for her new book, and rightafter that she took her publicist out into
a field. No, I'm justkidding, Hi, everybody, I'm Kenny
Webster. Thanks so much for tuningin today. Coming up in a little
bit, Marty Langdon stopped by.He's the firefighter union president here in the
city of Houston, and he isat odds right now with some of the
local leftist leaders in our town, including Chris Hollins. We got news about

(00:50):
the flooding. We're gonna be talkingabout that, Troy Finner, our police
chief stepping down. And it's notall local news today. The vik Ramaswami
and RFK Junior in the news. And an odd thing happened with one of
the vag staffers going around trying tobribe people to support RFK Junior. We'll
get the latest on that from MaryRook at the Daily Caller. Plus my
buddy Tim Mathis is stopping by Heis a stand up comedian in Texas.

(01:14):
He is our official Hollywood reporter, and we have news from the world of
Chris Cuomo, remember Andrew Cuomo's brother. He has suddenly become a very unlikely
proponent for probably what your opinions areabout things like vaccines and ivermectin. We're
going to talk about that. PlusDisney just did Disney Kids Stranger and Stranger
by the Day. We'll probably endthe show today with that. But before

(01:37):
we get to any of that, why don't we start to show off with
hardcore graphic pornography. Okay, notexactly, but Stormy Daniels today taking the
witness stand again. They take abreak on Wednesdays and then they go back
on Thursdays and the Trump trial overthere. This is the hush money thing.
And audio recording from twenty eighteen betweenMichael Cohen, the former lawyer of

(02:00):
Ronald Trump, and Stormy Daniels, who probably had sex with Trump. Her
attorney Keith Davidson, was played twoattorneys and the judge in the recording.
Today, Keith Davidson appeared to bethreatening Michael Cohen and Trump. This case
is falling apart fast. That's notgood. Just to be clear, it
appears Stormy Daniels is being exposed forwhat she really is on the witness stand.

(02:22):
Trump's team is being you know, getting their opportunity to question her motivation,
and at one point, when askedif she was exploring her own sexuality
and hatred of Trump to find anew demographic, she said, I'm just
doing the same job I've always done. This might actually, I don't know
if you get it, but thatmight be the nail in the coffin for

(02:42):
to her testimony. She's now admittedthat her behavior was for nothing more than
financial gain, and she wanted everypenny out of Trump that she could get.
And I think we're at a pointhere where we're really starting to realize
this entire trial, this entire case, was always a grift. They have
Stormy Daniels on the stand talking aboutthings that have nothing to do with the
case. Why why is she there? The judge even admitted her comments need

(03:09):
to be stricken from the record. The jury pool has been tainted. So
even if Trump loses this case, which he might, the judge and his
daughter are both making money off fundraisingagainst Trump right now. Michael Collen,
the other star witness is on socialmedia wearing a T shirt with Trump behind
bars. These people are all obviouslybiased, They've obviously been compromised, they

(03:31):
obviously have ulterior motives. They admitit, which means even if Trump loses
this case and he files an appealand this gets put in front of any
other judge and climbs its way upthe judicial system, all the way to
the Supreme Court, some judge somewhereis going to dismiss the case and say
there was a mistrial. And Ithink they've always known that. I mean,

(03:52):
remember, this whole case was alreadyinvestigated by the FEC, by the
DOJ, and they saw there wasno case there. They would have incriminated
him, They would have prosecuted himif they could have. This would have
been a misdemeanor. They're trying toturn it into what was it, thirty
four felonies, dozens of felonies. So now we realize what this always was.

(04:15):
This was always a grift. Who'sshocked? Who is shocked when you
choose to sell your body as aproduct like Stormy Daniels has. There is
an early expiration date on it,and Stormy's passed hers So now she's trying
to cash in, just like MichaelCohen's trying to cash in, just like
the judge and his daughter trying tocash in. What was the point?

(04:36):
The point was to make money, climb the social status ladder, and possibly
rig the November election. Don't letthem do it. You're listening to Kenny
Webster's Pursuit of Happiness. Please,if you're offended by anything you heard,
take out a piece of paper, write down a detailed description of what bothered
you, and fax it to oneeight eight eight. Nobody gives U told

(05:03):
to understand. Make so, asyou that live outside of the Houston area,
please be patient with us for justa moment as we indulge in some
of the problems going on in ourbackyard. You're in Houston, Texas.
In case you haven't heard this, you know one of the biggest cities in
the country. It's the biggest countyin Texas. It's the biggest city in

(05:26):
Texas. It is also a citythat is ripe with natural disasters. You
don't have to be from here toknow that. National news stories pertaining to
Houston over the past decade or so, if not related to our sports teams,
often have to do with hurricanes andflooding, and a lot of what
happens here can be very deadly. It's a shame, right the last administration

