Speaker 1 (00:05):
Welcome back to the Richard Sherman Podcast. And guess what
time it is. It's time to get right with my boy,
big play slave. We gotta talk about that game. How
you feeling, big.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Player, Man, I'm good man, good man. Start off.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
You know, year thirteen, You know what I'm saying. So
I'm blessed and thankful. So man, man, it was a
tough one man, baby, Well, we got out of there
with a dub. We got out there with a dub.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Y'all were in a dogfight, and that was one of
the more entertaining games of this you know. I guess
most of the fans would say entertainment. We defensive guys.
So I was like, oh no, I know these boys
looking at that tape like ah.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
Right, So that just was tough to look at, man,
you know, because it's like, you know, even though the
world love to see offense scored points and all, but
as a defense man, we don't want nobody want to
see two teams score thirty points when champions. She's like that.
So we have a lot to clean up on the
defensive side of the ball.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
Man. Just yea did the their job.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
I think the whole coaching staff on the jet side
did a great job of just controlling the clock, managing him,
making it keep it medium, let him use his legs
and let him, you you know, use his ability. And
that's when our game plan was, is not let justin
use his athletic ability and make him be a passer
and he because that makes him a better passer. So
he his legs standing plays, made some plays, key plays.
(01:23):
So you know, they need a good job of managing
that game.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah, I mean, they were, they were just it seemed
like they were intent on running the football. You know,
they only passed for to twelve, but they were intent
on running the football. They ran four hundred and eighty
two yards. And obviously Breest Hall is a is a
great player. And you know, it's it's the first game
of the season. You you always it's hard to prepare
(01:46):
for a new quarterback on a new team and a
new system and all that talk about the adjustments y'all
made throughout the game. When y'all saw it, you know,
they were just basically gonna try to you know, hand
it off and and use the run game to dictate.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Man, it was tough, man because the fact that you know, uh,
not going into the game, we had a good idea
of what they want to do because you know, now
they started this new trend you know, from the from
that same tree, from the guy from that Detroit.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
And that's not the head coach of h in Chicago.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
So you know, it's a good thing that we see
three all three of them teams this year, so we
would get a good better ideal of it. But going
into the game, we know, we know what was you know,
cable of Newmouth.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
We had an idea. We knew they wanted to run
the ball.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
We knew there was a team that's very aggressive, uh
you know, even in third and manageable downs in the
red zone. We knew they go run the ball, you know,
just because of the fact that that was what the
you know they did in Detroit.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
So but we did got to the sideline. Man, it
was it was tough.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
You know what I'm saying, definite has a corner and
boys seeing twenty get a little full head of steam
of just coming to that open, open sea gap, you
know what I'm saying. That's what they was hitting us
up the whole game. Stretch, stretch, open, stretch, open, stretch open,
and uh, you know it went against a lot of
stuff that we had thought was gonna happen. So you know,
coach did a great job of downing up some way
to stop at at key moments, and we did that.
(03:02):
And man, like I said, you didn't want to have
that nineteen Carris for like a hundred some yards and
he was asking about like five yards of carry.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
That's tough. That's manageable football for them, that's winning football
for them.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
And on the defense side, you know, biggest thing is
not trying to have disposals in the run game.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Man.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
So they had a lot of too many ten yards,
too many ten yard runs, too many of them. So
you know, we had to slow them down the best
way we can. But you know, like I said, we
came out there with a dug and that's what we needed, boy,
because that was a tough, one man, tough, tough.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Battle, no question. And y'all have such a veteran defense.
You got so many great players. You know, I can
go down the line. You TJ Cam Hayward, McQueen A queen,
how did you guys? How was the conversation in the
locker room after Because it's hard to win in this league,
so regardless of how everything shake out. When you walk
(03:53):
away with a victory, they're still joy. There's still a celebration.
Tell me about how the locker room was after the game.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Locker rool was you know, it was good and in
the aspect of the way, like I said, like it's winning.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
You know, a Rod was there. We tried to do
it for him.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
It's got a lot of guys that's on that I
was on that jet, that jet staff last year.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
That's over here with us.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
I got a lot of players too as well, you know,
so we try to get to win for them of course,
and for a course for ourself.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
But coming in there, you know, Cam broke us down.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
You know, he gave a great shout out to the
offense man because you know, I have been watching Pittsburgh
from afar. You know what I'm saying, not to see
him say they was not a great offense but the
last couple of years, but they haven't been putting up
thirty one open points in the thing. So to see
thirty one points go up on the Stellers ward is
a good blessing for us. And you know, and what
Stillers are known for still a defense to be dominant.
(04:42):
So we know on the defensive side that with Cam
kind of like preached to us and said, that's not
the you know, still a standard in I for leave.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
That's truly what it is.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
So U he acknowledged that we all acknowledge that we
you know, we know we got the dub made the
player when we need to make at the end of
the game. But that's not how that's not how brand
of football. So we got to go in there clean
a lot of stuff up because we got some guys
in his division that can tote that thing. You know,
I saw one dude just not too low ago, but
we'd get to that later.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
But yeah, we're gonna get to that, get to that boy. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:11):
So uh but that wasn't that was the message to
the whole defense to Camp said, because you know he's
our leader, our forcer. He just basically said, hey, that's
not our brain. Just look ourself in the mirror. Uh, hey,
don't be victim to the corrections. And uh, you know,
Mike Teter said the same thing he did defense defensive
minding head coach. He was on us very hard and
meets today and uh, you know, everybody just took it
to the chain because we knew were way better than that.
(05:32):
We got a lot of time on this defense, so
we got to execute better than that.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
And let's talk about the other side of the football, Uh,
the offense.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Aaron Rodgers four touchdowns on the day, thirty four points
in the ball game. It was this your expectation coming
in based off what you see in training camp. We
hadn't talked since before training camp. It's been you know,
obviously Aaron Rodgers struggled a little bit last season, but
over his history and over his career, he's been one
of the best, if not the best quarterback in football
for a number of years. Talk about his game and
(06:02):
how confident you were each and every drive you saw
your offense come on a field.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Oh man, it was great. Man.
