Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jack ganon government sucks. The Suit of Happiness radio is DeLux.
Liberty and freedom will make you smile. The a suit
of happiness on your radio. Toil justice, cheeseburg is a
liberty fries at.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Today is National Pie Day. It's a day when you're
supposed to eat pie. But it always reminds me of
women whose names are associated with pie. You know, names
like Sarah Lee and Marie Callender and Ellen DeGeneres. Anyway,
Happy National Pie Day. A big show today. A lot
of people are going to be if everyone shows up.
January sixth, Prisoner refugee preed political prisoner Owen Schreyer from
(00:46):
InfoWars dot Com is going to be here, Christian Collins
from the Texas Youth Summit is stopping by, and comedian
Tim Mathis. We'll have a lot to talk about. There's
so much happen. We're gonna go to Hollywood, We're gonna
go to the United States Capitol. We're gonna go to
this Supreme Court. I mean figuratively, not literally. We're going
to talk about you get it. You're not stupid. You've
heard talk radio before. But before we go to any
(01:06):
of those places, let's go to Atlanta, home of CNN.
That's technically it's not where the news bureau is, that's
where their business office is at. Now here's some of
the things we've learned about CNN in just the past
couple of weeks. Here. CNN has not got a lot
of talent left. They've got Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper, and
Jake Tapper. Those are probably the only names that CNN
(01:28):
everybody knows, and I'll bet you're not a fan of
any of the people I just mentioned. CNN put Wolf
Blitzer on the morning show time slot recently, which is
usually a demotion. Remember when they did it to Don
Lemon right before they fired him. Then after that, we
found out a jury found CNN liable for defamation and
gave five million dollars to a Navy veteran, a gentleman
(01:52):
named Zachary Young, who was defamed by CNN with false
information back in twenty twenty one. After that happened, we
got their quarterly revenue report and we learned that over
the last four years, three years really the Biden era,
CNN's annual revenue dropped. This is a crazy number, four
(02:12):
hundred million dollars. Now, it's not just because they suck.
Obviously they suck. But before that, their business model was
scaring people with Donald Trump. It was Trump bad, orange man, Hitler, Nazi, this,
Nazi that, and it worked until it didn't. And then
you got the Joe Biden presidency and suddenly nobody wanted
(02:33):
to watch CNN anymore. I got to think, considering what's
going on in America right now, that old formula of
calling everyone a Nazi and getting and getting TV ratings
for it's not going to work. There's a weather girl,
a meteorologist from Milwaukee, who hopped on social media on
her personal social media account and started talking about how
(02:53):
Elon Musk was a Nazi and fascist or taken over America,
and they fired her. A local weather girl in Milwaukee
at what is presumably a local left leaning TV news
outlet because it's Milwaukee and it's you know, network TV,
was fired for saying Elon Musk is a Nazi. Yeah,
there was a little more to it than that. She
used some harsh language, but still, you know, just goes
(03:17):
to show you that never would have happened four years ago.
And then we learned this Brightbart dot com today giving
us the latest at CNN where they report on how
the far left propaganda news outlet, which by the way,
is mostly just responsible lately for spreading conspiracy theories and
promoting political violence, is about to lay off hundreds of people. Now,
(03:40):
I don't celebrate when people lose their jobs. I celebrate
if CNN's failing. I think they're terrible people. But I
don't want some average guy at CNN who's just trying
to feed his family to lose his job. I mean,
that's terrible. CNN is reportedly set to lay off hundreds
of employees in the early days of President Trump's second administration.
CEO Mark Thompson will announce to his staff about the
(04:02):
network cuts on Thursday, so that's today. Presumably it's already
happened if you're hearing me talk right now. I don't
know what's going on down at CNN headquarters, but I
found this report this morning. Naturally, over at CNN, the
rich stay rich. These layoffs will not affect CNN's most
recognizable names. They're under contract, So Jake Tapper could probably
(04:22):
do a lot of good if you were willing to
contribute just half of his annual seven million dollars salary
to save a few of those jobs, but he won't
because he doesn't love his team or the troops. And
the layoffs come as CNN is rearranging its linear TV lineup.
I mean they moved Wolf Blitzer to the morning shows lot, which,
by the way, is good in radio, it's bad in TV.
Do you get why primetime for radio is in the morning.
(04:46):
It's when you're driving to work, everybody's got their radio on.
But for TV, most people aren't watching TV in the morning.
It's just different. Right, So, if you want to buy
CNN it's in twenty twenty one, it would have cost
you four point four billion dollars. If you want to
buy it today. Apparently it's for sale now for two
point three billion. I don't have that kind of money
(05:08):
laying around, but I bet we could all pitch in
and buy CNN. Right. CNN is dying. The primary reason
is a drop in gross revenue. Four hundred million dollars
is a pretty big loss. Guys. They went from being
worth I mean, their value just got cut in half. Essentially,
CNN's reputation as a national punch line. Their ratings are
(05:31):
worse than any of us thought they were. They just
lost a brutal defamation case, CNN would have seized up
and died years ago in a media world built on
merit but a lot of people pay for cable news bundles.
