unable to make it, you havegot to stream it on YouTube or at
least listen on the iHeartRadio app orhow you normally listen to the show.
And now it's time for the topstory to story of it. Well,
full disclosure, And I think Ialluded to it a little bit yesterday.
(01:57):
Did not really and have not reallywatched a lot of summer action, a
lot of Laker Summer League action, watched the debut for a couple spurts,
caught a little bit of the Houstongame, enough of that game between the
Lakers and Rockets to reck than ourman. Don McLain was prophetic yet again,
was dead ass right yet again whenhe said Reach Shepherd should probably be
(02:19):
the number one pick by the AtlantaHawks. Who has a team took some
French he named the Recession and ateam that regularly disappoints made the grave mistake
of passing on the better player forthe better fit. Alongside the diminutive and
male pattern baldness sufferer Trey Young asboth he and Reed Shepherd shooters both are
(02:42):
I guess by NBA terms diminutive guardsthat may defense a little bit of a
liability there. He was born asa sufferer. He was he slipped the
three, he touched the Lakers andhas been torching the Summer League. Now
I mentioned him because she read Shepherd. Understand this with Reed Shepherd height without
shoes six one and three quarters, eyes, without a face, god,
(03:05):
no human grace. Weight one hundredand eighty two pounds, wingspan six to
three and a quarter, standing reachseven nine and a half. Age.
He just turned twenty about two threeweeks ago. Two Bronnie six foot one
and a half. He's a quarterinch shorter than Red nothing weight, He's
thirty pounds heavier, two hundred andten uh. He has got a four
(03:28):
inch longer wingspan six seven and aquarter and his standing reach is four inches
longer eight two and a quarter. And Bronni will turn twenty in October,
so he is three and a halfmonths younger than Shepherd. Point being,
they are comparable in height, inage in experience one and done's. Here
(03:49):
are some Reed Shepherd headlines from theSummer League. Reed Shepherd may already be
too good for the Summer League.Shepherd clear belongs in the NBA. The
only question now is when he cracksthe starting lineup. Early returns on Reed
Shepherd Garner Rookie of Year consideration Rockies, Reed Shepherd taking Summer League by storm,
(04:15):
and Reed Shepherd's off night is betterthan the best night for most at
Summer League. Now, Yeah,Reed Shepherd was the number three overall pick.
He should have been the number onepick. He is. He better
be this good having been drafted thathigh. So why would I compare him
to someone taken with the fifty fifthoverall pick, Because, Reed Shepherd,
(04:36):
when you watch him belongs. Itdoes not matter how young, how small,
how concerned the two teams ahead ofthe Rockets were about the defense or
his size. By the way, three blocks against the Lakers five steals against
the Wizard seemed to be fine.On the defensive side, Reach Shepherd can
handle the ball. Reach Shepherd canshoot, the two things you absolutely have
(04:59):
to be able to do. Ifyou are clocking in under six foot two,
you better be able to play thepoint. You better be able to
stretch the floor and make guys guardyou thirty five feet from the basket,
and when they creep up a littletoo close, you better be able to
blow by them. And that's whatReed Shepherd can do. Bronnie James has
none of that, zero nothing, two air balls yesterday from three. You
(05:26):
don't have to guard him, beon the ark. He is now zero
of fourteen from deep in the SummerLeague, the Summer League, which has
rosters of which eighty percent of theplayers will not be in the NBA.
Instead, they will head to Uzbekistanand Fort Wayne when this thing ends,
(05:48):
and Bronnie, should he be onthe NBA roster, will be facing de
Aaron Fox, Steph Curry, DevinBooker, James Harden. That is just
the point guards in the Pacific Division. You cannot put hit this guy on
the floor during an NBA game. There are zero skills that are transferable to
the NBA right now, not one. Not point of attack defense. So
(06:13):
you're saying, not an NBA prospect. Nice like coming out of Chicago what
everybody said, Yes, as JalenBrown said, Brownie ain't an NBA player.