Speaker 3 (06:08):
Just obviously been around Aaron this whole training camp and
how he prepared, Like, I.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
See why he wont so many MVPs. I see why he's.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Been one of the best, considered with Hall of Famer,
best one of the conversation of the goat conversation when
it comes to the quarterback.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
I see why. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
You could always see it from afar when you go
against something, but seeing it in person, it's a different
aspect of it. But my the dude, man, he was
slanking that thing. Man, he was out there going crazy
in practice. Detailed then locked then understood what the mindset
of the coach. I know he for the fact he
wanted to go show the Jets that, you know, I
(06:44):
was putting the words in his mouth. But he for
sure felt the way about it because, like I said,
he took a trip down here, and I guess they
just meant to fly down here and he mean him
fly right back ten second later or something. They could
have told him on the phone. So he took that
very personal because a lot of people think he's an asshole,
you know, and he's a really chill guy and very
humble dude. But yeah, man, he was down in We
(07:05):
expect them to score a lot of points, definitely with
DK added to this roster as well, and guys that
the tight ends, the tight ends can go. So he
got every aspect of the game. We got a good
run game going, you know, got some guys, so we
spent them to put up a lot of points. So
with them doing that yesterday, yeah, yesterday, So we was like, hey, man,
we hold teams to seventeen to twenty points. We got
(07:26):
a great shot at being a great contender in this game.
So we know we got to do our part on
in and a Rod is doing his on his end.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Well, you listen to the way his teammates talk about him,
and they just rave about him. You're Jalen Warren speak
about him. You know he's talking about he's a coach
on the field, he's his best friend. Do you see
guys like Calvin Austin ball out the other day multiple
plays hitting his tight ends in stride. So there's a
(07:56):
lot of positive things being said about him, but he
hasn't had He hadn't had a four touchdown game since
twenty twenty one. So I think that's a positive sign
obviously for your offense going forward. A confidence builder. Now
you got another tough opponent. You got the Seattle Seahawks
coming in with a revamped offense. Their defense is playing well.
What have you seen from them coming in this week?
(08:17):
I watched them a little bit.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
This morning, you know, as I just preparents just get
myself ready. Of course I watched the filmy play last night,
but I watched them just to get them going. They
doing anything over there. Man, they got the same kind
of pattern run game. I got guys that's you know,
very versatile, you know what I'm saying, usually Seattle. They
kind of building Seattle of what it used to be.
Because my days of playing Seattle, I never seen that
guy y'all had. That just was a top take off
(08:41):
the defense. Besides thek you know. Now they got guys
that's over there, you know, control guys that can run routes.
All of them can play the slot, so they very versatile.
Got Cooper Cup over there, that is very veteran. He's
the young guy. How to you know, operate in the
slot and everything. I just saw that he had an
amazing game, you know, the young kid, so.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
Be a challenge. Definitely five secondary, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
We got to play ball, make sure we got ies
and keyed on them guys, because I know one thing
about Coopies that he could find soft spots in his own.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
So I'm just looking forward to sound playing great. You
know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
He controlled the game, He controlled the clock, you know,
so we got to just make sure we made them
guys play behind the sticks and continue to keep fighting.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
It's just crazy what's going on in this game right
now with kickers? I mean, for I never thought i'd
get to to we would get to a point where
we got kickers kick him from the logo for the game,
uh International Football League. I saw you guys line up
with Chris Boswell line up for that sixty yard field goal.
I said, okay, we had a different time. And then
for him to split the uprights down the middle on
(09:43):
the road, I know y'all were juiced.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Man.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
Look I've been sitting on the sideline right. It was
crazy because you know, it's the offense out of the defense.
I'm getting up trying to see it. A lot of
the defense guys didn't get up there like, oh, he
gonna make that.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
We good?
Speaker 3 (09:56):
Like he good, which I mean I was believing him too,
But this a sixty you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Sixth you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
So the guy was like, oh, yeah, we know he's
gonna make it. That's cool a y'all.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
Hey, we gotta get ready for defense and make sure
we get out two minute stuff going like I'm trying
to wash the kick and he nah, we got two
minutes to work. Let's talk about this so I'm like, oh,
y'all got this much confidence. Then you know, might t
is Mike t He go to tell him, you know,
our kicker is a serial killer. I'm like, I see
what you're saying, like with a lot of leg left.
Speaker 4 (10:26):
So I'm like, the game, Yeah, I'm gonna go sit
my behind down to next time you kick it.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Right right, Just just get ready to do our job. Yeah, yeah,
we got to ready to do our job because yeah,
he kick it. And then I know, the whole time
we was in camp, you know, he's trying to get
him a deal done and everything that I think that's
worth the deal, worth die worthy right there kicking yarders.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Now, yeah, kicking sixty yardists for the game, you're paying
what he worth. Come on, now, he putting points on
that board.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
And I'm talking about with these all the confidence.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
In the world, everybody and that dog on sideline or
even in the stadium felt that he's gonna make that.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
It seemed like there was a little bit of joing
going on in that game.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
And I know Jalen, Jalen, you know, you usually try
to stay out of the nonsense, but Jalen usually writing
the mix of all the nonsense, and he was.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
He was getting that people and getting back.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
And then for him to have to play on Garrett
Wilson in the game, I said, oh, you're not gonna
be able to tell that man nothing this week.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
Boy, Hey, I'm talking about nothing like with me playing
with j Now, well, I call him ja with Ramsey
right now. Man, It's like, I understand how he gets
hisself going. I understand why he's so competitive. I understand
why people be like, hey, man, you gotta bring your
a game line up in front of Ramsey because like
he's malipulating you in the mind, and he's playing is
(11:41):
just as physical as any dB possible that's on that
field right now. So yeah, man, he had a lot
of going on out there. Man, he gets a lot
of stuff going. So I gotta get my chins stopped ready,
you know what I'm say, because I ain't gonna let
my teammate it jumped on.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Or whatever like that. So hey, whatever you' up for,
we all up for it. Man.