You wanted Fox News, but they gave you Bloomberg, Forbes
and CNN as well, And you're thinking, I don't watch
(05:52):
those things. Well, it's too bad. That's how it works.
And some have pointed out how moving to streaming gave
us more meritocracy than we had under the previous system.
But you know, the cable news bundles and stuff like that,
But I can't find a way to just buy Fox News.
Is there a way to do that? I would watch
some of these channels, I certainly don't watch all of them.
(06:12):
I don't want to pay for CNN. I don't want
to pay for MSNBC. But it feels like even with
the streaming bundles, you still have to get them all.
Ten years ago, one hundred million subscribed to cables, so
CNN was skimming over one billion dollars per year. So
do the math. If CNN is making a net profit
at four hundred million dollars per year, where would CNN
be without that six hundred million dollars in cable TV
affirmative action where it deserves to be, it would be bankrupt.
(06:37):
So as millions are cutting the cable cord every year,
CNN's losing free money. Most of these cord cutters moved
to streaming, where there are no carriage fees. Some people
are getting bundles of news channels. I happen to be
one of them, but you know, it's what I do
for a living. I need to watch this stuff. CNN
is too disgraced, too hated, too ignored to survive on merit.
(06:59):
They they're in ad based channel, but you have to
pay to watch them. Cathereter companies only have so much
available in their advertising budget to help CNN stay alive.
But for over a decade we've been predicting and reporting
on its inevitability. It feels like it's finally coming to fruition.
CNN could finally die soon. Amazing, isn't it again. I
(07:22):
don't take any I'm not happy to see people lose
their jobs, but you know, in some ways this was inevitable,
and the world's becoming a better place.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
The difference between a politician and a snail. A snail
leaves its sline behind. You're listening to Kenny Webster.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Pope Francis. You guys know I'm Catholic. Pope Francis just
released his autobiography. I read it. To be honest, it
gets a little preachy. I'm just saying it's kind of
preachy anyway. In other news today, well, there's so much
going on. The January six ers just got a pardon,
and in DAP right now, the World Economic Forum is
(08:02):
gathering together with the baby blood drinking elitists of the
world to complain about Donald Trump, because of course they are.
And I want to talk about that with our next guest.
But before we get to that, let's start with January sixth.
There's been a lot of comparisons this week between the
Donald Trump pardons and the Joe Biden pardons, and just stop,
don't compare those things. Joe Biden promised not to part
(08:23):
in his own family, and then he did, right. Donald
Trump promised to part in the January six ers. People
knew that, and then he won the election, so clearly
people wanted that. We have a friend, good friend of
the show, one of my favorite people in alternative media.
He is a popular host of the War room on
InfoWars dot com. His name's Owen Schreyer, and in addition
(08:45):
to being a Texas resident and American patriot, he is
also a former political prisoner. He was locked up in
a federal prison in Louisiana, where he became a regular
listener of the Walton and Johnson Show, technically making him
a ten percenter. And so, since we're fans of info
Wars and he's fans of Walnon Johnson, seem like we'd
end up meeting Noen Shrowier sooner or later. Oh, and
(09:07):
you got a part in this week, so now you
can buy guns? Is that right?
Speaker 4 (09:13):
Well, you're halfway accurate there. And actually I haven't talked
too much about how my rights were trampled in the past,
specifically my Second Amendment rights. For obvious reasons, when you're
getting docked and when you're getting death threats and the
government has taken away your Second Amendment right, it's really
(09:34):
not something that you like to promote for obvious reasons. Now,
having concluded my case now off of probation and now
the pardon, Yes, my second Amendment and I should have
you know, first Amendment rights. I had a lot of
speech restrictions while I was on probation as well. But
more importantly to your question, my Second Amendment rights have
(09:56):
been reinstated.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Nice.
Speaker 4 (09:58):
I may or may not have purchased a new firearm.
I may or may not have been cleaning my firearms
that I already owned. I may or may not have
been back to the gun range to train and have
some fun shooting my guns, as a good American would.
But no, I'll tell you it's it's it's aside from
(10:19):
the fun of it. And you know, we do have
to have fun in these crazy times, right, I mean,
if not, what is life worth living. We showed a judge,
I mean, if people want to know how bad it
really is. We showed a judge the evidence. This just
wasn't me showing up in a courtroom making claims. We
showed the death threats, we showed them getting mailed to
(10:41):
my house, we showed the dosing. We showed all of
this to a judge, and they still would not give
me back my Second Amendment rights. So you can only imagine,
you can only imagine what that was like. And then
to have the pardon from Trump and get my rights back.
But you know, aside from me and you know, my
(11:03):
story is one of thousands, obviously, and you know, I
appreciate people's concern that have been reaching out and celebrating
my pardon. But man, I got to tell you, when
some of these guys walked out of the prison and
saw their daughters for the first time, oh my gosh.