(05:47):
in charge of this city did notvalue the first responders. He actually tried
to. I mean they remember therewas a special election and the people in
Houston overwhelmingly voted that they liked thefirefighters more than they liked the mayor.
They wanted the firefighters to get araise. Mayor Turner was never as popular
as the first responders were in apost Hurricane Harvey city. How could he

(06:12):
be their heroes. He's a cronypolitician. They save people's lives. He's
a parasite. You see this allaround you. You see it happening.
And we're still dealing with problems forMayor Sylvester Turner, even though Wittmeyer took
over the city. We're still dealingwith a backlog of criminal complaints that were

(06:32):
either just ignored or dismissed, crediblecriminal complaints. And of course, this
feud with our firefighters still continues,so people are still fighting to get their
pay. Unfortunately, there's still littleremnants of Mayor Sylvester Turner's Houston left behind.
There's a guy named Chris Hollins. You might not know who Chris Hollins

(06:54):
is, but you should. He'sthe Houston Controller and he is out criticized
the firefighters union president. He says, these guys just don't deserve their back
pay. They don't deserve to getpaid what they're getting. It makes Chris
Hollins very angry to think that thereis a group of people in this city
who have earned a paycheck and hedoesn't want the money to go to them.

(07:16):
He wants the money to go toone of his, you know,
far left, so called progressive petprojects. And it pisses me off to
no extent what we've done to firefightersin this city. So I reached out
to the firefighter union president. MartyLangdon has been on this radio show many
times before, and he and I, I mean, we may not agree
on everything, but we certainly agreeon this. And I invited him on

(07:40):
today to tell us what's going on, Marty, what's the latest on this?
Did I explain this correctly? AmI leaving anything important? Now?
You're on the front line of thisfeud. I mean, Kenny, you
always have the ability to take anissue and kind of tailor it down to
where the listeners probably better understand itthan me getting in the weeds. So
I think he did pretty good.Listen, where we're at is, you

(08:01):
know what we're dealing with Mayor SylvesterTurner's in action during his eight years,
what he left for Mayor Whitmyer whenhe took over. And you know,
I've been on this program so manytimes and I've told your listeners, you
know, we waved our arms foreight years under Sylvester Turner saying that what
he was doing was gonna have tobe paid for by the next administration and

(08:24):
they're going to have to clean upthe mess that he created. And that's
what we're seeing right now. MayorWhitmeyer on day one inherited a mess.
But to Mayor Whitmeyer's leadership credit,he has a no nonsense mayor. He
is interested in getting things done andto actually solve problems. And so on
day one he dropped all of thelegal assaults against firefighters, which nobody locally,

(08:48):
statewide, nationally could understand why aMayor Sylvester Turner would sue his own
firefighters and lose. By the way, in the Texas Supreme Court. So
he you know, did a lotof things to benefit his friends and family
program, if you will, andwhat he did was not take care of
tax payer money and pay what he'slegally obligated to pay our first responders.

(09:13):
And so we reached the settlement withMayor Whitmyer at two months of being in
office, and we had negotiations. We had back and forth every single day.
It was a very tough negotiation.Mayor Whitmyer is very cognizant about respecting
Shuston's first responders and Houston's firefighters, and we got the deal done and that

(09:37):
we are now in the process offine tuning the legal components that are not
substantive and to get the firefighters paidbecause they haven't been paid in eight years
what they were supposed to in thecity. Under Mayor Whitmyer is making it
right. So we are now inthe final stages of resolving in eight year

(10:00):
issue that Sylvester Turner left for thiscurrent mayor. For those listening right now,
if you're a hawkish fiscal conservative andyou're asking yourself like, all right,
well, why should we spend moremoney on this? Not spending money
on first responders and the resources thatthey need is in the long run,
is going to cost the city alot more money. We need these guys
to go out and stop disasters, save lives, because not doing that is

(10:20):
a lot more expensive than doing it. We're also competing with other big cities
and small cities around the state ofTexas to get these firefighters to come and
work on our city. Why wouldyou want to come work here if you
knew it was like this? Now, for those that don't understand who Chris
Collins is, Chris Collins is agood little foot soldier to the far left,
to the communist Marxists in this city. The Rodney ellis the Shila Jackson.

