He's got the shiftiest d in redowmdobig flexes all week everybody, and we're
(02:32):
off on Thursday, so live withit. A good double header with the
Fox Sports Radio NFL Draft coverdge scoopagefrom Jay Glazer, that's what you're getting
starting at five, and we'll haveGlazer on on Wednesday. What will his
phone be like? God only knows. Scoopage. Scoopye, that's what it's
(02:55):
gonna be. It's gonna be likescooping a bean dip with a giant Freedom
because of this scoop his satellite SATphone. All right, Matt, this
is a big story. Well,I don't know if it's that big.
Matt needs an explosion, but alot going on at Dodger Stadium over the
(03:16):
weekend. Uh, the Dodgers. They lose a series to the Metsyers,
everybody feeling a little weird about well, the lineup, the bullpen, the
defense. But they won ten tonothing yesterday, so our troubles are over.
Dude, take that coin. SmackOtani hit a jack that made him
(03:39):
the most jacked Japanese jacker in theJocular major leagues. Matt, he has
hit more jacks than any other Japaneseborn player. Were at Godzilla and learning
from the example of sugar Teas. The receiver rolled out like ludicrous rand.
They did not take the Rodgers.Let's make a deal. Deal. But
(04:02):
the person that caught the Pa hassfirst home run did give it back.
Let's give it back? Why why? Why? Why why did he give
it back? The Paass that's arookie, it's his first jack. But
the Otani Japanese ball see you later. I'm getting five hundred K for this
(04:25):
thing, Cyanara. You know ifyou take it, we're not going to
authenticate it. Bull ass, You'renot going to authenticate it. And this
was pre authenticated because they were usingspecial balls, because any moment he could
be exactly right taking Godzilla to task. So can't do it, selling,
(04:46):
I just take the deal. Whyare you running? Can't do it?
Selling. I believe the person isgoing to get Pa Haas to come over
to his house and cook him aCuban sandwich and a fruit of Bomba.
It's part of that deal, exactly, the Sugar Tas deal. So now
the Dodgers are on the road inDC. I already was going to take
his dad's fifty six Studa baker.Oh it's gonna be sweet, all sooped
(05:06):
up though, it's all souped up. That's what he wanted. It's got
a Kia engine. Vasse. Isgonna gonna be out there at Old Abbots.
Maybe he won't, and our showwill basically be obliterated all week with
flex alerts and the NFL draft. However, Matt, aside from the baseball
issue yesterday, that wasn't even biggerissue yesterday, and escaped you in your
(05:30):
travels huge I was en route forfive solid hours. What did I miss?
Huge news At Dodger Stadium on Sunday, eighties comedian Elaine Boosler, often
mentioned by me in this space onlyfor reasons of obscurity, went full mailbox
head Doyers the Blozler in Blue Heaven. The Boozler was arrested, or at
(05:57):
least detained. She did not havea clear bag, as we all know
that you have to have a DodgerStadium now pretty much been standard for about
a half decade now. They toldher to take it back to her car.
Boosler did not want to take itback to the car. I believe
Boosler drives a car like Cruela Devillewith her legs out. She would not
(06:18):
say take it back to the Dusenberg. So they arrested her, and they
took her into the office. Sinaand Boosler put on a five minute impromptude.
She did start to sing up show. She started to say, tell
some jokes and uh. She believedher eighties comedian celebrity status barred her from
(06:38):
following the clear bag rule. Well, I could see why, as she
has performed the anthem at Dodger Stadiumand played in the Hollywood Stars game.
And she said, I'm Boozler. And apparently they were very professional with Boosler,
and they told her to kick rocksor get thrown in the butcher barn,
and she decided to take it tothe arches. She be lined home
(06:59):
and did what Matt complained immediately tosee in the media, Yes, immediately.
Would you like to hear Boozsler's beef? What I I don't know how
your Sunday went, but I'll betyou it was better than mine. Here
are my wrists. I speaking ahandcuffs for two hours at Dodger Stadium.
That's right, I was arrested.I didn't know that your bag coming into
the stadium had to be clear, all right, And I'm so excited to
(07:20):
bring my new little baby. Comeon, Boosler, it's been five years.
They it's been ten years since youhad to have a freaking clear bag.