Speaker 3 (11:56):
But my boy out there is letting you have it.
You don't care if he hit you hard, you break
a pass up, he gonna let you hear it. And
if I break a pass up. He come to let
you hear it. You know what I'm saying, he'd be
able to chilling me. Hit the dude, Yeah, hit his ass. Slave,
he's soft, I said, Okay, don't get me rammed up.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Jas right right right.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
I was trying to get ready to get my energy back.
I said, But that's how you get this up going.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Man. I love it. Man.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
He bring another kind of level to the defense.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Man.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Honestly, I don't know how distiller program is, but he
looked like this is what He's a born stealer.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
No offense to where we play that, but looked like
he's belonging.
Speaker 3 (12:34):
To this organization, man, because this organization always been ran
by defense, and he's a guy that's trying to enforce
his defensive will.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
On a lot of guys.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Yeah, that play was iconic, I mean, and it seemed
like a total Pittsburgh stealers way to end that kind
of ball game, like it's been a dogfight back and forth,
and he seals it with not a pig, not a PBu,
but a big, a big hit, dislodged the ball from
the number one receiver and ball game I thought, I mean,
that was that was clean.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
It was a clean man, clean man you are if
I say he's a you know, complete corner that a
guy that can cover.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
And and what people don't know is that he played
all three positions that yesterday from safety to corner to nickel,
all three of them. Man, it's not too much done,
but y'all done did that before. So he went from
the safety position starting the game off, then goes to
the nickel. Then Joey goes down, starts at corner. Then
he goes to baits in the in the safety spot
(13:29):
like he he just that burst the man. He's a
gifted athlete. Man, that's that's taking a lot of toll
on the brain. But to play that fast and execute
that hard like you got to command him and give
him respect me because that's tough to do.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
You know.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
They know not to ask slay to do all that.
Slay on the guy some corner, A little bit of
nickel for you in that nickel by me and man
coverage and some curl flat right right right.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Boy, boy, a zone drop, let me get to the spot.
Flip my hips.
Speaker 3 (13:59):
Yep, that's it. That's all I got for you, boy,
Because you tell me this and that and didn't tell.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Me, Oh, you got a gap and guard pull and
next available. Yeah, nah, noah, I'm good on that.
Speaker 3 (14:11):
They know all that, they know the gap, gap responsibilities everything.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
So I'm like, yeah, I'll leave that to y'all.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Boy, you know right right right, right right right.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Hey, you got a very particular set of skills. That's
what we're gonna get you for.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
Baby. Yeah, yeah, not me. That game last night was crazy.
Uh the Buffalo Bills fifteen.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Point come back in the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens.
In the game, it looked like the Baltimore Ravens were
walking away. I feel like the Buffalo Bills fans had
left the game, left the stadium, went.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
Home, started cooking dinner, didn't even turn the game back home.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
And then boys run all the way back with a
couple of crazy catches of force turnover on Uh. Derrick Henry,
who was having an incredible game. Now everybody's just gonna
forget about the game he had because of the fumble
late in the fourth quarter. Tell me what you think
about that, because I it ain't many good any many times,
(15:07):
especially in a game with two elite teams, when you
see a see a team coming back from fifteen down
in the fourth and the other team just just allows it,
you know that. I mean, they were in total control
the whole game. They've dominated Buffalo in the regular season
just about every year for like the past four or
five years, and so or at least the four or
(15:28):
five meetings, last four or five meetings they've had. And
of course, just when you think you've seen it all
is getting to show you something new.
Speaker 4 (15:38):
I'm trying to tell you. So we would just talk
about it today.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
Man, I understand why you know now that I'm seeing
the game today is that Josh Allen won that you know,
won the MVP because the stuff that's that capable of doing,
like without him on that team, they will never be
able to come back from a seventeen point you know, difference.
So uh yeah, man, so I gotta give my respect
to him, even though I think, you know, like I said,
(16:02):
he had he should have won VP. I think, you know,
Lamar should have won it too as well. But I understand,
I just understand what that game been doing, how that
was was crazy, just the fact that down seventeen shoot,
dare hearing having historical league? I'm talking about one point
in time he had nine cared for about one forty.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
That's some man type stacks. That's what we do on
man and he.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Was just killing it. You know, Lamar doing Lamar's stuff.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
I'm talking about the third down or ten, he running
all the way to the back roun thirty yards backwards,
got the first slid, got up lit hop doing hop things.
Now he gotta for sure catch or catching one handed
stuff like they have a complete team right now. I
see why people always say that now Lamar is this
is time to win because his team is kind of
built break. But uh, to blow a seventeen point league,
(16:51):
you know, Lamar being who Lamar is, he should have
for sure end of that game. Even though I do
play defense, I understand, like, ay, defense, we should not
give real those seventeen point I said five minutes. I'm
on defense too, so but I understand it is a
team effort that you guys can go out there and
get three and outs and then put your defense back
out there then so I understand.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
But that was a great game, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
I think our game was really one of the most
exciting games because the robbery of the two quarterbacks came from
different teams. But when I got home in time to
watch this game, Hey, they top not. They want to
want the best.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Game of the week.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
It's a bad it's it's just a I don't understand
it because you know, John Harball has given up on
his teams. I can't say John Harball because he's he's
not playing, but he's coaching. The teams he's coached have
blown seventeen double digit leads during his coaching career. That's
the second that's the most since nineteen ninety one. Like,
(17:46):
there's something there, there's something there where you gotta change
something to close these games out. You up double digits,
you can't like clearly they taking their foot off the
gas and not really running the same offense they've been running,
or not running this same defense they've been running because
they were put pressure in Josh Allen.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
They were swarming. You know.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Obviously they had that crazy call on Gyre at Alexander. Yeah,
that that PI is always a p I in there
in if you see any kind of comeback, there's.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
Gonna be a long p I in there every time,
every time, never failed failed, never failed.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
But that's something they got to get fixed. And obviously
they're in your division and y'all gonna see them. They're
running the ball well, but that's that's a that's a
weakness in the game. You know, if you're giving up
fifteen point leads, it always feels like the other team
is gonna have a chance to come back. You guys
gonna take your foot off the gas. And that's something
they're gonna have to change.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
That's the show, guy, change. I ain't know that about
Jim Harball. Now, John Harball seventeen, you lost this.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
That's that big that that's that do say. You get too.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
Conservative and as a as a defense, so you're like, hey, man,
let's place say, let's keep everything in front of us
and out of that offense, you just run the ball,
drain the clock instead of being aggressive.