(10:43):
In fact, he wanted to runfor mayor. He was running for
mayor, if I'm not mistaken, and then Shila Jackson Lee and Rodney told
him not to because they wanted ShilaJackson Lee to go run. Marty,
what's your impression of Houston Controller ChrisHollins. He got elected, Shila did
it? How problematic is he?And should we be concerned about him moving
forward? You know what? Theconcern from our end is that if you

(11:07):
wanted to run for mayor, runfor mayor, but he didn't and he's
not the mayor. And under thelaw, Mayor Whitmeyer has shown extreme leadership
and resolving problems, and what thecontroller, what we saw this past week
was the Controller inserting himself in thingsthat he has absolutely no business inserting himself
to the role of the Controller isto ensure that the taxpayer money is being

(11:31):
spent the way that it is supposedto. And what he did on Monday
was trying to undercut Mayor Whitmyer insolving an eight year problem that's been here
in front of Houstonians for eight years. And everything he did lacked factual or
legal basis for anything he did.In fact, the report he gave on
Monday even acknowledged it on the bottomof the pages, which says, at

(11:56):
no point is any of the thingsthat were presenting legal or factual basis.
It's just these hypotheticals and all thatis Kenny is somebody that is trying to
politicize a disaster that Sylvester Turner tradedand trying to undermine Mayor Whitmeyer for actually
getting it resolved. This was goingto cost far more money than what the

(12:20):
firefighters and the city settled then,And you know, I think at some
point people need to ask themselves whysomebody is inserting themselves where legally they have
no ability to do, but alsoto mislead and confuse. We're here to
be transparent. Taxpayer money should beused for what we think it's being used

(12:41):
for, and public safety is thenumber one priority. Right obviously, right,
Houston didn't. We did not needa tunnel through the middle of Memorial
Park. Much less too, wedidn't need an arboretum over by Hobby Airport
where it's so hot out in theall the plants are dying there in the
middle of the summer. I don'tunderstand the point of putting that then up.
All that stuff costs millions of dollarsmarty. We spend millions of dollars

(13:03):
on pet projects. We spend tensof thousands of dollars having piano players at
the airport. I don't understand it. And now we just had flooding again,
and you wonder, I was like, all right, where's the federal
government on this one? People areasking why isn't FEMA stepping up and helping
with the flooding? What about thelocal government? Why are these. I
mean, look, in the wakeof this happening, now he got flooding

(13:24):
happening again, and people have noticedour fire departments. These are the fire
stations up, especially in that partof the city where the flooding is.
They are not in good shape, are they. There's been problems, no,
And I think the Mayor Whitmyer hassaid at two news conferences and at
council this week that he was appalledat the living conditions that we're treating our
firefighters and our first responders in theKingwood area. And he's absolutely correct.

(13:48):
And those are the things that wehave highlighted for eight years where Sylvester Turner
decided he just wasn't he was goingto ignore it and he didn't care,
and in fact, he gave anorder to the head of the General Services
Department that he was forbidden from talkingto us in order to get these things
resolved. And Mayor Whitmyer and thecouncil member in Kingwood, Fred Fliginger,

(14:11):
have seen it firsthand and it's nothow anybody should be treating their first responders.
They're out there putting their lives onthe line every day, and especially
with the amount of natural disasters wehave in Houston, and to treat the
men and women like this, there'sno excuse. Yeah, from the firefighters
to the homeowners over in that area. I don't think there's anybody in the

(14:31):
past decade in this city that hasbeen screwed more by the far left members
of our local government than the residentsof the Kingwood area. It's just crazy
what's happened there. Hey, Marty, Well, I got you on the
line. I know this doesn't directlyaffect you, but you see this happening
right like you have. You,of all people, as a guy that
works with our first responders and firefightersand works with local government, what is

(14:54):
going on right now? Troy Finner, our police chief this week, has
retired just hours after a kho Youinvestigative reporter obtained a twenty eighteen memo showing
that Troy Finner knew about cases beingsuspended over the lack of personal code.
He knew that in this city thepolice department was ignoring serious, serious criminal

(15:16):
cases, including rape cases. Didnothing about it, either dismissed it or
sat on it, ignored it.Two hundred and sixty thousand cases, Marty,
I mean, that's pretty crazy. What do you think about this.
You know, when you're in thefourth largest city in the nation and we
have a responsibility to do the jobsthat the citizens expect us to do,

(15:37):
which is provide safety for the citizens, and our roles as firefighters of courses
to protect lives and property, andthe trust that is given to us,
we don't take for granted. Andyou know, it's no different in any
other agency. And I think thatMayor Whitmyer was quite clear that, you
know, when this started, andhe has made numerous comments about the trust

(16:03):
that not only the police officers, but I think the citizens have to have.
And regardless of who it is thatyou know started it, because I
think it started under a different chief, that you have to be responsible and
you have to listen to not onlythe victims, but also the people in
the community. And you know,we're going to continue to be here to

(16:26):
serve the citizens always and no matterwhat goes on. You know, back
during the Sylvester Turner era, Martywas on this radio show a lot.
It's always good to hear from him, but you were on the show a
lot when that feud with the firefighterswas going on, and I had had
listeners asked me, like, Kenny, it's odd that you a libertarian,
I have a friendly relationship with aunion president for local government employees. And