I don't think Bronni's a bro.Uh, I don't even share me
on the GN No, I don'tknow. I don't think he's a bro.
And he had to send out atweet. Yeah he had a deflection,
congratulations. There are those moments, but that is not a trend.
(06:39):
That is not what happens when heis on the floor. What happens is
he looks lost, he plays small, he can't shoot. And again for
all the dumbasses that puff their chestout because his combined shooting workout, he
was like twenty eight of thirty.Your shot takes ten seconds to get off.
That is not in the game. You bet he able to shoot lights
(07:00):
out in a pre game and practicein shooting drills. But when you connect
on twenty seven percent of your threesat USC and then you're zero of fourteen
in the Summer League, yeah, you're not a shooter. You can't shoot.
And here's like, going back tolast year, Jet Howard was thought
to be a reach by the Magicwhen he was drafted in the lottery and
he was didn't work out. Theguy averaged one point per game, barely
(07:23):
played. He's in the Summer Leagueshooting fifty four percent he's shooting forty seven
percent on his threes. He's averagingeighteen points and four assists. And this
is a guy that could not geton the floor last year for the Magic,
who was thought to be a stretchand a reach, and a lot
of people said maybe he was draftedon his name Juwan Howard's kid, and
it proved to be a disaster forOrlando. The players that coach was talking
(07:48):
about yesterday with us Nick Cronin, you know, forget about homy hawkis junior.
He didn't even belong in the SummerLeague. My god, the guy
should have been the rookie the yearoutside of Wembenyama, but second rounders Jalen
Clark. He was like the fiftysomething pick last year. He has proven
to have a skill. He isa defensive menace six points, three rebounds,
and in the Summer League he isaveraging four and a half steals per
(08:09):
game. That's his calling card.I can play defense, I can be
I got to develop my three pointshot to try and be a three and
D player. At least the defenseis already there. A dem bona coach
Kroner brought up yesterday, probably shouldhave gone back to school, but plays
good defense. He blocked shots summerleague eight points on eighty percent shooting,
(08:30):
six rebounds and four blocks per game. The skills that you thought would translate
at the very least are showing themselvesagainst inferior competition in the summer league.
But who could have seen this coming? Exactly right, And as you said
yesterday, p I wouldn't give agood g damn about it. But because
they want to keep pushing, right, someone has to push back. So
(08:54):
here is Rich Paul on McAfee earliertoday, and he is reiterating a point
that he made to Dave McManamon onthe Evil four Letter earlier. I'm excited
if it was coming with Bronnie,And yes, as far as guaranteed contract,
that was the thing, you know, I didn't want him to be
(09:15):
on the two way things like that, and no, off, it's the
two way contracts. It's just thereare all different scenarios. In this case
scenario, it was just something wewere able to work out and get done.
And so that's a good thing. The man said that bs with Austin
Reeves in the building watching Bronnie crapthe bed last night. Literally the third
(09:37):
best player on the Lakers was atwo way contract player that was developed by
the team, is now their thirdbest player and just signed a fifty four
million dollar deal. Alex Caruso wementioned him earlier with VIC should have never
been let go by the Lakers,a two way contract player. Even more
(09:58):
insulting, Rich Paul just stole DerekJones from his previous agency and got him
a three year, thirty million dollardeal with the Clippers after he was You
guessed it. A two way player. Loud Dort from Oklahoma City eighty two
(10:18):
million dollars two way player nas Reedhelped the Timberwolves to the conference finals.
Two way player, three years, forty two million. Uh. They didn't
want the two way deal because ofthe optics of a two way deal,
And that's what this is, andthat's why it is so infuriating. It
is optics. The Lakers had todraft Brownie because no one else was going
(10:43):
to draft him. Zero chance. If he is not drafted at fifty five
by the Lakers that he has takenwith pick fifty six, fifty seven,
or fifty eight, you don't thinkanybody's watching right now. Like man,
we could have had that guy earlierthat's the thing, like the whole,
the whole. It was telegraphed. It was the player with the lowest odds
(11:05):
to be selected at a specific pickof any player in the draft, more
than resawce Se going number one,Bronni going to the Lakers at fifty five.