Speaker 4 (18:57):
That's the one thing I can say.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
Well, now, you know, even though with you know the stealers,
but in Philly, oh, we ain't taking no for all, no.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
Break, no no, And you get one dimensional. You know,
if you Baltimore, you already kind of one dimensional. They
know you got Derek Henry, but y'all having success because
you know, a bar can't throw it too. But then
If you take that away and say, hey, y'all, we
just gonna run it because we're trying to run the
clock down, then you eliminating the most dangerous things about
your offense and you become easy to beat.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
If you're saying, all we got to do.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
Is stop the stop the run, like and you're not
even running, Lamar, You're just gonna turn around and head
it to Derrick henry In and we just got to
deal with that. Like with nothing else to worry about,
we can deal with them. People can deal with that.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
They can.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
It's not always gonna be great, but they can get
a stop now. The threat of that being a play
action and then having.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Zay Flowers just scoop through your defense is why you
can't just stack the box and just commit to the
run because things could get crazy. But it seems like
that going so conservative, so one dimensional, it's becoming predictable,
giving teams quick, quick possessions.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
You know, you you have a quick possessions trying to
run this ball quick stops putting it away and then
they're getting the rhythm, and you can't do that. With
Josh Allen on the other side of the football, he's
playing well Uh. Their defense started to make plays. Obviously
Ed Oliver for stat fumble. Uh that that was a
huge turnover a short field for the offense. They turned
around and score and then there's just there were just mistakes,
(20:30):
consistent mistakes by the Baltimore Ravens that that kept him
in the game. But there was also a weird playing
there after a touchdown when the fan tried to reach
out and grab Lamar, and Lamar pushed him and he.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Was pushing Nu Compkins. I don't know if he saw
that play.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
Yeah, boy, that would have been I'd have been in
them stand because he kind of muched them pretty hard.
He would have been he'd have boom he had been
coming down to the field, But you'd have been, well,
I do not play like that. After my muched them.
Both was some hard and I wouldn't know who played either.
It was like bloom, yeah Lamar. Well that I know
about Lamaro. I knew he was gonna get a little actove.
(21:06):
But I promise you if he probably think he was
gonna get Sue, he probably would have reached.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
Up there and grabbed that man up out of the right.
Speaker 1 (21:11):
They end up suspending the fan for the year, he
can't go to any NFL stadium for a year. But
that's the right decision. Like, like, you know, we all
love fans in our game. You know, they make this
an incredible game, the best sport in the world. And
obviously you know this wouldn't be as big of a
sport and a big of a game if we didn't
have the support of our fans.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
But keep your hands to yourself, now, please keep your
hands to yourself.
Speaker 1 (21:32):
Especially you know you could touch the players if they
want to jump in the stands and they want to celebrate,
or even if an opponent tried to jump in the
stands and you push them down.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
I don't think nobody taking a fence to that.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
They know you're getting pushed down, Like, don't pour no
beer on them, don't do nothing crazy, But you push
them down, they're not gonna be like, oh my god,
what you pushing me? But don't go out of your
way to try to mush somebody in the head and
then mush another player in the head and think, oh yeah,
they're not gonna do nothing about it because you that's
around to get hurt. He pushed them, ight one, you
push the right one at the right time that that
(22:03):
it really ain't got they they screws.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
And from the looks, so it was a lot of
folks in this league do not have a screws to go.
They do not have a screws together, and you grab
them and they are remarkably strong human beings. So what
I would I would call fans, especially the ones near
the field, be careful putting your hands on football players
when they're on the field in the heat of battle,
(22:29):
because it is hot out there. They are very hot
under the collar. You thought my interview after the NFC
Championship game was crazy. A lot of these dudes is
going a.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
Million miles of destruction through their skulls while they're playing.
And if they got their hands on something and you
get in their sights, watch them just saying, I.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
Don't know why they won't pay attention to stuff that
ray Lewis say, He y'all are bron doggs on them.
Guys say they trying to take people's souls out here
for real, Like they really trying to like not say
kill somebody intentionally, but they really be like I'm really
trying to see you dying.
Speaker 2 (23:04):
Come at the life right right, I'm really I'm really
trying to do harm to you. I'm trying to do
a lot of harm to you.
Speaker 3 (23:11):
Yeah, and it's legal. That's why they love it. Give
them that rush because it's legal.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
And I've spent my whole week off season, six seven
months preparing my body to do destruction. I am simply
a weapon of destruction. Yes, and I got the equipment
for it. Come on, man, I ain't I held nigg it.
I'm like fully clothing ready for and ready for the battle. Yes,
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
Man, I don't either, and then you gonna get involved
in it, and then you gonna Whatever you just did
is a level of disrespect. So not only am I
am I you know, ready to go at my opponent,
but you putting a level of disrespect on it. Just
be careful, fans, That's all I got to say. We

other news, Travis Hunter played both ways in a National
(25:00):
Football League Uh, kind of what'd you think?
Speaker 2 (25:04):
Slack?
Speaker 3 (25:05):
I mean, I ain't get to see the performance. I
ain't get to see the game as well. You know,
obviously I kind of know know him a little bit,
just for the fact that his his what's so crazy
that his little brother played my high school that day?
He would that Friday he went to the game to
my high school, to my so it was all funny.