I mean, if that doesn't, if that doesn't, you know,
(11:24):
touch you, I don't know what will. And I would
also just say I couldn't be prouder of my fellow
January sixth defendants. They have handled this entire situation with
the utmost class, the utmost dignity, the utmost patriotism. I mean,
these men were political prisoners in their own country. I
(11:48):
mean they were tortured by their own government, and they
came out of jail draped in the American flag. They
came out of prison singing the national anthem.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Love it.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
So I couldn't be more proud of my fello January
sixth defendants, true patriots, just the utmost class, the utmost grace,
and a major wrong has been rided by President Trump.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
I love that, dude. I mean, it is a great
miracle for some of these people that had been in
jail for an absurdly long time. There was one story
about a guy who used a stun gun on a cop,
and they said, look, he tried to kill the CoP's like, well,
stop right there. By the government's own definition, a stun
gun is a non lethal weapon. And then the retort
(12:33):
that you get from liberals is, well, the cop had
a heart attack. Again, if the cop had a heart
attack because of a stun gun, doesn't that just mean
he probably I mean, look, no offense to the guy,
but if a stun gun gives you a heart attack,
you're probably not healthy enough to be in law enforcement.
But I still digress. So and I think it's a
huge it's a miracle that this happened, that this all
went down the way it did, kind of like it's
(12:54):
a miracle all those January sixth former prisoners were able
to find their guns that they lost in those kayaks
almost immediately afterwards. That's incredible.
Speaker 4 (13:04):
I'll tell you, you know, God is good. But you know,
to go back to what you were just talking about
with the police, because whenever I enter into these debates,
let's say, with the left, one thing I have to
make sure I remain consistent. But I want logical consistency, sure,
and you never get that. You never get that from
(13:25):
the American left. If you look at all the things
they've said defending police, they're only about one day. There's
only one calendar day per year where a Democrat or
a leftist where will ever defend the police, and that,
of course is January sixth. Every other day of the year,
they're bad. The Antifa riots, the BLM riots, I mean,
(13:45):
these people were assaulting police. Dozens if not hundreds, actually
I think the final number was over one hundred. Police
officers were hospitalized during the Summer of Love, the George
Floyd riots. That's just one instance. That's not even talking
about all the Antifa riots, Mike Brown riots, all the
other riots that we've seen, the Charlotte riots. I mean,
they just go on and on, and they never say
(14:06):
anything positive about the police. In fact, they're the ones
demonizing the police. They're the ones putting the target on
police officers back. They're the ones literally sharing the bailout
fund websites to make sure that they can get bailed
out of jail. Wow, the ones assaulting police. So I
(14:27):
don't for one second buy their crocodile tiers. About the police.
They're lying. They do not care about the police. Every
other day of the year, they target the police and
make them out to be the bad guy, the demons,
and they stick their violent, terroristic protesters on them. So
not for one second am I buying this empathy all
of a sudden that Democrats have for the police. So
(14:50):
it just goes to show you that they will. Really
they're like political chameleons. Depending on the day, depending on
the scenario, depending on all these dif diferent factors, they'll
change their politics, they'll change their stamps, they'll change everything
just to try to win in that moment. And it
just they don't have any consistency and they really don't
(15:12):
have any principles or values. I would say not to
mention integrity or honesty. I mean, you go down the list,
But when I see them sharing stories like that, I
always go back to that. So, look, we can sit
here and have a debate about this case or that
case on January sixth, dealing with perhaps a police officer
(15:33):
getting assaulted, which nobody's endorsing, by the way, except the left.
So I just don't want to hear it from them.
I don't want to hear it from the Democrats. I'm
not buying this empathy. They have towards police every other
calendar day of the year that's not January sixth. They
target the police, and they bail out the people that
assault them. So sorry, not listening to anything they have
to say about that.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
Perfectly stated crocodile tears is the only way you could
describe it. Hey, before we run out of time, because
I know you got to run in a minute, but
real quick, I'd love to get your take on this.
Like a lot of people here in this radio station,
iHeartMedia and are the other company that carries our show,
town Square Media. Are not companies that censor us. This
is George Soros just bought Odyssey. We've heard about right
(16:16):
wing talk show hosts being punished at Cumulus for criticizing
the transagenda. On this radio station, KPRC nine to fifty.
You could criticize the vaccines and the mRNA stuff is
all over the news today. Stargate AI project helped create
cancer mRNA vaccine, bird flu becomes growing threat. Maderna awarded
five hundred and ninety million dollars to develop an NRMMRNA vaccine.
(16:40):
Donald Trump backing mRNA vaccine project getting backlash. It's like, wow, dude,
is it? Is it twenty twenty one again, We're talking
about all this all over again. What do you think
about this?