Back to Boosler. Twenty years baseballbag into the stadium, which is
so adorable and my baseball socks.I'm a baseball fan. This looks big
because of the phone. But it'sten inches across this bag. It's nothing
(07:44):
and there's like nothing in it.And they said, nope, you have
to bring it back to the caror throw it away. And I said,
wow, the car. Let's see, we paid fifty dollars to park
and it's eighty degrees and the ticketswere three hundred and the secondary market and
nowhere did I see it say itto be a clear bag. You should
have me stop. It does sayyou have to have a clear bag.
It clearly states it on the TICfor for like twenty years, clearly mark
(08:07):
the video. By the way,the bag is the size of my torso.
No, no, it looks big. Yeah, because of the no
terrorism, the terrorist of obviously oneterrorism. I've sung the anthem here five
times. I've been in the boothfifty times. I've done everything that extra
for Dodger Stadium a comedian can do. I, Oh, my goodness,
(08:28):
I've played in the Hollywood Stars gameten times. Just let me in with
the bag noe and it got heated, but quiet. I did lose an
F bomb, hyot and unfortunately theguy at the gate. And there's that
kind of guy with this a littlebit of power we faced out before me.
A little bit of power, andthat's the most dangerous. Remember that
stops with maybe they wouldn't give usthat bobblehead I do. That guy just
(08:50):
had a little bit of power andhe used it to not give us our
bobblehead, and bill they get touse it. So he said, you're
not getting in ad my nephew andhis eight year old, and of course
the eight year old starts to cry, and I said, okay, well
let the boys in. They didn'toffend you. And so they went in
and I'm out there and he said, you're not getting in. You're going
to get arrested for trespassing if youdon't lean And he said, how can
(09:13):
I be trespassing with a three hundreddollars ticket in my pocket? Anyway,
I said, fine, arrest me, so they did. They arrested me.
They cuffed me behind my back. They put me in a black and
white squad car. They did nothold my head. They did not,
and I pointed that out and theysaid, lady, this is an suv.
The roof is two feet above yourhead. You're fine. And they
said, oh right. I haveto say the cops, man and woman,
(09:35):
were very nice. Are just goingto start getting warmed up now?
Yeah, here we go. Yes, I'm I know that, but they
were nice. Oh anyway, whiteprivileged office. They were nice because I'm
white. Yes, I'm white,I know that, but they were nice.
Anyway, got to the DOT office. They had a press charge just
because the guy wouldn't give up.And the people in the office were pretty
(09:56):
nice actually, even though I washandcuffed high my back and then handcuffed to
a bench. So it's fascinating toget processed like that. They count all
the cash in your purse and thenyou have to sign off on it.
And they said you have three hundredand seventy one dollars cash in your purse
and I said, well, yes, we were planning on buying two hot
dogs and a water over well. And then they said, well, you
(10:20):
know you're going to get arrested. You're going to have a record. And
I said, oh no, Iwon't be able to vote, but I
will be able to run WO Sothat's for my day. We went there
for two hours and finally they said, well, if you agree to leave,
you know, we don't have tosend you to jail downtown. And
I said, okay, I guessso. And so I did leave in
(10:41):
a squad car to go call upa car to come. But here's the
thing. Okay, shame on youDoD your stadium. Shame on you.
Sure you know me. I've doneso much free work for you for a
decade. They don't know you, boozler. No, they clearly they did
know you, and they handcuffed youto their bench. They say, hey,
that's booze. Instead they left youthere for two hours? Is it?
(11:03):
Karen? Was freaking Karen, cometo the BA to my bag.
I've done so much free work foryou for decades. And even if I
wasn't me, if I was justa customer who was coming to the game,
to be treated like that, forany one to be treated like that
is so awful. You need totalk to your personnel and you really need
(11:24):
to get rid of that guy witha tiny little bit of power who was
definitely not people. She's got alot of birds. It's my other takeaway.
I mean, Matt, they madeyou wear a lanyard on opening day,
and now this Boosler beef right,we get to bring our bags because
(11:45):
we're media and not eighties comedian.Fifty times in the booth. Can you
imagine Vince Scully saying, hey,go get Boosler for me. I see
her down there in your seats.Let's bring her back to the booth for
the thirty fifth time. Thirty fouris just not get Boozler. I got
a fever and only Boozler is gonnaput it out. I mean, we
got eighty one of these home gamesevery season. We should be at least
(12:07):
be able to get Boosler up fortwo of them. Entertain me, Boosler.
Everybody knows the clear bag thing bynow, boos let's just take it
back to your Duzenberg. Like Mattsaid, Hey Boosler, can you do
some more of that terrorist comedy?Come on, hit me with a good
one. Give me a good electionyear singer. Oh it's got a boooo.
