(00:24):
seventy centenarians. That's an interesting pairingof words, isn't it. Seventy centenarians
gathered together in Italy. They brokethe record for world's oldest gathering, previously
held by Joe Biden. Just whereverhe is at any given point doing anything.
Hi, I'm Kenny Webster. Thanksso much for tuning in today.

(00:45):
It was an interesting weekend. Thefourth of July happened. Joe Biden had
a terrible interview with George Stephanopolis, and then as we were getting ready to
talk about all that stuff today onthe radio, like a lot of you
know, we got hit with ahurricane, not a terrible one, but
a lot of you are without power. So if you can even hear my
voice right now, thank you somuch for tuning in. I don't really

(01:07):
have much planned for this afternoon, didn't book any guests or anything like that,
but I didn't know if we'd beon the air. To be honest,
we were going to play best ofWalton and Johnson, and I'm just
I don't have electricity at my house. So I'm sitting here at the radio
station with my dog and some friends, and we have power here, we
have running water and low and bald. We have a radio studio, and

(01:29):
I thought, why not, youknow, after all, that is what
I do for a living. Whynot do a show. So if you
want to hear storm coverage, flipover to KTRH. I'm not going to
be talking much about the storm.I don't know what I could tell you
that you're not already getting somewhere else. And KTERRIH is a fantastic station that
breaks live news. I'm here toanalyze the news. So that's exactly what
I'm going to do. Now.If you have been paying attention to the

(01:55):
news for the past few days, you know something monumental is happening, something
that is it has never happened beforeduring our lifetime. The liberal media,
the massive propaganda arm of the DemocratParty that is designed to lie to you,
to mislead you, to misguide you, to tell you that you are
what's wrong with this country. Hasbegrudgingly admitted that they were wrong. Well,

(02:20):
they had to. Everybody remembers whathappened at that debate. There's no
going back from that, guys.Joe Biden sat down with George Stephanopolis to
try to make the world believe thathe is still qualified to be president.
And I think there's only one personwho bought the lie. That person is
Whoopi Goldberg. Excuse me, mymight cutout. That person is Whoopi Goldberg.

(02:46):
I don't care if he's pooped hispants. I don't care if he
can't put a sentence together. Showme he can't do the job, and
then I'll say, Okay, maybeit's time to go now. He had
a bad night the first time thathe went out and debated with Kamila Harris,

(03:07):
and everybody wanted him to quit thereand say you can't talk to women
like this and you're doing this wrong, you're doing that wrong. He came
back said, you know what,I got it and gave four years.
So, yeah, I have poopydays all the time. All this I
stepping so much. Pooh you.I believe her, I honestly believe I

(03:27):
believe that. I believe that sheis telling the truth. She has poopy
days all the time. Breitbart dotCom today reporting on what they're describing is
the irredeemable cheap fake media. Isthere any better way to explain it?
You remember, right before that disastrousdebate performance, Kaarem Jean Pierre said that

(03:50):
video of Joe Biden wandering off atthe G seven summit in Italy wasn't as
bad as it looked. No,well, it's a cheap fake. That's
just a deceptively edited video. Andthen what happened next? Right, he
went home, when he went toHollywood basically home for Joe, and hung
out with Jimmy Kimmel and Barack Obama. And while he stood on stage,

(04:12):
he started staring off into the abyss. And what did Obama do? Obama
cud of leaned over and whispered inhis ear, Hey, Joe, snap
out of it, buddy, payattention. You're on stage. Pretend like
you just said something funny and alllaugh. That's not what he did.
He grabbed Joe by the wrist, grabbed Joe by the wrist, put his
arm around his shoulder, and walkedhim off stage like he was a wounded

(04:34):
warrior being carried away from a battle. Barack Obama may not understand basic economics,
but he is a master at stagecraft. He knows what he did.
He made Joe look like a buffoon. Now, what is a senator?
The Democrat Party senator trying to getJoe Biden to step down leading a team

(05:00):
of people. Mark Warner of Virginiais attempting to assemble a group of Democratic
senators to go to the White Houseand ask Joe not to run for president
in November. But Warner wasn't thefirst. Obama was the first. Obama
was the first person to try toget Joe to not run. And we

(05:21):
saw it on that stage. Everythingbeing the same. If Joe Biden were
up five points against Trump right now, the corporate media would still be telling
us he's sharp as attack. Remember, they didn't react like that because they
suddenly realized his brain was broken. They reacted that way because they know that