So everybody was trying to just but uh man, it
was I ain't get to see it, but I heard
he did good. I saw a couple of tastes they
(25:26):
had on there. I saw him, you know, somebody caught
him pass on him a little bangay. I saw him
catch a little screen and get at the little fire
yard in something. So like I said, it's new to
the culture, you know. Like I always told him, I
always rooting for him. But like I said, we go
see how I continue to keep going through the year,
through the years, how much you're doing because uh hey,
he's say.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
Can sign up for it and do it?
Speaker 3 (25:46):
So you know, we go see if you could do it,
you know, and at least his team in the organization
gave him a shot to do it, so hopefully, you know,
he succeeded, and uh you.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Know it do his thing. So I saw him. Don't
wish nothing but him for the best.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
No question. I alwaysh you nothing but the best. You know.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
I had some great conversations with him in the off season.
You know, great great kid, great family, little brother is
a cool kid. I met him at the at the draft,
and right, hey, I always feel weird about that because well, yah,
I ain't cut my hair in a long time obviously,
but your helmet's fitting different, and I just know his
(26:20):
helmets fitting different right now.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
I know he's like, ah, that a felt like time.
Speaker 3 (26:25):
I don't even know he did that, so that like
bro cut his hair at all? Man, Right, I guess
I understand it. Though, you're a family man now, just
got married, have a kid, man, congratulations to him about
being a parent now, man, So it's good for him.
Speaker 4 (26:38):
Man, So he probably trying to put a new image on.
So that cut man, I love it.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
Yeah, Yeah, I ain't mad at that at all.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
I just I just don't think they use any right,
you know, And I think it's a waste of time
what they doing, because they're like trying to like spot
play him at corner, and there's no real way to
spot play at corner. Like you don't know when the
biggest moment's gonna happen at corner. You don't know if
it's the first drive. You don't know if it's the
twelfth drive, you don't know if it's the sixth drive,
(27:06):
or like when you need him out there for a
critical drive or a critical time or critical play, you
don't know what it is. And You can't just throw
somebody at corner on third and five for the game
and be like, oh yeah, shut somebody down.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
That's not how it works. It's it's not it's not
that simple.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
In the National Football League, everybody's been out there strategizing
like it's a game of chess. They've been making moves
and setting stuff up and manipulating the defense like they
are fully warmed up in this game. And then you
coming in cold off the sideline, not no rhythm, no
feel for what the offense is doing, no feel for
this receiver's releases, no feel for their motions and e
(27:43):
motions back the communications.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
You know what I mean. I already know. I already know.
And so that's tough. That's tough, and you keep you're
gonna keep bringing him off the sideline cold into real situations.
That's why they targeted him right off the bat when
they when he got in, because they're like, I mean,
he ain't in rhythm, Like, yeah, I will ask target them.
I would just go ask that, I said.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
I guarantee they probably targeted as soon as he came
out though I ain't even see the game. I'm finna
ask you that because I know you probably watched it.
Speaker 2 (28:11):
Yeah, no, they targeting him right off the back and
and you know he only played six snaps on defense.
That's not enough to make an impact.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
Like it's almost like they did it just to say
they did it, Like almost like they just did it
to be like, hey, you played both ways.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
Look like I don't think.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
I don't think like you're gonna allow him to be
at his best and be as impactful as he can
be playing him like that, Like, either just play him
on the offense and let him thrive.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
I think he led the team in targets. He had
six catches for thirty three yards. They won, but there
was real really no impact on the defensive side because
it's six way. It's six plays, Like what did you
think he ain't can't even get his speedway, Like you
ain't get your hamstrings war with six plays, even if
you try to, like even if you're like, hey, even
(28:59):
if you to bat at the first pass, it's still
sixth plays, Like six plays? What did you expect them
to do? So I'd be interested going forward to see
what the plan is because it's just so hard to
spot play at corner and it's not that hard. I
don't think to spot play at receiver because they are
already rotating anyway.
Speaker 4 (29:17):
Yeah, that's the that's the rue they do that anyway.
Speaker 2 (29:20):
They do that. You don't rotate that corner for a reason.
There's a reason why corners. Certain people don't leave the field.
The offensive line doesn't leave the field, the quarterback don't
leave the field, the DB's the four dbs.
Speaker 4 (29:33):
Don't leave the field ever. That's it, and that's it.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
And the bike lineback.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Some certain people that sometimes right, right because because if
they got the green. But it's it's it's it's when
you play in a position that doesn't leave the field
and you're playing it in a way that you're constantly
going back and forth. And it's a reason why corners
don't leave the field. It's a reason why we don't
(30:00):
get to tap our helmets and say, hey, give me
a couple when I'm coming back, because I didn't give
him time. You tap that helmet and go to the
side light.
Speaker 4 (30:09):
Dang why you came out, man, And that's way.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
That's why I think I tell all.
Speaker 3 (30:15):
Corners, man, to make sure you're in the best shape possible.
You know what I'm saying, Because that's that's what's gonna happen.
You go get tired, But I always.
Speaker 2 (30:23):
That's how I train. I train as in i'm tired.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
I do every drill the same drill at least five
times in a row because I want to see if
my first rep will look like my last up every time,
because that's just what it is.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
Because I got that's how I get in shape, That's how.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
I get better, and that's how I get a reputation
because it gonna be Sometimes you line up as a
corner and you don't play fifty six plays.
Speaker 4 (30:43):
You go line up against a receiver that probably on
to play fifteen plays.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
Fifteen and then you and you gotta be locked in
like he is, like it's the first up of the game.
So with them doing that to him, uh, that's just
tough for him as a corner as it just getting built.
Even though I know his mind, how he thinks as
a as a football player that I can go ahead
and do anything at any time. But I just know
me as a player that's been in his lead for
ten years, thirteen years, I know I need rhythm. You throw,
(31:11):
I know you don't throw me No. Five, You're coming
to fire on thirty five. I know understand it if
it's like, okay, it's emergency dot I, but you're gonna
throw me that five for that, And you're talking about
come up here and press a guy or this and that,
and he up top part chopped me.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
I'm almost mad at the starter.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Let him get a rhythm, let him start to drive
and finish the drive. If that's how you're gonna play him.