Think about fifty four picks that canblow that thing up. But they
knew he was going fifty five, and it was minus odds because no one
else was going to take him, because they wanted the optics of Bronni being
(11:30):
drafted, and they wanted the opticsof Bronni on a guaranteed deal, not
a two way player that might becut next year, but someone that has
tied the Lakers for three at leasttwo years, maybe three. That's what
this is all about. It isoptics. It is the bands of a
(11:52):
dad that is pushing his kid intoa situation that he has got no business
being in the middle of. Andit's fine to say, man, I
feel bad for the like Lake show, yo, did oh do just pull
the plug? Oh? God no, And that's where we are, and
it is. It is a bummer. It is a real bummer to see
a nineteen year old have to takethis sort of incoming because he does not
(12:16):
belong on that floor. And Idon't see how it gets better anytime soon.
Is it getting better? Do youfeel the same? No, boy,
No, it's a bad scene. And the bad scene continues. Sadly,
the Petrols and Money show continues aswell. We got more basketball.
(12:37):
We'll talk Summer League madness. SummerLeague makes me feel fine with Mark Brownie
and you can't dishot a dime oranything else, or anything else, Mark
Medina, join the next Petrol someMoney in five seventy LA Sports. We
are alive everywhere on the iHeartRadio app. Dodgers off on the All Star break.
(13:01):
They will be back on Friday.Summer League continues, p and that
brings us to this conversation. SummerLeague makes me feel fine. Hock in
Vegas. It's all popping off andjoining us right now for a little counter
programming. He's our friend from theSporting and Tribune and Spectrum Sports Net,
Fox Sports Radio. Long time NBAreporter and man of coverage and information,
(13:28):
Mark Medina on your Southern California ToyotaDealer Celebrity Hotline. He's having a great
time in Vegas. He would havebeaten Browny in that Call of Duty tournament.
The second I saw Bronnie one,I think I said, that's fixed.
Did you go over there and watchthe tournament? Medina? What are
you doing out there? I didnot watch this toornament, I was using
(13:50):
my time watching actual basketball game.I'm trying to do some interviews. Here's
the thing. I'd like to sayI'd be able to beat him in Call
of Duty, but actually never playedthe game. I could say, oh,
yeah, I could make a threebefore Brownie, But look, I'll
confess that I was actually volunteered toshoot a three before a Lakers game during
(14:13):
pregame warm ups seven USh years ago, and I hit the side of the
backboards, so very embarrassing, sovery very Brownie like, compared to how
we show Brownnie, at least avoidedthe side of the backboard. It would
not have hit the rim, butat least it is very much Paul George
kind of shot up here, youknow what I mean? What can you
(14:35):
tell us about sort of the excitementsurrounding Bronnie out there and then the reality
of how you think people walk awayfrom the game after seeing what they've just
watched For twenty or twenty five minutesthat he's playing. Yeah. Well,
Warren Lagarry, the longtime Vegas SummerLeague executive director, I think summed it
(14:58):
up really well when I shout withhim that there's a mix of you know,
admirers, because there's a lot ofLaker fans that go to the Summer
League and you know, they wantBrowny to succeed because he's on the Lakers
and this Lebron James's son. Butthere's a lot of you know, haters
and skeptics, you know, andor that want to see him struggle,
and so it makes for a greatSummer League atmosphere. I mean, here
(15:20):
pad a picture here. In openingnight on Friday, it was almost near
full capacity, and then after thatgame, which was a disappointment, most
of the arena cleared out, eventhough the next game was between the Washington
Wizards and the Atlanta Hawks, whichfeatured the number one and number two pick.