(16:51):
I said, yeah, I meanit's not that shocking. My enemies enemies
are my friends, right, SoI mean that's just usually how it is.
I think Marty and I have thesame enemies. And I'm glad Sylvester
Turner's gone. You feel good abouthow whitt Meyer's doing right now? He
is because you know, listen,he is a very pragmatic, very let's
get it done mentality, and heunderstands that in order to address and solve

(17:14):
a problem, you have to firstacknowledge that there is one. And you
know, what you and your listenersgot to experience under Sylvester Turner was the
power of what the Firefighters Association canprovide the taxpayers, which is transparency.
Sylvester Turner didn't tell the truth. He continued to create his own set of
narratives, and that is proving andnow people are seeing how disastrous that is.

(17:37):
And we stood there on behalf ofthe taxpayers to say, this money
is being squandered, it's being wasted, it's not being spent where you should
expect that it is spent and somebodyneeds to sound the alarm, and we
did any getting into the hot summermonths here the hurricanes writer, I mean,
after the dry, hot summer wehad last year, Marty, it

(17:57):
feels like, statistically speaking, itfeels pretty likely we're going to have some
tropical storms, maybe even a hurricanethis year. I base that on nothing
other than just you know, thejust it just it just feels like it's
overdue at this point. You know, to Harvey was so long ago.
I think they predicted this. Ithink they predicted this year to be one
of the most active that we've hadin a long time, which doesn't you

(18:21):
know, doesn't isn't a good thingfor us to hear. But that's why
it's so critically important to have thereadiness of the fire, rescue and EMS
services so that when things like thathappen, you're not being reactive, you're
planning for the worst, you're hopingfor the best. Anything. You want
to remind the listeners of as weget into hurricane season, stuff they might
not be thinking about to prepare for. Yeah, always look in advance,

(18:42):
Always prepare, and as much asyou can, don't wait for a storm
to happen before you get prepared, because at that point things get crazy.
We all know. So you know, have a plan for you and your
family. Have some water and somereserves so that you have that in case
you need it. We hope nobodydoes. But the Houston Firefighters and Paramax

(19:03):
are going to be out there comehell or high water, and uh we'll
be there to take care of you. Bottled water, life preservers and trail
mix stock up. Now you canalways eat it in the fall if you
don't need it. Folks, MartyLangton, appreciate you, Marty dig it.

(19:30):
RFK Junior says, doctors found adead worm in his brain. Yeah,
apparently it died of starvation. Hi, everybody, welcome back from break.
Can we talk about RFK Junior forjust a second. I'm old enough
to remember the election what nineteen ninetytwo and nineteen ninety six, there was

(19:52):
a guy named Ross Perro. NowI hate to compare Ross Pero to RFK
Junior, but they were both populists, and they're both wild card candidates,
third party candidates that appear to takeaway votes from the other two guys.
But Ross Parrot very clearly hurt theRepublican candidate. Now, granted he was
a George Bush Republican. Everything's twentytwenty in hindsight, but looking back on

(20:15):
it, you know, hw wasn'tHe certainly wasn't Ronald Reagan, that's for
sure, and he was no DonaldTrump. But the Bush is aside,
Ross Parrot is this guy who steppedinto the race. Very rarely is there
a third party candidate that matters.Very rarely does the Green Party or the
Libertarian Party produce a candidate that actuallymatters. But with Ross Paro, he

(20:37):
mattered. He took away a bigchunk of the votes from the other two
guys, mostly the Republicans. Right, So as we get into the twenty
twenty four election cycle and we're there, this is it. We're in full
election mode. Now it's a presidentialelection season. What's RFK Junior going to
do? I mean, I knowhe's still running for president. He appears
to have a lot of money fora third party candidate. He ran an

(21:00):
during the Super Bowl. He clearlyhas money. His running mate a far
left extremist. His running mate isKarl Marx going to the met Gala.
His running mate is a very richgirl with a lot of money who makes
Bernie Sanders blush when she talks aboutwhat she thinks of capitalism. It's just
remarkable. That's your running mate.So obviously that person's not gonna hurt Donald

(21:23):
Trump, or or will he.Now we've learned the latest on this,
Vivek Ramaswami, who is very mucha pro Trump guy, had one of
his top staff members sneaking around behindhis back trying to bribe pro Trump social
media influencers into supporting RFK Junior. There's two articles about this today on The

(21:48):
Daily Caller that I think are justfascinating. One of them was written by
a friend of mine, somebody who'sbeen on the show many times. Mary
Rook is here right now. Mary, how have you been great? Thanks
so much for having me back.Honestly, it's always great to be on.
Mary is a Texan. She isan activist and an analysis writer and
a policy analyst and writes commentary atThe Daily Caller. Besides keeping up with

