Now in the middle of all that, Matt. While we were doing
all that stuff and I was tryingto figure out what you normally do on
the machine on Friday, I gota Ronnie in my ear started doing the
the slitcher throat sign, you know, the cut off sign, right,

and then Kate's got in my ear. I don't know if they told it
to you. They said, we'vebeen lying out here. They said,
Vic lied to us. I don'twant to start to hear this. I
don't want to start the show likethis. We had stuff to give away.
We got three guests, like wehad a lot to do and we
don't have a lot of time topontificate and be ponderous like we normally are.
But what's the deal, Kate's Ronnie. I walked into the studio and

Vic the Brick was on the hotlinealready punched up, fought his way off
hold, maybe still on hold fromUH when he was all Rogan and Rodney.
So he wasn't on he was onthe phone. He was on the
phone. Was not on com Rextoday, I said to Ronnie and I
said, what's Vic? Don He'she on the phone? He wasn't on
com Rex because nobody for Rogan andRodney showed up today on the telephone And
he said, yeah, Vic toldme that you wanted him on the phone,

and I said, I said,what, No on the telephone.
I'd been in the prep zone doingsome stuff, trying to get some sound
from the LACD council meeting earlier today, big honor for show. Hey,
I didn't return Vic's text at all, and Vix telling Ronnie I told him
to be on the phone to callinto the Petro some money show. He
flied out live. So following theRogan and Rodney show. So Vic called

rod Ronnie and said, Kate's toldme to call on the phone. Y'all.
Well, so this is what happened. So following the Rogan and Rodney
show, when with Vic on thetelephone, I said, Okay, Vic,
that's it. I'll talk to you. Have a nice weekend, you
know whatever. Blah blah blah.Right, and then he says, oh,
Tim told me to stay on thehotline. I said, are you
sure, Vic? He says yes, I'm not going to doubt Vic.

I said, okay, Vic,you know, maybe he did talk to
Tim because I did not. Idid not talk to Tim about it.
And usually Tim and I confer duringat some point during the show, you
know, deciding what to do withVic. At any rate, Vic did
say that, and then Tim Timcomes in and he says, what's up
with Vic? I said, well, Vic's ready to go. He says,
we're not. We're not having Vicon today? Says I told Vic

that. He said you did becausehe told me that you told him,
okay, that we were going tohave him on hotline. So why why
aren't we having Vic on today?Yeah? Well, how did that first
part happen? I think having himon I didn't know if we were going
to have him on. But whenhe just put himself on the hold and
was ready to go and he died, yeah, and then lied about I
said we can have him on,and I told him to be ready on

the phone. I didn't say that. He doubled down, all right,
Matt, First and foremost, wehave tickets to give away to Monday's Dodger
game against the Diamondbacks. It's upthere on Instagram and Twitter and stuff.
So this this show, than thesethree hours, We're going to give away
a pair of Dodger tickets. Westill got the Fountain Blue thing going on
on Monday, right, we shouldhave that Monday, Monday through Friday.

Following Monday through Friday, two daytrip, Fountain Blue Concert, Oasis Pool,

lied to Ronn. He's saying Timtold him to be on a hold on
the phone and get this. Getthis. When Vic called back, because
you know, we hung up onVic. Vic called back and I answered
the phone and I talked to him. I said, Vic, why did
you tell me that Tim told youto stay on hold? Why did you
lie? Yeah, basically without sayingthe ly word, and he he quickly

said, I thought I saw atext. I thought I saw a text.
Right, So he's making up things. What do you think, Matt,
would you let him out of thehole and have him defend him himself
or not? Ronnie, did youtell Vic that he wasn't coming on today?
I told him that he wasn't comingon today based on the fact that
Tim said that we weren't going tohave him on the show today. See,

now that's where I'm confused. Timsays he never said anything of this
of the and when when he cameinto the studio, Vic was already connected
and ready to go. And that'swhen he says, that's when I made
the executive exactly, he says,what's Vic doing on hold? He says,
Well, Vic told me, likehis presumptuousness, that he was going
to be on good I just walkin these guys pants down, look around
at me. I know that Iam normally the one that gets that gets

tagged with the elder abuse for theopening segment. I have never done the
diabolical I have never dropped the diabolicalmental gymnastics that Tim Kates puts Vic through.
This is my fault. Well,you know what I think. You
know what I think is happening.And I can vouch for this because this
happened today. There's a thousand thingshappening at once. Right. He's trying

to communicate with Don McLain in Chicago, trying to make sure Dino Ebel,
who's a very busy man, cando his interview with us. Between all
the workouts he does with the playerson the field, Freddie Freeman, Wooki
Betts and all that. Kates's spinningplates, and in those moments he gets
a text from Vic that's like,com Reck's open you all here, I
come, y'all. You know onthe heels of yesterday where Vic almost made

it so one of the hosts couldn'tget on the show, I think these
things mount in frustration with them.Now. I was just ready to start
the show and promote the stuff wehave and lament that the Dodgers were terrible
last night and one, two,three, go Trojans and get to and
get to David Messe in the nextsegment and talk about Bronnie at the combine

or whatever it is today and rightin the middle where I'm trying to find
the frogman stuff and I'm not evensupposed to be here today, like Dante
Hicks, I got Tim and myhere saying Vic lyede, he lied,
and maybe Vic is a crime,an habitual liar when it comes to trying
to come on the show. Itis his air, it is his oxygen.
