And Amanda jam Nation nice to go to the Easter
show today. We had the Mithea Jackson esque preview.

We did so these are show opens today. It was
media day yesterday the show and we had a great time.
We saw we met the women of the c WA.
I'm very impressed by the c WA. Do you know
there are city branches of.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
The c WA.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
It's not just country women, sure, but it's an association
for modern women as well. It's not just about baking.
It's about connectivity and putting back. And we had some
delicious scones whoa and delicious jam and cream on top
of them, and.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
I got the whole cream before jam thing because they
used clotted cream. Clouded cream has a consistency of butter,
easier to put on the scan and then you put
the jam on top.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
I'd always thought you used it like a butter.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
But they had have whipped cream, whipped creamers or.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Fluffy but they what did they do? They put the
jam first.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Well you could do either. But I was just talking
to Barb, one of the ladies there, and she said, well,
if you're using cloud cream, quite of cream in England
as well has the consistency of butter. I just said,
So he put that down first, and then you naturally
put your jam on top. If you've got toast with jam,
you put butter first and then you put jams.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
But that's what I've always said, and I've been shouted
down because you use whip cream.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
It's too how the whipped cream is too airy to fluffy.
As I just said, to put the jam on top.
It's all about viscous.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Then if it's fluffy. I've never wanted to have that
bit on top because it goes on your nose. The
fluffy bit goes on your nose, and.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Then you walk into a meeting and a man. They
also say, man, what's happening here? Yeah, that's right, you've
come to the un and you've got cream on your nose.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
But we also saw David. Remember David from what show
was David on? He was on Survivor, wasn't he?

Speaker 1 (01:43):
No, he was on Big Brother, Big.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Brother, But there was another show after that he was on.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Then he was on Dad's with the Stars. He was
worse than me.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
But he does a lot of good works with a
group called Rough Track and Backtrack, which is where kids
who are up against it and going through a tough
time go to rural areas or maybe some are parts
of Sydney too and work with dogs and the kids
change enormously and they train these dogs. And we saw
the dogs go through their paces yesterday. We saw them
set up all the fruit and veg I love that

where they've got. I thought they had a few more
days to go, and so they realized it's tomorrow. They've got.
They were setting up all their displays from the Northern
District and they're putting the chocos out.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
And I saw a mangolan. What's that? That's that's fodder.
A mangolan like a giant turnip. It's for the sheep.
The sheep eat it and it's good in dragt conditions
because it goes right into the ground and stuff like that.
And I said, can you eat a mangol? And they said, oh, no,
you don't want to eat that. And I said, but
what if you're starving to death, you know, and you
had a choice between your boot and a mangol, And
they said, where you'd eat your boot? Oh?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Really delicious.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
It sounds like our next TikTok tape. Eating a boot,
eat a boot. I'll tell you right now, these shows
that's great. It was really good. It's going to be
great this year.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
And we saw the showbag pavilion and where our show
bags are. Our show bags look fantastic and thirty five bucks.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
And you get that big water bottle, you get the.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Bag to put it in, you get a cap, you
get a little speaker, you get lots of food and
bits and pieces in there.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
It's a great show back. And the dodge gams. You're
gonna have to go on the dodge jack under the
dodge jams.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I'm looking at you. Ryan smacked into the side of
my thing and cracked a few ribs.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
It's not my fault. You can't drive, Oh please, you
are so aggressive. It was well documented that Amanda can't.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
He did the same to Laz who works with us too.
She was, wow, you know she's got whiplash today.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
I was having a laugh because Jonesy I hit you
a few times, but you were just too cool on
the dodge jams, like your face would not change at all.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
And you're doing this thing.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Where you're just driving with one hand.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah, well, I'm a motorcycles I'm used to cars trying
to kill me every day, so there was no difference.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Except there was a difference because you stayed up right.
It didn't end up being rescued by an ambulance. And
I think that's nice.