(12:28):
Anyway, We're we are very muchcompromised by the Dodger road trip all
week, So stay alert to Twitterin the podcast for more Boosler news,
because we are all over it thisweek. Boozler is angry, clearly.
Do you think that led the Dodgermeeting today? Like? All right,
Andrew, what do we got, lawn? Well, have you seen the
(12:48):
video? Have you seen the lameBoozler? Yes, we've seen the video.
She's livid. What can we doto take it down? I thought
there was a shits who that washandcuffed to the bench when I went up
into the office and it turned outto be Boozler. You realize if they
brought this up in a meeting,I think everybody but like two people in
that meeting be like, all right, let's google Elaine Boosler. You hold
your tongue. Who is she?Oh? Don't even know what this is?
(13:09):
Oh? Dare you? She thinksshe's like an A list celebrity like
I've been. Elaine Boosler is ahuge deal. Dude, No she's not.
She's not gonna have it. Nextthing you're gonna tell me, jan
Hooks doesn't hold any love around it. Come on? You know what I
would do. Here's what I woulddo. I would figure out, Hey,
let's get that Brett Butler to tryto love her. Let's get her
to go to that Curly Dobs gamewith another baseball bag, and let's cross
(13:31):
a star off at Butler and thatway it'll overshadow our boom Butler will overshadow
Boosler every time. I just can'twait what happens when Paula Poundstone shows up
in July? And if Margaret Showrolls out shoe, what about Amy the
shoot dog Shoomer? Let's go shootdoll? All right, we are your
(13:54):
female comedian show of record, comingup next to Sean Foster, U C
l a Head come talking about thebig Spring actions. Two hot dogs and
a water is three hundred and seventyone dollars. That went overwell? Bye?
Who's Petrosan money? Am five seventyLA Sports. We are alive everywhere
on the iHeartRadio app. We havegot Dodgers Baseball back tomorrow tonight, a
(14:18):
full four hour show. We gountil seven pm. Clippers MAVs tomorrow at
seven on our sister station, DodgersDubs Curly Dubs at three forty five.
Matt joining us right now for thesecond time as the head coach at UCLA.
The Tustin Tiller himself one of thegreat running backs in the history of
(14:41):
UCLA, that's true, a fabulousassistant for many years, and now the
head coach navigating his first year alongwith UCLA's first year going into the Big
Ten. Friday night, UCLA hada big celebration in a large crowd.
A lot of high school players arethere watching a Friday night celebration. This
(15:01):
Saturday, UCLA's got their spring showcaseRose Bowl two o'clock. Free tickets available
now and joining us on the southernCalifornia to Yoda Dealer's celebrity hotline is Deshan
Foster handling his business as the headmanat UCLA. What's cracking to Sean?
How are you? I'm great? How you guys doing all right? We're
(15:22):
fabulous and we're happy to have you. We talked to you a few months
back when you got the job. What's the last you know, eight weeks
been like and what's it been likebringing in these players and getting ready for
spring ball. It's it's a littledifferent than when you played spring ball,
just the structure of it at all, but how much can you learn about
your team this time of year. It's all great players out here practicing hard
(15:46):
daily. You know, we cantruly say that we're getting better. Called
it on a daily, on adaily thing, but I'm any be fired.
You know, the whole city's backin us amumni, current players,
old players, donors, you know, the city, the city supporting is
So I'm just great to have thiskind of support in my first year and
(16:08):
going into the Big ten where theyneeded. When you have, you know,
something like a showcase, it's it'ssort of your vision. It's it's
what you want to portray, it'swhat you want to to well, it's
a showcase what you want to showoff to those fans, those donors.
What is it that that maybe youwanted to try to get across about what
UCLA football is going to look likewith you as head coach and what it's
going to look like moving forward, because you know, you can sort of
(16:30):
script how you want that whole thingto come off. Just so wanting to
see a team that's just coming out, you know, played with disc and
respectful enthusiasm and and it's just havingfun. The number one thing out there
is can we stay healthy. That'sthat was my number one thing with our
guys, and you know they've donea pretty good job in that so far
in Chenny camp. And you know, we want to finish this last week
(16:51):
out at the Rose Bowl, finishon a good note and just give our
fans, you know, something tolook forward to in the fall. You
know, not to sound like anold head, but spring football has changed
from back when when you were inspring football. It used to be maybe
a little bit more competitive in someways. I don't know. The teams
don't really look the same as theyused to because of the transfer portal and
(17:14):
the proliferation of young players that playand play right away. How different do
you think your team will look whenthe season starts? And how do you
approach that with a football team knowingthat the structure of it has changed.