Speaker 4 (16:50):
Owen? Well, let me just state this thing unequivocally. I
will never take an mRNA injection. I never have and
I never will. And unfortunately, unfortunately for some people I'm
sure listening to this they got forced to take it
or duped into taking it. They likely have regrets. I
(17:10):
have family members of that side effects. But okay, aside
from aside from all of that, let's let's take away
maybe my personal feelings and experiences with this, and let's
just look at this from a neutral standpoint. Let's be
fair here.
Speaker 2 (17:24):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
The fact the fact that they're going to the White
House and promoting mRNA technology before there is any reconciliation period,
before there is any honesty about what went down with
the COVID vaccines, before there's any transparency about all the
deaths and all the side effects from the COVID vaccines,
shows you that still, whether it's Trump himself or who's
(17:49):
ever running these things in the White House, is completely
out of touch with reality. Now again, I preface all
of this by saying, I'm never getting an mRNA injection.
But even if they were able to somehow make this
technology successful, let's just say hypothetically for the sake of
this conversation, even if they were able to somehow use
(18:10):
AI mRNA injections to target cancer or other diseases and
actually cure it, nobody's going to trust it. I'm certainly
not going to trust it. I'm certainly not going to
trust it with my friends, family, or loved ones. I'm
certainly not going to recommend it to anybody. I would
do the exact opposite. So the fact that we're doing
this without any reconciliation period, any transparency or honesty or
(18:36):
even punishment from what happened in twenty twenty one shows
you that somebody is completely out of touch here, and
they are really swinging and missing big time. Now. I
think from Trump's perspective, he's bringing in these billionaire guys
to make investments in the United States of America. He's
a businessman. He want to make he wants to come
(18:58):
out and celebrate these claims. One hundred million dollar investment,
one hundred billion dollar investment, half a trillion dollar investment.
We're building manufacturing, we're building production centers, we're building data centers,
all this other stuff. That's kind of the way Trump
approaches this and likes to feather his cap with it.
But to the average American that went through this in
(19:18):
twenty twenty one, it's not working for us. And to
have this in the first week, I think has a
lot of people kind of maybe sour grapes or at
least legitimately concerned about where this is going now. I
think from from a larger standpoint, aside from the things
that we know about mr Anda and what we've already
(19:40):
been through with it, you know, AI is another conversation
that I don't think is being properly had. And if
you kind of go throughout the big tech history for
let's say, the last decade, on and off, there have
been the big conversations about the future of AI and
the dangers of it and you know, how to keep
it under control and ste things. But we seem to
(20:02):
kind of be rushing into this now. It's like some
form of a space race. Let's say, we seem to
be rushing into this AI race now, and where is
the moment of pause? You know, Larry Ellison said something
and other things in the past, perhaps even more concerning
about how AI is basically going to be this omnipotent
force controlling humanity. I mean, that's virtually what he said. Now,
(20:27):
I don't want to live in that future. Can I
I be used as a Can AI be used as
a good thing? Sure, I can use a hammer to
build a house, or I can use a hammer to
go down the street and bash somebody's head in. So
the hammer is now, the hammer is not inherently evil.
It depends on who it's in the hands in. But
I am certainly not ready to embrace an AI future.
(20:49):
I am certainly not ready to embrace this idea that
AI is going to be the savior of humanity. I
would actually go the opposite way. It's going to be
the destruction of humanity. So right, yeah, well I'm a
little bit I'm a little bit more concerned about that.
I think whatever happens with the mr Anda tech, it's
still going to be optional at least I hope that.
(21:11):
If it's mandatory, are forced to get procedures with that's
going to be another story. But to me, let's pump
the brakes on this AI stuff. Let's be careful because
I feel like once you let this cat out of
the bag, it's over, and trying to get back the
world that we once knew and loved might be impossible.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Boy, perfectly stated and on. I don't know if you've
heard this yet, but data centers going up in Alabama, Memphis, Montgomery, Texas, Austin.
They're all over the region where we're at in the country.
And the word I'm getting from people in the energy sector,
this AI stuff takes a lot of energy. If people
can cap if you can lock in a rate right
now for natural gas or electricity, do it because the
(21:53):
cost of this stuff is about to go up a lot.
I'm told we're about to go off an energy cliff.
We've gone along on this segment, but only Shroyer always
fascinating to listen to you talk. Info Wars still exists,
Owen Schroyer's war room still exists. Free speech still exists.
My brother from another follow in on social media and
check out his show on Info Wars Thinks for your
time today, my man.
Speaker 4 (22:14):
Thanks goodness, good to catch up always.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
Kamala Harris deserves to be vice president like Elvis deserved
as black belt in karate. What a hunka hunkah burning krag.
This is Kitty Webster's pursuit of happiness.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
What I'm about to say is going to be hard
for some people to believe. I can't believe it myself.
But I was on a date recently with a Harvard
educated German brain surgeon. This woman is a neurosurgeon. She
removes tumors from people's brains. She is from Germany, she
worked at Harvard's a very smart woman, right, very German,
And as a lot of you could probably guess the
(22:51):
conversation we were having was somewhat political because it's me,
you know, And how can I resist When people find
out what I do for a living or who I am,
they always want to argue with me or tell me
they agree or one or the other, as if, as
if it matters, you know. I was like, can can't
we just talk about music? No, we have to talk
about politics. So she says to me, Kenny, I don't
know why you like Trump. I was like, what do
(23:11):
you mean? He doesn't even want to fund NATO anymore?