(05:42):
you saw that his brain was broken. As far as the corporate media is
concerned, the only thing that's changedbetween this. Right back on June nineteenth,
NBC News said the deceptive Biden Gseven video was quickly debunked. June
fourteenth, CNN said, right wingmedia outlets are just sectively cropping video to
mislead to misleadingly claim Biden wandered offat the G seven summit. The Washington

(06:06):
Post June eleven, How Republicans usedmisleading videos to attack Biden in a twenty
four hour period. June eighteenth,CBS News misleading Biden videos go viral.
ABC News in August quote, howdo you know Joe Biden is not going
to finish his term? What isthat based on? The article goes on

(06:26):
to explain how anybody's saying that's lyingto you? The New York Times June
twenty first, how misleading videos aretrailing Biden as he battles age doubts,
and then MSNBC back in March, this version of Biden intellectually, analytically is
the best Biden ever, the bestBiden ever. Things really change, though,
isn't they? NBC News July fourth, Look how much things have changed?

(06:50):
NBC News July fourth, quote farfrom a one off? The debate
revealed the same worrying traits, memorylapses, incoherent, a vacant look,
that's weird. Less than a monthearlier, NBC News said, what do
they say deceptive Biden G seven videoquickly debunked CNN, July second, Biden's

(07:12):
mental fitness could have been better excuseme, could have been better covered.
Leading up to the debate, SomeWhite House reporters acknowledged, that's CNN,
that's weird. What did they justtell us a two weeks earlier? Two
weeks earlier, they said, rightwing media outlets use deceptively cropped video to
misleadingly claim Biden wandered off at theG seven summit. Wait now, what

(07:33):
are you calling it? Now?You're suggesting what the reporters at the White
House are the ones who lied?Whose reporters work at the White House?
CNN, Your reporters work there. You lied, You paid someone to lie,
The Washington Post, July third.Sometimes he doesn't grasp the finer points

(07:54):
of policy details. He occasionally forgetspeople's names, stares blankly and moves slowly
around the room. Who are theydescribing my late grandmother who had dementia or
the president? You don't know thedifference. Nobody does, CBS News,
June twenty eighth. Voters watched asBiden meandered and stumbled through answers that amplified
concerns about his age. ABC News, July fifth. Do you have the

(08:18):
mental and physical capacity to do itfor another four years? Hmmm, well
does he? New York Times Junetwenty eighth. Quote to Service Country,
President Biden should leave the race WowMSNBC, June twenty eighth. If he
were CEO and he turned into performancelike that, would any corporation in America

(08:39):
keep him on as their chief?I think you already know the answer.
Love America, hear the government listenlive, listen now due proceed to Happiness Radio.
It's kind of Webstern Junior producer Kenny. Over the weekend, an old

(09:05):
friend of mine won the Nathan's hotDog Eating Contest, Patrick Bertoletti. I've
known him for many years, abouttwenty years. Jerry chessn was not part
of the competition, So congratulations toPatrick Bertletti won the Nathan's hot Dog Eating
Contest by eating fifty eight hot dogs. But nobody ate more crap last week
than Joe Biden and wasn't even close. You know that George Stephanopolis interview did

(09:30):
not help. It is I mean, sit down and watch it. It's
ninety minutes of Bill Clinton's former presssecretary asking Joe Biden, are you sure
you want to run? Joe?Are you sure? During the interview,
Biden claimed he was not behind inthe race, then forgets which polls he's
citing until George Stephanopolis rescues him andinsists his humiliating debate performance didn't negatively impact

(09:58):
him. If you liked Joe Biden, this would be very painful to listen
to. Do you really believe you'renot behind right now? I think it's
all polsters I talk to tell meit's a tosso, it's a tosso.
And when I'm behind, there's onlyone poll. I'm really far behind.
CBS poll and NBC, I mean, excuse me, and New York Times

(10:22):
and NBC both Have you got sixpoints behind in the popular vote? That's
exactly right. New York Times hadme behind before anything happened to do with
this race, had me behind tenpoints, ten points, had me behind,
Not this chase of chasers in theBay. Guys, No, your
poll numbers went down more. Thehighly regarded New York Times Siena College poll