(22:11):
Texas politics, you're one of thepeople right now that is calling attention to
the fact that RFK Junior should notbe trusted. Yeah, for sure.
I mean, you know, therewas this great video that was going viral
on Twitter about his stance on transgendercare for confused kids. And in the
video he's saying, oh, yeah, well, I think it should be
parental consent, and you know, they should still be able to get all

(22:33):
these you know, harmful procedures thatare life altering and last them forever.
And all these people were like, whoa, you know, I didn't realize
that this is what he believed in. Of course he's flip flopped on that,
and he went onto his website andwas like, actually, no,
I don't believe in this anymore. And after the blowback, has had to
come out and do another statement thathe posted to Twitter that was like,

(22:56):
no, no, we really,I really don't believe in this. I
think it's harmful for kids. Buthe is your typical California Democrat who will
say whatever it takes to get elected. He has donated to, you know,
all these prominent Democrats, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, far left causes,
He believes in climate change, allof these things. Like, he

(23:18):
aligns with us on some issues, but for the most part, he hates
Republicans. I mean, in twothousand and I think it was two thousand
and five, he went to thisconference called the Idea City Conference that's held
in Canada, and he's spent twentyminutes where he was supposed to be talking
about environmental causes, you know, but instead he spent a good chunk of

(23:40):
that denouncing Red states and residents thatlive in red states. And of course
Texas is a red state. Igrew up in Texas all my life.
This is one of those things, right, I hold near and dear to
my heart. And he was trashingTexas and almost the entire seven minutes that
you spent talking about this. SoI did a little digging, and he
was talking about how we did somesome investigation for a Vanity Fair piece that

(24:03):
he was writing, and that's wherehe came up with all of his ideas
that red states are more morally degeneratethan their counterpart in the blue state era.
And so I read the Vanity Fairpiece and it was just shocking.
In it, he talks about howconservative media is bad for democracy and how
it's a threat to the flow ofinformation, and he praises people like Media

(24:29):
Matters and its founder David Brock.I mean, these are far left organizations
that you take conservatives words twist them, make that, you know, align
them to white supremacy, align themto racism, align them to all of
these attacks that we've come so accustomedto hearing. And this is the guy
who is now trying to date Republicanvoters and trying to get them over on

(24:52):
their side. And I think it'sreally important that we talk about this and
we tell, you know, themore suburban voters. Hey, listen,
you might think that Kennedy is thisgreat in between between Biden and Trump,
but in reality, he's a wolfin chief's clothing. He will come in
look at his VP pick. Likeyou said earlier, she's a far left
Democrat, she's a progressive. Sheher self proclaimed title is progressive through and

(25:18):
through. These are the people he'salready putting in his camp. And so
if you're looking at him as like, you know, a great middle ground,
a neutral voice in the White House, all of those things, he
is not. He's a wolf insheep clothing that is going to come in
and be just as bad as Biden. Isn't it amazing that he would attack
conservative media when knowing full well nobodyin the media has propped up RFK Junior

(25:41):
over the past year or so morethan conservative media. I mean, I
don't see him getting the same praiseon MSNBC or the you know, the
Huffington Post that he's getting from FoxNews, or that he's getting, you
know, from Stephen Crowder and JesseWaters, all these very influential people on
the rights that seem to be proppingup RFK Junior. And to that point,

(26:03):
Mary something else. I can't believethat they are actually lifelong Republicans right
now out there that want to votefor a guy whose last name is Kennedy.
Do these people now remember who theKennedys are, Yeah, exactly.
I mean, you know, hispredecessor, the former president, was literally
famous for saying, you know,I don't personally believe in this issue,

(26:25):
but publicly, you know, policywise, I have to support the majority
opinion. And that's just not whatwe need in our country anymore. We
need people that are principled, thatbelieve in what they're saying, that are
going to go ahead and put inpolicies that they're telling the American people that
they support personally as well. Andthe funny thing that you mentioned about Fox
News is that they are propping thisguy up left and right, and yet

(26:48):
in his entire piece and the VanityFair piece, he was denouncing Fox News
as like the drudge of American mediaand talking about how, you know,
we have to push back again fitfor democracy, big de democracy, and
it's just it's such a you know, a compromise for someone to vote for
him, really in the way thatwe're looking at it now. And another

(27:11):
thing that the Daily Caller put out, Henry Rogers did great piece on this
yesterday. One of his staffers, like you mentioned earlier, his name is
Zach Henry. He was working asa deputy communications director for ram Swami's campaign,
but he has since started his ownfirm, Total Virality, and he
pitched something to the Kennedy campaign tohelp booster his State of the Union video