And you guys live in a country where you don't
even have public health care. Wait, Wait a second. You're
from Germany. Do you not understand the reason one of
the reasons we don't have single payer healthcare or socialized
medicine is because we're funding your military. We could stop.
You can't complain that we're not going to fund your
(23:31):
military anymore in one breath while simultaneously complaining that we
don't have free healthcare quote unquote free healthcare in America. Well,
I believe it or not, this is a topic of
discussion right now in Davos. Davo says the World Health
the World Economic Forum is happening right now. Zelensky's there.
I bet you all love Vladimir Voladimir Zolensky, who is
(23:53):
cussplaying as a military hero. You ever't notice how he
doesn't wear a suit? Why can't he dress like an adult?
He's in Europe right now warning European leaders Donald Trump
will ignore them if the continent doesn't take better care
of its own defenses. The U Canadian president insisted the
continent of Europe had to become more independent of Washington
because this Donald Trump guy's a jerk. He won't even
(24:15):
give us a welfare military anymore. Here with his reaction,
one of the biggest America first patriots I know, and
somebody who is obviously deeply concerned about national security. He
doesn't want to get hurt any more than you and
I do. Christian Collins of the Texas Youth Summit, fresh
off his trip to the Donald Trump inauguration. Christian, thanks
for your time this afternoon. I'm curious if you've had
(24:36):
a chance to look at at what is going on
in Davos with all these people. Can't believe we're not
going to keep paying their bills for them.
Speaker 5 (24:45):
Well, Kenny, thank you so much for having me on.
I truly believe you're one of the most important voices
and I'm grateful to be a part of your show. Look,
you know, I just came back from DC and the
inauguration was spectacular. Just getting to see Donald Trump sworn in,
I think is it's it's incredible, it's epics. It's something
that most people thought would never happen, But here we are.
(25:07):
The Golden Era has begun and President Trump has wasted
no time signing executive orders. And you know he's going
after the World Economic Forum. He's not there in person,
he's he's speaking from DC virtually and he's crushing it,
and he's saying that business as usual it's done. We're
not going to continue down the path that has put
(25:29):
America last. We're gonna put America first. And as you mentioned,
we can't be the police of the world. You know,
we have to be a strong America, and we can't
intervene in every single conflict throughout the world. And for
this to happen, we've got to do everything that we
can to make sure that we put pressure in the
right places. And President Trump came out yesterday as it
(25:51):
relates to Zelensky's situation with Ukraine, and he basically laid
it out and said, look, I don't want to have
trouble with Russia. Russia helped us win World War Two.
We're grateful for that. But you know, I will put sanctions,
I will do things if you don't end this war immediately.
And he goes on further to state that this war
(26:11):
would never have happened had he been in office, which
is a one hundred percent true. And so we've got
to have a situation in this country.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Where we are not.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
Paying the bill for useless wars that do not need
to be happening. And there needs to be concessions on
both sides. There needs to be compromising. This war needs
to come to an end.
Speaker 2 (26:33):
Dude, I got to tell you that some of the
stuff happening at the World Economic Forum, to me, Christian
is great. Some of it's frustrating. Javier Malay is there
right now from Argentina, one of my favorite world leaders,
telling people in that room that the woke global left
is starting to crumble. I don't know if you remember this.
You probably do, I don't know how many other people do.
A year ago he went to the World Economic Forum
(26:55):
and he basically told them all you guys are irrelevant
right now, and your time is going to be up soon.
Another one of these guys from al Salvador bou Kelly.
He's another one of these guys. He's all over the
news of this week saying, I don't understand these academic
professors telling us we can't fight crime because it might
be bad for the economy. The New York Times has
(27:16):
a headline today saying Donald Trump designating cartel groups as
terrorist organizations could be bad for our economy? Can you
believe this? Christian? A group of journalists at The New
York Times got together some of the highest paid journalists
in America, sitting around in a circle, came up with
the headline to say, you know what could be bad
for the economy going after cartel groups, and not one
(27:39):
person in that room thought, Hey, you guys, if we
publish this, we're gonna look like a bunch of morons
and people are gonna make fun of us. Weirdly Christian,
they actually punished that article, published that article. I mean,
can you believe it? It's incredible.
Speaker 5 (27:54):
I mean, just everything that's going on right now, I mean,
President Trump is going there making it year that we're
going to put America first. We're getting out of the
Paris climate of court. We're going to be the crypto
currency capital of the world. We're going to ensure that
America is the headquarters for artificial intelligence. And he's putting
(28:17):
China on notice. He's putting all of these other countries
on notice, and especially those there in Davos who really
don't have America's best interest. Their entire purpose is to
cut America down to size. And we can't have that.
