All right, now tell me what's happened to your nephew.
So he was pretty excited because he got the call up.
He was involved in the school play, Something's Gone on.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
You always wanted to be an actor?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Yeah, loves it laying in front of people.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Oh yeah, I don't know where he gets it from.
Its definitely not like me. So he's been talking about
it for ages, going to the school plays. Coming up,
they're doing the Lion King. Oh wow, I know how
exciting that.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
That's awesome? Okay, yeah yeah right, oh my god. So
he could be more fussery, we'll yep, he could be Pumba. Yes,
he could be Timon Ye. Yeah, he's the little like
meerkat guy. Okay, he's the one that has all the
funny lines. Pumba is the cool one though. That's anyone

that's seen it will know.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Okay. Unfortunately he was none of those things. Now he's
going through a stage as well where he's getting a
lot of pimples. He's turning into a man. He's got
that awkward thing. He really wanted to speaking rock.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Oh and is his voice a little bit dropped you?
So last time I spoke to him, I said how's
it mate?

Speaker 2 (01:00):
I got to roll. I'm like, oh my god, you
gotta roll this school.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
This is going to be exciting.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
So what are you doing? Like, what's your character? I'm
an elephant? Yeah, okay, I actually know, uncle Shane, I'm
not an elephant on the back end of an elephant.
He's playing the art center of an elephant in the
school play. I mean, no speaking, l just playing the button.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
How did you put a positive spin on that for
the little fellow?

Speaker 2 (01:24):
I really didn't. I remember saying, oh, that's a shame.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
It's a shame.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
You can get anything better. So the art end of
an elephant, that's his character in the school play.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
How disappointment I remember. I mean I never did school
players in high school, but in primary school I was
the Christmas tree ones.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Okay, what did you say? Iss?

Speaker 1 (01:43):
No, I was the tallest kid in school I think,
And eventually it involved my mum wrapping me so tightly
in green tissue paper and then just cello taping a
sticky taping bables on me. And then the other time
I was the Easter Bunny and Mum again made some
ears for me, and I remember having she made like

a big pompom, a white pompom for my tail, and
I couldn't sit down the whole time, and I just
had to jump hip fitty hop, hop, hip fitty hop,
look at the bunnigu. I remember all that, but there
was no speaking in any of those.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Now we still have access to these videos, and by
the way, can we please?

Speaker 1 (02:19):
No one had videos back in Thossas made. It was
all sketchy,