(27:36):
that he did, and it isnow the most viewed video ever on Twitter
for RFK. And essentially what hedid was, I can get all of
these MAGA influencers like Scott Adams,Alix Jones, Alie London, Ian Miles
Strong, all of these people tocome out and retweet your video so that
it can get more views and itcan hit that conservative votership that you're looking

(27:59):
for. And he pitched it hemade money off them. I think they
paid them, paid him around eightthousand dollars and two separate payments. One
was five three hundred and fifty andone was two thousand, five hundred dollars,
And essentially he was saying, I'vegot connections in all of these this
world. Let me get you intothe conservative world, the conservative world that

(28:19):
RFK himself has said he hates andthinks is morally degenerate. Like it's just
it's such a wild thing that he'strying to pull this mask over his face
and show himself as if, youknow, middle of the ground guy,
when in reality, he hates usand he doesn't want our policies to go
through. He just wants our votes, all right. So you obviously have

(28:41):
looked into this story, this highranking the Veke staffer that's out secretly trying
to pay Trump influencers to promote RFKjunior. Some people think that this makes
the Veke look bad, but theVeke fired the guy almost immediately, And
I don't know, I feel likesome people just read the head line to
a story, they don't actually readthe story before they react. Because I

(29:03):
see a lot of people on socialmedia reacting to this news story and then
saying, see, I knew wecouldn't trust the vague. I don't know
if this proves that. What doyou think? No, I don't think
it proves that either. In fact, Roman Swami confirmed to the Daily Caller
that he has since been fired. They immediately let him go from the contract
they had over conflict of interest.I mean the word that the rom Swama

(29:27):
campaign camp used was pissed when theyfound out that Zach Henry was doing this
work for RFK. This is notsomething that when Swami knew that he was
doing he was doing it behind theirbacks and essentially using the connections that he
made while working for his campaign inorder to try and bolster this new venture

(29:48):
that he was heading into. Andin fact, the funny thing is is,
I don't know if you remember jenEllis from all of the campaign world.
I do, but she had sentmoved over to the Ronda Santis world.
She was a Trump lawyer, shetried to help Trump to challenge election
results, and then in the wakeof that she became a never Trumper and

(30:11):
pro wrote Ron desantas, Yes exactly. And so last night she really got
into it with Zach Henry publicly, which was really funny, but she essentially
was like he said, trust me, Jennis, you were included. It
was definitely by accident. I onlyuse a list creators. Because she said
that she was never contacted by him. She essentially he was telling the RK

(30:37):
campaign that he had all these connectionsand all of that stuff, but that's
not what ended up actually happening. These people were admittedly sharing it organically because
they agreed with what Rik was sayingin a State of the Union address,
and Henry was essentially using this asfodder to promote his business. And so
she called him ount and was like, you had nothing to do with it.

(30:59):
I barely know who you are, like that, this is not it,
and he was called out to taskon this and this is something it's
not, you know, unique toZach Henry. A lot of political consultants
use this type of advertising for theircompanies and saying that they they do this.
But another really interesting one was IsraelLevant of Rebel News. Right,

(31:22):
he's actually out of Canada and it'slike it's the Canadian bridebart for those that
don't know what that is, yeah, exactly, And he said it's not
true. I've never been hired orpaid by the RK Junior campaign or anyone
else, my teacher, my tweetsor whatever I find interesting. And so
he was really found out to be, you know, falsifying all of this
information and he got paid to beconnected into this MAGA world that he's actually

(31:45):
not connected them too. So it'sit's kind of great to see the pushback
that we found on this, butit also shows the underlying issue here is
that RK is one hundred percent tryingto court MAGA voters, and they need
to understand that, whether you're fullyin Trump's camp or not, this is

(32:05):
the guy that you're voting for. You're voting for the guy who is a
Democrat through and through. He votesfor far left policies. You know,
behind the scenes, he's pushing forthem, he's donating for them. He
will likely put them in all ofhis policies while if he makes it into
the White House, which is veryunlikely. In fact, what he's going
to do essentially is what you talkedabout earlier. He will be the ross
Bureau of the twenty twenty four electionin the sense that he will drain voters

(32:30):
from both sides of the camp.He wants to show conservatives that he's on
their side, and for Democrats whodon't want to vote for Trump but don't
also don't want to vote for Biden. I mean, you saw Michael Rappaport
today coming out and saying, Iam not voting for Biden. You have
so many Democrats behind the scenes goingthis is just not going to work for
me anymore. And RFK will bethere, you know, they're kind of

(32:53):
give me vote, right. Yeah. RFK Jr. Is a liberal,
guys. He is a liberal.He is a Democrat. He's a lifelong
Democrat. You might agree with himon his criticism of the intelligence agencies or
vaccines, but I assure you thosetwo issues that is that they are not
the only things that are going toaffect your life over the next four years.