(10:45):
did not abide in ten points behindhis opponent. He was trailing by about
six points among register voters and threeamong likely voters. Both leads extended by
three points after the debate, tonine and six points, respectively. Had
Biden gone into that debate five pointsahead of Trump instead of a few points
down, the media jahad would lookvery different today the way that they would

(11:09):
be reacting. There would not bemeetings with Jakeem Jeffries, the House Minority
Leader, and Nancy Pelosi wouldn't becalling donors to apologize. Sounding on the
phone like some old Hollywood hag fromthe golden era of entertainment. I don't
know what to say. He ishe was. He had a bad debate

(11:30):
performance. I'm sorry. I don'tknow why. It made her sound like
an old Jersey woman. But anyway, instead of calling on Biden to step
aside, we'd be forced fed liesabout Joe Biden having a cold. By
the way he lied about that.Did you know that was a lie?
Joe Biden said that he got aCOVID test, that he got a medical

(11:52):
exam from a doctor. Turns outhe didn't. Kareem Jean Pierre was actually
asked that same question. I don'tthink she was prepared for the fact that
Joe had told that lie. Imean, it's not her fault that she
didn't memorize the entire George Stephanopolis interview, but she was asked if he had
a medical exam, and she saidon live TV that Biden was in perfect

(12:18):
health. I think part of theproblem that Democrats are particulating is that it
wasn't just that he had a cold, but rather he had any answers,
he was trailing off, he didn'tanswer some questions in a sort of fulsome
way. And speaking of Nancy Pelosi, one of the things that she recently

(12:39):
said was that it was a legitimatequestion whether his performance was an episode or
a condition. So I guess I'mwondered if there's been any consideration given to
releasing a more robust set of medicalrecords or something to show his mental acuity.
So I will say this, lookand again I get the question.
It is a fair question to ask. We are not taking that way,

(13:00):
and that's why the President certainly hasspoken to this. As it relates to
his medical records, we have beentransparent. We have released thorough reports from
his medical team every year since he'sbeen in office. That is something that
we have been pretty consistent about. As it relates to something like a cognitive
test. To the question that you'reasking me about what the speaker. Former

(13:24):
speaker said. Obviously she can speakfor herself his team who has said the
medical team said it is not warrantedin this case. It is not warranted
in this case. But hang ona minute now, it actually gets worse,
right because Joe said that he sawthe doctor before the debate, the
White House now admits Biden was seenby his doctor days after the debate.

(13:48):
This contradicts the earlier statement that wedo sure the debate, did the President
get exammed by a doctor or didhe get a neurological scan? A neurological
scan. Look, what I cansay is that, just to take a
step back, it was a badnight. We understand that it was a

(14:09):
bad night. And the President hasspoken to this and he understands that,
and so I cannot speak to anythingbeyond what I just shared. The President
has regular annual physicals that we releasein a thorough report. We're going to

(14:30):
continue to do that. I don'thave anything else beyond that. So was
the last time you see my doctorthen in February. I just don't have
anything beyond the question of a neurologicalexam. Okay, well you can continue
to say I'm on a positive right, there isn't it weird that there's like
construction equipment going. What is whatthe noise of the background? All right,
so Koreean Jean Pierre's earlier statement contradictsall this. Something's wrong. Joe's

(14:56):
not healthy. It's heead of callingon Biden to step aside, we'd be
forced fed wise about Biden having acold or suffering from jetlag. They said
he's sharp as attack, right, but we know he's not. And now
the media has to admit that. We'd be watching endless replays a former President
Trump carefully walking down a ramp andsipping on a glass of water. Remember

(15:20):
that when it was raining out anda marine helped him walk down a ramp.
Five years of video that proves Bidenhas been increasingly frail and confused would
not matter to the media. IfJoe is up five points but he's down
ten, they don't care. Rememberwhat whoo Pee Goldberg said in the last
segment. She doesn't care if hetakes a dump in his diaper. Years

(15:41):
of getting caught knowing reporter questions inadvance and still stumbling on the answers would
not matter to the media if Joewere up five points. So, by
the way, did you know thatthey they tried to feed CNN questions to
ask him ahead of time. Thatwasn't even the only time that that happened.
We talked about this this morning onthe show. A second local radio
host said they were given questions aheadof the Biden interview. A radio host

(16:06):
has resigned after being given questions usedby the Biden team. WRD Radio has
parted ways with host Andrea Laffel Sandersafter she used questions given by Joe Biden's
team in an interview with him lastweek. Could you imagine having your employment