You just got to just try tokeep the nucleus together. You know,
just like you said, this isa different just different balls that I played.
(17:37):
And you know, with this wholespring thing, guys, can you
know, see where they add onthe depth and kind of just decide if
they want to go into the balllike that or if they want to go
to another school. So it's justit's just tough. But being honest with
these kids, letting them know exactlyhow you feel and let them know your
plans. I think that kind ofgives them a little bit, lets them
be a little bit at ease, and they can kind of trust what you're
(17:57):
saying to them and they understand ifyou just keep them in it. Um.
You know, it's interesting. DeshaunFoster joining us right now, head
coach at u c l A.They got a big showcase coming up on
Saturday, so check it out atthe Rose Bowl two o'clock Pacific time.
Uh, Deshaun, you hired Ericthe Enemy as the OC and now it's
two of the best running backs inthe history of the area in high school.
(18:21):
Eric the Enemy from Bishop Emont andyou from Tustin. Together it's like
the whole the whole offense feels likea running back room. Uh what's it
been like working with him? Andwhat do you think this offense will look
like? Uh? Come, comefall. We just got to get you
in here. Then it's it's justactually yeah, then we just io every
play when you everybody will get fired. You're just gonna see a well first
(18:48):
offense, you know, can basicallydo whatever we need to do to score
points. I think it's just gonnabe basically what the defense Dif you know
we're gonna come out and the defensegiven us to len game and we're take
the run game and they're dropping back, I mean, if they're plugging the
box and you know we're going toair it out a little bit. But
we kind is just going to givetake with the give of the defense give
(19:10):
us and just playing Bostrom there. But as long as we're playing with this
one, respect who he has aboutthe the he good. I know it's
uh, we know it's always acompetition every position, quarterback included, but
it certainly feels like you got aquarterback going into the season and Ethan Garber's
is I don't know if need isthe right word, but but what do
you want to see from him?And you know, like what we we
had at the practice field or whatyou might have at the showcase or day
(19:33):
to day that you have a chanceto interact with him, is there anything
that you're looking to see from whatis a presumed starting quarterback going into the
season throughout the summer just to continueto grow? You know, he finished
the season great. That Bowl gamewas amazing. He came in well,
another guy got injured and just playinglights out. End up being the ABC.
He picked up right where he leftoff this spring. So you know,
(19:56):
he's been doing a good job atspring right now, rally and keeping
the guys energetic, the rallying behindhim, and you know, I'm pretty
excited for the government, you know, being Vetti's Lamorris County, and you
know, I'm also you know,I'm looking full time coming out there.
Bone. It's one thing to havea signing period recruiting high schoolers, but
now with the portal, it's kindof a daily exercise, especially when you
(20:18):
have your own guys in the portal. What is that? What is that
part of your day? Like asa head coaching, is it part of
every single day when it comes tothe transfer portal with guys that you have
that are in there and guys thatare in there that you may be interested
in bringing in. Yeah, theportal is huge. That's basically just a
component to help you fix stuff immediately. You know, we still want to
(20:40):
take pride in and recruiting high schoolkids and developing them. But you know,
a couple of holes and positions andyou have spots open, you would
like to share that with the portalkid And you know, I'm thankful that
we have that and you know,we have success with it in the past
and hopefully we can continue. It'san easy place to recruit too. Is
as far as location and the panacheof UCLA athletics. You know, I
(21:06):
think back to the calendar of thefootball season and the way it kind of
shapes out or the year and thesummertime. You know, as a player,
you just run around and work withthe strength coach and run gassers and
do drills and do seven on sevenstuff and lift weights. What is the
head coach of a big time footballprogram like you do during the summertime?
(21:27):
What is the focus in those fewmonths when everybody is just kind of anticipating
the season starting. Just basically justmaking sure that the team is you know,
being a team. You know,I want to make sure that we
have best the right from Roderie goinginto going into a training camp. Just
trying to find little things that bringus closer together. That's basically what I
(21:48):
want to do. But all theteam that I've played on the have been
really successful. They get really close. So I'm huge on this family component.