(33:14):
The pandemic is well in our rearview mirror. Hopefully that thing with
the vaccine mandates doesn't become a problemagain soon. But voting for RFK Junior
because of that one thing is aterrifying reality. Don't do it. At
Mary Rook at The Daily Caller awesomework on this. Follow her on social
media. Check out her work atDailycoller dot Com. You've got Kenny Webster's

(33:35):
Pursuit of Happiness on KPRC nine pointfifty. Okay, Sylvester Stallone will auction
off his collection of watches. Iguess when you're seventy seven years old,

(33:58):
the last thing you want to bereminded of time. Yeah? Is this
a spoiled, pappered, narcissistic Hollywoodbratt or what? All right? It's
Thursday and every Thursday we check inon stand up Comedian Tim mathis our official
Hollywood reporter here on Pursuit of HappinessRadio. He lives in Hollywood. He's
a comedy writer. He's a comedianfrom Texas currently living in California, and

(34:22):
he's a great guy. He helpedme create the Operation Comedy Therapy stand up
comedy series we've done over the yearsto raise money for wheelchairs for warriers.
I want to start the show, the segment off with this story. Chris
Cuomo not technically part of Hollywood, but as a former CNN news anchor,
he is part of the world ofentertainment. He at least pretends to be

(34:45):
a news anchor, but I thinkat the end of the day, he's
really an entertainer as much so asyours. Truly, Chris Cuomo was this
guy who went around saying anybody thatdoesn't get vaccinated should be locked in prison.
Anybody that's out distributing ivermectin is tryingto kill p Anybody that doesn't agree
with the narrative on COVID from themainstream medical industry is probably an enemy of

(35:08):
society. And now he's changed hismind. He's changed his mind. The
disgraced former CNN News anchor Fredo Cuomo, brother of Andrew Cuomo, is now
totally on board with ivermectin. I'lltell you something else that's gonna get you
a lot of hits. I amtaking a what do they call it,

(35:30):
like a regular dose, you knowwhatever. They're trying to build up of
ivermectin, ivermectin a de wormer.Really, they need to be called out
in shame. Will so resistant toreason and reliant on lies that they would
rather try poison. You're not ahorse. You are not a cow taking
a drug that's given to live stockas an anti parasite. So this is

(35:52):
a montage. It's his current positionon ivermectin, followed by his previous position
on Ivermectin Math is stand up comedian. I don't I don't know how much
you hate this guy, but it'snot enough. Yeah, I am the
I'm so angry right now at notonly Chris Cuomo but the people that are

(36:15):
letting him on the shows. Iknow that Patrick Bett, Davis guy and
all these guys are kind of helpinghim get his reputation back, you know,
and it's like, now, man, the only thing he should be
doing is going on long enough toapologize to everybody and then telling people,
Look, I'm gonna take some timeoff to think about what I did,

(36:36):
because people, I don't think weunderstand as a society just how transformative and
insane twenty twenty was. Right. You know, guys like Chris Cuomo,
they're acting like they didn't know anybetter now they knew, they knew as
it was going on that that stuffwas fishy. You know, if you're
if I'm sitting at home realizing thatwe weird stuff is going on, and

(37:00):
this guy is having a primetime showon one of the biggest cable platforms,
and you're gonna sit here and tellme to my face that you had no
idea that you were being lied toby the World Health Organization and by all
the people that were in charge ofthis and the doctor Faucis of the world.
You're going to sit here and actlike you didn't know what was going

(37:22):
on. But people with no connections, people with no experience in the news,
people that aren't allegedly investigatory journalists,we didn't. We knew what was
going on, but you had noidea. Yeah exactly, Yeah, you're
not an investigatory journalist. But somehow, you know, you believe that you're

(37:42):
smart enough to understand better than weare. I agree with your point,
Tim, And you know, it'san interesting thing with Chris Cuomo is because
in addition to publicly attacking Joe Roganover this very specific issue I think you
know, this is the thing withvaccines and ivermectin and whatever, he also
publicly attacked Hollywood actress Gina Carano. She posted screenshots of some of the private

(38:04):
messages he sent her on Twitter wherehe's basically mocking her over this very issue.
And now he's done a complete aboutface on that topic. Now,
Gina Carano, interestingly enough, wasfired from Disney as a lot of you
may know, because she wasn't wokeenough. She was too right wing for
the Disney extremists. And now Disney, we've learned, has put out a

(38:25):
new Star Wars series featuring a theythem gender ambiguous character. This is a
kid's cartoon. It's not an adultshow or anything. It's a children's cartoon
show, Tales of the Empire witha gender ambiguous character with they them pronouns
can't help. But notice today,Tim, you know, whatever your opinion

