other people that have had a similar experience.
And what was your overall experience, like at the Crab
Bucket again. I forgot it's just his favorite restaurant.

Speaker 2 (55:51):
I don't think I'd go back.

Speaker 5 (55:52):
Whoa look, I said it the Boiling Crab million times better, Gramma.

Speaker 2 (55:56):
If we're going to go anywhere that no, Graham.

Speaker 4 (56:00):
Is another seafood restaurant arrival place in.

Speaker 2 (56:04):
The rival in Selena's is Bago Crab. That's but I
recommend Crab Bucket get the Kawa Bunga flavor.

Speaker 4 (56:14):
Kala what.

Speaker 5 (56:19):
Trus me?

Speaker 2 (56:20):
Just trust me?

Speaker 4 (56:22):
The Crab extra liked of places.

Speaker 2 (56:28):
This anyway, we got to talk about what happens at
the at Sunday's NFL game in Spain.

Speaker 9 (56:36):
This is like the first ever.

Speaker 5 (56:37):
Game that happened uh in Spain between the Commanders and Dolphins.
They were playing and they brought out let me find
her name really quick, Arena. There you go, Karna Pa
to come out and sing the national anthem, and almost
immediately people are criticizing her for the outfit.

Speaker 2 (56:58):
They're saying that she wore a stripper outfit.

Speaker 5 (57:01):
If you've not seen this, if you didn't watch the game,
because apparently a lot of people didn't.

Speaker 9 (57:05):
I mean, Jess is just hearing about this.

Speaker 2 (57:06):
For the first time.

Speaker 5 (57:07):
Now you can go check out a picture of Karna
there at the game. See your outfit JB Morning Show
on our Instagram.

Speaker 4 (57:14):
Have been seeing the national anthem our time at like
early six thirty in the morning or something on a Sunday.

Speaker 5 (57:19):
Maybe that's why it's taking you know, it's taken days
for this controversy to reach here.

Speaker 2 (57:23):
But Graham, I said, hold off and seeing the picture
until now, what do you think?

Speaker 4 (57:27):
Okay, I'm looking at it now. It doesn't give me
like stripper vibes.

Speaker 5 (57:33):
She said, like it was like it's cabaret inspired like that.
She loves that aesthetic. That's the look she was going for,
which I totally see. I don't think strippery.

Speaker 2 (57:41):
Maybe maybe sparrow vibes, right, Maybe it's a garter that
people are like, oh my god, it's it's strippery.

Speaker 9 (57:49):
I don't think stripper. Is it very sexy?

Speaker 2 (57:52):
Yes? And I guess we're not used to seeing that.

Speaker 5 (57:55):
When you think somebody performing at the NFL is you know,
specifically national anthem, you think somebody like bundled up in
like their fall coat because it's cold outside, you know,
So I mean, maybe we don't see this very often.

Speaker 2 (58:06):
It's not strippery. Is it more sexy than necessary?

Speaker 5 (58:12):
Sure, but I don't think people should be outraged by this.

Speaker 4 (58:15):
Was she singing our national anthem or Spain's national anthem?
That's a good question. I feel like that factors in
for me.

Speaker 2 (58:21):
Did not know why. I don't know, because like it's Spain.

Speaker 4 (58:25):
Give me a taste of the you know this is,
then you can write it off to like that's the
local culture there, you know, like this it's Spain.

Speaker 2 (58:32):
You know, like they're passionate people, you.

Speaker 5 (58:34):
Know, like, okay, but I think it was ours.

Speaker 2 (58:37):
I'm listening to a video and she's singing the ours.

Speaker 4 (58:39):
Okay, our national anthem in that case, get your parka
back on.

Speaker 2 (58:43):
And I did see this.

Speaker 5 (58:45):
I did see this yesterday case she talked to TMC.
She did an interview. She said that the NFL approved
her outfit days before.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Yeah, I think it's fine. Come on, so what Yeah?
So where people are? People are so mad? Because people
like to be mad at everything.

Speaker 4 (58:57):
The people do need the outrage epidemic.

Speaker 6 (58:59):
We need something to be outraged about at all times.
I'm not outraged over this.

Speaker 4 (59:04):
It's an interesting choice for national It is very sexy.

Speaker 5 (59:07):
I'm not I'm not outraged. She's not showing anything that
is not okay to be shown on TV or you know,
she's she's covered the parts that are that need to
be covered, they are covered.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
But she's showing some some leg. Big deal.

Speaker 4 (59:19):
I guess waste up. There's definitely no problem. But the garter.
I think it's the garter. Yeah, it's just I think
that's the triggering for people because that reads more like
that reads more like garments.

Speaker 5 (59:32):
Okay, But if she didn't have the garter and she
was showing that much more little sliver of leg, like,
there wouldn't be outrage, like make it make sense.

Speaker 6 (59:39):
It's true, but I feel like there'd be less.