We have to have a president that puts America first.
And we finally do. And it's exciting to see and
you know, I'm excited to learn that President Trump is
(28:38):
going to have a call about cryptocurrency with the President
of l Salvador later today. There's a lot of good
things that are happening, and it's just it's the news
cycle is incredible just to keep up with all the
things that President Trump is doing right now to fight
for American interest, because there's so much. And it's like
(28:58):
when he first got into office in twenty sixteen, he
had to kind of figure things out. He didn't have
the right personnel around him. But when he got out
of office, he's had the last four years to think
about how he wants to do things, and he's you know,
since twenty twenty and into twenty I'm sorry, since twenty
twenty one into twenty twenty five. He's had the last
four years to think about how he wants to do things.
(29:19):
And so he's hitting the ground day one and he's
just lighting it up. It's incredible to watch, you.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
Know, it really is. It's interesting too because when when
Trump one point zho happened, when Maga one point zero happened,
it kind of felt like on the world stage, Trump
didn't have any allies. Maybe Shinzo Abe of Japan was
a friend. Right Prime Minister of Japan, who, by the way,
incidentally was also kind of like Trump, a guy that
got elected to that position, not in two consecutive terms. Right,
(29:47):
he was, He was there, he left, he came back.
Very uncommon for a world leader. Now everything's different. There's
Bucelli and al Salvador, Javier Malay and Argentina Georgium. Georgium
Maloney the Prime Minister of Italy, she's another one of
these right wing populists. Things are changing. Communism is clearly
failing on a global scale. I don't know if you
(30:10):
saw this. This weather lady in Milwaukee was all over
her own social media account calling Elon Musk a Nazi,
and she got fired for it. I gotta think four
to eight years ago that never would have happened. Christian,
I don't know, Hey, before we run out of time here,
I'm just curious, man, you hang out with anybody cool
at the inauguration? What was that like?
Speaker 5 (30:29):
Well? I got to connect with Eli Crane, who is
a great guy, who's a Navy seal that is a
part of the Freedom Caucus, and I love these Navy seals.
In veterans who like Troy Nils and Corey Mills and
Wesley Hunt who were actually conservative.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
In you know, and imagine that right, you know, so.
Speaker 5 (30:51):
You know, I mean unlike people like Dan Crenshaw who
are not. So I think it's great that we had
so many patriots in Congress who observed honorably and will
never take away anyone's service. That's an incredible honor, you know,
to get to serve your country, and we're grateful for
their service. But you know, it's it's great to see
somebody America first veterans fighting for our country and in
(31:14):
this way in Congress. So good people. I also got
to connect with Dan Bongino, great guy. Just I love
what he's doing. He's really speaking out in great ways
and continuing to build his podcast and audience. I really
love him. Yeah. Just some great people in the Texas House.
Nate Shats Fine and Brian Harrison, great guys, just really
(31:35):
good people to connect with. So excited to see all
the good things that will transpire from all the new
connections and reconnecting that I got to do there.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
I love that. I want to brag on my buddy
Christian for a minute, because over the last few years,
Christian has been has transformed the Texas Youth Summit from
being a local convention for college and high school kids
in the conservative movement to being one of the biggest
in the country. Recent guests have include people like Donald
Trump Junior, Ted Cruz, who else has been there? Kailee
(32:05):
making Any, Matt Gates. I mean though at Wesley Hunt.
It's a long Riley Gains, It's a long list. I
can't name them all right now. It's a lot of
people I would. I'm gonna guess that the Texas Youth
Summit at twenty twenty five is going to be the
biggest one yet. If I was a local business owner
or a local Conservative an investor, I would go to
Texas Youth Summit dot com and I would become a
(32:25):
sponsor of the event because that would be a great
way to get connected to some of the biggest thought
leaders politicians in the country and help promote your brand
while simultaneously promoting a very awesome cause Christian.
Speaker 5 (32:38):
Well, that would be awesome, and thank you for that plug.
Texas Youth Summit exists educate young people with Judeo Christian
and conservative values, and we're doing the hard work to
reach young people in college campuses and in high schools
and different places throughout the Houston area, but throughout the state,
and people come from all across the country to gather.
(32:59):
And we have the event at the Woodlands Marriotte every
year and we're growing our numbers and we have all
these great speakers and you mentioned some of them, and
there's a long list, and it's exciting to deliver this
product every year in the fall. This year it'll be
in September, and we're just thrilled with all the opportunities
(33:19):
that we're getting and growing this movement. And you don't
want to miss it. You can go to Texas Youth
Summit dot com. Allow it updates, and you can donate
and sponsor and be a part of what we're doing.
Send your kids and grandkids. It's free to them and
adults can buy tickets. Anyone can come if they buy tickets,
but it's free to the youth. So make sure you're apart.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
My brother Christian Collins and the Texas Youth Summon. Get
connected with him on social media and his group. He'll
be glad you did.
Speaker 3 (33:46):
Screw you. I'm going to Texas and thank our lucky Stars. Sorry,
our lucky lone star.