(16:26):
By the way, I just wantto my management here at this radio station
does not care what we do.They certainly don't tell us what questions to
ask politicians. It blows my mindthat there are places out there like this.
She says the White House provided eightquestions to her and that she had

(16:47):
to have them approve shed to approvefour of them ahead of time. The
New York Times reported that the Bidencampaign later clarified it sent over the questions
to her. They were just suggestions. Nope, they wouldn't have done the
interview other wise, you think theywant surprise questions. That does that debate,

(17:07):
that disastrous debate, Babe, It'seasy for you to say the disastrous
debate with Trump wouldn't have mattered tothe media if Joe is ahead in the
polls. The media does not careif Biden is capable of doing the job
today. They don't care if hepoops his pants. They don't care if
he's in any kind of shape tobe president for another four years. Have

(17:30):
you seen the photo circulating around onsocial media of a group of young women
in their twenties. They all looklike they're twenty four to twenty five years
old. They're the ones writing histweets. They're the ones writing what's on
the teleprompter, and he can't evenread it. A group of women who

(17:53):
spend all day long on TikTok watchingmakeup tutorials are the people that tell the
president what to say. So themedia doesn't care that Biden is not capable
of doing his job today. Theydon't care if he's in any kind of
shape to keep doing it. That'snot what this is about. We know
that for a fact because The mediahave known for years that Biden is not

(18:17):
up to the job. We knewthis in twenty nineteen, you guys.
In twenty nineteen, everybody said,Oh, it can't be Joe. His
brain's broken. The media did notcare about democracy. They don't care about
America. They certainly don't care aboutprotecting the middle class. They don't care
about securing the border. They donot care about the well being of you
or your family. They do notcare that you're paying twenty dollars for a

(18:37):
pound of Hamburger meat. They donot care that products you bought at Walmart
three four years ago now costs fourtimes as much. The current jahad to
force Biden to step down has nothingto do with decency or truth, or
democracy or your general safety. Theycall it the Great Basement Campaign of twenty

(19:03):
twenty. You remember that the guydidn't leave his basement. If it wasn't
for the pandemic. Do you thinkJoe would be president right now? Only
one thing changed during that debate lastweek. The media now believe Biden will
lose the election. The media freakedout because you saw what everybody else in
the media had been trying to keepyou from seeing. For four years.

(19:26):
Everything the corporate media does must bereverse engineered to the starting point of how
does this aid in a bet theDemocrat Party. That's the question they ask.
That will always be the media's onlymotive for whatever they do. No
sane person believes the same media guiltyof spreading the Russian collusion conspiracy or the
Kyle Rittenhouse lie. Remember the CovingtonCatholic school kids. The COVID vaccines are

(19:52):
good for you. Wearing a maskand standing six feet away will protect you.
Laptop is Russian disinformation. These arethe same people that lied to you
about all of those things. Themedia are vile, evil, leftist fascists
who only wish to do harm toyou and your family. Act accordingly.
I'm not a fan of the governmentdoing anything. This is the pursuit of

(20:17):
happiness. Radio on KPRC Am ninefifty. I lied. No, I'm
a liar. I lied. Atthe beginning of the show, I said,
we're not going to talk about thehurricane. If you want to hear

(20:38):
about the hurricane, flip over toour sister station and turn on KTRH.
Because I'm not breaking news here. It's just me. There's nobody here at
the radio station today. It's mealone with the boy. There's a lot
of people down the hall handling thestorm coverage, obviously because KTRH has a
newsroom and they have the ability tobring news, and you know, we

(21:00):
just don't have the resources for that. That's not what we do on KPRC.
It's a talk radio station. Butthere is one thing I think we
need to acknowledge here. Do youguys remember February twenty twenty one got pretty
cold in Houston, didn't It gotpretty cold in Houston, and right in
the middle of what was a prettytragic weather related disaster with the wind turbines

(21:27):
in West Texas shutting down, thepower grid failing, people losing access to
life saving energy. Suddenly the conversationbecame about Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz,
a federal lawmaker in Washington, dC. Was at the airport trying to

(21:48):
get to can Kun with his family. People were pretty mad about that.
How dare you Ted Cruz? Now? What did they think he was going
to do? He's a senator,he's not the mayor, he's not the
governor, he's not certainly not thecounty judge. If there's a disaster if
there's a weather related disaster. TedKruz doesn't have the resources or the authority