Speaker 5 (59:42):
No, I agree, And that's a really weird thing. Hey,
you check out the photo JB Morning Show. Let us
know what you think on the talkbacks. Is her outfit appropriate?
Inappropriate to be performing?

Speaker 6 (59:52):
And we should ban Monzarella sticks for kids?

Speaker 2 (59:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (59:55):
Yeah, let us know if you've had if you have
also mon.

Speaker 1 (01:00:02):
The JV show on Wild ninety nine.

Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
Before we get to our meeting in the ladies room,
I told you guys, I'm calling for a band Mozzarella
sticks for young children, after two of my kids almost
choke to death on that delicious cheese that's all melty
and hot inside.

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
It was honestly so scary.

Speaker 12 (01:00:22):
Hey everyone, Happy Thursday. Selena.

Speaker 2 (01:00:26):
You're right. I'm a grown ass woman and I still
choke on those day.

Speaker 3 (01:00:29):
I'n mozzarella sticks.

Speaker 5 (01:00:31):
They're so chewy and they're so good that they are
hard to eat.

Speaker 4 (01:00:35):
Bine, Okay, So do we ban them for all ages
or just for kids? There's one vote for just a
blanket band for everybody.

Speaker 9 (01:00:43):
I don't think for all ages.

Speaker 2 (01:00:44):
I think just kids, okay, because even though it.

Speaker 5 (01:00:47):
Could I guess it could be dangerous for adults too,
But at least you know the risk you're taking on
kids they don't really.

Speaker 6 (01:00:51):
Know, got it?

Speaker 22 (01:00:52):
Hey, guys, I got a comment on Selena's mozzarella stick thing.
She's right, don't like kids eat them. I probably my
favorite snack growing up, and I probably choked on the
cheese at least a few times in my life and
thought I was gonna die.

Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
Love you guys.

Speaker 4 (01:01:07):
See, Okay, there's one there's one vote for a kid
ban your kids.

Speaker 9 (01:01:11):
Can your kids eat monzrella sticks?

Speaker 7 (01:01:13):
Graham?

Speaker 4 (01:01:13):
I don't know that they've had them that many times.
I'm trying to think. I couldn't tell you if they
really have eaten montrell sticks or not. I'm sure at
some point, Okay, knowing what I know now Monterelli sticks,
I as an adult, have choked on Montrelli sticks.

Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
Probably a handful of times where the cheese is just
not going down the same way as the.

Speaker 3 (01:01:35):
Rest of the cheese stick, or it.

Speaker 5 (01:01:38):
Goes out before you're ready for it to go down
and you start choking.

Speaker 3 (01:01:41):
So this is dangerous for kids.

Speaker 19 (01:01:43):
And adults, but I will continue to eat them anyways.

Speaker 4 (01:01:47):
I mean, that's a second you're assuming that rich, right,
But that's the second vote my mind for an adult
band as well. So we got two votes for a
kid band, two votes for an adult band.

Speaker 21 (01:01:55):
Wow.

Speaker 19 (01:01:56):
Hi, good morning. This is Frankie from Aden Valley Late.
I just trying to make a comment about the Mountarellistics. Yes,
I definitely I'm traumatized. And not only I was traumatized,
but my youngest son, he's now fourteen, still traumatized. Every
time he eats a Monzarellistic.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
They'll say, hey, mom, remember.

Speaker 19 (01:02:16):
That one time when I was so little and almost
died and choked on that Monzarelli stick.

Speaker 3 (01:02:20):
So yeah, I think it's traumatizing for everybody.

Speaker 5 (01:02:22):
Oh my god, I am so not that I'm glad
that happened, but I'm just I'm glad it's not just my.

Speaker 3 (01:02:29):
Kids.

Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Yes, it is such a scary.

Speaker 6 (01:02:34):
It apparently a major health hazard.

Speaker 4 (01:02:36):
So we should issue this warning to anybody that's thinking
about having delicious food later Montsreli sticks not Okay, Jenney
from Castor Value ran out of time there didn't get
to play her talk back. She shared a similar experience
from when she was growing up, also almost choked and
died on a Montarelli stick. I guess we have to
organize the march today down the city hall. You have
to what do we want?

Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
No more delicious cheese?

Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
Yeah, they're canceled now.

Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
And the one thing I wonder is, as you know,
in the most litigious nation on the planet, where we
sue for everything, how the Monzarella stick companies, how's the
big mozzarella companies not been you know, suit over?

Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
You sue the restaurant that's making it? Can you No?
I don't think so, because technically you could choke on
any type of food. It's just kind of.

Speaker 9 (01:03:21):
Right, And if you do that at an establishment, can
you sue.

Speaker 4 (01:03:24):
I mean, anything that's a choking hazard for kids immediately
gets pulled from the shelves, whatever manufacturers making, whatever toy
or anything, any sort of choking hazard.

Speaker 6 (01:03:32):
There's got to be warnings all over it.