(15:41):
Usually you'd think people want to seethe top prospects, but I guess
not. You know, Laker fanscan be myopic, sure, but they're
also smart, you know, theyfollow the team, So what like,
how would you describe what they're thereto see. Are they excited about Dalton
Connects slipping to them? Are theylooking for Maxwell Lewis to take the next
step or are they just there tosee Brownie? Like what are the Laker
(16:03):
fans looking for in Vegas? Well, the sense based off of how they
react to plays they really like howDon'ton can explain. He makes shots,
he makes passes, He's an allround player. As far as Brownie,
the atmosphere very much feels like they'retrying to help will him to make a
basket. Like when he's shooting, there's a lot of angst but also some
(16:29):
excited energy but maybe finally this isthe one that goes in. But when
it falls short, there's a lotof groans. When he hit a mid
range jumper last night, which washis first shot you know of the evening,
it's like the crowd went wild asif he hit a game winner.
So it's a real surreal atmosphere forbetter and for worse. And as it
(16:49):
pertains to Brownni like, some ofthis isn't surprising because he's the number fifty
fifth pick and people knew his weaknessesand strengths, you know, more weakness,
his instrengths that He's not a greatshooter or a good shooter. He
doesn't have a defined skill set.He at least hustles and can make plays.
But I think that seeing him playlike this in summer league, where
(17:12):
the competition is drastically lower than itis an actual NBA game, I think
that's contributed even more angst because here'sa lesson I learned in summer league,
when there is a great performance ora good performance, you don't see that
as a green light that that meansthey're going to play that way in the
NBA. But if you see apoor performance, sometimes that can be a
(17:36):
red flag of even worse things tocome in the NBA. Mark Medina is
our guest. Very interesting stuff you'rebringing up. If this continues to be
like it is, and I don'tthink there's any reason to feel like it's
not, I mean, this iskind of the player he's been. What
do they do? What direction dothey take this? Because it's a story
and now it's a negative story.Yeah, Well, if it continues like
(18:02):
this, I think that Laker fansshould sign up and get season tickets to
go to the South Bay Lakers becausethat's most likely where he's going. To
play most of the season. AndI think the fact that he you know,
shared an openness flexibility after his summerleague debut that all he does is
want to play, I think thatsignal that he will accept a G League
(18:26):
assignment as well as you know, the people that represent him in Rich Paul,
and I think the feeling around theleague after he said those comments was
when Rich Paul was, you know, telling ESPN that he wasn't going to
take a two way contract if hewas only going to work out with certain
teams. They interpreted that as I'mtrying to set up my client to get
(18:47):
a guaranteed contract. But that doesn'tnecessarily mean he's going to say no to
not playing in the G League becauseI think the writing is all on the
wall is that he's not ready tobe a regular, you know, season
a rotation player, and if hedoes play, it's just some blowouts wins
or losses. But the only wayyou can get better is actually play games.
So G League is the best andmost realistic round for him to take.
(19:11):
So I'm guessing you know this,Mark, forgive my ignorance for not
because I'm kind of confused by thetwo ways versus the guaranteed and when you
have a team in town like theLakers do, what that means for your
roster. So if they just pushhim to the G League and he's there
all the time, do they getthat spot on their active roster back or
(19:33):
is he going to count for oneof those roster spots all year and they
lose that seat on their bench.Yeah, he's on the regular season roster.
I mean he's on a guarantee contract, so they don't get to replace
him no. Now. And here'sthe difference two way contracts. Teams can
have up to two players on twoway contracts. What that does is for
(19:56):
players that are most likely going tobe playing the g that's where they're at.