I want to bring everybody together andI think the closer that we get,
the more gangble in. And youknow that that's that's basically what's the
of the same strut away its meansand that you can so we'ena to get
clumps. How do you do that? You do go bowling? Do you
(22:08):
take them on the Rick new Heiseelriver rafting trip? I mean, how
how do you how do you cultivatethat kind of environment, especially these days
when everybody's got a phone and aniPad and all that stuff. Yeah,
it's a it's a tough day,and so it's really tough because just in
this era of kids, you knowthat they they want six hands early,
(22:30):
you know, and everybody thinks theyshould plan at a certain time. So
it's it's really it's really tough. You got to really keep it real with
him and they really try to winthem over and have them on your side
so they truly know that you havethe best interest at heart. But you
know, I think the kind ofguys that we have here, they truly
understand what's going on. That's wherewe haven't had maybe hit the portal.
(22:52):
Is you know the guys that we'regoing through and to get in the portal.
You know, we're just making surethat we picked the right individual that
you know, won't at the lockerbut actually just help our team preach our
common goal. I know it's wayway out there in terms of you know,
when these events are going to happen, coach, But it does seem
like there's maybe a big picture conversationabout logistics about road trips. It seems
(23:15):
like the Big Ten did the Westschool West Coast school some favors. There's
not a lot of back to backsin there, especially back to back to
the opposite coast. But do youhave a big meeting about logistically how you
want the team to travel, ifyou need to worry about time zones,
what day, you want to leaveall that sort of stuff for what's ahead.
In the first season in the BigTen, Yeah, we knocked most
of that out as soon as theschedule came. So, you know,
(23:37):
if we're going all the way back, he's Penn State ruptors follow those schools,
We'll probably live on a Thursday insteadof a Friday. You know,
just give us a data to reallyget actimated to the time change. But
you know, this is something thatyou're have to do at the next level
offense. So this is just aprep for other guys that are going to
get an opportunity to play as pros. Now, You've had a lot of
coaches and schools buzzing again locally aboutUCLA football. You've always been a very
(24:04):
active, very good recruiter, especiallylocally, But did you cla need to
kind of reconnect with the area recruitingwise? How have you been able to
do that just a little bit.You know, you just want to make
it accessible to people or you know, a lot of a lot of people
haven't been to our school. Youknow, I'm hearing that for the first
time from people that man, I'venever been over here. I never knew
(24:25):
that this and this, So youknow, I just want to make sure
that we're we're fitting that. Youknow, everybody says want to come to
the UCLA. It's a great areaof Los Angeles. This is a prestigious
school. You know, academics speakfor USSEL and you know, I'm just
giving people exposure to something that's great. You know, I saw that it
was great. It worked out forme, and I hope I can do
the same. It's gotta be agreat time. It is Saturday, out
(24:49):
twenty twenty four. UCLA Football SpringShowcase out at the Rose Bowl two p
m. Pacific. Tickets are free. Certainly, Friday night was a great
time, great so libration, largecrowd out there with the Friday Night Light

So get it out there. Checkit out. To Sean Foster, a
head coach, our guest, weappreciate it, coach, looking forward to
(25:11):
how this whole thing continues to unfold, and very excited about what's to come.

FI seventy LA Sports is here withus. Hello, Dave, Hey,
guys, Happy Monday? Is it? Is it a happy Monday with Dodger
Talker? Are you gonna take callstonight? Dave? Are you gonna hear
from the people? Of course Iam. That's why I do it.
(26:40):
I'm not here just to sit backand do nothing and hear Ronnie say hard
out, heart out. How fardid yesterday's dominant performance go to cure what
the Dodgers have been going through, which feels like just the kind of an
(27:00):
anemic stretch early here in the year. Yeah, Well, the biggest sign
was that Freddie Freeman has come outof his slump. He finished the final
two games of the homestand four foreight. He scored four times. He
drove in two yesterday during that eightrun fifth inning. I really believe three
nights ago, when he was facingMets reliever lefty by the name of Brooks
(27:22):
Railey, he had a thirteen pitchat bat and it ended up in him
flying out to left field. Butit feels like that was that Wade Miley
type of at bat to get himback on track, and the last two
games he certainly did. And AndyPaz, who is coming for center field,
hit his first major league home runyesterday at three run homers. So
(27:45):
Paz continues to get regular at batsand it feels like he certainly is pushing
for more playing time. How doesthat You know? You've been doing this
long enough, Dave to kind ofknow what the timeline is for the guys
to get called. They hit reallywell, there's now a scouting report,
and they've got to be able totake on the pitches that appear to be
(28:06):
their weaknesses in the big leagues. What does that what does that timeline look
like? Is it a month? You get a free pass. Is it
a couple of weeks? How doesit usually work? Yeah, it feels
like it's somewhere between four to sixweeks before the rest of the league starts
testing you with breaking balls and sliders. It feels like pitchers now slider is
(28:26):
just as common as using their fastball. But yeah, that's kind of the
test. Let's see if you canhit a fastball. Okay, you can
hit a fastball. Let's see ifyou could hit some breaking stuff and not
chase out the strike zone. Soright now, he's still being tested with
some fastballs, and he's four foreighteen in his young major league career.