But to put him in a couple of plays, take
him out a couple of plays, put him in a
couple places. That's that's not the way to do it.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
And as a corner, you it's the hardest position in football,
like it's it, And you talk about receiver in corner.
Corner is the harder position up the two. I don't.
I don't.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
It's not really up for debate because of what you
just said, Like I'm not getting a break.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
It may be a fifteen play drive. I'm probably playing
fifteen plays all fifteen. I'm playing all fifteen.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
So when they take him out after three go outs
and give it, get him a water break and bring
him in two plays later to try to give me work.
I've been in the whole time. I guard you. You
your back up, your backups, back up back, whoever's out there,
I'm dealing with and then I'm dealing with you when
you come back.
Speaker 3 (32:15):
Yeah, they can't do it like that. They spot him
like how they do offensive guys. That's what offensive guys do.
Just go in five plays, maybe come out take him
out on this play that like you think it's a
scripted play, like you got like you know what they
go do like it's a seven or seven, Like are
you go.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Going on past players? You go going on in place?
Speaker 3 (32:30):
Now you gotta you gotta get that man going because
he's a very very talented kid man and I think
he can ready to get it done if he for
sure get hisself like going like he need to get
going into the professional league.
Speaker 2 (32:41):
I think he can cover these guys. So he's also
he's also a rookie, ye like, get him some reps
and let us let him figure it out. You you
you even if we are veterans, but you know we
played veterans. I wouldn't want to do it as a
bet as an eleven year VET, ten year VET, five
year better, I wouldn't don't rotate me, but let them
play or let me play Jenny, you don't go back
(33:04):
and forth with me because I'm out here like I thought,
I'm in a rhythm with him, and then I'm off
the field and now I'm getting a feelback like no, no,
I'm not playing this game with you. Because it only
take one play for them to be like, oh, you're
getting your footwork back up? Got him? And then you're
sitting there like what happened to room on that play?
Why I'm over here rotating like come on man?
Speaker 3 (33:26):
And it's a confidence thing, so yeah, people don't believe
in that confidence stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
That helps a lot every cornerback, a lot of cornerbacks
in this game, for sure.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
Confidence.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
But only way we built that is because the fact
that were wrapping it a hundred times. Well, we got
if he played a game sixty reps, we're gonna rep
it at least fifty five times, right, So that's the confidence.
Better finally wrapped the thing one time, then the next thing,
you know, my next time reportent is twenty to thirty times. Man,
Come on, man, y'all got to be messed up now,
(33:55):
y'all messed with my brin right right, i'maging like I
can't do my Yeah, right.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
And I'm just not sure what they what impact you
think he can make?
Speaker 1 (34:05):
And six snaps on defense, like I just don't understand
the the no, the script, the mindset right, like six.
Speaker 2 (34:15):
Plays what you thought he was gonna do. Even if
he got a pick, you'd be like, okay, so you
gotta pick. Why did y'all take him out? Like, well,
he should be in, he should be in more. Yeah,
he gave up one catch fifteen yards. Okay, well let
him play, like, let him figure it out, let him
get his rhythm, let him get some reps. He he
ain't got no feel for Ted McMillan, none at all.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
So he come in there. He gave him a little
angle out. Cool, all right in the notebook. Let me
get another shot in. Yeah, but it is it, Yeah,
it's just it's just crazy. But in other news, the
forty nine ers continue to deal with the injury bug.
They're saying the quarterback and anytime the quarterback is out,
(35:00):
you know, it's real serious news. They said in a
quarterback brock Party could be out with a shoulder and
toe injury.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Yeesh. It was already announced that George Kittle was out
with the hamstring at least a couple of weeks.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
He got a grade three on them. Boy, he got
a grade three with that. I know they gotta be
grade three.
Speaker 2 (35:18):
You know what it is.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
He went out like the second quarter or it might
have been the end of the first quarter and never
came back.
Speaker 2 (35:25):
He tough too, so I know he would have been
back if he could play.
Speaker 1 (35:29):
Yeah, they saying that that party's toe injury is more
serious than his than his shoulder injury. And you know,
if it's a toe injury, it's probably turf toe and
you know how that go. M They're saying Kittle could
be out three to five weeks. And then Juwan Jennings,
who's been their attitude and enforcer and just you know
all around. You know how he played. Uh, he's got
(35:52):
a shoulder injury. He was out for the end of
the game.
Speaker 4 (35:54):
And it's just like dang, y'all just signed of receiving
two though that's time my boy.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
So yeah, they said they signed KB, but now they
may have to lean on Mac Jones against the New
Orleans Saints in New Orleans. You know, it's not world beaters,
but it's also a game you can't.
Speaker 2 (36:09):
Lose, and so they count they count and they pros.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
You know, they got guys that could do it defensively,
and that's not a game you want to drop. That's
a game you if you were gonna be injured and
you had to have a game where you this was
probably an opponent you want to be going against necessarily,
But I just don't. This was my concern when they
first started the season, is that these injuries would pile
up because they're so top heavy, and if they lose
a couple of guys, they become a whole different team,
(36:40):
like you know, because they they some of their players
are the best. George Kittles could be arguably arguably the
best TIGHTI end in football. Brock Perdy one of the
most efficient quarterbacks in football, one of the best quarterbacks
to play in this game, Fred Warner, Nick Bosa, Christian McCaffrey.
But if you lose Trent Williams. But if you stuck
to lose those guys, it's tough. The cover is pretty
(37:03):
bare after that.
Speaker 2 (37:04):
Yeah, yeah, that's what he tell them. That said they
need to drive better, right right right right? They top heavy,
so hopefully Brock Party can play. Usually the quarterback spained
a way, you know, us.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
Back in the day, you'd be like, hey, they gonna
get They're gonna get a T shot and they're gonna
be right in there.
Speaker 2 (37:19):
But things have changed. Big play. Hey, so hey, real
question though, right now?
Speaker 4 (37:24):
When when the two guys play each other, like who
you who you root for?