But if they think that these playerscan be serviceable, they can onlys
spend up to forty five days withthe actual NBA team for either a game
or a full practice. But there'sno limitations on how many times a player
(20:17):
can be sent it to the JULeague. So it's not like the Lakers
are going to have to be calculatedof how many times would they send them
down as it work in their while, there's no calculus there other than you
know, the obvious attention and scurtyhe might get because he's Brownie James,
and then they don't count against thecap. So it's not like the one
point eight million is doing them adisservice. It's just the idea that they
(20:40):
don't have that seat available for depth. If people want to get real nitpicky
about, hey, you've really kindof shot yourself in the foot with this
selection for a guy that's not goingto be ready for at least a year.
Yeah, I mean, ideally theLakers would have selected him undrafted.
They do the two way contract, and they would have a roster open,
so I can understand it would agreethe Anks. But at the same time,
(21:04):
you know, for practical purposes, most players that are picked at fifty
five, a lot of times thisis normal as far as you know how
much they play or don't play, how much they play in the G League.
But I think when you're looking atthe Lakers, or the fact that
they weren't able to make any rosterchanges, they didn't have any roster slots
open, you know, understandably thatcompounds the frustration because I think outside of
(21:27):
resigning Max Christie, they they haven'tmade anything any transactions once free agency started,
and that's because they had a bunchof a full roster with a bunch
of players that didn't have significant interestin the trade market. And I think
that when you're looking at the bigpicture of this, guys, the Lakers
(21:48):
are still feeling the aftermath of ramificationsof the Russell Westbrook trade because you know,
Rob Flink was able to undo alittle bit of that with trading him
and you know, getting the AngelRussell and Ruli Actra more. But this
is still, you know, lingeringbecause we've seen both the potential of those
players as well as the limitations ofthose players. Got to ask you,
(22:12):
Mark Medine is our guest the USABasketball thing. Did they not want Kawhi
around? Did the Clippers not wantKawhi there? Did Kawhi not want to
be there? What the hell isgoing on? Yeah? This is wild.
I mean it's I think this isa lot of information vacuum that makes
it challenging. But this is justmy thought. No one's told me this.
(22:36):
Maybe I'm wrong, but this ismy own opinion. I don't buy
what the Clippers are selling that they'rereally upset that USA Basketball didn't allow you
know, Kawhi Leonard to play andthat he was healthy. I I viewed
Lawrence Frank's comments as plausible deniability andthey could come out looking like the good
(22:56):
guy, uh, and that itwas mean old USA basketball that denied Kawhi
Leonard a chance, when I thinkin reality, you know, they made
a decision that they concluded his mewasn't entirely where it needed to be,
and you know, the way hisconditioning was wasn't great, and they did
not want to you know, haveyou know, inheriting a star player getting
(23:21):
hurt on their watch. So that'smy interpretation. No one's told me that.
Maybe they'll say I'm wrong, butI just don't buy what they're saying.
Public with last thing for you,Medina, because the offseason has been
troubling for both teams, I wouldsay losing Paul George probably certainly more impactful
for the Clippers than whatever happened withthe Lakers. But which one do you
(23:44):
feel better about going into the season. I'm yeah, that's wild ontact.
I would say the Lakers only becauseI have more relative optimism, and the
keyboard is relative that Lebron James andAnthony Davis can stay healthier than Kawi Leonard.
(24:04):
But you know, they could reallyflip either way. And I think
that both teams are in this precariousposition where they're not bad enough to tank,
and because it's LA, I don'tthink either franchise would have the appetite,
and I think the force site tosay, Okay, we just need
to blow this up and start over. They want to be relevant. The
(24:26):
Clippers want to be so, especiallywith into a Dome, and that the
fact that the Paul George and KawhiLeonard arrow was disappointing as far as not
reaching up to championship standards because ofmostly injuries. And I think the Lakers
they don't want that because they're theLakers, and even if they're not seriously
continuing for a title, they stillhave Lebron and he's a star player and
(24:48):
presuming they can enjoy the farewell tourwith him. And I think lastly,
even though it's very unlikely and it'severything has to hit right, they still
have a rough for both of themthat can still be a playoff team,
still can make a playing team.So I think from their perspective, they'll
love with that and make changes onthe fly, then just blow up and
(25:10):
be one of those teams that hopesto strike it big in the lottery.