(22:10):
to do anything. He can voteon laws, that's all he can do
as a senator. But I couldnot help. But notice now what are
we three years three and a halfyears later, things have changed a little
bit. Suddenly we find ourselves inanother weather related disaster. And lo and
behold, Lena Hidalgo is not inHouston. Well, okay, to be

(22:33):
clear, she came home late lastnight. Where was she? People on
the internet claim she went to MexicoCozamel. Now she claims she went down
there because she didn't think the stormwas going to hit here. But isn't
that where they actually predicted the hurricanewas going to go down there? So
either she's an idiot or she's lying. Something doesn't make sense. She got

(22:56):
in late last night. Lena didthe same thing Ted Cruise did. The
only difference is Lena Hidalgo is incharge of the county. Ted Cruz is
just a guy in Washington, DCvotes on laws. Got a friend of
mine on the phone right now,Holly Hansen from the Texan Down News.
Holly, I don't know. I'mnot normally so long in the tooth when
I'm trying to introduce you someone whoI think is the most thorough and honest

(23:21):
news reporter in Houston, Texas. You don't generally get political. You don't
often o pining, just the facts. That's you know, you generally don't
give some long winded diet tribe inwhich you you you know, get angry
on the radio and emotional. That'smore of my job. But am I
Am I wrong? Holly? Comeon, you've been watching your powers on.
You're one of the lucky ones. You've been watching the news all day.

(23:42):
It's a little weird that Lena Hidalgoshowed up in the middle of the
night from Mexico. Supposedly. It'skind of interesting, And you know,
I don't know. I don't knowwhere she was or what she's doing.
I do know she showed up andwe had a press conference with Houston Mayor
John Witmyer. I think that thislast night and the hours are all blurring

(24:06):
together. Now. I'm sorry. If it was this morning, it was
either this morning or last night. It was last night. You're right,
it was twenty one hours. Agay, okay, great, Yeah, it's
been a long a long day.Houston Mayor John Whitmeyer at this press conference
had some members of the Harrison CountyCommissioner's Court there. He had Adrian Garcia
there, Tom Ramsay. He specificallynoted that Commissioner Leslie Briannas had wanted to

(24:30):
be there, but she has youngchildren and needed to be with them.
But he didn't mention Lena Hidalgo orthe other county Commissioner, Rodney Ellis.
And what's interesting about that politically isthat John Whitmyer and Lena Hidalgo have clashed
a bit during the last severe stormthat we had here in the Houston area.

(24:52):
They did try to hold a jointpress conference and it did not go
well. His allgo and Whitmeyer kindof, you know, clash there.
She took the mic, was alittle bit snarky with him, and he
kind of laughed it off, butit was a very awkward and uncomfortable moment,
uh, for those of us whoare observing and trying to get information

(25:15):
on on the flooding that is takingplace at that point. So, yes,
it is interesting. Uh. Youknow, politicians have to be able
to take a vacation and take trips, you know, I don't begrudge anybody
that come on, Holly, butgrudge we know, and I mean the
governor's out of this, out ofthe country right now too. So where

(25:37):
is where is Abbat? What ishe doing? Uh? He? Last
I saw he was in Taiwan andit's on this overseas trip established some I
think, like a Texas industry orsomething in Taiwan. And I apologize for
having That's okay, It's okay forthose that don't remember. The other thing
that Holly just referenced was wit Meyernhad Dalgo got into an argument back.

(26:02):
I think it was the middle ofMay, right, so this was a
couple months back. Boy Tom fliesthere is a tropical storm and with Meyern
Hidalgo got into it, got alittle testy there. Collaboration is strong,
it will be in the days tocome. We promised the Spanish media I'd
go after you. So let mejust repeat my remarch in Spanish. The

(26:25):
commissioner there's an impact in all fourcounties, and so whenever we have an
impact on one county, the commissionerjoins. But all four counties have been
impacted, and I don't feel comfortablewith giving special treatment everybody was notified that
you, as a mayor and I, as a county judge, are speaking.
I'm happy for them to join, but at least if you want to

(26:48):
her us speak, let me dothe duty to the Spanish tsiss I understand.
I'm glad I made the approval.This. Oh, this is a
disaster. This is not the time, Mayor, this is a disaster.
This is not the time. Thisis I mean, Holly, you gotta
admit that's pretty funny. It was, and you know, it's not unlike