Speaker 2 (33:54):
We did. This is Kenny Webster's pursuit of happiness. Bing Hi,
We're back from break. Sting has canceled shows due to
an illness. Doctors aren't monitoring the situation and say that
every breath he takes they'll be watching him. Oh you
didn't like that. How about this one? Sting canceled shows
(34:14):
due to an illness. In case Sting is contagious, people
he encounters are telling him don't stand, don't stand, don't
stand so close to me. Is this a spoiled, pampered,
narcissistic Hollywood brat or what. I'm not proud of it?
All right, I'm a little proud of it. It's our
Hollywood Report with stand up comedian and comedy writer Tim
(34:35):
mathis live right now from an undisclosed location. He's actually
I got to give you credit. Tim, You've been living
in Hollywood for the last few years, and you decided
you could take no more. So you've moved to Albuquerque,
New Mexico, the home of stand up comedy. How's that
going for you?
Speaker 6 (34:52):
Oh, it's going. I've been going out in the community,
the stand up community, checking it out. It's pretty fun.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
There a club. There's a club there right, there.
Speaker 6 (35:02):
Is a club, and there's a club coming into town soon.
I'll actually be helping work that. Clubs called Hyenas Albuquerque.
We have that in tex So we're looking forward. Yeah,
there's there's one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth.
A guy that owns it's a really good owner as
far as comedy clubs go, really fosters building talent internally
(35:24):
and stuff like that. In fact, THEO will be uh
here at one of the shows very shortly.
Speaker 4 (35:30):
So Oh yeah, Taylor and I'm the.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
One of the associate producers of his comedy special. We're
trying to do more conservative, like right wing based, patriotic comedy.
I've been talking about starting a monthly comedy night here
in Houston, and I don't have any details to announce
on that yet, but that's really cool that you guys
are doing that. Besides Albuquerque, Fort Worth and Dallas, are
there any other Hyenas locations around the country?
Speaker 6 (35:56):
Not yet, not yet, but I'm going to be pushing hard.
If this one is successful, which based on the other
two I think it should be, I'll be pushing hard
to bring one to Houston if possible. So, but that
would be years, you know, down the road. But we'll
keep our fingers crossed.
Speaker 2 (36:12):
Why did he pick Albuquerque for a new comedy club.
Speaker 6 (36:16):
I think his first club was in Albuquerque before he
started doing before he moved to Texas and started doing
the clubs in Dallas. But I wouldn't be able to
say exactly. But it's actually a pretty good location as
far as talent pools because it's right between La and
then Houston Vegas, and you've got a Texas and Vegas
and you've got a lot of talent you can pull
(36:38):
from in this area. So it's pretty nice.
Speaker 2 (36:40):
That is very cool. All right, Well, I'm proud of you, Tim.
I'm glad you're out there making moves and building a
new comedy club. That's exciting. All right, let's talk Hollywood
for a minute. We can't talk Hollywood without talking about
their reaction to Donald Trump saying there are only two genders.
Demi Levado and Ariana Grande, the star of Wicked, are
both taking a stand against the only two and the
(37:00):
only way they know how by tweeting about it. Popstar
Demi Lovato has posted a message to fans who identify
as trans, telling them we will get through this. Get
through what exactly. Meanwhile, Ariana Grande is calling on Trump's
executive order recognizing only male and female as an attack
on trans people. Well, aren't I'm sorry, aren't trans people
(37:21):
whatever they claim to be? What are they mad about?
Speaker 6 (37:25):
If only there were bigger problems in LA right now?
Speaker 4 (37:28):
You know, if only?
Speaker 2 (37:32):
No, You're right, people in Hollywood have a real screwed
upsets of priority. The wildfires are now spreading into Orange
County and San Diego, but weirdly, the pop stars of
South California are concerned about trans people for some reason.
Speaker 4 (37:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (37:47):
I mean, imagine looking out your window and singing and
seeing an actual wildfire and jumping on to tweet about
some executive order that will affect you in no ways,
it's ridiculous that this is even an issue. I mean,
it's the only thing that that really, as far as
I can tell, controls is government positions and stuff like that.
(38:10):
So like, who cares? So you can't do a government job,
you might not be able to be in the military. Shoot,
I wish I wasn't able to be drafted back in
the day, now that I was, But I mean it's
ridiculous that they're making such a big issue about all
this stuff. And you know, like you said, priorities. You
(38:31):
have people losing their homes, losing their lives, you have
a government that's out of control, spending billions of dollars
and not even being able to have water in the
fire hydrants, and your big issue is some executive order
about gender. And I just don't understand the priorities of
some of these folks.
Speaker 2 (38:49):
Boy, I bet you're glad to get the hell out
of there.
Speaker 6 (38:51):
Huh, Yes, I am so happy to get out of there.