Speaker 2 (37:27):
Or you just root for good football? I just root
for the winner.
Speaker 1 (37:32):
A big play they played, You won't You won't be
the cheer win baby. Hey, if Theattle.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Would have won, I would have walked in there with
my Seattle had and said, great game, Seahawks. The Niners won,
I put my Niners hat on and said, let's go Niners.
I love it, though. I love it because I'm gonna
be the same way. Boy.
Speaker 3 (37:54):
If any of the teams I played for, boy they
played it, Hey, yeah, they play I'm the same way.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
I'm gonna be the same way for show. I was
enjoying it because both both defenses played well. So I
enjoyed that game. Both defenses was bawling, they was they
was playing hard.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
I went to Seattle's training camp and got to, you know,
build a relationship with some of their players. So it's
great to see some of these young guys play well
and play fast. The same with San Francisco. Yeah, I
just appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (38:20):
You got great relationship with them guys, so I understand
it though, So he got some good guys whatever.
Speaker 2 (38:24):
Both sides of my boy Joe calling up Pick, so
I was happy for him. I had got a sweet
pick too, week one two on the zero route. That
was so sweet. Man.
Speaker 3 (38:32):
I was so happy for my boy because he was
with me and Philly Man. He was the work with
me press technique every day. And to see him take
it and I told him to us, say, hey, seeattle go,
probably be your best fit because that's all they do
is that same sitch and step get out of there
cover man.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
And he got all that tools.
Speaker 3 (38:49):
So see him over there growing prospering. Hey, I love it.
I love it for him.
Speaker 2 (38:54):
I love him. They loved him. They loving him.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
He came back a whole different player, they're saying, and
they they're really excited about him. I mean, he's They
think very very highly of Joe right now. He made
some great plays earlier in the game.
Speaker 3 (39:05):
Too, Like yeah, yeah, I ain't getta watch the game,
but I saw the highlights. Man on the thing, said,
my boy, I'm talking about watching the game said, my
boy caught a pick.
Speaker 2 (39:11):
Okay, I'm happy.
Speaker 4 (39:13):
I wish I had my phone inside.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
I would have tested my boil. Man, I have it
for him. He had a PPU too.
Speaker 1 (39:19):
Yeah, but you know your old team, Well, I don't
know how much you want to talk about that. You know,
I don't want to get them fans. Going them fans
is a little a little crazy.
Speaker 3 (39:28):
But hey, your old team.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
We ain't gonna mention no name, but your old team.
You know what I'm saying. It's you know, it's not level,
but that I love him, But that corner opposite of
Queen Yon, they had a tough night. Whoever was opposite
a Queen Yon was getting a lot of Yeah, there
was getting a lot of stuff going on over there.
Speaker 4 (39:49):
Man, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (39:52):
I'm over to watch, and I'm like, I'm glad to
be one Matt. But man, hey, hey, well we always
tell folks, man, we don't fall too far from the trees, like,
ain't too many of us.
Speaker 2 (40:05):
It ain't too many, and it ain't too many they want.
I think they can easily replace him.
Speaker 4 (40:09):
You can't easily replace that, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (40:10):
Of course, Quanna be quy gonna his thing, but the
game coming to to to receive us now two maybe.
Speaker 2 (40:17):
Something, he got a third, one third and then your
boy j C. Hey, hey, I know my young boy man,
he had good intentions. Man.
Speaker 3 (40:30):
Any Way, I talked to him too, man, I talked
to him. I called him man, I called him up.
Speaker 2 (40:36):
Man. It's like, hey, man, you're good. You know that.
Speaker 3 (40:37):
Allow to make sure he good and spirit wise because
I know he he just you know, he a young kid.
That's that guy. A lot on his shoulders man, from
you know, just from being in you know, but talking
to him and he say he spit at him first,
which now we done clearly saw that, but actually just
not spin on us.
Speaker 2 (40:50):
Eight.
Speaker 3 (40:52):
I know he spit around your area, but it's another
level of from skitting around your.
Speaker 2 (40:56):
Air and spitting on someone. You know what I'm saying.
I understand it. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (41:01):
But Jay C ain't going for that. And I can
tell you that right now.
Speaker 3 (41:05):
If jac feels any type of tolerant disrespect, my dog
is on one thousand, go molde instantly and then they
ain't no, I ain't no. If fans a question about it,
so you better be ready like, but the fact that
I'm what I'm really blowed about, I ain't. You know
what I'm saying that the fact that I don't I hopeful,
I hope the dog on the Dallas Cowboys Oline ain't
(41:26):
see that happening, because boy, I'm telling you right now,
if somebody would have spit on Hurts, mant Malala Lane
and maybe the whole Philly Stands when he came down there,
I'm just I'm just being real.
Speaker 4 (41:40):
I'm just be I'll just tell you their boys gonna
play by Hurts.
Speaker 2 (41:42):
Now they go you.
Speaker 1 (41:43):
Saying you said, you're saying they ain't messing with Dak
like that. They watch you getting spit on, and now
I ain't see a reaction. I ain't see nobody.
Speaker 3 (41:49):
And that is my dog, you know what I'm saying.
That's myst this should be state my dude. You know,
I want no conflict between both of them, both of
my good friends of mine. So man, I'm like, I'm like, dang,
but even though I'm on I'm on the eagle, sood
like I would have just say, jc A, you gotta
stop that.
Speaker 2 (42:05):
Jaycon.
Speaker 3 (42:05):
I would have, like, you know, control the narrative because
I got a dirt relationship with both of them. But boy,
if I'm dak now I have to question my lineman, like, wait, boy,
y'all ain't getting no dinner from me, no nothing, no
nothing unless they didn't see it.
Speaker 4 (42:17):
So I ain't gonna put words in their mouth. So
they probably didn't see it.
Speaker 1 (42:19):
I hope, but I don't know because the offensive line
is usually I gotta go back and look at the
same but the offensive line usually facing the defense because
so they can see the fronts and everything. It's like, well,
sometimes they huddle up and go back to the defense,
but sometimes I.