Speaker 4 (01:03:34):
I don't remember getting a warning label the last time
I ordered Delicious a basket of monstrel sticks.

Speaker 2 (01:03:39):
Oh, they're so good at the marin Arasace.

Speaker 4 (01:03:41):
I'm going to contact an attorney see if we got
a case.

Speaker 5 (01:03:44):
Thank you, where's my jewelry? Can we talk about this
woman who is single, no children, and she's saying that
married women are so self centered, and her post on

(01:04:04):
TikTok has millions of views. People are debating this in
the comments, and a lot of people are taking her side.
I want to know what you guys think. I'm gonna
play just a snippet of her video right here.

Speaker 23 (01:04:17):
For some reason, single women are expected to forgive their
married female friends for anything. We're meant to be understanding,
ever available, ever accessible. We're meant to support them through
all of the life events that they experience, pregnancy, proposals, engagements, destination, weddings.
But really, if ever do married women really allocate time

(01:04:42):
and investment into their single friends life event?

Speaker 5 (01:04:45):
All right, so married women don't care about their singles
friends life events. But we're going to baby showers and
traveling abroad to your stupid wedding and bachelorette parties and
all this stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
So what single people life events? Is she talking about?

Speaker 23 (01:05:00):
The promotion a Korea move, a moving home, traveling, any
other achievement that isn't related to a man.

Speaker 6 (01:05:10):
I'm supposed to celebrate you traveling to wife.

Speaker 2 (01:05:12):
That's what I what. That's what I just wanted to
ask now, And maybe she meant traveling as in like
planning a trip together, like.

Speaker 5 (01:05:19):
Just anything that's a momentous occasion in her life. She
feels like her married friends are not celebrating her, and
a lot of people that are single in the comments
are agreeing with her that once you become married or
you have kids, you expect the entire world to revolve
around you. Everybody has to bow down and go to
your events. But you're not doing anything for your single friends.

Speaker 4 (01:05:41):
I understand the premise of it, because there are sort
of more milestones associated with the getting engaged, the getting in,
getting married, having kids, and all those things and the
baby showers, there are more milestone and like more celebratory
moments I guess attached to that. But also so it's
a little excity to find the equivalent on the other side, thank.

Speaker 2 (01:06:02):
You, it's like what do you want?

Speaker 5 (01:06:03):
Okay, you got a promotion? Am I do you want
like a gift? Like that's nerds?

Speaker 6 (01:06:07):
I should celebrate your friend.

Speaker 2 (01:06:08):
You shit, And if you had a party to celebrate
guess it would be there. Probably you're married friends to
celebrate you. But are you throwing parties and get togethers
and having registries like no, you're not, maybe because some
people feel like, uh, I think sometimes maybe people that
do have a family, they get a little bit offended
if like their single friends aren't going to like, oh,

(01:06:30):
why weren't you at my kid's first birthday party or
second birthday party or this or this or this, And
it's like what about the other way around? Like are
you showing up for them as well? That's what she says.

Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
She says a lot of times it's those married friends
that aren't They're late, they're not going at all.

Speaker 23 (01:06:44):
I myself had many times when we've had an arrangement
to meet up.

Speaker 7 (01:06:48):
I've made the effort. In fact, very recently, I traveled
all the.

Speaker 23 (01:06:51):
Way to the UK because I had some work to
do and one or two of the arrangements I had.
But with married women, I got there one time, they
were late, one for got about the location altogether.

Speaker 2 (01:07:02):
Got there.

Speaker 7 (01:07:03):
She was distracted entirely with her children.

Speaker 23 (01:07:05):
It's like I've come from another country to catch up
with you.

Speaker 7 (01:07:09):
We didn't have to do this.

Speaker 2 (01:07:11):
Do you guys have a response to that or any
any thoughts. I mean, I think just as a friend,
you should still put in the effort no matter what,
like whether you're single and you're out traveling the world, whatever,
put in the effort to when you get back see
your friend. If you have a family, put in a
little bit.

Speaker 9 (01:07:28):
I agree with that, but you have to be understanding.

Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
And it's not something that we're trying to like brag
about or rub in your face that we have.

Speaker 5 (01:07:34):
Oh right, you know, kids and a family. But once
you get to that point in life, if you choose to,
that just takes precedent over anything else, right, And I think.

Speaker 2 (01:07:43):
That's under that's understandable. See from that to her, she
doesn't be very understanding.

Speaker 4 (01:07:48):
I think it's a good reminder for you know, people
that are in relationships to remember to do things with
the single friends and try to. You do have to
make that extra effort because it is easy to default
back to again the stuff that you know, married couples
go through in the weddings and all the baby showers
and all that stuff that ends up being the time
that all your group of friend gets together. A group

(01:08:10):
of friends gets together together, and and it's around stuff
like that. So you need to carve out those moments,
like your single friend they got their third cat, like
you should hold them a party and a bit in a.