(27:10):
what we've seen at Harris count MountyCommissioner's Court over the past gosh, over
a year now, and where we'veseen the Hidalgo clash with her fellow commissioners,
including her fellow Democrats Adrian Garcia andLeslie Brionez, and even at times
so we've seen Commissioner Ellis, whohas been her closest ally maybe not be

(27:32):
as supportive of some of the thingsshe's proposed to. You know, it's
interesting to watch. You know,I'm glad she's back, Glad she's safe.
But you know, from a political, political perspective, it's interesting to
see, you know, what thedynamic is here, and it is a
very serious situation. But I dohave an important question for you. Did

(27:56):
you ride your bike to work?Because this is supposed to be a bike
free city or a bike friendly city, and I saw you posting something about
people riding your bikes to work?Did you see that? I forget you.
It was I get what you're doing. There. For those that don't
know what she's talking about, there'sa video on a I think it was
ABC thirteen, and I remember somelocal TV reporter posted a video of a

(28:18):
guy with his car stuck in thewater, and as they're standing there trying
to rescue the guy, some otherdude on a bicycle pedals through the water
like he's like he's like a footdeep in water. The bike's were confined
for the record, and the newsreporter said, who is this guy riding
a bike? And I jokingly said, oh, that's me, cause you
know, I'm like, there's apart of me, Holly that was hoping

(28:38):
she'd believe it, and then replyand go, oh, would you would
you would you give a statement toABC thirteen? Oh yeah, I'll give
you a statement, absolutely, Holly, Absolutely no. It's a great,
great little clip there. Enjoyed it. Eventually. I don't know who that
guy was, but you know, skudos to him. He's a power cyclist.
Apparently. I guess at the endof the day, this could have

(29:02):
been worse, right, I mean, a lot of people are without power
too, people are dead, whichis terrible. But I don't know,
I don't know what more we coulddo At this point. It feels like
the worst of it's behind us.How is it out by you? It's
pretty good. We had the eyepassover where I am located up here in
Northwest Terrace County a little while ago, and everything looks pretty good. Now.

(29:25):
We're you know, pretty lucky becausewe tend to be on the short
end of the stick and lose powerevery time we have one of these severe
storms. But this time we're good. But yeah, a lot of people
are struggling. Could be a lotworse. You know. An interesting thing
that I noticed too, is wewere all preparing for it. Is those
those forecast models changed a lot.And you know, that's just an example

(29:51):
of the fact that weather's hard topredict and these storms, you know,
can shift at a moment's notice. But I did see some people reallyling,
those who were saying, you know, it could instead of going to Mexico,
come right towards Houston and hit Landa little further north. And those
people were ridiculed, made fun offor quote doing their own research, and

(30:15):
turns out they were right. Well, it's the spaghetti model, right,
you look at the spaghetti every weatherguy always. I've said this a lot
recently. Meteorology is like fung shue. It's not a real science, Holly,
it's not. You ask for afung shwe experts to come and show
you how to do fun shue inyour house, They're all going to set
up the furniture differently. You askfor meteorologists what's going to happen with that

(30:37):
storm, They're all going to giveyou a different answer. By the way,
I got Lina's statement here. Thiswas Lina's statement that she posted yesterday
afternoon. She said, like manyover this Fourth of July weekend, I
headed out of town on a preplan trip with the blessing of emergency management
professionals. As soon as I becameaware that the forecast changed and the storm
had shifted again, I started myreturn and we'll be back in town by

(30:59):
four today. Apparently she got homea lot later, than that, she
continues, I look forward to joiningmy team, like YadA, YadA,
YadA, give some very generic advice. Here, isn't fourth of July weekend
over on Sunday like she was supposedto come home on Sunday. Anyway,
she's not a hero, Well yeah, I'm you know, I'm not going
to say whether anybody is a heroor not. You know, everybody's entitled

(31:22):
to a vacation, and yeah,it's you know, a lot of these
politicians they're always you know, spinningwhatever they're doing and trying to make the
other guy look bad is in theother party, and make themselves look better,
and regardless of what's happening, youknow, his Allgo is a very
controversial figure in the area. Youknow, some people just love her,

(31:45):
but she's also got her fair shareof enemies, and sometimes she's her own
worst enemy with some of her behaviorin public. And you know, people
don't think back to the class thatshe had with the Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick
at the funeral of the Deputy Constable. And in recent weeks she accused people

