Speaker 1 (00:00):
Heidi, Good morning, Good morning, what's going on? I have
a question for Kyle. Okay, I remember a long time
ago you had mentioned.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Using qtip to clean your nose out in the morning.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Yes, and so I've been.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Trying that, right, And how do you not get FuG
in your notes?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Because I'm constantly like, tickle my notes, click on my
whull fuzz out. My god, So how do you not
get fuzz in your note?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
That is so funny and probably kind of gross. So
I'll try to be like not gross in the answer,
Like I feel like your nose is clean. If you're
getting fuzzed, your nose is basically clean, because I feel
like when it's not clean, it does the fuzz doesn't
stay in there, and you know what's in there just comes.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Out a good sign.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Excusing I'm just using qtip FuG my nose. Yeah, either
that or like maybe it's like too dry, Maybe your
nose is too dry. And so if you definitely feel
something's in there, like I would get the cute tip
a little wet before you put it in, not after,
Don't do it after that'd be Grosska.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Thanks Heidi, thanks for listening. Thanks you guys have a
good morning. You know, since Heidi called about a question
for Kyle, I'm looking at the text line and there's
a couple other questions for Kyle. Yeah, a new segment
questions for Kyle. Tenful questions for Kyle. Questions for Kyle, uh,
John J. And Rich. A while back, Kyle's talking about
a weight scale that fish her husband uses that tracks everything.

(01:29):
Can you tell us the name again?

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Yes, it is the Hume h U M E scale Hume.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
There's another one five H five number, John J. Rich, Kyle,
can you tell us what three meals your husband ate
every day for a year?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Oh my gosh, let me see if I can remember. So,
I'm not really sure what he ate for breakfast, but
lunch was literally like a like a weighed out turkey
roll ups, literally just like a bunch of turkey roll up,
nothing inside of them, just the turkey cheese. Oh no,
he doesn't do geez. And then I don't know what

(02:08):
he did for dinner, because at that point in our
lives we were not date like, we were not dating,
we were just friends at work. So I would see
him with his lunch, and then I would see him
with his little He had a folder where he would
write down everything, and he would write it down, and
I went like, if you eat the same thing every day,
why do you gotta keep writing it down?

Speaker 1 (02:25):
It was just his lodge you did if you knew
that about him, Like, that's kind of crazy. Like I
think people who write.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Down their stuff in a folder like that, and you're
kind of you're a little cuckoo.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
But it's like, how did that not turn you off?

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Because it didn't, because I think it's like, I respect
that work, you know what I mean, I respect the
ethic in it.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Like plus anounce my fitness path. Now you have an
Apple exactly.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Okay, that makes sense, Yeah, okay, all.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Right, So if you have any questions for Kyle, questions
for car, questions for Kyle, so us a text, jj