Speaker 2 (01:08:21):
Shower for we'll s your cat a party. But do
you think that it is kind of easier for people
who do have families to kind of make an excuse
if they're like, oh, like go oh, it's a great
I feel like for me that I don't have kids,
I'm like, I feel like.

Speaker 4 (01:08:36):
Jimmy's got a running nose. We're not going to be
able to make it to your cat's birthday party. Sorry,
I don't want to get other people they're sick.

Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
Like when people don't have kids versus the people that
do have kids, I feel like the person with kids
is able to even like at jobs, right, they're able
to be like, oh I can't, I gotta go like
pick up my kids, right, Timmy's got soccer practice.

Speaker 4 (01:08:55):
I would love to be there for your cat's bot
mitz foot, but I just we're not gonna be able.

Speaker 6 (01:08:59):
To make it, because great, you bet a soccer game.

Speaker 2 (01:09:01):
To get out of things.

Speaker 5 (01:09:02):
But but and it's only a good excuse because everybody
knows that kid does take priority over anything else. Same
thing with I mean even married people without kids.

Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
It's like, this is your life partner.

Speaker 5 (01:09:14):
Not to say that your friendships are gonna become less important,
but I feel like your spouse is going to.

Speaker 2 (01:09:19):
Just move up a couple of notches because that's your
life partner. Tim's got our big needs.

Speaker 6 (01:09:25):
Big science project we got to work on. We're not
going to be able to make it for that party.

Speaker 4 (01:09:29):
I know your cat just spoke its first word, but
we are not going to be there for it. I
will send a gift along planet science project or whatever
your kids need.

Speaker 2 (01:09:38):
We're gonna continue this meeting in the ladies room next.

Speaker 1 (01:09:41):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 5 (01:09:44):
Moventy for nine, The Bays Number one hit music station,
Happy Thursday, It's the JV Show. I'm Selena and I'm
just that to our meeting in the ladies room. We
were just talking about this single woman on TikTok who
posted a video and she was like, married women are
so self centered. We are expected to go to baby
showers and bachelorette parties and destination weddings and engagement parties

(01:10:05):
and celebrate your pregnancy and all these other things because
of you finding a man.

Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
And getting married.

Speaker 5 (01:10:11):
Meanwhile, as single people, we don't get any of that
same treatment. You don't celebrate our promotions at work, any
other life achievements that we may go through.

Speaker 24 (01:10:20):
Good Morning JV Show. So on the married women topic,
as a single woman, I can say that I don't
believe married women are selfish. I think they are self involved.
And I don't mean that in it independently selfish way.
I mean that in a familial unit way. So it's

(01:10:42):
not import taste for someone to be focused on themselves,
but everyone else matters too.

Speaker 4 (01:10:49):
Yeah, don't forget about the single time. Yes, you're too
self involved.

Speaker 2 (01:10:54):
And that's the whole point of her video.

Speaker 5 (01:10:55):
She was just like, just don't forget about your single friends,
they need to be celebrated and feel wanted and you know,
all that good stuff at the same time.

Speaker 4 (01:11:02):
But single friends, if they then find the person or
whatever and then start going through those milestones, they're gonna
they they would be the same so happily, except everyone's
celebrating them during those times.

Speaker 9 (01:11:14):
That's a great point. That's a great point.

Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
But at least that last talk back, you're you get it.
It's like we're just at a different point in our
life where it's not to be selfish, but we move
as a family unit now, right, But I think the
efforts should still be there on both parts. True, you.

Speaker 19 (01:11:32):
You need some new friends, that's her problem.

Speaker 4 (01:11:35):
How about that if your friends aren't celebrating you, you
need some new friends. Yeah, that's this lady's problem.

Speaker 5 (01:11:40):
Yeah, if you don't feel appreciated, maybe that is some
good advice. Be friends with somebody who does.

Speaker 2 (01:11:45):
But I think do you think that there's also so
on the other side of things. Do you think that
maybe sometimes married married people in general, they tend to
be like, oh, well you're single, like you don't have
anything to do, like or what like, what you're doing
isn't as important as what I'm doing because I'm doing
it for my family, Like whereas I don't think that
that that it should be, Like I think there should

(01:12:06):
still be some importance into what the singles.

Speaker 5 (01:12:09):
I'll be honest, Yeah, I do think that sometimes, like like, what,
you don't have any kids, what could you possibly have
to do like on a Saturday?

Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
Like come on?

Speaker 6 (01:12:16):
But then but maybe I.

Speaker 2 (01:12:18):
Don't have kids specifically for that reason because I don't
want to do anything on Saturday, you know what I mean?

Speaker 9 (01:12:22):
Like, yeah, but I'm just saying that is a good point.
Just a lot of people.

Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
Do you think that? But again, it does. It does
come back to that other top back, like you're picking
your friends because these are people that care about you
and they're gonna make the time for you. You know.

Speaker 4 (01:12:35):
So it does, but you do have all day free
like hey, just as a cat.