(32:07):
of politicizing the murder of that twelveyear old girl, and then she turned
around and blamed Donald Trump for it. It's you know, she's sometimes,
like I said, her own worstenemy when it comes to her public statement.
Yeah, it's funny too. Ijust I couldn't help myself, Holly,
So I searched Twitter for Lena Hidalgo, Ted Cruz and Cankun, and

(32:30):
I found all these tweets from likethree years ago, people saying, you
know, Lena's here helping, where'sTed Cruz? And I cannot help but
notice how much things have changed insuch a short amount of time. Here's
a great tweet from a guy namedBerning, Texas February eighteenth, twenty one.
For what it's worth. If Lenahad jou Dalgo chetted off to can

(32:50):
Kun, I would have plenty tosay about it. Well, here we
are, Bernie. Here we area guy on Twitter. Now's your chance
anyway, hands and the textant News. Check out her work. It's a
great news site. This is BinneySantus and you are listening to the Pursuit
of Happiness radio. Now give meall of your money, because that's the
only thing that's fair. Ninety fouryear old Clint Eastwood is auctioning off his

(33:21):
prized possessions. I don't know whatis that? Like diapers and oxygen and
then amazing, the guy is ninetyfour years old. He's still sharper than
Joe Biden. I mean, likea lot sharper than Joe Biden. Is
this a spoiled, pampered, narcissisticHollywood bratt or what p Diddy puffed?

(33:43):
Addy? Shancombs is under federal criminalinvestigation. You know the odd thing about
that, I don't even know whatthe charges are, and I already know
he's guilty. Meanwhile, Allen Degennerhas canceled several stand up shows without getting
a reason. She's not explaining whyshe canceled. Of course, this isn't
the time she wasn't straight with us. And Margo Robbie is pregnant. She

(34:07):
conceived the same night she watched thatwhat was it called the Sicilian Murphy Movie
in an event called Boinklimer. It'snot that funny. My producer just handed
me that joke. I was hopingthat would be a funnier joke when I
read it, and it was.You know, I should have pre read
these jokes ahead of time. You'refired, Grab your stuff and get out
of here. Oh you can't goanywhere because of the storm. Oh okay,

(34:31):
well, then I guess you're notfired. I actually I am not
alone here at the radio station today. There's a lot of people hanging out
because they can't go anywhere. Itold you guys before I was the only
one here, and I lied.I'm the only person here like doing the
show, which isn't actually that differentfrom how it normally is. But there's
a lot of people at the radiostation down the hall, hanging out at

(34:51):
katrh because they can't go home becauseof the storm. One of the people
hanging out out in the lobby rightnow, young woman who works in our
promotions department, was telling me howmuch she liked this new movie. It's
a Disney film. And I guesspart of the reason why it's such a

(35:14):
surprise to hear that somebody likes thismovie is because it's a Disney film.
Breitbart dot Com today reporting on themovies that just came out and how well
they're doing, and they all haveone thing in common. Movies for normal
people are saving the box office.Right now. I mean, for the

(35:37):
last several years, we've watched justone movie after another, one woke tard
movie flop after another, and wewere told by the sycophant entertainment media the
problem was the Hollywood writers' strike, superhero fatigue, the pandemic streaming services.
These are the reasons nobody's going tothe movies anymore. And then Barbie came

(35:59):
out Barbie, which is actually surprisinglynot woke. Have you seen Barbie?
Barbie is a movie about how menare men and women are women, and
in an imaginary world where women runeverything, it might seem nice, but
in the real world it works differently. And at the end of the movie,
they don't make the real world intoBarbie world. Barbie goes to live

(36:19):
in the real world. And thatmovie made a billion dollars. Isn't it
interesting? If Hollywood just makes anormal, fun movie, whether it's directed
towards women or men or whatever, they'll actually make money. No one had
the moral courage to acknowledge the obvious. Normal people do not want to watch

(36:42):
men kiss, They don't want theirheroes emasculated, they don't want racial and
sexual identity in a movie. Butnow the box office is back, just
like that. The Hollywood writers strike, the China flu, the streaming wars,
superhero fatigue, those are suddenly notkeeping people away from the movies.