And in fact, when I used to think about how
much money we were spending in taxes, I would say
to myself, Oh, well, you know, yeah, they're they're corrupt
the government, but all governments are corrupt. What's the worst
that could happen? And then I found out that they
didn't have water in the fire hydrants, and then I realized, Oh,
that's that's the worst. The Katrina West is the worst
(39:16):
thing that could happen, And that's what they did. It
is basically the California Democrats version of Katrina.
Speaker 5 (39:22):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Okay, speaking of tranees, the trans oscars are a thing.
Netflix Amelia Perez star Carla Sophia Gascon, a biological mail,
has become the first transgender actor nominated for an oscar
I have Netflix. I never even heard of this. This
was popular.
Speaker 6 (39:40):
I don't think it's popular as much as it's being
propped up from everybody I've talked to that has actually
seen the film. Objective people say it's it's crap. It's
a crap movie. But because it hits all the right buttons,
then it's going to get a lot of prey. In fact,
(40:00):
I believe, and I'm trying to find the exact timeline,
but I believe this Carla Sophia Gascon hasn't even been
a woman all that long.
Speaker 2 (40:09):
Oh I believe that. I'm looking at a photo of
this person in the article tim and I mean no
offense by this, but it looks like someone put a
wig and a dress on you and then they said, oh,
look look how beautiful. It's an actress.
Speaker 6 (40:22):
Oh yeah, and like like a oh yeah, two thousand,
let's see. But began her transition in twenty eighteen, so hey,
like I've like I've been saying for the longest time,
living in La it's a great career move. To go trans.
I mean, I can't blame her on that. You know,
she probably wasn't getting the roles that well he wanted
(40:43):
at the time, and in twenty eighteen, she just decided,
if you can't beat them, join them and chop chop,
let's get that Oscar bait.
Speaker 2 (40:51):
Okay. So Hollywood has apparently embraced the film, but the
LGBT community not so much. Glad glaad the Lesbian Alliance
whatever it stands for. They're criticizing the movie for its
portrayal of transgenderism. They said, the movie features profoundly retrograde
portrayal of a trans woman, a step backwards for the
(41:12):
trans representation, proving once again you'll never be woke enough
for the woke mob.
Speaker 6 (41:19):
Well, and not only that, apparently the movie is of
course set in Mexico and all that stuff, and a
lot of Mexican and Hispanic people don't like it either.
It's made by a French director, and if you haven't noticed,
our Mexican and Latino communities aren't really too excited about
(41:39):
this whole forced transagenda. If you remember Latink and how
that only lasted about a couple of weeks.
Speaker 2 (41:46):
LATINX LATINX.
Speaker 6 (41:48):
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, people don't like people with a rich
culture like Hispanic and Mexican culture don't want white liberals
telling them how their culture should be run. Well, it's
interesting that the movie is also not gaining any traction
with those folks as well.
Speaker 2 (42:04):
All right, real quick, before we run out of time,
here the creator of the Vagina Monologues. You probably haven't
heard that vagina. Like, twenty years ago, Vagina Monologues is
a big deal. Is these women talking about their vaginas?
It was all the rage on Broadway And now she's
teaming up with Jane Fonda to do a musical in
New York City about climate change climate tumors. Basically, but
(42:25):
isn't the Vagina Monologues kind of offensive by modern day
standards to people on the left. I mean, they're basically
suggesting you can only be a woman if you have
a vagina. When they have to redo the Vagina Monologues, like, Hi,
here's a woman who's vagina is a penis, because the
whole narrative that they had twenty years ago for feminism
is totally outdated.
Speaker 6 (42:44):
Now, yeah, if they don't cast a transperson, delete it.
Are they even being progressive. I mean it should be
the Vagina Monologues where no one even has a vagina.
Call it the Magina Monologues and we'll go from there.
Speaker 2 (43:00):
Yeah, no kidding, my brother. One more before we get
out of here. Diddy the Diddy Files. Diddy has filed
fifty million dollar defamation lawsuit against a mail accuser and
the News Nation parent company. The lawyers for Sean Diddy
filed the lawsuit yesterday against a man they said falsely
claimed to possess videos implicating the music mogul in sexual
(43:22):
assaults on eight celebrities. The guy if he's got he's
either got videos or he doesn't. If I got to think,
if you go to court over this, that can't be.
If it's real, that's just going to prove you're guilty, right, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (43:36):
I mean, I don't know what kind of play Combs
is making here. He's he seems to be getting desperate.
I mean, it looks like his goose is cooked. But
I don't know. I mean, it's possible that he could
win one and lose ten. So I would be interesting
to see what happened. If there are there are videos
out there somewhere. Somebody does have videos because it's very
(43:56):
similar to what Epstein had going on. A lot of
it was blackmail. So maybe this is guy, the guy
that has the videos, and maybe he doesn't.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
We'll see I guess, yeah, no kidding. Tim mathis very
funny comedian. He is on tour. You can find his
work at Tim mathis Comedy on Twitter at Tim mathis
Comedy on Insta. Give him a follow. He's one of
the good guys. I hope I'm one of the good guys.