Speaker 2 (01:12:41):
Yeah, I have a cat to take care of Graham,
I have shows to watch, I have naps to take it.

Speaker 20 (01:12:47):
I kind of understand the lady about celebrating your single
friends and being more available, but also like single friends
need to understand that when you're married or you're in
a serious relationship, you're now taking on your partner's family

(01:13:07):
and your partner's friends.

Speaker 3 (01:13:08):
So you've taken on a whole new.

Speaker 20 (01:13:12):
Set of like people in your life, and that you
also have to accommodate.

Speaker 4 (01:13:16):
You've taken on a whole new set of people that
are now more important than your single friends.

Speaker 5 (01:13:20):
Translation and kind of it doesn't make your single friends
any less important. You just have a whole new batch
of people that are now important to you too.

Speaker 2 (01:13:30):
And your time is very limited, like time goes by
so fast? Are only so many hours in a day,
and you have your doesn't have anything to do. See
the judgment.

Speaker 9 (01:13:44):
We'll do one more talk back on this morning.

Speaker 15 (01:13:46):
Jamie shows is Alli from Free brom.

Speaker 3 (01:13:49):
I just want to say, what kind of friends does
she have?

Speaker 15 (01:13:53):
Because I'm married and I have friends that are single,
and we all celebrate her.

Speaker 3 (01:14:00):
Matter of fact, she just graduated and we all celebrated her.
We all showed up for her graduation, and we took
her out to dinner. So what kind of friend does
she have that doesn't celebrate her?

Speaker 4 (01:14:10):
That sounds like a pity thing. You're like, we feel
bad for her. We should probably take her out because
nobody else is going to celebrate her graduation.

Speaker 6 (01:14:17):
So we should probably do it.

Speaker 5 (01:14:18):
I feel like maybe, maybe, yeah, maybe she's right that
TikToker just has some really bad friends, because I feel
for the most part, like if you're friends with anybody,
any milestone they reach, you're gonna be there for that person.

Speaker 2 (01:14:28):
You're going to celebrate them. What the woman was saying
in that.

Speaker 9 (01:14:32):
TikTok celebrate you for traveling, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:14:36):
I'm not gonna I'm not going to do that. You'd again.
But again, like that's not the only thing that she mentioned,
Like she mentioned like, hey, I traveled all this way
to spend a little bit of time to see you, like,
and you're not even paying attention to me when we

(01:14:56):
are in this like gathering. That I understand.

Speaker 5 (01:15:00):
But you also need to understand that as a person
with kids, because I am that person with kids, and yeah,
no matter where I am, I'm constantly checking on what
they're doing, if they're okay, my daughter's location or whatever.

Speaker 9 (01:15:11):
You just have to understand that that that's who I
am now a mom.

Speaker 6 (01:15:16):
I know we're up against it for time, but I'd
like to just play the one last talk and this
is going to.

Speaker 14 (01:15:22):
This lady is speaking the truth about how Mary friends
they like dump. They single friends. Pretty much all my
well former single friends that got married. I've been in
the wedding and then I get dumb, like a bad habit.

(01:15:43):
This is Ziana from all.

Speaker 7 (01:15:45):
That that.

Speaker 2 (01:15:48):
She's just as important as them. She needs to appreciated.
Oh my god, that does that does suck? Make more
time for your friends.

Speaker 9 (01:15:58):
Okay, I guess that that is the the bottom line.

Speaker 5 (01:16:01):
Everyone does deserve to feel wanted and appreciated. And yeah, Birdy,
so just let's just do.

Speaker 6 (01:16:05):
That for show up to the cat birthday party as.

Speaker 2 (01:16:08):
Dumb as you think it is.

Speaker 6 (01:16:09):
Just go bring a gift.

Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
It'll stop all the time. I mean, we have to
show up to all of your kids' birthday parties every
single Yeah. Wow, So it's true Jess does hate kids,
because I've been saying all along showing.

Speaker 6 (01:16:21):
Up unpopular opinion.

Speaker 4 (01:16:23):
But I'm with you on the young kid's birthday, the
one and two year old birthday parties, like that kid
doesn't even know him.

Speaker 2 (01:16:28):
Here had a baby shower, like right a year ago.

Speaker 4 (01:16:32):
We just showered you before this thing, and now it's
just laying there in a blanket, blinking like he doesn't
know him.

Speaker 6 (01:16:37):
At the birthday party the gift thing.

Speaker 5 (01:16:40):
Because the woman that left that posted the initial TikTok
that we were talking about. One of the other things
that came up was the gift registries. It's like, once
you gotta get married and have kids, I have to
buy you.

Speaker 2 (01:16:49):
So many gifts. Meanwhile I get nothing good.

Speaker 5 (01:16:53):
But I mean, should should she have like a gift
registry for getting a promotion at work? Like there's just
nothing that requires you needing more stuff Christmas.

