Taylor Swift's album, Like, she's listening to it NonStop. Every
time I go into our room, she just starts going
off on me Leaf and it's.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Get out. She's realizing you're the problem because of Taylor.
Speaker 6 (01:14):
It's like if I listened to Drake on a Long
Road trip. I started wondering about what my life would

I forgot about this, to be honest, until I woke
up this morning because I'm getting ready to go to
the hospital because I'm gonna have a second baby right now.

Oh my gosh, what are you doing?
Speaker 3 (02:00):
It was, you know, just calm me my nerves.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Oh good, I mean, what an exciting day. Are you
actually physically in labor or are you scheduled for a
C section?
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Scheduled for a second okay, okay, So that's.
Speaker 4 (02:14):
A little more relaxing, a little more chill like in
the in the sense of like you know what time
it's happening, and you know what to expect going through.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
And the reason I found the message is because back
in March, we had an event with love up at
the Tamra Airport and I was the one that helped
coordinate that and I took my baby or he's one
and a half now, and that's Easton, the one I
named after.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
I remember you guys.
Speaker 6 (02:42):
Yeah, how cute.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
I remember meeting you guys there.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
Do you know what you're gonna name new baby?
Speaker 3 (02:48):
Yes, but it's still a secret.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Oh okay, how exciting. You'll have to let us know
after baby arrives what the name ends up there?
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Yeah, I will, But I just think it's funny. And
I guess it's John Jay adult autism that he meets
my son and he goes, is this baby up for
adoption because I'll take him right now.
Speaker 7 (03:08):
Oh he's beautiful, right to need big big beautiful blue eyes.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Yes, that's him.
Speaker 7 (03:13):
And I remember I think I offered you ten thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
Well, congratulations, thank you.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
So yeah. So I just thought it was funny that
I remember that today when it's another big day.
Speaker 7 (03:29):
For us and you had to text us that's awesome, Danian,
I have a great day, and let us know what you
named the baby.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
I would assume you name the baby either Taylor or Travis.
I mean, it's a big day, right, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Or something or what a tasty I don't know.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, something like that.
Speaker 7 (03:47):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you gotta tied into what's going on
in the world right now, you know that or government
shutdown's beautiful names.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Didn't mean to get into wanted to my political sid.
Speaker 7 (04:02):
Sorry, sometimes I have a great day.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Thanks for listening. Good luck.
Speaker 7 (04:13):
By the way, I was listening, so I listened to
the album I was in Tucson, and then I drove
home from Tucson last night and the album dropped and
I listened to to it on our radio station on
the iHeart app as well. I was going back and forth,
and I thought it was so freaking cool if you
guys can get a chance to listen to what we did.
In fact, I was texting our boss how cool it sounded,
because we had Taylor Swift on our radio station explaining
(04:37):
every song and what it meant to her like at
the end, Like I listened to the album already and
then I after she explained it, I listened to it.
So when you listen to the Life of a Showgirl
and you hear at the end is the live concert
in Toronto, her last show, I thought that was so
lomble and how important that is to her.
Speaker 4 (04:55):
I love, I loved I did the same thing. I
listened to the whole album twice actually, and then listened
to it with her introing each song, and I listened
to each song differently at that point.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
Right, right, is there anything any other Easter eggs?
Speaker 4 (05:08):
So okay, So Elizabeth Taylor that just played. There's a
line in there that everyone thinks is about Joe Alwin.
It's like all the right guys promised they'd stay under
the lights, they withered away, and that's supposedly about Joe Alwin.
A lot of people think that father figure that song
is actually a reference to Scott Orchetta, which is the
founder of Big Machine Records, because the song kind of
references a powerful man who prays upon a young, stary
(05:31):
eyed tilent or talent, and she was like the first
talent he signed and ended up taking control of her career,
and the song's kind of like about how she ends
up taking the control back. But a lot of people
are thinking that's what that's about. Ann fans sort of
think that eldest daughter is a nod to her bestie
Selena Gomez.
Speaker 8 (05:50):
I thought that one was really good too.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
I tell you that one, yeah, because it's like in
the beginning. If you listen to the track by track
where Taylor intros it, she talks about how, like, you know,
there's this there's this person that you portrayed the public
that's kind of like praised for being tough and unbothered
by things, but like, you know, you're really human and
there's things that do bother you, and there's certain people
in your life that you let in on that and
you let know your vulnerable side, and it's those people
(06:14):
that you can say, like this does actually hurt, and
this sort of thing. And in the song she talks
about how I'm never gonna let you down, I'm never
gonna leave you, and a lot of people kind of
thought like, oh, like that that's the vow to Travis,
but it's really the vow to her best friend Lena Gomes,
never gonna let you, which I thought was really cool.
And then there's like the obvious ones that aren't really necessary,
(06:36):
necessarily easter eggs. Like in her song Wishless, she's talking
about how like people always want like the Balenciaga and
all the fun things, but all she wants is like
to be happy with someone she trusts, to be with Travis,
to have a family stucks about like having like having
kids and making the whole block look like him.
Speaker 8 (06:51):
You have the white picket fence. Listen to that one.
The first thing I said, I said, this is going
to be a hit for weddings.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
All Oh, I could.
Speaker 8 (06:59):
Totally see that that's gonna be a big one. My
favorite one, though, I think on the album, because I
was kind of shocked when I heard it, was the
one I think it's called Wood and I.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Oh, that's very provocative. But I almost feel like she
was inspired by Sabrina a little bit on that d
you know, because Sabrina is very like spicy. Yeah, she's
very spicy and very like proud that she like is
in control of the bedroom.
Speaker 8 (07:22):
That's what I'm saying. Like I when I heard it,
I was like Taylor, I like blushed a little bit.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
I know.
Speaker 7 (07:26):
If you look at the album track list on Apple
Music or on iHeart app, you'll see it.
Speaker 1 (07:30):
Some of her songs are explicit.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Like yeah next to it, which I know they're swearing
twenty one savage.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Well yeah, I mean it's it's sweet. She's definitely in love,
but she also takes her shots and she's got she
got some swag.
Speaker 8 (07:42):
On her well, yeah, and I mean Kyle brought up,
you know, taking some inspa from Sabrina Carpenter.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
A little bit.
Speaker 8 (07:46):
But the Life of a Showgirl, that ending track on
the album is so catchy. It's so good and I
loved hearing Taylor and Sabrina just crush it.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
And is that the lead single? Do we know what
the lead single is? I think it's that one.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
I don't know. I would think that that would probably be,
but I feel like you could literally take any song
off this album and have it be the lead single.
It's I think that's why she's stuck with twelve.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Yeah, it's interesting. So my daughter Audrey is a huge
Swifty hasband forever and we were talking about him like
this to me is her best pop album maybe since
read like as far as songs that can go on
the radio, like it's great ear candy, and then there's
a message, and then there's the love, and then there's
the I'm taking my shots because if you wrong me,
you're going down to I love it all. It's all good.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
There's also did she saying that Graham norm thing about
going on a tour at all?
Speaker 4 (08:31):
Yes? She did? She Well, He asked her specifically because
a lot of people have been really excited, saying, like,
oh my gosh, Taylor Swift, Life of a Showgirl tour,
it's gonna happen, and it's probably not gonna happen anytime soon.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Have you got the h for another something soon? No?
Speaker 6 (08:46):
No, I'm just gonna I'm gonna be really honest with you,
like I am so tired, like when I think about
doing it again, because I would want to do it really,
really well again.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
Yeah cool, you know, I mean just recording this album
while she's on tours. Say no,