Well, there's nothing like covering thecircus, and Medina does it like a
champ. We sure appreciate you.Stay cool out there, Mark, and
we thank you for joining us today. Enjoy the All Star Game. I
appreciate you. I am thankfully coolbecause I'm inside at Thomas and Mack Center
(25:32):
as opposed to hanging out by thepool as you guys probably will be doing.
Oh no doubt. You know usSpitos all day, Spito's and vodka
sours. Thank you, Medina. We appreciate it. I appreciate you,
guys, and we'll be back withmore great sports talk to Petrosen Martins Sports
Talk on AM I seventy LA Sparts. We got some local knowledge coming up
(25:53):
next into a dome. Is inlocal knowledge? Who right up the road
from Lax, right up the streetfrom the South Bay, If that is
where you make your your business oryour home, then we would love to
see you. We will not bein that part anytime soon. They get
to claim South Bay, Matt,I mean even though they're cut, they're
(26:15):
surrounded by smoke stacks. Yeah, they claim the South Bay, Matt.
Okay, so your South Bay stopof record. Yeah, it is the
South Bay. And if you goall the way down to the other smoke
stacks in Wilmington, that's to theSouth Bay too. If you go to
the big smoke stacks in Torrens also, South Bay turns out a lot of
smoke stacks. And Matt, that'swhy we're here, Fumador Show of Rock.
(26:37):
Niceuse. We'll smoke those poles. We don't care how big they are.
Well, I'm glad that you broughtup the South Bay and the smoke
stacks and the smoking of the poleand the smoke signals that bring so many
Native Americans to our show. Itis time for a very particular smoke stack.
Local knowledge. Matt is common knowledge, his local knowledge. He's very
(27:02):
knowledgeable on the things that you comeup with. As far as for with
your knowledge, this smoke stack lighting, Matt, this affects you. This
affects all of us, dude,This affects you, Matt with your tip
top of Orange County status at thewall of Seal Beach, and it affects
all of our friends in Wilmington,Harbor City, Long Beach, and San
(27:25):
Pedro. Give me my bridge music, Adam, because we're talking about the
bridge. Matt, oh no,yes, what's going on? Well?
The VTB, the VTB, theVincent Thomas Bridge, the same one Ridley
Scott's brother Tony Scott jumped off himto kill himself. It's a hell of
a jump. Some have survived it. But it is the bridge that links
(27:49):
the city of San Pedro to TerminalIsland, the Vincent Thomas Bridge, the
one ten Terminal Island, Sampedro. They all come together there like raging waters
with the ten, the two tenin the fifty seven. Now are the
waters in the water, and therage is in you. My father grew
(28:10):
up in a sam Pedro for thefirst fourteen years of his life that did
not have the VTB. In fact, it was built in nineteen sixty three
or opened in nineteen sixty three, and they have not since nineteen sixty three
fixed the bottom part, which isI believe called the undercarriage. I believe
(28:33):
it's called the taint, the guts, it's called the tane. The bridge's
taint, yes, has not beenrepaired since nineteen sixty three, needs major
repairs. They have to fix thebottom part. So to fix it you
got one of two options, MattCota paint. No, No, they've
(28:59):
tried that. I was the forthat. If they close it, they
know what to do to fix it. They know how to fix it.
If they close it down completely,no one on the bridge for one year,
full on, rip the band aidoff. The bridge is closed for
one year. Oh that's not good. Or the slow year roll style of
(29:26):
closing down one little part at atime, and that would take for as
long as it takes to graduate highschool. Yeah, four years. Nobody
knows what to do, but thereis a name for it because of a
representative or councilman, Tim McCosker Bridgemcgeddon. Yeah, but Cosker is pushing
(29:48):
for the ripping of the band aidone year. Take your medicine. But
you think about all the giant truckson the seven ten, oh, and
just that stretch of the four hfive, and what about the one ten
pch below the one ten Anaheim Street, below the one ten disaster. It's
like the Cincinnati Red Zoner. Whereare you gonna go? Right? I
(30:11):
mean, we're America's shipping hub,for God's sakes, getting in and out
of San Pedro. The biggest andbusiest harbor in the world. So I
will be monitoring Bridge mcgeddon as thenews continues to come out. But to
say this is a big story,Matt for the South Bay is an understatement.