(28:48):
He has showed off the very strongarm, and he just seems very fluid
and comfortable playing center field and rightfield. Remember last year James Autman,
Yeah, he was the center fielder, but it was kind of it was
a work in progress, to putit politely, the beginning part of the
season last year. And obviously hehad that drop ball in Game one of
(29:12):
the NLDS. You won't let itgo? Will Yeah, he won't.
You're not gonna let it go?Are you let it go? Not?
Everything else could have been different.I mean, has he recovered from that
drop. I don't think he has. You have, they say, dave
so much of it because all theseguys are so damn good at what they
do, or else they wouldn't bein the major leagues. But so much
(29:33):
of it is mental and the abilityto shake off failure or to recognize,
you know, at bats and leavethem behind or keep that hot streak,
whatever it may be. Can youtell, like how different do guys carry
themselves when they first get called up? You know, how Will Smith looked
versus James Outman versus Vargas or Bush? And how does pie Has look to
you? Well? Number one,Pi has From what I was told in
(29:57):
spring training, he's a baby, small rat. And Landon Knack actually told
me when he was teammates with himbefore he heard his shoulder last year,
that's when he could actually see thematuration process and growth from Andy Pa has
and became a lot more serioues ofa baseball player. So he already has
(30:18):
had growth even in the minor leaguesbefore he's gotten here. And he was
sitting on the couch yesterday in theDodger clubhouse, and you know, guys
are playing video games or they're lookingat random things on Instagram. He was
actually looking at a video I couldn'ttell who it was of side by side
hitters. So he's constantly consuming baseball, which is a great sign. And
(30:44):
he seems to have a very evenpulse. You mentioned Will Smith, that
was the one thing that really tookus all about that here's a kid with
the Dodgers as a catcher, gettinga lot of information and he is still
so even keeled and really has icein his veins, and I feel like
that's been his identity ever since. So Pa seems to be that guy as
(31:07):
well. The Great David Vassa isour guest. Dave. It's been almost
a month or so. Are youcloser with sho Iotani than ever before?
Well, yesterday was a groundbreaking dayfor our working relationship. Before the game,
you know, he was at hislocker alone and just went up there,
you know, just gave him somepleasantries and he responded really well.
(31:30):
And then you know he joined uson the postgame show right there on the
field with Juell Ireton and completely showedthe personality. Yeah, you guys got
to tap into that. It wasreally fun. And Otani let me know
that I interrupted him playing video gameson his cell phone when I said,
I was taking full credit for thathome run. Since he did touch vasse
(31:51):
flesh, I wonder if that waslost in translation. How well of a
job will did? He touched myflesh. That's he understood. He understood,
and he was laughing and it was. It was a great postgame interview
on a milestone day for him.Yeah, beautiful. Well, we could
never end on something positive, Dave, so let's end on this, huh.
(32:15):
Tyler Glasnow is currently on pace tothrow two hundred innings. He went
one hundred and one pitches yesterday inthat dominant eight inning outing. Is anybody
concerned? Is he gonna skip starts? Like he might be on pace at
the end of April to be Idon't know. Two d and twenty five,
two hundred and thirty innings, Likethe numbers are a little wacky considering
(32:36):
what we know about this guy.Yeah, right now, it's what they
need from him. But I'm surethe Dodgers are going to find spots to
give him extra day's rest, includingon this road trip. There's a good
chance with today's travel day that Dodgerscan find a way to get an extra
day of rest for Tyler Glass now, but he looked strong. And the
Dodgers sports science, you know, coming out of spring train spring training,
(33:00):
I had heard that they had evenhelped him take less stress off his delivery.
By the way, he's landing differentlythan when he was landing with the
race, so different little things baseballinside baseball stuff has taken stress off his
body as well. So look,he might be going to places that Garrett
(33:25):
Cole only has gone in the lastfew years if he continues to pitch this
way. The one and only DavidVassey, nobody does a better job.
Enjoyed Dodger Talk. Tonight, foldsare open eight six, six, nine
eighty seven, two five seventy Noname called fifty fifty to fifty hard out.