(37:04):
Hmm, that's odd. What changed? It's actually not that difficult of a
question to answer. If you lookat all the recent box office hits,
they have one thing in common.Lately, all the movies that are doing
well have no social or political controversyaround them. In other words, they're

(37:27):
just movies for normal people, andthey're normal movies for normal people. After
something close to a dozen flops ina row, the Disney Company has finally
released a movie that looks normal. It's called inside Out two, and apparently
it's already grossed one point two billiondollars. Inside Out two is what people
want from Disney. No gay sex, no transvestites, no pronouns, no

(37:51):
lectures, just a nice story aboutrelatable characters. Despicable Me is Universal's cash
cow forchies, and over the fiveday weekend, part four gross to one
hundred and twenty two million dollars.Apparently, unlike Disney, Universal refuses to
pervert its children movies with woke, which is why it stole the animation crown

(38:15):
from Disney Grooming Syndicate years ago.But now Disney seems to be making a
comeback, and those aren't even theonly movies out right now. Listen to
this A Quiet Place Day one,Bad Boys, Rider Died, John Wick
Chapter four, Guardians of the GalaxyVolume three, Kingdom of the Planet of
the Apes, and the upcoming Deadpooland Wolverine. That's obvious. I mean

(38:37):
that's not out yet, but apparentlythat's predicted to be a huge smash.
And I'm sure, well, allof these are blockbusters to respectable hits.
And why do you think that is? Well, it's because they didn't betray
the trust of fans the Marvel's Shazam, Fury of the Gods, light Year,
those did. They went woke, they went broke. I think another

(39:01):
lie these box office hits exposed isthe smear that racist Americans want nothing to
do with the franchises starring non whites. And yet there's Bad Boys, Ride
or Die, Inside two, InsideOut two. That is, that's interesting.

(39:22):
So there's a movie where black guysare the star Inside Out too.
That's about women, right, isn'tthat a woman we were told we wanted
nothing to do with, not wantnon white females us bigots? Right?
What apparently not people have watched themovie. It's not that difficult. Being
woke is bad storytelling. Bad storytellingmakes a lousy movie. Bad movies are

(39:45):
bad for the box office. Likeany role, there are exceptions. You
know, some people think Barbie waswoke. I don't think it was.
But Cris the latest movie Impossible tanked, but it also looked more like the
same after seven previous chapters, likeyou just did the same movie over and

(40:07):
over. Regardless of those rare exceptions, the role has only been the role
since movies were invented over one hundredyears ago. Hollywood's woke Gestapo thought they
could alter human nature. The result, sixty million people voted for Hillary Clinton,
and even they refused to watch thiscrap. Think about it. The

(40:31):
people that voted for Joe and Hillary, they must buy movie tickets, right,
No, apparently they don't. Reallykind of makes you wonder if that
many people actually voted for Joe andHillary, doesn't it? I don't know.
I'm Kenny Webster. I always liketo leave the show with a little
good news. I think we needgood news today more than ever, because

(40:53):
it's bad out there. I hopethat you are not one of the people
who was injured or hurt. Ihope that nobody you know or love was
hurt today. But before we go, I leave you with this good news.
A teenager made a movie you'd seein an action movie on Wednesday in
New Hampshire. It happened when asailing instructor was teaching children how to sail.

(41:15):
When he reached for the tennis ballused to teach turning, the student's
boat tipped over and the mast hitthe instructor's throttle, throwing him from the
boat. That's when seventeen year oldBrady Prakhan and a neighbor named Justin King
got the kids out of harm's way, and Brady made a leap to stop

(41:36):
the runaway boat. Here's a littlesound from that. Hang on here booooo.
And I looked up and I couldsee this boat circling and then of
course looked at the boat and there'snobody in it. If that boat was
circling like that, it could havehit somebody. So he jumped on his
boat told me to get on thejet ski to go get the kids out
of the way. It just cameto me. I didn't really think I
just did it. I'm realizing whatI did scared me a little bit,

(41:57):
but it was fun. You knowwhat else is called about that news story?
Brady is gonna go join the Navythis fall. I'm Kenny Webster.
I love you all. Thank youso much for listening. Drive safe out
there, Please be safe. Youknow what all the stupid advice Lena Hidalgo
gives you when there's a hurricane.I know it's dumb, but follow it
anyway. I'll see you guys,Bray nearly tomorrow morning for more of what
you bought a radio for. Youare listening to the Pursuit of Happy this

(42:28):
radio. Tell the government to kissyour ass when you listen to this show.