Speaker 6 (01:17:02):
Being a human being requires more.

Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
Stuff, yes, but that goes both ways. So I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:17:08):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine, So.

Speaker 2 (01:17:11):
This is going to be the last talk bag.

Speaker 5 (01:17:13):
This is going to be the last talking about the
woman on TikTok who says married women are so self centered.

Speaker 3 (01:17:19):
Let's be completely honest. Single people, you guys, do not have.

Speaker 21 (01:17:23):
A life even similar to someone who's married and has children.

Speaker 3 (01:17:28):
If you guys want to have a meltdown.

Speaker 21 (01:17:29):
About it, have your meltdown, but realistically you cannot compare.

Speaker 3 (01:17:33):
And also if your single friends can't stick with you through.

Speaker 21 (01:17:36):
This era of your life where your life is all
about your kids and your family, which isn't always going
to be like this, but if they can't stick with
you through this period of your life that will eventually
go back to normal, then they're not your friends and
you're better off with of them.

Speaker 2 (01:17:48):
Wow, but you were single at one point too, everybody was,
so did you.

Speaker 9 (01:17:54):
Maybe she was there for her married friends and celebrated
this good.

Speaker 2 (01:17:59):
Each other because I think I think everyone's milestones are
still just as important. Agreed that Obviously a life with
kids and very you know, very different, a lot of
random things that can come up. But I think it's
you shouldn't discredit what a single person has going on
in their own life too, Can.

Speaker 9 (01:18:18):
I be honest?

Speaker 5 (01:18:19):
Yeah, I do feel like someone getting engaged or married
or having a baby, it's a little bit of a
bigger milestone than somebody traveling.

Speaker 4 (01:18:27):
Wow, all right, that's just maya at Selena on air
angry single people.

Speaker 6 (01:18:34):
Can do you think somebody.

Speaker 5 (01:18:36):
Traveling to Hawaii is like more important than somebody having
a baby or like getting married.

Speaker 4 (01:18:40):
They very bravely got on that flight, Selena, and they
don't want to sit all day by the swimming pool.

Speaker 2 (01:18:48):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (01:18:49):
My dad, my grandpa didn't die on the beaches of Normandy,
so they could just go over there, So why you
drinking my ties all day long?

Speaker 16 (01:18:57):
And the most talked about stories happening today and didn't
die on the beach of this normany We're putting a
wrap on that.

Speaker 9 (01:19:03):
That was the last hotback.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Kim Ka got the Bible back.

Speaker 5 (01:19:07):
You guys, what remember I told you when she was
trying to buy her dad's Bible from OJ's estate.

Speaker 2 (01:19:14):
This is the one that her dad, Robert.

Speaker 9 (01:19:17):
Kardashian Senior, gave to OJ.

Speaker 5 (01:19:21):
When he was going through like the whole murder trials
and all that stuff. He gave him this this Bible
at his house and it had like a handwritten note
to OJ from Robert Kardashian. The estate has been, you know,
trying to auction this thing off, and kim first offered
fifteen thousand dollars to get the Bible back, and she
really wanted it for sentimental value. They rejected her offer,

(01:19:42):
and then she went on her show talking about how
she would have negotiated.

Speaker 2 (01:19:44):
Further, but the estate like wanted no part.

Speaker 5 (01:19:47):
So what she did, and this was shown in this
new episode of The Kardashians that is out today.

Speaker 2 (01:19:53):
She went and she put another offer in under.

Speaker 5 (01:19:57):
An alias Smart for eight eight thousand dollars and she
got the Bible back, you guys.

Speaker 9 (01:20:03):
And this is what she showed to her sisters on
this most recent episode.

Speaker 5 (01:20:07):
Of the show. And it show's Chloe sitting at the
table and you see the handwritten note, and you know
the gold lettering on the front that has her dad's name,
and it was a very emotional moment for them.

Speaker 2 (01:20:16):
You know who's not happy about this.

Speaker 5 (01:20:18):
OJ's attorney, Oh, doesn't like that it's become a storyline
on the show. He said to TMZ, I like how
she's trying to friend the story as I'm trying to
keep it from her.

Speaker 2 (01:20:28):
No wonder she can't pass the.

Speaker 4 (01:20:29):
Bar z.

Speaker 6 (01:20:32):
Wow shots fired. But I mean that's kind of funny.

Speaker 2 (01:20:36):
Ah, that is good, didn't What is her?

Speaker 4 (01:20:39):
I get it has an inscription from her late father,
but it's also an inscription to OJ, who, yeah, was
a murder So why do you want to sentimental message
written from your dad to adopt?

Speaker 5 (01:20:54):
I think it's less about I think it's less about
who it was for. It was more just like, Hey,
this is my dad that has his actual handwriting. He
held on to this day to day. This was his
I want this.

Speaker 6 (01:21:05):
But then he gave it as a gift to a murderer. Yeah,
so I don't want to.

Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
I mean it's not that surprising.

Speaker 5 (01:21:13):
I mean their dad defended OJ in the trial and
they still love, you know, their dad.

Speaker 2 (01:21:18):
Just the same. So I think they just kind of
exclude that whole part from the piece of memorabilia.

Speaker 4 (01:21:25):
I'd be like, I'm good, I got some other stuff
with my dad's.

Speaker 6 (01:21:27):
Hand writing on it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:28):
I'd still want it. He's a lawyer.

Speaker 4 (01:21:30):
That guy's probably scribbled on a thousand legal pads.

Speaker 2 (01:21:33):
Grab some of those.

Speaker 6 (01:21:34):
Got some other stuff you can have that's got his
writing on it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:36):
Maybe for them it's like I rather have it than
somebody else have it.

Speaker 5 (01:21:41):
That and if it was sentimental to their dad, it
was important to him, Like that's something that I want.

Speaker 2 (01:21:46):
Then he gave it to a murderer, I would still
want it.

Speaker 6 (01:21:50):
That part is interesting.

Speaker 4 (01:21:51):
Didn't you see that they Simpson's estate agreed to pay
out a massive settlement.

Speaker 2 (01:21:56):
Oh I saw that to the Goldman family.

Speaker 6 (01:21:59):
Finally, Yeah, many years has it been.

Speaker 5 (01:22:01):
I want to say, like thirty over thirty yeah, forever. Yeah,
so they're finally going to get some money.

Speaker 2 (01:22:08):
Well, finally bring the right to deserve. Yeah, Grammy, what
do you have?

Speaker 4 (01:22:12):
All Right, We're just gonna do a quick jackpot alert
you guys, jackpot alert because nobody won last night's powerball
drawing and the jackpot has now rolled to six hundred
and twenty nine million dollars for this coming Saturday's drawing.

Speaker 6 (01:22:26):
Jess, did you and your.

Speaker 4 (01:22:27):
Man play the power ball again last night and clutch
your ticket as if you were certain that you're gonna win.

Speaker 2 (01:22:33):
To watch the live stream of them picking a ball
and stay up to watch the actual draw.

Speaker 6 (01:22:38):
No, what about this coming Saturday?

Speaker 2 (01:22:40):
I'm still thinking about it?

Speaker 4 (01:22:42):
Okay, Yeah, you're not sure, Like what you're gonna do
with all that money when you win, probably a pretty
big burden and you got to get your legal team
together right and stuff. Yeah yet, okay, yeah, I'll get
those get all your ducks in a rod before buying
your next ticket.

Speaker 6 (01:22:56):
Yeah, but anyways, six hundred and twenty nine million on
Saturday a lot.

Speaker 5 (01:23:00):
Let's all manifest that money. Oh yeah, for myself, Thank
you very much.

Speaker 2 (01:23:05):
I want to it too late, too late.

Speaker 1 (01:23:09):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
We are the JV Show. I'm Selina Graham and I'm
just Graham.

Speaker 3 (01:23:15):
He gave a bible to a murderer. He didn't give
a manual on.

Speaker 15 (01:23:20):
How to get away with murder to OJ. When you
go to jail and get on trial for murder, you
you you should have a bible. So let's just be
let's just be clear about what it is. Somebody is
going through something, somebody is having a mental breakdown, somebody

(01:23:41):
committed a crime.

Speaker 3 (01:23:42):
Jeezus, give them a bible.

Speaker 2 (01:23:45):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:23:45):
I mean, I just again, this is a show where
I'll give our opinions.

Speaker 4 (01:23:49):
Thank you for leaving yours there on the talkback Mike,
always open for everybody to weigh in on whatever the
thing we're talking about. I just made if it was
me personally and any sort of item that I had
associated with anything, and it became associated than and owned
by somebody who committed one of the you know, a brutal,
heinous murder.

Speaker 2 (01:24:05):
I don't want it.

Speaker 5 (01:24:06):
I don't want it back for me, and I feel
different differently than you, Graham. For me, it's less about
who he gave it to, who the note was written to.
It belonged to my dad, who I miss dearly, who
passed away, and this is one of his most prized
possessions that he took with them everywhere.

Speaker 9 (01:24:20):
I want that and I'll do anything I get it.

Speaker 4 (01:24:22):
Bad forever tainted, Like whoever loaned oj that pair of
isotone or gloves is like, I'm good, I'm gonna.

Speaker 2 (01:24:31):
That's weird.

Speaker 5 (01:24:31):
Go ahead and keep aware that you feel that way, Graham,
because you don't believe in energy being.

Speaker 9 (01:24:35):
Like tied to things and things being tainted, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:24:39):
It's a it's a book, who cares? Just paper? Who cares?
Or it is a pair of gloves, So what I agree?
But then, okay, I'm the one.

Speaker 9 (01:24:45):
That believes in energy being tied to things.

Speaker 2 (01:24:46):
You don't.