(38:46):
is on this, that the Disneystock is tanking. Why is it important
for us to trans all the kids? Why is it important for Disney to
do it? Because that's part ofthe program. Honestly, at this point,
I think it might be linked tothe whole ESGWEF stuff that is really

(39:08):
pushing depopulation of the earth. Youknow, It's a lot harder for somebody
on an incredible dose of hormones andsomebody that gets a sex change to appropriate.
And I just think that's part ofthe plan at this point. Sorry,
I'm still on the twenty twenty stuff. So no, I'm with you,

(39:29):
Tim, I'm with you. Ithink you're onto something there. I
think there are executives at Disney withmoney invested in the medical industry right now
and what they refer to as genderaffirming care. They have money invested in
that because they know every one ofthese kids who goes out and gets so
called gender affirming care is spending amillion dollars more in their lifetime on healthcare
than you and I are, timbecause we don't go to the doctor and

(39:52):
get an addict to me or thesnap addict to me or whatever the procedures
called. I think to them that'smore important than the Disney stock. Oh
yeah, I mean, that's that'sI agree with you one hundred percent.
That's the bottom line. Uh.If you tell somebody that they need to
block their natural hormones for the restof their lives and then they have to
take pills that you produce for therest of their lives, then yeah,

(40:15):
you're you've created a cash cow.And I I just I don't get it.
I don't understand the whole the pushingof it. If you want to
do that in certain films, ifyou want to, if you want to
make a whole series or a movieor whatever that focuses on that topic,
that's fine. But uh, tojust shoehorn it into everything and to shoehorn

(40:37):
it, especially into like children's programming. It just seems really weird to me,
and it seems to be one ofthe reasons, one of the many,
many reasons why Disney Stock is actuallytanking every single week. So,
uh, you hate to see it, but in a way you love to
see it that Disney just can't getout of it own way. Right at

(41:00):
the same time that this is happening, we have just learned. You know,
they have these bloggers and all theydo is they go to Disney theme
parks. This is a cottage industryof They're not like journalists. They're not
necessarily normal reporters in the sense thatthey're reporting on the entertainment industry at large.
But they'll go to a Disney themepark and they'll notice something. There's

(41:22):
a new snack available, there's anew ride, there's a new food,
and they'll write a story about it. And one of those organizations, one
of those bloggers, wrote an articlesaying tinker Bell, tinker Bell has disappeared
from Disney parks in America. Apparentlytinker Bell and Captain Hook are problematic.
We know that years ago, afew years back, Disney Plus on their

(41:42):
streaming service put disclaimers on Peter Pan, saying that this is an old movie,
it's problematic. And now I guessthey think that tinker Bell was too
jealous of Peter Pan, and that, in combination with some of the racial
stereotypes of Native Americans and Peter Pan, has made them decide to remove tinker
Bell from the meet and greet portionof the Disney theme parks here in America.

(42:07):
Now at the same time, overin Japan, they, I'm told,
according to the reports here, theyjust added a tinker Bell ride.
It feels like a contradiction, right, Like is Tokyo Disney and Disney California
or Disney Florida. It's like they'reliving in two different worlds. Tim,
what the hell is happening here?Well, you can't rightfully have a tinker

(42:30):
Bell when you have to make roomfor twinker Bell. They are definitely going
to be doing that, So Idon't know. Japan seems to be getting
it more correct than we are.Right now, I can understand the whole
like Native American stereotypes in the originalPeter pant Okay, if you if you

(42:54):
want to, yeah, that's fine, But like, what is wrong with
tinker Bell. First of all, she's not human, she's a fairy.
So the fact that she's like obsessedwith Peter Pan okay there, did you
think they were going to hook up? She's fuck she sees eight inches tall,
so like, no, that's notgonna happen. But yeah, like

(43:16):
why were they invested in that? You know, this is it's a kids
movie. It's a kids movie,so it's like, yeah, she's obsessed
with the guy, but they're noteven the same species. My dude,
calm down, I don't understand thiswhole rewriting of everything. Yeah, you
know, it's what was the linefrom the one of the crappy Star Wars

(43:37):
movies, forget the past, destroyedif you have to. That seems to
be the Disney mantra right now.And Walt is just spinning in his grave
every day as his stock just plumbing. My brother, Tim mathis find his
work at Tim Mathis Comedy. He'son Twitter, he's on Instagram, and
he's coming to town June fifteenth withanother friend of ours, Taylor. Where

(44:00):
are you guys performing at? Weare going to be at the Deluxe Theater.
It's a little bit south of Houston. I believe. And yeah,
Theo's filming is special for Comedy Dynamicsand I'm really excited to help produce and
to host that thing. So Junefifteenth, Deluxe Theater, seven thirty pm,
be there, I will be there. That is my boy, Tim