Speaker 2 (42:35):
Gotta go back.
Speaker 4 (42:36):
I said, I'm I'm I'm a bank on, and they
didn't see it.
Speaker 3 (42:38):
I'm just I just can't imagine of them guys, but
they saw it.
Speaker 1 (42:42):
It's rare that offensive linean ain't paying attention to that quarterback.
He literally had to walk through them.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
Yeah, to get you know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (42:49):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm right.
Speaker 3 (42:52):
If all I'm just saying, if if hurts walks towards
another point of defense.
Speaker 2 (42:57):
I promise you.
Speaker 4 (43:01):
Wayne Latta landing it all turned around.
Speaker 3 (43:04):
And making sure he all right, like the body God
right and even over here Pittsburgh. They do the same thing.
Ain't nobody touching the rod, right, So that's what I'm saying.
I don't know, maybe they too long. Danna is the
first player the game. They all might be dapping.
Speaker 2 (43:20):
It's like you owned something right now. I'm about to
have to go back and check that clip. Because you
owned something right now, I gotta go.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
I'm gonna check it myself too, because I'm like, it's
no way that supposed to happen.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
I'm just saying.
Speaker 4 (43:31):
And then he came and j C.
Speaker 2 (43:32):
I know how j C is. He's a one man army.
Speaker 4 (43:34):
He feel like he could take on the whole.
Speaker 1 (43:36):
World, right, And I know you not letting nobody know
d Lineman walk up on your quarterback and just being like,
oh yeah, it's just normal conversation, like.
Speaker 4 (43:44):
Yah yah, yeah on y'all know.
Speaker 3 (43:46):
And they know j C cuckoo, so they better stop
playing that. They know that, They already know that, like
it's already in their game plan. He y'all gotta get
JC robbed up, so we might probably possibly get him
kicked out again. They know j C ready to take
it to a hundred, so hold on, hold on, they
better they just put it in a chair. Let me
let me, let me check this out.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
Oh yeah, yeah, check it out.
Speaker 3 (44:05):
JAC got way better though he been he was. He
calmed down a lot. But boy, yell, men, that's my dog. Now,
my dog ain't gonna play that. You spe you do
anything close to disrespect he owed him. Oh no, yeah,
yeah from that picture right there.
Speaker 2 (44:21):
Yeah yeah, they ain't about none of that.
Speaker 3 (44:24):
Oh no, no, smif they all looking now, oh no,
oh no, he got to talk to them.
Speaker 5 (44:32):
Hey, hey big oh no, ain't messing with him like that. Yeah,
I'm talking about Jac walked up on all. If I'm
telling you one thing about jay C, he gonna go
for one thousand percent. You're not gonna play with him.
Speaker 2 (44:46):
I love j C. One person from the war is
j C. Big place. They not nobody letting nobody walk
up on their quarterback. They franchise quarterback like that. I
just don't. I don't.
Speaker 4 (44:56):
That's why I had acts. I ain't. You know what
I'm saying. I'm like, I hope I thought they did
and see it because it happened.
Speaker 3 (45:00):
So it happened out of nowhere, like as in like
oh JAC kicked out the game for spending They just
on the spitting part.
Speaker 4 (45:06):
I did not know it was that close.
Speaker 1 (45:10):
And then still gonna try to go and try to
put a hand up and do it after after he
walking away, Oh you oh yeah yeahah yeah, he.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Gotta do it. He gotta them boys? Is them boys?
Ain't they got their card pulled? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (45:26):
Man, jac done checked all them boys.
Speaker 2 (45:31):
I'm bringing that up later because it's Dallas offensive line. Y'all.
Y'all lost some points with this one. Like I was
really high on Dallas at least how they played in
this game. But now just going back, you know, this
is a great point out of nowhere it's playing. I
don't think anybody's talked about. Nobody's really brought up at
least I haven't seen it. They are soft happen. Yeah,
(45:51):
they don't know how they let that happen. The help boy.
It ain't even like nobody's reacting like like they about
to go do nothing.
Speaker 3 (45:58):
Yeah, I promise you that ain't gona happen. That ain't
happen with twelve over here or one. They ain't having
that like that I'm talking about. And y'all just pointing
nah nah, laying them ain't going for that. And now
of these boys over here going for that either over
(46:19):
here and Pitt they not going for that either.
Speaker 2 (46:21):
But one thing I gotta say about j C is
this is it's a bad look.
Speaker 3 (46:25):
Though we talked about it, he understand it. He says, slave,
I will never have it again in my career. That's
my little brother man.
Speaker 2 (46:32):
So yeah, but I'm stuff like that. I know he
ain't gonna be to happen, but it's like it's like
it's like, if you get hit with a double move
the next five games, what's gonna happen to slay? Hey? Hey?
Speaker 3 (46:43):
I told him though, I said, look, you go get
tried now for show. That's the that's the game plan. Now,
that's the game plan now to see if you go
if you go crash out and he and he not,
He's not.
Speaker 2 (46:52):
He's gonna be locked in.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
They're gonna have some little special teams players. Some guy
will only play special team. Come in here, some extra tackle.
I'm gonna sit at his feet like what you all like, Hey,
what you're trying to do? My dog or overcome all that?
Speaker 2 (47:07):
Man?
Speaker 4 (47:07):
I got faith in him. Man, I got faith with
my dog.
Speaker 2 (47:09):
He locked in. It was just the Drenam going first game,
come off the Super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (47:15):
He just lit.
Speaker 3 (47:15):
He ready, so after that he could be calm, He
go show what he worth. Man, he gonna be sure
to work because I need my boy to get paid,
because he wanted the best defending in this league.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
Well, I appreciate your slave. You got anything else you
want to get off your chest before we get out
of here? Oh?
Speaker 3 (47:28):
No, man, were good, We have thing good man. I'm
just looking forward to week two. Man, Hey make sure. Hey, look,

Speaker 4 (47:49):

boys or whatever.
Speaker 1 (47:55):