Speaker 6 (01:24:46):
I definitely, And it's not an energy thing for me.

Speaker 4 (01:24:49):
It's a that that this is a reminder of something
that one of the most awful things a human can
do to another human.

Speaker 2 (01:24:57):
It's the reminder of her dad, so that means something
different to her.

Speaker 6 (01:25:00):
But yeah, I just think it's in my mind. And
I've got plenty of other stuff.

Speaker 9 (01:25:05):
I think we said too many taints on the show.

Speaker 2 (01:25:07):
Yeah, anyways, let's move on. Just Yell reveal to the
top home and lifestyle trends for twenty twenty six, And
I mainly wanted to bring this up because for twenty
twenty six, you guys, they listed grandma hobbies grabby serious. Yep, well,
then we're ahead of the trend. So not only have

(01:25:27):
searches gone up by all kinds for things like crocheting classes,
grab booking, tilting, needle point, all of that, because people
are trying to embrace this all you because I haven't
gotten into any of this except for, like, I guess,
scrap booking a little bit. But people are embracing digital detoxes,

(01:25:49):
you guys, and so obviously they have to find something
else to do because they can't just sit their board
at home, and they are turning to grandma hobbies and
you guys kind of do one of them. Puzzling. Okay, okay,
maybe puzzle. I feel like we do this every night
against your well, gram you spent weeks on a puzzle.
It was your idea, Yeah it was.

Speaker 4 (01:26:11):
But I was hoping my family was. I was hoping
it was going to be a family bonding thing. Instead,
I just bonded with.

Speaker 6 (01:26:17):
Myself every day.

Speaker 2 (01:26:18):
Well that sounds really get your mind out of the
us doing it.

Speaker 5 (01:26:23):
Just because it's we want to get the kids involved
and something we can do as a unit. Like it's
just you by yourself choosing to do pottery, and this
is my first time living.

Speaker 2 (01:26:31):
I want to experience random things, you know, and if
painting and pottery collecting, cats collecting, I'm living life right now.
I have just one cat. I'm experiencing things.

Speaker 4 (01:26:46):
Cat life, cat lady life. Yeah, you've dipped your toe
into the cat lady bond and you're like, I like it.

Speaker 6 (01:26:51):
I'm gonna stay wild.

Speaker 4 (01:26:52):
Give me that crochet needle third whatever you call that thing.

Speaker 2 (01:26:55):
I'm not scratchy, never scrab to my life. You should try,
I have no desire to. It's nice to like, what
about a vision board? Would you ever do a vision board?
I used to be very very against it. It's something.
It's something I actually would like to do. A lot
of people do little parties like where are you going
to put it? You put it in your room, you
put it somewhere where you're going to hang.

Speaker 4 (01:27:16):
A vision board of a bunch of magazine clippings on
my wall.

Speaker 2 (01:27:19):
I'm going to the back of my closet.

Speaker 6 (01:27:22):
Day you have to see it.

Speaker 2 (01:27:23):
That's part of the manifestation process.

Speaker 4 (01:27:26):
What if it's digital. What if it's on my computer
and I can go look at a Google slide of
it or something.

Speaker 2 (01:27:30):
I guess that could work. And also like having it
as a screenshot on your screen, savor on your phone,
But I think it works best when you manually do
It doesn't really go with the aesthetic of my home
right now. I don't think my home has an aesthetic,
but I just don't feel like it would mesh with
the piles of clothes.

Speaker 4 (01:27:46):
Kate's walking by, like, what are all these cut out
things of stacks of money and Sweeny, why is that
tape to our what's.

Speaker 2 (01:27:55):
We use consumers on our wall?

Speaker 4 (01:27:56):
Don't worry about it.

Speaker 2 (01:27:58):
It's what vision.

Speaker 6 (01:27:59):
It's my vision board.

Speaker 2 (01:28:01):
We're gonna be scrap booking tomorrow. O.

Speaker 9 (01:28:02):
Gay, you have Grandma hobbies in for twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:28:06):
Yess you called it. Hey, maybe your your hobbies start
thinking about them.

Speaker 4 (01:28:11):
Look, the Grandma design aesthetic is very is very real.
I mean, you guys have seen. I posted a picture
the other day on my Instagram of the Oh yeah,
your wife has covered that. I kind of built to
my daughter's room and finished out. I mean there's wallpaper
with a pattern. There's the the blinds or whatever you call.

Speaker 2 (01:28:25):
Its vision board is gonna go well with that wallpeople.

Speaker 4 (01:28:28):
No, but Grandma Chic is a thing in my house.
It is alive and well. But we don't sit around
a crochet.

Speaker 2 (01:28:33):
Well, then you're ahead of twenty twenty six as well. Okay, sweet, look.

Speaker 9 (01:28:37):
At you guys.

Speaker 2 (01:28:37):
Look at you guys.

Speaker 1 (01:28:39):