(30:34):
Oh, it's a story for everyone. The four O five is already
a complete and utter disaster, theseven to ten and unmitigated failure. And
you remove the VTB from that equation, it's going to affect the five.
And if you think you won't,you're crazy, You're out of your mind.
Wow, that is ah so trulya bridge over troubled waters. I
(31:00):
think we would opt for the forthe high school plan just because the trucks
would still go that way. Theywould just have to wear it. So
there you go. And I haveanother local knowledge story during Matt. This
one much more positive. This really, I mean, it hit me kind
of hard when it's like, Wow, Preston is planned on her fourth show
(31:23):
that we've ever done, or thirdor fourth show. I think yes,
third show. She did the LittleOne by herself. Yeah, and the
tour h q's at the Huntington Beachexactly. And she was born the year
we started doing Great Sports Talk,Great Sports Talk through Great Sports Talk and
(31:47):
it's many, many machinations. Oneof the great reggae artists of all time,
Bougie Bontan, was found guilty ofconspiracy possessing intent and distribute five or
more kilograms of cocaine. Some sayhe was set up, well, he
was certainly well, certainly what dothey call it, collusion? Entrapment,
(32:08):
entrapment, that's and he went tojail for like ten years, and then
they let him out. And ofcourse you get out of jail in the
US, they kick you out, they deport you to your country. We
at least they're supposed to. Iguess it happened to bo and Matt.
(32:34):
There were people that said, maybecynical, snikly, snarkly people like you,
maybe not like you. There werepeople that said that Boi Bonta would
never be back to North America todo a North America tour. I may
have said that, but it wasannounced yesterday that Bougio Bontan's North America twenty
twenty four tour dates or a potof get tickets at ticketcenter dot com.
(32:58):
No, I'm just kidding. I'mgoing to the rip Molatino to get mine.
Now here's the next question. MattWhere will Boujia Bonton play. If
he plays the West Coast, Iwould imagine him a big ass venue into
It Yeah Dome. I mean, there you go, dude, twenty thousand
plus September eighteenth, I'm taking youto the into It Dome to see Bougio
(33:20):

Phoenix if you're around that area orSan Jose, Are you gonna do multiple
(33:44):

football season. I'm just grateful it'snot on a Saturday. Yeah. So
Boujio Bonton. I heard you're doingmaction. We're gonna be careful. Pe
I heard you're doing Manure Conference.Plays not started by September, Matt GUYE

(34:09):
our tickets on sale now? Iguess no. But it's gonna have to
be like a situation where I mean, who's gonna come and see Bouju,
stoners and blacks. We got tounite. We gotta come together. You
know, groups tend to get along. We hope, I hope that we
(34:29):
can come together well enough to fillthat stadium. We can come together well
enough to fill the wiltern for Boujou. But into it, I mean,
we're gonna need to get a lotof blacks and a lot of stoners.
So we got to come together forthe show. Everybody, thank you.
Daily daily reminder. We will havedaily reminders between now and September. I
will try to sell out into itmuch more than I try to sell out
(34:51):
my dad shows at the Catalina Jazzthat did sell out though close. But
we can't have those sparse little spacesand into it. We gotta be full
all the way through it. FromBoujou so he can come back. And
he long ago renounced the anti gaylyrics, so I don't want to hear
it, Okay, long ago renounce? Why are you gay? Why you
(35:13):
bring it up? Old? Iknow? But why are you gay?
